Michigan boy, 5, dead after ‘being shot execution-style in the face’

Two teenaged boys are in custody in connection to a triple murder after a five-year-old Michigan boy was killed execution-style inside his Detroit home along with his mother and her boyfriend.

Caleb Harris, who had been shot multiple times in the face, was found Sunday inside the home along with his mother, Lashon Marshall, 28, and her boyfriend, Aaron Benson, 32, according to Detroit Police. Police wouldn’t say how Marshall and Benson might have been killed.

The victims were found around 5 p.m. Sunday when a concerned family member of the boyfriend who hadn’t heard from him in about a week stopped by and discovered the horrific scene. It’s unclear how long that period of time was before police were notified.

A 27-year-old man was arrested last week, as officials say the suspect’s four-year-old son opened fire at police after allegedly being told to by his father.

According to local reports, the series of incidents leading up to cops being shot at was sparked initially over an incorrect food order at a McDonald’s drive-thru.

Authorities say 27-year-old Sadaat Johnson had become irate with McDonald’s employees over a incorrect order, allegedly brandishing a firearm at the drive-thru workers.

After the employees told Johnson they’d correct his order, they contacted police, who arrived on the scene shortly thereafter and were able to locate Johnson’s vehicle.

Despite arrests being made, the murder investigation remains ongoing, as it wasn’t reported until earlier this month that other concerned family members hadn’t seen the girl since Dec. 24, 2020.

Kentucky State Police said detectives located the body of the 4-year-old around 2 p.m. Friday in a wooded area near the 1300 block of Skyview Road in West Point near the Jefferson-Bullitt county line.

The girl’s mother, 21-year-old Catherine McKinney, and her boyfriend, 26-year-old Dakota Hill, both from Shepherdsville, were already in custody at the Shelby County Detention Center after being charged for custodial interference. They were arrested in Kansas last week and extradited back to Kentucky.

The woman’s family established an online fundraiser to pay for the woman’s medical bills.

California parents say biologically male counselors slept in camp cabins with fifth-grade girls

According to the parents, the biologically male counselors at Camp Pali in San Bernardino were granted sleeping arrangements according to the gender in which they identify.

Suzy Johnson, a mother of two, told hosts Carley Shimkus and Todd Piro that she became aware of the issue after her daughter and friends were abused by a female counselor during the outing.

According to Rachel Sandoval, the school district has not stated that a biological male had slept in the cabin with the girls and failed to follow up with her.

The mother then contacted the science camp, which confirmed that it decides sleeping arrangements based on gender identity, not sex.

Woke Medicine

America has a shortage of doctors. It’s one reason why health care costs so much. Yet the AMA, the biggest doctor’s association, is focused on telling doctors to use Marxist language.

Don’t say “minority,” say “historically marginalized.” Say “equity,” not “equality.”

As the so-called Freedom Convoy that converged on Ottawa, Canada, last month was broken up by police over the weekend, Washington, D.C., appears to be preparing for thousands of truckers who plan to descend on the U.S. capital in the coming days.

State and local law enforcement have called in support from the National Guard In anticipation of the massive convoy in the D.C. area between late February and late March, a government source told Fox News on Tuesday.

The truckers have requested a permit from the National Park Service to allow 1,000 to 3,000 to gather in the nation’s capital, according to the source. National guard troops will reportedly deploy beginning Tuesday and remain in place until the end of March.

Supreme Court justices on Feb. 22 rejected a bid by health care workers in Maine to block the state’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

Justices declined to hear arguments for and against an appeals court decision that left the mandate, which affects all health care workers in Maine, intact.

At least six justices rejected the writ of certiorari, or request to review the lower court decision denying a preliminary injunction. How each justice voted wasn’t made public.

Oral arguments in 303 Creative LLC v. Elenis will likely be held this fall. The case involves Colorado-based web designer Lorie Smith, who says her religious beliefs would not allow her to create a custom wedding website for same-sex couples.

The Court will decide whether applying a public-accommodation law to compel an artist to speak or stay silent violates the Free Speech Clause of the First Amendment.

Colorado’s Anti-Discrimination Act (CADA) was also at issue when the high court heard the case of a Colorado baker who refused to make custom wedding cakes for a same-sex couple. While the Court said the baker was treated with anti-religious bias, the justices at the time sidestepped the larger question of whether certain businesses can assert a religious liberty claim when refusing to serve certain customers.

Rick Scott breaks GOP ranks and unveils plan to ‘rescue America’

The first-term Florida Republican and chair of the National Republican Senatorial Committee released an 11-point plan through Politico on Tuesday. ‘Americans deserve to know what we will do when given the chance to govern,’ he said.

The agenda includes a mix of classic Republican priorities – shrinking the federal government and enacting national voter ID laws – and culture war measures, such as declaring that there are ‘two genders,’ completing the border wall and naming it after Donald Trump and limiting most federal workers, including members of Congress, to 12 years of service.

It is a clear break from Sen. Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, who has held off on releasing a GOP agenda in hopes that Democrats will run themselves into the ground.

In January, asked what the party’s plan was if it came back to power, the Kentucky Republican quipped: ‘I’ll let you know when we take it back.’

Oklahoma Senate Committee Passes Bill to Ban Abortions When Unborn Baby’s Heart Starts Beating

Muskogee Now reports the state Senate Health and Human Services Committee voted Monday to advance all four bills to the full Senate for a vote.

“This is an opportunity to save more Oklahomans. I hope that we see a good decision out of the U.S. Supreme Court, but we can’t wait around for that,” Senate President Pro Tem Greg Treat told the committee, Fox 23 News reports. “We need to save unborn life.”

The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to rule this summer on a Mississippi abortion case that could overturn Roe v. Wade and allow states to protect unborn babies from abortion again.

Afghan debacle isn’t the first Sullivan and other Biden officials have defended

President Biden’s National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan is one of the key officials fending off criticism. He was doing much the same after another bungled government action in a different Islamic country nearly nine years ago: Libya.

On Sept. 11, 2012, Islamic extremist terrorists had attacked U.S. compounds in Benghazi, Libya, murdering U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans. Numerous Obama administration insiders later said a decision had been made high-up not to send the U.S. military to try to rescue the trapped Americans during the many hours of the attacks, despite troops who said they were ready and poised to help.

Another familiar face from Benghazi is Jen Psaki, now White House spokesman. Psaki was the State Department spokesman during Benghazi and defended the edits to the talking points.

The current Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken, was serving as then-Vice President Biden’s National Security Adviser during the Benghazi attacks, and was promoted to the spot as Obama’s Deputy National Security Adviser, and then to Deputy Secretary of State under John Kerry.

Did Hillary Gang Use Pentagon Contract to Spy on Trump?

Judicial Watch received 127 pages of records from the Georgia Institute of Technology of communications among four individuals.

These records reveal that the individuals, who are mentioned in the Durham probe indictment of Michael Sussmann, worked with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) from 2016-2021.

The documents also suggest the group was interested in targeting then-Trump campaign adviser Steve Bannon.

The documents, currently held by the National Archives, are records from the final weeks of the Trump administration, and are being sought as part of the probe that is exploring the protest that interrupted the process of counting electoral votes, as well as other attempts to overturn the results of the November 2020 election.

The Supreme Court’s decision not to hear Trump’s challenge of a D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling came as part of list of orders, without explanation or comment from any of the justices.

The Court noted that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, which upheld the Jan. 6 Committee’s request for documents, had ruled Trump would have lost the case even if he were still president.

NYC Election Board’s war on election fairness

In November, the government accountability group Judicial Watch sent letters to BOE officials in all five boroughs warning of apparent serious violations of the voter registration act.

The law requires states to remove registrations of voters who fail to respond to an address confirmation request and then fail to vote in two consecutive elections.

In New York City, the numbers of potential violators ignored by the Board of Elections are staggering. Mining statutory reporting data, Judicial Watch found that in Manhattan, with 1.2 million registered voters, state authorities removed a grand total of two ineligible voters from voting rolls.

Texas GOP clash: The clout of a Trump endorsement takes on the legacy of Bush family political dynasty

Current Attorney General Ken Paxton has been endorsed by Trump, but his path to reelection faces a tough test against a challenger who supported Trump, but did not win the former president’s endorsement.

Paxton is being challenged by George P. Bush, the two-term Texas land commissioner and the last member of the Bush political dynasty – which over four generations has produced two presidents, a vice president, a senator, two governors and a congressman – as well as former judge and longtime Rep. Louie Gohmert (TX-01), who’s known as a hard core conservative, and former state Supreme Court Justice Eva Guzman.

Over the past year Paxton’s taken the Biden Administration to court numerous times, including a lawsuit filed last week over the federal coronavirus mask mandate on interstate public transportation, including on airplanes and airports.

Paxton’s challengers have been targeting him less on his record and his polices and more on his political baggage.

Mandel-Harper Ohio Senate debate goes off the rails in Cleveland

An Ohio Senate debate between Republican candidate Josh Mandel and Democrat Morgan Harper devolved into name-callling and sparring with the audience Monday night, adding the latest explosive moment to the incendiary Ohio Senate race.

Among the insults, Mandel said Harper is “like AOC only dumber,” referring to Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y. And Harper mocked Mandel for being on his third run for U.S. Senate, with unsuccessful efforts in 2012 and 2018.

The moderator asked Mandel about a previous comment calling Black Lives Matter “thugs,” after which an audience member interjected with a loud “uhhhhuh.”

“You ain’t coming in the Black community. Put ’em out,” the audience member said.

“Potential Extinction”: 48 Top Global Scientists Sign Declaration – Demand Ban on Fauci’s “Gain of Function” Research

Conscious of the mission and responsibility of science and research to serve the welfare of humanity, to strive for truth, and to communicate the knowledge gained to the general public, the signatories of this statement wish to call attention to a major threat to human existence that has arisen in recent years as a result of novel bioengineering techniques to modify dangerous pathogens.

The current coronavirus pandemic clearly shows what happens when pathogens are extremely easily transmitted from person to person. Millions of people have died and the livelihoods of billions of people are threatened or have been lost altogether.

Unfortunately, no biotechnology laboratory in the world is safe enough to guarantee that such enhanced viruses will not escape, especially given the functions that may be purposely or accidentally gained and which are often difficult to predict. A catastrophic biosecurity breach with such viruses could be fatal for a substantial proportion of the world population, especially if the transmissibility of highly dangerous viruses via the human respiratory tract is facilitated by genetic modification or some other means.

Ristau, who took part in the convoy in early February, led a group of protesters in prayer and joined them in singing the Canadian national anthem

According to Ristau, the ‘Freedom Convoy’ is the result of average Canadians feeling as though any pushback or skepticism of vaccine mandates have been ignored.

He emphasized that the protests were organized as a way to peacefully and legally express an opposing opinion.

“Justin Trudeau has made it clear without using the word terrorist, he’s basically treated the protesters as he could with any terrorist organization, saying I won’t negotiate with terrorists,” he said.
