Biden Administration Considering Offering Amnesty and Distributing Green Cards to Illegal Immigrants

President Joe Biden is reportedly deliberating on granting amnesty to illegal migrants in an effort to tackle the escalating immigration crisis, as revealed by Politico. The administration is examining various strategies to adopt a more stringent stance on the crisis at the southern border and the broader issue of illegal immigration, amidst criticisms of inaction.

A notable proposition under consideration is to award green cards to illegal immigrants who have been living in the United States for an extended period, thus providing them with amnesty, as informed by three sources familiar with the matter to Politico.

This strategy would enable migrants present in the country for over a decade to qualify for the cancellation of removal program, contingent on proving that their deportation would cause undue hardship to their family members. Successful fulfillment of the program’s requirements and a favorable decision from an immigration judge would result in the award of a green card, signifying permanent residency.

The initiative seeks to extend support to illegal immigrants who have formed longstanding ties within the U.S.

This approach echoes the Obama administration’s enactment of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program in 2012, which postponed the deportation of illegal migrants who arrived in the U.S. as minors.

Over One Million Migrants Apprehended at U.S. Southwest Border in FY24’s First Half

In an unprecedented flow of migrants crossing the U.S.-Mexico border, reports reviewed by Breitbart Texas suggest that the number of illegal crossings has exceeded one million within the first six months of Fiscal Year 24.

This surge in migrant apprehensions continues to challenge the Biden administration, potentially marking the third consecutive year of surpassing two million apprehensions.

The’ examination of an unofficial Border Patrol report highlights that by March 25, over one million migrants were apprehended after illegal crossings. This figure closely aligns with the pace of previous years, falling slightly below the 1,057,000 migrants apprehended during the same timeframe in Fiscal Year 23 and approaching the record 2.2 million apprehensions documented in Fiscal Year 22.

The Tucson Sector, among the nine sectors along the southwest border, leads in the number of apprehensions with approximately 301,000 migrants detained in the first half of the fiscal year, marking a significant increase of over 167 percent compared to the previous year.

The book, obtained exclusively by Breitbart News, details Sims’ first time walking into the CIA after stepping into his new role.

MI woman killed by illegal deported under Trump,

  • Ruby Garcia, 25, was tragically murdered in Michigan; suspect is illegal immigrant Brandon Ortiz-Vite.
  • Ortiz-Vite had been deported in 2020, during Trump’s presidency, known for its strict immigration enforcement.
  • His illegal re-entry into the U.S. and subsequent alleged crime highlight failures in preventing re-entry post-deportation.

The fact that Ortiz-Vite was able to return to the U.S. after being deported raises serious concerns about the enforcement of immigration laws and border security. His case is a stark reminder of the potential dangers posed by individuals who re-enter the country illegally after deportation. The enforcement of immigration laws and the prevention of illegal re-entry are crucial for the safety and security of American citizens.

Ruby Garcia’s death is not just a tragic loss for her family but also serves as a grave reminder of the importance of maintaining and reinforcing policies that prevent illegal immigrants, once deported, from returning and posing potential risks to public safety.

The case of Pablo Mendoza, a 23-year-old illegal immigrant arrested in Coffee County, Alabama, for the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl, has raised continued concerns about the current state of U.S. immigration policy.

According to authorities, the girl was “physically helpless or mentally incapacitated” at the time of the assault.

Mendoza’s illegal presence in the United States, confirmed by Sheriff Scott Byrd, brings to the forefront the issue of migrant crime, which has been on the rise under the Biden administration’s lenient immigration enforcement.

Maersk Line Limited, which chartered the ship, according to whistleblower.org, came under scrutiny from the DOL’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for illegally firing a seaman who had reported safety issues to the Coast Guard in 2020.

The OSHA ordered his reinstatement and directed that Maersk pay $457,759 in back wages and damages, as well as a further $250,000.

Pro-Life Lawyer And Doctor Give Live Fact-Check Of CNN’s Kaitlan Collins On Abortion Pills

GRABIEN SCREENGRAB

The nine-justice panel is now deciding whether to uphold a decision from the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that found the FDA illegally approved expansions for mail-order abortion. The case is being litigated by the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), a First Amendment legal non-profit, representing the plaintiffs against the government.

In a segment in which she also grilled plaintiff Christina Francis, a board member of the American Association of Pro-Life Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Collins pressed ADF President and General Counsel Kristen Waggoner on justices questioning whether the plaintiffs had proven substantive harm from the drugs.

Waggoner highlighted the FDA’s own label on abortion pills showing “one in 25 women are going to have the visit the emergency room, and up to 7 percent of women are going to have surgical interventions.” All the petitioners are asking for, she noted, is for women to have contact with a doctor before they induce a miscarriage at home.

Texas Hail Storm Inflicts Massive Damage On Solar-Panel Farm, Causing Fear Of Contamination

Tampa Free Press

One green energy tool that was supposed to save us from environmental catastrophe could be causing a mini-catastrophe of its own.

A major hailstorm battered thousands of solar panels in Fort Bend County, Texas, and now local residents are worried about the environmental risk posed by the leaking panels.

The ABC affiliate in Houston reported that large solar farms, such as the one devastated by the storm, typically use panels made with cadmium telluride.

According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, cadmium telluride is a toxic substance that can cause kidney, heart, skin, and lung issues.

The company that owns the farm declined to identify what type of panels it uses.

However, local residents wanted more proof as hazmat and environmental regulators swept through the area.

“That’s what we take a shower with, we drink with,” resident Nick Kaminski said. “It could be in our water now.”

Generative AI has taken off since ChatGPT went online in 2022. Statista expects the global market to grow roughly 20% a year, swelling to $207 billion by 2030.

The U.S. has established an expansive presence in the sector. The market there reached $16.1 billion last year, or three times that of second-place China. It is expected to top $65 billion in 2030 — a third of the global total — underscoring American players’ grip on the field.

Generative AI technology can be divided into four levels: consumer-facing applications; foundational technology such as large language models; cloud infrastructure that underpins services; and semiconductors that are essential for development and operations.

China is massacring Uighur Muslims. Why aren’t they being targeted by Islamic terrorists?

ISIS-K launched a brutal attack on Russia. Recently in the US, a member of Hezbollah was caught trying to enter the country.

But China, who is massacring, enslaving, and harvesting the organs of Uighur Muslims, does not appear, for now at least, to be a primary target of radical Islamic terrorists. Why is this?

Ex-hostage bravely confirms Hamas rapes, shaming deniers like Rep. Jamaal Bowman

The latest searing testimony from a freed Israeli hostage confirms yet again the bottomless depravity of Hamas: Amit Soussana, the first captive to speak publicly about these crimes, was raped at gunpoint by one of her captors.

The rape was only one of the cruelties Sousanna suffered during her 55 days in captivity; she was beaten and humiliated repeatedly by the terror cadres so beloved of elite academics, famous actors and musicians, the online left, and the goons who block roads and bridges “for Palestine.”

These are the same people who believed Shani Louk, the music festival attendee murdered by Hamas, deserved what she got.

IDF ‘surgically removes’ Hamas terrorists from Shifa Hospital and surrounding areas

The IDF and Shin Bet eliminated dozens of terrorists and uncovered weapons in al-Shifa Hospital, as well as surrounding areas over the past day, the IDF announced on Wednesday.

The announcement said the combat teams of the 401st Brigade, the Nahal Brigade, and the 13th Fleet, under the command of the 162nd Division, conducted operations in the area of the hospital while avoiding harm to civilians, patients, medical teams, and medical equipment.

Over the last day, the fighters eliminated dozens of terrorists and located terrorist infrastructure and weapons inside and around the hospital. Since the beginning of operations in the hospital, hundreds of Hamas terrorists operating in the Gaza Strip have been arrested, and hundreds more have been killed.

Leonel Moreno, ‘migrant influencer’ encouraging others to invade US and squat at homes, is now on the run from authorities

Moreno — who claims in his videos that he, his wife and daughter receive $350 a week from the federal government — appears to be hiding in plain sight, even posting a video in front of a police car from Gahanna, a suburb of Columbus, Ohio.

After his wife gave birth, Moreno shared from the hospital that the couple didn’t pay anything to have their daughter, thanking “Papa Biden” for paying.

The Venezuelan migrant also instructs followers on how to carry out scams, such as claiming abandoned vehicles to sell for scrap and giving tips on how to return clothes that have been worn.

He also told his followers to pretend they’re injured by making a leg cast with plastic and Velcro.

“Work is for slaves, boys. Remember that work is for slaves. Where have you seen a millionaire work? Don’t humiliate yourself … You have to be creative to ask for money,” he said.
