Game-changing witness emerges with crucial information that could alter Daniel Penny’s destiny…
According to this bombshell witness, on that fateful day aboard a New York City subway train, Mr. Neely, a career criminal, made threats to kill people before Mr. Penny intervened to subdue him.
Mr. Neely’s mental health and violent tendencies were so serious that he was previously placed on a “Top 50” list of the most at risk homeless people in the city. Local outreach workers believed he was a potential threat to himself and others.
Even more disheartening, the woman testified that she provided a statement to the NYPD, and they still ended up charging Mr. Penny:
FBI whistleblower claims retaliation for raising concerns about accuracy of Wray’s J6 testimony
The lawyer for Intelligence Analyst Marcus Allen told Congress his client, a retired Marine, was once named the FBI employee of the year in his Charlotte, N.C., office but today has found himself without a paycheck and sidelined after raising concerns about the accuracy of Wray’s testimony during a Senate hearing.
In fact, FBI leaders even questioned Allen’s “allegiance to the United States” before suspending his security clearance even though Allen served tours of duty during the Iraq war after the Sept. 11 attacks, wrote attorney Tristan Leavitt, the president of the Empower Oversight whistleblower center that is representing the analyst.
“These circumstances strongly suggest Mr. Allen’s leadership retaliated against him for disclosing his concerns about the veracity of Director Wray’s congressional testimony and suspended Mr. Allen’s security clearance as reprisal for that protected whistleblower disclosure to his supervisors,” Leavitt wrote in a letter sent to Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz on April 26 and obtained this week.
At issue is testimony Wray gave in March 2021 at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing when, under questioning Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., he left the impression to some that the FBI or law enforcement had not infiltrated certain groups like the Proud Boys that were blamed for the violence at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

California Considering Unemployment Benefits For Illegal Immigrants
Senate Bill 227would establish the Safety Net for All Workers Act, which would provide benefits for laid-off illegal immigrants, such as $300 per week for up to 20 weeks.
“The program would provide workers who are excluded from Unemployment Insurance solely due to their immigration status with $300 per week, for up to 20 weeks, for each week they are unemployed between January 1, 2025 and December 21, 2025,” the bill stated. “In addition, the bill would: Require the department to promulgate regulations on or before January 1, 2025. Prohibit disclosures of personal information obtained through the program. Require the department to report to the Legislature specified information describing program participation, including outreach efforts and administrative costs.”
The Los Angeles Board of Supervisors had adopted a resolution that supported the bill in March, with Supervisor Shamann Walton saying that the workers have earned those benefits.

Local reports have mentioned that according to Trogneux’s father, he was attacked by anti-government protesters on Monday evening in Amiens.
The victim’s father, Jean-Alexandre Trogneux, told news agency AFP on Tuesday that his son was surrounded by anti-government protesters who insulted “the president, his wife and our family” before attacking him physically. He said, “They’ve crossed the line. I’m flabbergasted.”
While speaking to the BFM channel, Trogneux said that his son had been left with several broken ribs, a head injury and a hand wound.
Ukraine claims gains in Bakhmut, shooting down Russian missiles and drones amid overnight barrage
The Ukrainian forces claimed to have shot down at least six Russian hypersonic Kinzhal missiles in an overnight missile barrage of nearly 20 missiles and drones, a weapon which Moscow has previously touted as all but unstoppable.
Meanwhile, Russia said it hit “all assigned targets” in Ukraine.
According to Ukrainian officials, all of the 18 missiles and nine drones launched by Russia overnight were destroyed. This also comes weeks after Kyiv had said it downed its first Kinzhal missile after receiving its first US Patriot air defence system in April.
However, this time around Ukrainian officials did not specify which weapons were used to counter the attack on Tuesday.
Taiwan allows same-sex couples to adopt children
Under President Xi Jinping, China in 2016 forbade the portrayal of homosexual relationships and in 2021 banned effeminate men on television. In the region, only Thailand is inching toward accepting same-sex civil unions.
Until Tuesday’s amendment, gay couples in Taiwan were not allowed to adopt children to whom they were not biologically related. Only heterosexual couples and single people were allowed to do so.
Advocacy group Taiwan Alliance to Promote Civil Partnership Rights said the latest reform gives it “more confidence … to follow up on issues such as artificial conception,” referring to in vitro fertilization and surrogacy.

As Durham points out, even after Special Counsel Robert Mueller delivered his report, and after Brennan admitted no one found a conspiracy between Russia and the Trump campaign, the former head of the CIA went on with MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough, another all-star election “denier,” and claimed that he “suspected there was more” to collusion between the Trump campaign and Vladimir Putin than Mueller had let on.
That’s all it takes for the former CIA director, a man who was given immense unchecked power — a man who oversaw secret kill lists and was the driving force behind drone strikes on civilians (including an American citizen) — to sign a letter he knew would obstruct the workings of “democracy” and the free press.
CIA officials broke into Senate computer files and viewed emails and drafts of a report on torture. All of it was illegal. Brennan covered up the agency’s actions (also illegal), blamed the Senate, and pushed to fire at least one staffer who was tasked with investigating his agency.
The Obama administration backed Brennan fully, and the Senate moved on. No one put him under oath and grilled him about the specifics. As with the FBI interference in the 2016 election, not one person was held accountable for domestic spying, much less fired.
