According to Nogales International, Kelly pleaded with a judge to reduce his $1 million bail because his wife is now left to fend for herself on the cattle ranch they share.

The judge declined Kelly’s request.

“She’s there by herself,” Kelly reportedly said at a court hearing. “Nobody to take care of her, the livestock or the ranch. And I’m not going anywhere. I can’t come up with a million dollars.”

“Federal court records show Cuen-Butimea has had a history of illegal border crossings and deportations in and around Nogales, with the most recent documented case in 2016,” the Daily Mail reported.

Kelly’s neighbor, Maria Castillo, told KOLD News 13 that it is not usual to see migrants crossing the border and entering town. Cuen-Butimea lived just south of the border in Nogales, Mexico.

Leclair is not the only high-profile figure to commit suicide using sodium nitrite.

A medical examiner determined that 43-year-old “Empire” actress Lindsey Pearlman ingested the substance to kill herself in February 2022.

About six months before that, former child actor Matthew Mindler, best known for his role on “As the World Turns” and in movies such as “Frequency” and “Our Idiot Brother,” purchased sodium nitrite on Amazon and committed suicide with it shortly thereafter. He was just 19.

The families of two deceased teens have also sued Amazon for selling what they call “suicide kits,” which include sodium nitrite. Carrie Goldberg, one of the attorneys representing the plaintiffs, claimed that even one teaspoon of highly purified sodium nitrite can be lethal.

Leclair was convicted of having sexual relations with a girl he had met on Craigslist in 2016. He had at least four sexual encounters with the girl, three of which occurred after she told him that she was only 14. The girl’s mother reported Leclair to the authorities.

A U.S. Customs and Border Protection chief patrol agent told lawmakers during a Tuesday Congressional hearing that he has “tremendous concern” that felons and terrorists are among the millions of “gotaways” crossing the southern border into the United States, the New York Post reported.

Tucson Sector Chief Patrol Agent John Modlin, who has been with the Border Patrol since 1995, explained that the law enforcement agency needs more resources to improve border security and handle the influx of migrants attempting to enter the country.

In Modlin’s opening statement to the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, he explained that many migrants crossing into the U.S. through the Tucson sector are single adult males, not families with small children.

Microsoft Adds OpenAI’s ChatGPT Technology to Bing Search Engine

Stephen Brashear /Getty

The Wall Street Journal reports that Microsoft has announced that its Bing search engine will now use the same technology as the well-known chatbot ChatGPT.

This action is intended to help Bing gain momentum and compete with Google in the search market.

The chatbot was created by OpenAI, which received billions of dollars from Microsoft, and Microsoft is now incorporating the technology into several of its products.

Due to ChatGPT’s success, Microsoft may now be at the forefront of what is thought to be the next significant technological advancement in the area of generative artificial intelligence.

By incorporating the technology into Bing, a new type of search will be created that enables users to ask the search engine questions in natural language and receive prompt responses and recommendations.

Google is also planning to introduce Bard, a conversational AI service, in the coming weeks. Bard responds to queries from users by generating answers based on data gathered from the internet. In the meantime, Chinese internet behemoth Baidu has confirmed plans to introduce Ernie Bot, an AI chatbot, in March.

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman recently claimed that he hopes AI systems like OpenAI can one day “break capitalism.”

Disney Pays Price of Going Woke as Company Prepares Thousands of Layoffs, Budget Cuts

Disney CEO Bob Iger is expected to announce thousands of layoffs and drastic cuts when the company reports quarterly earnings on Wednesday.

The cuts come following a disastrous 2022, which saw the company profits tank after it embraced woke ideology.

But Disney’s woes don’t end there.

The company is also facing a proxy fight from pro-Trump billionaire Nelson Peltz, whose Trian Fund Management owns more than 9 million shares of the company.

Peltz is angling for a seat on the Disney board and replace Clinton veteran Michael Froman.

Hobby Lobby and other “conservative” Evangelicals are behind huge ad campaign using Jesus to promote illegal migrants and LGBTQ agenda…

Many of you may not realize this, but Hobby Lobby and other so-called “conservative” Evangelicals are behind the new “He Gets Us” and “Jesus Was a Refugee” ads that are blowing up.

These ads use the Bible and Jesus to validate and even promote the chaos at the border and also to appeal to the LGBTQ/trans communities.

And these Evangelical groups say they’re just getting started.

Apparently, they plan to make this a full-fledged PR campaign.

The searches were carried out by the airline after a newborn baby was found in a dumpster nearby.

Juliette Lamour won the state’s second-largest lottery jackpot in history, CAD$48 million, on her first-ever try. Local news from her home city of Sault Saint Marie revealed a touching side of the story—that at 5 years old Lamour made a very big act of charity, and the suggestion that her generosity has been rewarded is impossible to resist making.

It was 2010 and the island nation of Haiti had just been ravaged by an earthquake. Aid organizations from across the world rushed to help the people of the obliterated country stabilize and recover.

At the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds hockey team ice rink a branch of the Canadian Red Cross had set up a table to help raise money for Haiti, and Juliette and her sister Sophie were determined to help.

They upturned their big pink sharing piggy bank that day, out of which came $61.38.

Report: Joe Biden Ordered Covert CIA Operation to Blow Up Nord Stream Pipelines

The Biden White House ordered the bombing of the Nord Stream underwater gas pipelines in the Baltic Sea in September of 2022, and the covert operation was carried out by the CIA, according to a veteran investigative journalist.

In a lengthy, in depth Substack post on Wednesday, legendary reporter Seymour Hersh explained how U.S. deep-sea divers planted mines along the Nord Stream 1 and 2 pipelines in June of 2022, using a “widely publicized” NATO military exercise as a cover.

The mines were later remotely detonated, causing the powerful explosions that destroyed the pipelines, according to Hersh.

The 85-year-old Hersh is a renowned expert on CIA and military dark ops, and has broken stories on the My Lai massacre in Vietnam, the  Abu Ghraib prison torture in Iraq, and the Obama Regime’s weapons-funneling “rat line” to Jihadists in Syria.

Using an anonymous source “with direct knowledge of the operational planning,” Hersh reported that the Nord Stream Pipeline ‘black op’ was ordered by Joe Biden, and carried out by the CIA in co-operation with Norway.

According to the source,  Biden’s decision to sabotage the pipelines came after more than nine months of top-secret planning at the Old Executive Office Building, adjacent to the White House. “For much of that time, the issue was not whether to do the mission, but how to get it done with no overt clue as to who was responsible,” Hersh wrote.

According to Reuters, Russia’s Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova called on the White House to comment on the “facts” that were presented in Hersh’s report.

Missed Futures: The Costs Of The Ukraine Proxy War – Analysis

Following a year of economic and human devastation, it is time to pose hard counterfactual questions.

Now that we have a clearer idea of what has happened, it is easier to conjecture on what might have happened.

It is the difference between the two – the missed opportunities – that may penalize global economic prospects for years to come, or worse.

Global growth is now expected to decelerate sharply to 1.7 percent in 2023. That’s the third weakest pace of growth in nearly three decades. One way to quantify these adverse shocks is to compare consensus growth estimates before the Ukraine conflict and today (Figure 1).

Ukrainian nightmare

Even as international media was touting the mirage of Ukraine’s military triumph, the country’s real GDP declined over 35 percent on an annual basis in the third quarter of 2022; that is, before Russia’s massive infrastructure attack.

Starting on October 10, Russia’s waves of missile and drone attacks opened a new phase of the war. The direct physical damage to infrastructure soared to $127 billion already in September; that’s over 60 percent of Ukraine’s pre-war GDP. The impact on the productive capacity of key sectors is substantial and long-lasting.

Ukraine Military Situation Report – Analysis

1. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are preparing for an early spring offensive, focusing primarily but not exclusively on the Luhansk and Donetsk Oblasts. Although the Russian military is suffering from deep material losses, poor weaponry, low morale, and rising casualties, an offensive campaign is still highly likely.

To compensate for the shortcomings of its armed forces, Moscow has poured manpower into the battleground.

It has launched a partial mobilization, which overlapped with the regular fall 2022 conscription drive. In addition, the Wagner private military company has been organizing its own recruitment efforts, such as by drafting criminals in Russian prisons.

According to General Kyrylo Budanov, the chief of Ukraine’s Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR), as of late January 2023, some 326,000 Russian personnel have been deployed to Ukraine for combat operations, while 150,000 mobilized servicemen were still in training grounds in Russia and Belarus.

Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov made a more pessimistic estimate, stating that Russia has up to 500,000 personnel available for an offensive campaign.

U.S.-Led West Opposed Peace Deal in Ukraine

Naftali Bennett / YouTube

According to Bennett, Russian President Vladimir Putin made two major concessions during their March 5 meeting. First, he renounced “denazification”—that is, regime change in Kiev. Second, he dropped his demand for Ukraine’s demilitarization.

Bennett said President Volodymyr Zelensky agreed to abandon Ukraine’s pursuit of NATO membership in exchange.

Both Putin and Zelensky seemed eager to end the fighting. But the U.S. had other plans.

In an interview with author and comedian Hanoch Daum, Bennett provided a behind-the-scenes look at his efforts to establish a ceasefire and how it initially showed promise until being doomed by imperial intrigue. It was the first time time he talked about his attempt to mediate peace between the two countries.

“There are many Jews in Ukraine and Russia,” Bennett told Daum about his motives, “and as prime minister of the Jewish state I have a responsibility.” It was a race against time to end the war before many civilians were killed.

Democrats in Pennsylvania have won control of the state House of Representatives after besting Republicans in three special elections on Tuesday, reaching a majority in the chamber for the first time in 12 years.

The Associated Press called the three races, all in the Pittsburgh area, ending a monthslong stalemate over which party would control the House. Democrats now hold 102 of the 203 seats that make up the chamber, giving them a slim one-seat majority.

Republicans went into the November general election with a 113-89 seat majority, but lost 12 of them to Democrats.

Kayleigh McEnany: This was an outright lie from the president

‘Outnumbered’ panelists call out President Biden’s misleading and questionable claims during his second State of the Union Address.

Glenn: Biden’s SOTU was the most BIZARRE one I’ve EVER seen

No logical person possibly could listen to President Biden’s State of the Union and understand it, Glenn says, because it was completely full of LIES.

In this clip, Glenn gives his thoughts on Biden’s SOTU speech, explaining why it was ’one of the most bizarre things I have ever seen.’

Plus, Glenn reminds us — and, most importantly, Joe Biden — of one the most important aspects of the presidency:

‘Perhaps you need a reminder of that oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.’

WATCH: Donald Trump Responds to Biden’s State of the Union Address, Zones in on Border, Crime, Wages, Corruption

“Here’s the real State of the Union: Over the past two years under Biden, millions and millions of illegal aliens from 160 different countries have stormed across our southern border,” said Trump, the lone GOP candidate officially in the 2024 primary field.

Since Biden assumed office in January 2021, 4.2 million migrants have been apprehended by Border Patrol agents along the southern border, marking a record high, as Breitbart News reported. At his first official campaign trail event in South Carolina on January 28, Trump asserted his administration would undertake rapid deportation efforts if he were reelected.

Another border issue Trump highlighted in his response to Biden Tuesday is the fentanyl epidemic. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reported 71,238 U.S. deaths from “synthetic opioids (primarily fentanyl)” alone in 2021, marking a major jump from 57,834 in 2020.

Biden Could Have Stopped The Russia Ukraine War

No surprise US/NATO scuttled early Ukraine-Russia negotiations, because it would interfere with their goal of regime change in Russia.

But regime change wars are unpredictable & costly, and it’s clear now that if Putin falls, a more hawkish & dangerous leader will rise.

Stefanik, who was appointed to the “Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government,” along with other notable members, said the event will set the stage for House Republicans to unearth, expose, and terminate political bias within the federal government often directed towards conservatives or American First Americans.

“This first hearing will be critical to laying the groundwork to uproot the longstanding political weaponization against the American people entrenched in the federal government,” she said.

Stefanik pledged the select committee, chaired by House Judiciary Committee Chair Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), will particularly fight partisanship with the FBI, CIA, and NIH, along with corruption and abuse across all facets of the entrenched federal bureaucracy.

Ron DeSantis Announces ‘Largest Tax Relief Proposal’ in State’s History

AP Photo/Rebecca Blackwell

“So that’s a massive surplus. We’ve never had anything approaching that in the history of the state of Florida,” he said before announcing tax relief proposals for Florida families moving forward, many of which he laid out during last week’s budget announcement.

“One of the things that we’re going to propose is a permanent tax exemption on all baby and toddler necessities, diapers, baby clothes, shoes, baby wipes, cribs, and strollers,” he said during Wednesday’s press conference, listing more permanent sales tax exemptions.

“Included in our permanent relief is going to be permanent sales tax exemption for gas stoves,” he said to applause, noting that the Biden administration is trying to backtrack. “They are trying to take away your gas stove.”

DeSantis explained that it should remain an individual’s choice if they want to use a gas stove and that elites “ultimately want to control the amount of energy you consume,” speculating that it is their “ultimate vision.”

Jordan Peterson’s Proposal for Alternative to World Economic Forum

In his recent Joe Rogan interview, Dr. Jordan Peterson articulated a vision of an alternative to the central, oligarchic power that has, in recent years, greatly extended its power over mankind. As he said to Mr. Rogan:

You guys [Russell Brand and Joe Rogan] are very sensitive to the danger of that kind of corrupt collusion, that regulatory capture that occurs when corporate entities, media entities, and governmental entities are all in bed together—like the FDA, the CDC, and so forth and so on.

For years, Dr. Peterson has been the world’s most eloquent critic of corrupt central power. As he has frequently explained, much of the trouble is the inevitable outcome of an organization or jurisdiction that becomes so big that those who occupy the command center cease having any contact with or understanding of the far flung communities that lie in their dominion.

In the case of the COVID-19 pandemic response, it’s clear that the Centralized Power/Imperialist model was a catastrophe. Countless observers were astonished at the “Lock Step” response of the U.S., UK, Canada, EU, and Australian governments to the Pandemic—a scenario envisaged by a Rockefeller Foundation’s 2010 global governance strategy document Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development.
