In previous incidents, Patel has allegedly stalked the vice mayor, following him to public places while screaming profanities.

According to local media, Patel was arrested and charged with a total of eighteen felony charges. These include eight counts of threatening with intent to terrorize and another eight counts of threatening a public official.

No media outlets have stated what the final two charges are. She was given a $2 million bond. The pro-Palestinian United Liberation Front, which she claimed to represent at the meeting, disavowed her publicly. The Center on Race, Poverty, and Environment fired her from her job as a paid activist.

However, a local court is already treating her with kid gloves. Judge David Wolf coddled Patel, suggesting that her death threat might not have been serious, but made in the heat of the moment. She was granted reduced bail and bond amounts and then released on the condition that she wear a GPS ankle monitor

While Boeing is focused on DEI, employees testified company skipped quality control inspections

Whistleblowers at Boeing have raised alarms about the aerospace giant bypassing critical safety checks, suggesting that the focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) may be overshadowing essential quality controls.

Whistleblower Testimony: Sam Salehpour, a former Boeing employee, testified before the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs, claiming the company ignored safety requirements and retaliated against him.
Missed Inspections: Ed Pierson, another whistleblower, alleged that Boeing had illegally removed thousands of quality control inspections, potentially compromising hundreds of airplanes.
FAA Findings: The Federal Aviation Administration found numerous instances where Boeing did not meet manufacturing quality standards, with the company admitting to a serious oversight involving missing bolts on a 737 Max 9 door.

The jury selection process faced initial setbacks, with two jurors being dismissed. Justice Juan Merchan announced that one juror had expressed concerns about her ability to remain impartial after friends and family learned of her involvement in the trial. Another juror was dismissed after the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office discovered one juror misrepresented his criminal history, having omitted an arrest for vandalizing right-leaning political ads from his questionnaire.

Despite these challenges, the jury selection process moved swiftly. Experts had initially predicted the process would take two weeks, but the timeline was shortened after Trump’s legal team ran out of challenges to biased or potentially biased jurors. The court is now prepared to hear opening arguments as early as Monday while still seeking additional alternate jurors.

The trial is a historic event, marking the first time a former president is the defendant in a criminal case. Trump has criticized the charges, calling them “political” and describing the trial as a “hoax.”

The alleged stolen data belonged to poll workers and was the subject of TrueTheVote’s “PIT” in Arizona in August 2022, in which Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips singled out the Michigan-based company.

During the PIT conference, Phillips and Engelbrecht alleged they were cooperating with the FBI in Michigan about data being sent overseas by this company. The investigation quickly turned on them after the FBI distanced itself from it for some strange reason.

On April 14, 2023, cybersecurity expert Nate Cain (@cain_nate), who forensically imaged Konnech’s devices for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office, stated that Konnech stored the personal data of U.S. election workers and judges on servers in China.

DC FBI elites DROPPED the investigation into Konnech for some reason. It is not clear when this occurred. This is just the latest example of the lawlessness of America’s top investigative agency.

In this instance, it appears they were working for the Chinese Communists and against the American people.

Fast forward to Wednesday — Investigative journalist Margot Cleveland at The Federalist reported that Soros-funded District Attorney George Gascon dropped the bombshell investigation against Konnech because it could help Donald Trump.

He dropped a stack of papers that led observers to his Substack called the “Ponzi Papers.”

At the top of his latest article, he wrote, “My name is Max Azzarello, and I am an investigative researcher who has set himself on fire outside of the Trump trial in Manhattan. This extreme act of protest is to draw attention to an urgent and important discovery: We are victims of a totalitarian con, and our own government (along with many of their allies) is about to hit us with an apocalyptic fascist world coup.”

In his last Substack article he also added, “To my friends and family, witnesses and first responders, I deeply apologize for inflicting this pain upon you. But I assure you it is a drop in the bucket compared to what our government intends to inflict. Because these words are true, this is an act of revolution.”

World Health Organization official admits VACCINE PASSPORTS were a SCAM

Dr. Hanna Nohynek, chairwoman of the WHO’s Strategic Advisory Group of Experts on Immunization (SAGE), made this revelation during an April 11 testimony in a Helsinki courtroom. She also serves as the chief physician in the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare’s (THL) Department of Health Security. The THL operates under Finland’s Ministry of Social Affairs and Health.

According to the expert, she advised the Finnish government that COVID-19 vaccine passports were unnecessary. Nohynek argued that the injections only gave a false sense of security and did not stop transmission, adding that the THL knew the latter by the summer of 2021.

However, the government simply turned a deaf ear to her advice and ignored her recommendation to terminate vaccine passports – something she found “shocking.”

CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Fence-cutting migrants busted by feds

In another section near the port of entry, agents nabbed a group of migrants from Ecuador, Bolivia and Guatemala who had cut a hole in the border fence, but had been stopped by agents just feet from the hole. The fencing is, in some areas, reinforced by bollards, which in turn are sometimes filled with concrete in an effort to make cutting them harder. The group included two small children.

Agents have also found makeshift ladders and rope discarded near parts of the wall that are harder to cut through.

During some migrant surges, majorities of illegal immigrants have been turning themselves in the hope of being released. Here, that isn’t the case.

One agent told Fox that the vast majority of encounters (as high as 95%) are migrants who are trying to evade Border Patrol rather than giving themselves up, suggesting that they’ve been briefed by smugglers that their chances of being returned are high.

Migrants Use Ramp to Drive Over Outdated Arizona Border Barrier

Agents assigned to the Three Points Station observed the crossing and stopped the vehicle as it attempted to flee. The agents arrested five migrants who entered the U.S. illegally between ports of entry.

The ramp shows how easily human smugglers can exploit this section of the border and make entry into Arizona. The barrier is only three to five feet high.

Elsewhere in the sector, Wilcox Station agents rescued a group of migrants who were locked in the trunk of a Nissan sedan. A K-9 team found the migrants when the dog alerted to the trunk area of the vehicle, Modlin reported.

During the past week, Tucson Sector agents also interdicted additional human smuggling attempts where the alleged smugglers were armed with pistols.

Russian Long-Range Strategic Bomber Crashes, Ukraine Claims Responsibility

Ukraine said Friday that, for the first time since Russia’s invasion, it had downed a Russian long-range bomber used to fire cruise missiles at cities across the war-battered country.

“For the first time, anti-aircraft missile units of the air force in cooperation with the defense intelligence of Ukraine destroyed a Tu-22M3 long-range strategic bomber,” Ukraine’s military said in a statement on social media.

The Russian Defense Ministry said a “technical malfunction” caused the crash.

Russian officials said the plane had crashed over the southern Stavropol region when it was flying back to base and at least one member of the crew had died.
