Flyers advertising “Dress in Drag!” day and “Lesbian Pride!” day were posted throughout McDowell High School, Erie News Now reported.
For Thursday’s “Dress in Drag!” day, students are encouraged to “be your own drag queen!” and “embrace yourself!” the flyer indicates. For Wednesday’s “Lesbian Pride!” day, students are encouraged to “dress in the colors of the lesbian flag!” the flyer adds.
Monday was “Rainbow Day!” during which students were encouraged to “dress in the colors of the rainbow flag!” the flyer says.
What we know so far about Tucker Carlson’s shocking Fox News departure

The details surrounding the end of Carlson’s reign at the network are murky.
Carlson has yet to comment on his sudden departure, and Fox News’ statement said very little, merely that the two parties “have agreed to part ways” and “we thank him for his service to the network.”
In the absence of an explanation, there’s plenty of speculation that another, bigger scandal is behind it waiting to be uncovered — something that would merit cutting off the network’s biggest star without even giving him a chance to say goodbye.
It’s also still unclear what’s next for Carlson or what Fox News looks like without Carlson at its center.

Election Integrity Activists Launch New Website To Clean Up Michigan’s Voter Rolls
Following the refusal by Michigan’s leading Democrat election official to remove ineligible voters from the state’s voter rolls, election integrity activists are taking matters into their own hands.
Last week, Check My Vote (CMV), a network of “independent volunteer database experts and data analysts” working to ensure election integrity in Michigan, launched a new website called checkmyvote.org, which allows Michiganders to “view their own voting histories and the registered voters in their area — at no charge.” While residents and clerks are able to see how someone voted, the “secrecy of a person’s ballot is protected.”
Mexico finds 11,000 tequila bottles filled with 10 tons of liquid meth
Inspectors for the Mexican Navy discovered 11,520 tequila bottles filled with almost 10 tons of concentrated liquid meth in the port of Manzanillo, the Navy said in a statement Monday.
Officials said the drugs were spotted using a “chemical identification system and a canine binomial trained for drug location.”
The Pharmacology and Toxicology Laboratory of the Ministry of the Navy later confirmed the substances were methamphetamine.
Judge orders Hunter Biden to appear in court for baby mama paternity case
Meyer lashed out at the attorneys on a Zoom call Monday, complaining that litigation was taking too long.
“I will no longer allow us to excuse clients,” she warned, according to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.
Hunter, 53, will be required to be present during the next in-person hearing scheduled at 9 a.m. May 1.
The judge issued the ruling after Brent Langdon, Hunter Biden’s attorney in the paternity suit, told her that a laptop associated with his client — and possibly containing income tax records — was still in a repair shop.

A Home Office letter – seen by Sky News – has been sent out telling them the majority of the 8,000 people still in hotels will have to find their own accommodation.
The Government has become frustrated that some evacuees have turned down offers of housing – those who have said they do not want to move to an area they do not know or that the housing on offer is not big enough for their families.
It’s unclear how many offers have actually been made.

WHO sounds the alarm after Sudanese militants seize biolab containing deadly viruses
The World Health Organization is sounding the alarm over a “high risk of biological hazard” after one of two warring factions in Sudan captured a laboratory containing deadly viruses.
WHO spokesman Nima Saeed Abid told reporters in Geneva Tuesday that technicians were unable to access the lab in Khartoum and properly secure the pathogens, reported Reuters.
The lab is reportedly located near the center of the city, close to Khartoum’s primary airport.
Among the various hazardous materials stored on-site are the pathogens the cause measles, polio, and cholera.

Washington governor signs three gun-control bills into law
A crowd of gun-control activists and Democratic lawmakers broke into cheers as he signed the measures, which he said would not solve all gun violence but would save lives.
“Just because they don’t solve all the problems does not mean the state of Washington does not take action,” Inslee said. “Inaction against gun violence is unacceptable.”
The White House press secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, praised Washington state officials for passing the ban on selling specific semi-automatic weapons. President Joe Biden “commends the leadership of Washington Governor Jay Inslee and legislative leaders as well as the advocates, survivors and elected officials who fought for years to make today a reality”, she said.

The video illustrates just how bad the GOP thinks America could get under Biden’s thumb using all AI-generated imagery.

Rep. Jim Jordan Subpoenas Top FBI HR Official
House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, has subpoenaed top FBI human resources official Jennifer Lee Moore to testify after she refused to answer questions about the FBI’s alleged retaliation against whistleblowers claiming abuse they saw at the bureau.
Moore, the executive assistant director of human resources at the agency, would not answer the questions during a transcribed interview, Jordan spokesman Russell Dye said in a statement late Monday, The Hill reported.
Jordan’s subpoena comes after panel Democrats released a report in March arguing the FBI’s witnesses did not qualify legally as whistleblowers. That status requires them to make a formal report to several entities, but Republicans on the committee are accusing the FBI of targeting people with conservative viewpoints.
