NEW: Unredacted motion reveals collaboration between Biden White House and NARA to concoct classified docs case against Trump

xr:d:DAFlWwIVHX8:3,j:4693143729666089864,t:23060919

On Monday, a version of Donald Trump’s motion to compel discovery in the Mar-a-Lago documents case was released by Judge Aileen Cannon with much of the information originally redacted by Biden’s special counsel Jack Smith being unredacted.

The section continues, “On October 5, 2021, Stern sent an internal email describing a strategy to ‘time’ NARA’s public communications with Congress in order to prejudice President Trump. Stern’s email attached a ‘draft letter to the Hill re social media records,’ which he proposed to ‘run … past WH Counsel’ before notifying President Trump.”

“Three days later, the Biden Administration instructed NARA to reject President Trump’s assertion of executive privilege and to disclose records to the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol (the ‘J6 Committee’).”

Another section titled, The White House Instructs NARA to Contact Prosecutors, featured a heavily redacted second portion of the segment.  It began by stating that the special counsel’s office “falsely claimed that NARA independently referred this matter to DOJ on February 9, 2022.”

The release of the far less redacted version of the motion came after an early April order from Judge Cannon. Under the order, the special counsel was required to file an index identifying potential government witnesses identified in the materials included in the motion to compel, and the parties in the case were ordered to work together regarding the redaction of materials that could identify a potential witness.

‘Aggressive and harassing’ migrants, thieves prompt a New York Home Depot to deploy security guards with dogs

The presence of the security guards and their K9 has appeared to put an end to the issue, the Post observed this week. However, just seven miles away at one of Home Depot’s Bronx locations, 30 male migrants were seen lingering near the doors.

According to the Post, some of the individuals were day laborers hoping to find work with local contractors. Many of the other migrants were accosting customers, attempting to sell them fake Apple AirPods or make tips for helping them move their items into their vehicles.

One worker told the news outlet that several women have reported being robbed by the migrants who took their purses and phones.

Former Obama terrorism adviser accused of child sex crimes in Britain: Report

Rahamim “Rami” Shy, a 46-year-old U.S. citizen who lives in New Jersey, was actually arrested in late February by police in Bedfordshire, a county some 50 miles north of London.

Where Shy was arrested is unclear, but the charges against him are quite disturbing: one count of “arranging the commission of a child sex offence,” possessing two “indecent images of children,” and possessing one “prohibited image of a child,” the outlet reported.

It is unclear when the alleged arrangement of the child sex offense or the discovery of the alleged images took place.

Shy spent years working for various high-profile Democrats, including Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and President Obama. From 2008 until 2014, he held a “senior role” in the Treasury Department, the Daily Mail reported, investigating ways to combat the financing of known global terrorist groups, particularly Al Qaeda and the Taliban. He also provided “strategic policy analysis to chiefs of staff” at the Defense Department, the outlet added.

Gavin Newsom pushes pro-abortion ad showing cop who pulls over female, makes her take pregnancy test, handcuffs her on hood

Far-left California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) is pushing a pro-abortion video ad that portrays an Alabama cop who pulls over a female, makes her take a pregnancy test, and handcuffs her on the hood.

According to Politico, Newsom’s ad targets a proposed bill in Alabama that would make it a crime for people who help minors get abortions without informing parents or guardians.

How are people reacting?

As you might imagine, quite a few responses from notable X users haven’t been too kind to Newsom:

  • “This is unhinged even for you,” OutKick’s Clay Travis wrote.
  • “Y’all want to kill babies so badly,” independent journalist Alex Rosen stated.
  • “Please tell me this is a parody video,” “MAGA2024” activist Vince Langman added. “If not, it’s even funnier.”
  • “This f**king moron just posted a video of a cop walking up to a woman’s car with a pregnancy test in his hand,” free-speech activist Philip Anderson noted.

Others couldn’t agree more:

  • “This is total propaganda,” one user said.
  • “Hyperbolic nonsense,” another commenter noted. “This is why we hate you. This is why we fight you.”
  • “Gavin, maybe you should move to communist Russia where you would feel more at home,” another user suggested.
  • “Democrats and especially Gavin Newsom love to plant fear in their base because they know that their base will fall for it every time,” another commenter observed. “This fear-based commercial is like an SNL skit.”

Parents sound off after transvestite student with ‘hit list’ allegedly bashed open Pennsylvania girl’s head

‘We had to watch them take her out with blood dripping down her face,’ said a student who witnessed the attack.

According to Upper Gwynedd Police Chief David Duffy, video of the incident in Montgomery County “depicts a sudden, violent, unprovoked assault with the assailant coming from behind the victim,” reported WPVI-TV.

The video apparently shows the attacker brutally hammer the victim over the head with a Stanley cup, then smash her face repeatedly against the table. A security guard reportedly had to pry the attacker off his bloodied victim, who was subsequently shielded by a teacher.

Duffy told North Penn Now that the 12-year-old victim required staples to close her head wound and was placed in a concussion protocol.

According to Emily, the school official to whom she had expressed her concerns reassured her that nothing was going to happen. The transvestite student, who apparently referred to himself as “Melanie,” was apparently keen to prove the school employee wrong.

Emily indicated that she and two others warned school officials on the day of the attack that they anticipated something bad was going to happen. Afterward, Emily said she was told, “‘Watch your back. He is going to come for you and this other girl at lunch.'”

Emily was in the cafeteria just feet away from the attack when it occurred.

NC student charged with assault after allegedly slapping teacher in viral video

The incident involving the unidentified juvenile occurred at Parkland High School in Winston-Salem on April 15, the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) said on Facebook. Video posted online shows the student standing over a teacher who is seated before striking her in the face.

“I don’t want it,” the teacher says, before she is struck again. The hit is so hard that her glasses fly off her face while the teenager continues his profanity-filled rant.

“Ain’t nobody even coming. You got slapped,” the student says. “B—-, go back to teaching.”

Former teachers at the school told WFMY-TV they were not surprised after seeing the now-viral video of the assault circulating online, adding that behavioral problems at the school took a turn for the worse when students returned to the classroom following COVID-19 closures.

Utah school district in ‘furry’ controversy issues new statement promising to take all allegations of harassment ‘very seriously’

As Blaze News previously reported, dozens of students and their parents staged a protest against the furries last Wednesday at Mt. Nebo Middle School in Payson, Utah, about an hour south of Salt Lake City. Students reported that furries had barked at them, chewed on sticks in class, played fetch in the halls, and even bit classmates who invaded their territory or sprayed them with air freshener.

Blaze News was able to provide several exclusive photos and videos supporting at least some of the claims about a furry problem. Those photos and videos appear to show students wearing animal masks and other animal-related paraphernalia, crawling about on all fours, and even bragging about spraying people in the face with chemicals.

The Salt Lake Tribune also published an article, more or less parroting district talking points about the furry allegations under the pretense of a fact check. “Fact check: Nebo School District responds to claims about student protest over ‘furries,'” read the headline from Tribune education reporter Michael Lee on Wednesday evening, the same day as the protest. The article makes no mention of speaking with any students or parents who made furry allegations.

Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta Plans for You to Not See Donald Trump on Platforms Before Election

The Washington Post reports that as the 2024 presidential race between incumbent President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump intensifies, Meta, the parent company of Facebook and Instagram, is making significant changes to its approach to politics on its platforms.

This shift comes after years of courting the political world, with CEO Mark Zuckerberg once touting Facebook’s influence in the 2016 election, stating, “We helped millions of people connect with candidates so they could hear from them directly and be better informed.”

The company’s attitude towards politics began to change after it was blamed in part for allowing users to organize the events of January 6. Zuckerberg told investors three weeks after the event, “People don’t want politics and fighting to take over their experience on our services.”

The company has reduced the visibility of politics-focused posts and accounts, imposed stricter rules on political advertisers, and limited the targeting system that politicians have long relied on to reach potential voters.

The impact of these changes has been felt by both the Biden and Trump campaigns, with a Post review finding a 60 percent decline in their average engagement per Facebook post between March 2020 and March 2024, and double-digit declines on Instagram.

Supreme Court Denies Bid to Expand No-excuse Mail-In Ballots in Texas

(Jason Redmond/AFP via Getty Images)

The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear a legal challenge to a Texas law that requires voters under the age of 65 to provide justification to vote by mail, meaning that the Democrat-aligned attempt to sharply expand “no-excuse” mail-in ballots in the Lone Star state has failed, with implications for other states.

According to an April 22 order list, the high court denied petition for a writ of cetriorari in a case that stems from a federal lawsuit filed in 2020 on behalf of the Texas Democratic Party and several voters who requested that Texas lift its age-based limitations on no-excuse mail-in voting.

Texas law only allows individuals to vote by mail without a qualifying excuse, like sickness, if they are 65 years or older. In their original complaint, which made its way through a number of lower courts before ending up before the Supreme Court, the petitioners alleged that the Texas voting law violates the 26th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which prohibits denying the right to vote due to age.

The Supreme Court’s refusal to hear the appeal means that the Texas law stays in place, delivering a win to election integrity advocates who argue that no-excuse mail-in voting is prone to fraud and makes elections less secure.
