IRS accused of targeting white, Asian, mixed-race taxpayers with audits under Biden’s ‘equity action plan’

According to the AFL, the IRS plans to restructure its auditing practices to target taxpayers by race under the guise of “racial equity.”

In 2021, Biden signed an executive order titled “Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government,” which requested that the federal government prioritize creating a “whole-of-government approach to equity.”

Last week, Biden passed another executive order, “Further Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government,” which mandated that all federal agencies create an annual “equity action plan” to remove barriers and increase engagement in “underserved communities.”

According to the AFL, “There is very strong reason to believe that the Treasury Department is altering the IRS’s audit algorithms to illegally operationalize racial quotas and/or requiring agents to use imputed race and ethnicity data to ensure ‘racial equity.'”

Mystery surrounds death of Clinton aide linked to Epstein

The grisly scene where a top Bill Clinton adviser was found hanged from a tree with a gunshot wound to his chest has finally been revealed nine months after he died.

But the sheriff’s report into Mark Middleton’s mysterious death raises more questions than answers as it rules he died by suicide – despite no sign of the weapon that killed him.

Middleton, 59, was found dead last May at the Heifer Ranch in Perryville, Arkansas, an hour west of Little Rock.

Release of the report was held up after members of his family petitioned a judge. They were worried that pictures from the gory scene would be made public.

Fed officials signal more rate hikes likely amid sticky inflation, minutes show

Minutes from the U.S. central bank’s Jan. 31-Feb. 1 meeting released on Wednesday showed that policymakers worried an “insufficiently restrictive” policy stance could “halt recent progress in moderating inflationary pressures” and keep consumer prices elevated for a longer period.

“Participants observed that a restrictive policy stance would need to be maintained until the incoming data provided confidence that inflation was on a sustained downward path to 2%, which was likely to take some time,” the meeting minutes said.

The minutes show that officials remain determined to hold rates high as long as needed in order to tame inflation, even if it means risking higher unemployment or slower economic growth.

(Joshua Lott/The Washington Post via Getty Images / Getty Images)

Critics argue using funds from the American Rescue Plan (ARP) to bankroll social justice initiatives are a misuse of federal taxpayer dollars, but proponents are defending the use of pandemic money as a way to reduce disparities when it comes to housing and narrowing the wealth gap.

FOX Business identified at least 10 cities, states and counties that have recently considered using some sort of reparations programs.

Of those, at least two are proposing using ARP funds to pay for them.

Latter-day Saints church fined millions for allegedly using shell companies to hide assets: SEC

Photo by Nik Wheeler/Corbis via Getty Images

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced on Tuesday that it had conducted an extensive investigation into the finances of the LDS church that stretched back decades.

According to the SEC, between 1997 and 2019, the church and its investment firm, Ensign Peak, funneled funds through 13 shell companies in order to obscure the extent of the church’s assets, which are currently estimated to be close to $44 billion.

The LDS church manages to maintain such a well-stocked treasury because it asks its members to donate a tenth of their earnings, a biblical practice known as “tithing.”

The allegedly hidden investments were brought to the attention of the SEC in 2019 when David Nielsen, a whistleblower from within Ensign Peak, came forward. This month, Neilsen submitted a 90-page filing to the U.S. Senate Finance Committee, demanding further oversight, according to KTVB.

Griggs threw Pernsteiner off the team in Sept. of 2021 without stating a cause for the dismissal.

The lawsuit contains emails from Pernsteiner to the school’s athletic director asking for help and noting that she “relies on the athletic academic help to do well” due to her cognitive disabilities. In the emails, Pernsteiner pleaded for help with returning to the team.

As California police fight rampant prostitution, johns line up like they’re at a ‘fast-food drive-through’

The officials in San Diego sounding the alarm on human trafficking and prostitution concerns are far from alone.

Local leaders and residents in Los Angeles, Oakland and San Francisco have also spoken out that brazen prostitution and human trafficking in California are spiraling in the wake of a new law that took effect last month.

Republicans and police in the state have pinned blame on a law that went into effect on Jan. 1, which repealed a previous law that banned loitering with the intent to engage in prostitution. Police argue that the new law ties their hands from carrying out the rule of law.

The original bill was introduced by Democratic state Sen. Scott Wiener, who argued it will protect transgender women whom he said are disproportionately targeted by police.

More Than 1 Million Gallons Of Contaminated Water Removed From East Palestine

Clean Up of Train Derailment in East Palestine, OH

Not even a full week after FEMA initially deemed East Palestine, Ohio, where a train full of toxic chemicals derailed, “ineligible” for assistance, 15,000 pounds of contaminated soil and 1.1 million gallons of contaminated water have been removed from the site of the train derailment.

The excavation and removal of the soil and water came shortly after an Ohio senator warned residents living in close proximity to the derailment site not to drink or bathe in the water.

According to the train operator, Norfolk Southern, the excavated soil and water will be transported to landfills and disposal facilities that are “designed to accept it safely in accordance with state and federal regulations.”

The heavy SARMAT missile is capable of delivering multiple nuclear warheads and is believed to have a range of almost 7000 miles.

The weapon was also tested in April, weeks after Russia began its invasion of Ukraine, which Putin announced himself at the time.

Fox News’s ‘silent ban’ on Donald Trump

The wider Murdoch empire is showing favour to the Republican hopefuls hoping to beat Trump in the 2024 primaries. The New York Post, Murdoch’s leading American tabloid, has been notably positive in its coverage of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. Along with Murdoch’s other big US paper, The Wall Street Journal, the Post has made its editorial line clear: it’s time for the party to move on.

But DeSantis, the just-declared Nikki Haley and even the gonzo newbie runner, Vivek Ramaswamy, have all appeared on Fox in recent weeks. But the Donald remains persona non grata.

Trumpworld is seething with their sense of being snubbed. ‘There is definitely a soft or silent ban on Trump,’ says a source close to Trump. ‘They have clearly gone all in for Ron DeSantis, judging by their fawning coverage of his events week.’

FBI has until March 1 to turn over info of probe targeting parents after stonewalling under Dems

U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and Education Secretary Miguel Cardona have until March 1 to turn over documents to the House Judiciary Committee about alleged FBI investigations into parents attending school board meetings in response to a memo Garland issued 17 months ago.

Since October 2021, Republican members of the committee have sent over 100 letters to Biden administration officials “requesting answers about how the Administration used federal counterterrorism resources against American parents,” the committee said in a news release earlier this month.

The FBI maintains it hasn’t and isn’t targeting parents or investigating speech at school board meetings.

After the whistleblower information was made public, Florida-based Moms for Liberty founders Tiffany Justice and Tina Descovich said, “We now have proof of what many of us suspected and some of us knew:

Biden Issues Second Executive Order to “Further” Advance Governmentwide Racial Equity

Under the recently issued mandate government agencies have 30 days to establish an “Agency Equity Team” and conduct proactive engagement with members of underserved communities through culturally and linguistically appropriate listening sessions.

Biden is also creating a White House Steering Committee on Equity composed of senior officials who will coordinate the government’s sweeping efforts to promote his leftist agenda.

The Treasury Department named its first ever racial equity chief, a veteran La Raza official who spent a decade at the nation’s most influential open borders group.

Some initiatives include “continued equity training and equity leadership development” and to “facilitate equitable flows of private capital.”

America First Legal president Stephen Miller said:

With the stroke of a pen, Biden has transformed the entire federal government into a DEI [diversity, equity, and inclusion] cult—putting equity czars inside virtually every single agency of the executive branch and subordinating every department to the Marxist equity agenda. Every previous law and regulation must now be reinterpreted to ensure racial and gender equity: in other words, to achieve a predetermined racial or gender identity outcome even if it requires ruthless discrimination against American citizens.

Biden’s executive order follows a larger push by his administration, from his first day in office, to put race at the center of every policy decision.

For example, as Breitbart News reported, Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra falsely claimed the Biden administration does not incentivize doctors to implement “anti-racism” policies in exchange for more government funding.

But his speech, Glenn explains, was a BAIT AND SWITCH one.

In this clip, Glenn explains the TRUE meaning behind this EVIL man’s deceptive words. And, Glenn exposes the ‘capital-T’ Traditionalist behind Putin’s message:
