Florida State University’s student government will vote next week on a resolution to divest from Israel.

According to a copy of the resolution obtained by the Washington Free Beacon, student senators will vote on whether the school should divest from Caterpillar, Motorola Solutions, Hewlett Packard, and G4S—all companies with ties to the Jewish state.

The resolution claims that the companies supply Israel with products used to “violate human rights in the occupied Palestinian Territories,” and that the university is “implicitly supporting human rights violations” by investing in them.

SpaceX’s first mission of 2021 successfully blasted off — lifting the company’s 17th batch of Starlink satellites into lower-Earth orbit via Flacon 9 rocket, which made a record-breaking landing — according to a live stream of the event on the company’s YouTube channel.

This latest launch expands the size of SpaceX’s Starlink constellation to nearly 1,000 satellites — as the company expanded its beta access program to offer additional service in Canada and the U.K.

After the successful launch and Starlink satellite deployment, SpaceX’s Falcon 9 — which had flown seven times in the past — successfully landed on a sea-based drone landing pad.

The National Archives and Records Administration launched a website for the Donald J. Trump Presidential Library on Wednesday, shortly after President Joe Biden’s inauguration.

The new site features a compilation of archived White House websites and social media accounts used by Trump administration officials, such as the @POTUS and @FLOTUS Twitter handles.

It also has information on how to access Trump administration records.

In a statement, the National Archives said that presidential libraries “promote understanding of the Presidency and the American experience.

They preserve and provide access to historical materials, support research, and create interactive programs and exhibits that educate and inspire.”

The only catch?

Unless donors pay careful attention and alter the default settings of the donation platform, the amount they give will automatically be split evenly among nearly 100 Democratic and progressive political-action groups, including one notable name: the Planned Parenthood Federation of America.

Meanwhile, the fine print at the bottom of the fundraising page offers this information: “You’ll receive emails from Planned Parenthood organizations.”

Rhode Island, like Baltimore, is suing a group of energy providers for climate-related harms.

The oversight group Energy Policy Advocates obtained records from Rhode Island state officials under freedom of information laws showing that one goal of the lawsuit is to secure a “sustainable funding stream” for state spending priorities.

Rhode Island’s lawsuit was litigated by the same lawyers representing Baltimore in Tuesday’s Supreme Court case.

“The new generation of climate nuisance suits, just like its predecessor, ask the courts to substitute their authority for that of the political branches of government on matters of policy,” Energy Policy Advocates wrote in a brief to the justices.

“Such suits seek billions of dollars in revenues for ambitious political spending programs, as well as distribution to preferred constituencies.”

Horowitz: NM sheriff issues cease-and-desist order to governor who is trying to close businesses

“It has been brought to my attention that under your authority, government officials have been acting under color of law within the confines of Lincoln County, N.M., pursuant to a public health order,” wrote the sheriff.

“It has been reported to me that local businesses have been interrupted and business owners have been threatened with unreasonable fines and threats of imprisonment, without having committed any criminal offense.”

He then ordered her to stop these activities until he is consulted and then requested a meeting with her.

Plain and simple. He didn’t get into the specifics, the math, the science. Governors have no power to suspend democracy and shred the Bill of Rights.

Read The 1776 Report On America Joe Biden Deleted The Instant He Became President

President Joe Biden’s White House stripped down the Trump administration’s 1776 Report, released on Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday, moments after the new executive took office.

The 45-page report, compiled by a multi-racial commission and beseeching Americans to take pride in their country, was immediately vilified by the progressive left as racist for rejecting social justice narratives of American history that characterize the United States as an irredeemably racist empire built for the sole purpose of oppression.

Biden’s removal of the report, compiled by the 1776 Commission, promises the new progressive administration will be a vehicle for the woke revolution,

Wyoming state Sen. Anthony Bouchard (R) has initiated a 2022 challenge against Cheney, according to a statement of candidacy filed on Wednesday with the Federal Election Commission. Since 2017, Bouchard has represented District 6 of Wyoming.

Following Cheney’s vote to impeach Trump, Bouchard wrote on social media: “I expect Never Trumpers to do this stuff. But Cheney should be run out of town, and back to Virginia for joining the blame game!”

The Wyoming Republican Party also condemned Cheney earlier this month for voting with nine other House Republicans to impeach Trump, alleging “incitement of an insurrection.”

For example, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) said last Friday that she has “demanded” their resignations because, in her view, Cruz, Hawley (and other Republicans), abandoned their oath of office.

But one of the most senior Senate Democrats, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), has rebuffed Ocasio-Cortez’s demand in a new interview.

Speaking with reporters at the Capitol on Tuesday, Feinstein defended those who objected to Biden’s win, citing Senate debate being the “highest-level dialogue.”

In farewell address, President Trump lists AMAZING accomplishments the left ignores

Commentary/Opinion:
Joe Biden was sworn in as America’s 46th president on Wednesday, but not without President Trump giving a farewell address from the White House first.

As Glenn and Stu remind us, many of his accomplishments the left will continue to ignore.

So, this speech serves as a reminder that despite the media backlash and recent chaos, President Trump should be remembered as an effective and efficient leader.

Mexico’s President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador singled out a local employee of Twitter on Wednesday and appeared to suggest his former connections to an opposition party could compromise the company’s ability to be neutral.

Lopez Obrador has been critical of social media for banning former U.S. President Donald Trump, with whom he had good relations.

In his daily morning conference on Wednesday, the Mexican leader projected onto a large screen the LinkedIn profile of Hugo Rodriguez Nicolat, who works on public policy for Twitter in Mexico, and highlighted his past work for the National Action Party (PAN).

Ridiculous Inauguration Coverage & Call to Cancel Conservative Media | DIRECT MESSAGE | Rubin Report

Dave Rubin of The Rubin Report talks about the shameless mainstream media coverage of the Biden inauguration and the new calls for censorship of conservative media.

As if the CNN media bias wasn’t clear enough, it has somehow figured out new ways to embarrass itself as it fawns over every single aspect of the Joe Biden inauguration. Dave also gives his reaction to presidential inauguration.

There is also a growing call for big tech to “do something” about the growing threat of conservative media and its ability to influence people. Dave discusses this new threat to freedom of speech.

Why Mainstream Media Shifted The Narrative About The U.S. Capitol Protestors | Larry Elder

Almost immediately after protesters stormed the US Capitol on January 6, the mainstream media shifted the conversation and screamed, “What would have happened if the protestors were black?”

While most people worried about the safety of the house members and protection of the valuable property, playing the race card didn’t come to mind.

However, the mainstream media uses any situation to promote the narrative that police, and by extension America, remain systemically racist.

In this episode, Larry debunks the ridiculous narrative and explains how the Democrat party is completely antithetical to the best interest of the Black community.

What is My Responsibility as a Citizen

The changes some have dreamed of, and others have dreaded are coming our way very quickly. Our nation is divided like no time before, and there is a danger of violence at every turn. Can we survive these changes?

What can we do to ensure the America we know remains strong and free? What is our responsibility as a citizen?

Lt. Joe takes us through the realities of what’s coming to a neighborhood near you and asks how we can adapt or reject these changes.

What role do we have in re-electing the politicians we all complain about. Do we really need to listen to people we disagree with, is there any value in that, or is it better to ignore them?

These are some of the choices we all have to make; let’s not fear asking the questions if we are brave enough to hear the answers.
