Documents relating to Jeffrey Epstein’s associates will be unsealed

Judge Loretta Preska on Friday ruled that the material concerning eight people should be unsealed despite one subject claiming it could ‘wrongfully harm (his) privacy and reputation.’

Among those whose names are mentioned in the documents are Emmy Tayler, Ghislaine Maxwell‘s former personal assistant, who was accused of taking part in the sexual abuse of minors.

Judge Preska overrode objections from Tom Pritzker, the billionaire executive chairman of the Hyatt Hotels, and ordered material related to him be made public.

The documents are part of a defamation case brought against Maxwell by accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre in 2016 that was later settled.

A total of 16 ‘Non-Party Does’ objected to the release of the files being made public and the first set of eight have already been dealt with by the federal court in New York.

The latest batch related to the remaining eight, referred to as Does 12, 28, 97, 107, 144, 147, 171, and 183.

Report: Google’s YouTube Allows Dems to Question Elections, Not Republicans

The videos were made by an independent journalist for TK News, a news outlet founded by the left-leaning journalist and author Matt Taibbi.

On his personal substack, the journalist, Matt Orfalea, explained that YouTube took down his video with Republicans questioning the integrity of elections, while allowing his video with Democrats doing the same to remain up.

The video shows Hillary Clinton repeatedly describing the 2016 election as “stolen,” various top Democrats and media figures alleging the election was illegitimate because Russia “hacked” it, and even a Change.org petition with millions of signatures asking the electoral college to make Clinton the president in 2016.

Democrat claims of stolen elections aren’t limited to 2016. Numerous figures in the party claimed Republican George W. Bush stole the election from Democrat Al Gore in the 2000 presidential election, and Democrat Stacey Abrams infamously refused to concede her narrow loss to Republican Brian Kemp in the Georgia gubernatorial election of 2018.

Lauren Boebert’s Democratic opponent concedes in tight Colorado race

On a livestream Friday, Democratic candidate Adam Frisch announced that he had called GOP Rep. Lauren Boebert to concede the race in Colorado’s 3rd Congressional District.

Boebert was leading Frisch by 551 votes, but in percentage terms, they were tied at 50% with 99% of the expected vote in. Given how slim Boebert’s lead was, the race was heading into a recount.

Boebert breezed through her Republican primary with 66% of the vote and was expected by many observers to comfortably win her general election in a district that went for former President Donald Trump by 15 points in 2020.

Although originally set to begin in 2019, Rivers’ murder trial began in October.

Rivers originally entered a not-guilty plea, but later changed it to not guilty by reason of insanity.

The Alameda County jury began deliberating on Nov. 15. The jury didn’t need more than a few hours to arrive at their verdict.

The jury found Dana Rivers guilty in the first degree in the Nov. 11, 2016, murders of 57-year-old Patricia Wright, 56-year-old Charlotte Reed, and Wright’s 19-year-old adopted son Benny Diambu-Wright (Toto Diambu).

All special circumstances, including vulnerable victims and the use of deadly weapons, were found to be true.

It is presently unclear whether Rivers, if sentenced to prison, will serve in a men’s facility.

Nicholas Joseph Gutierrez had to be released because California law bars authorities from holding a suspect in custody for more than 48 hours without presenting the case to prosecutors, a spokesperson for the LA County Sheriff’s Department said.

Gutierrez will be rearrested once the probe of Wednesday’s horrific incident is complete, Sgt. Gerardo Magos told the Los Angeles Times.

“The evidence is there,” he said. “We just want to make sure it’s properly presented.”

Authorities allegedly found weed in Gutierrez’ Honda CRV and are trying to determine if he was high at the time, the LA Times reported, citing a source familiar with the investigation.

Sheriff Alex Villanueva has said that a Breathalyzer test was administered at the scene and that Gutierrez passed it when he “blew a 0.0.”

“Waste of the Week” on The National Desk: US-Funded Military Research Going to China

In this week’s Waste of the Week, $20 million for U.S.-funded military research is going to institutions in China. Adam Andrzejewski, CEO and founder of OpenTheBooks.com, joined The National Desk Friday to discuss this topic.

More than 150 Chinese-born scientists who did U.S. taxpayer-funded military research at the fabled Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico are now back home working in China, in some cases, helping develop weapons, according to a news release provided by Andrzejewski.

Chinese police stations in America and around the world

The Spain-based human rights organization Safeguard Defenders recently published a report on these 32 unofficial Chinese police “service stations” operating around the world. The stations were established by the Overseas Chinese Police Office of the Fuzhou Public Security Bureau in China’s Fujian Province.

Liu Rongyan, Director of the Fuzhou Public Security Bureau’s overseas police operations reportedly announced the launch of the “first batch” of 30 overseas “service stations” on Jan. 22, 2022. The 30 stations are located in 25 cities in 21 different countries.

The exact scope of the mission of these overseas Chinese police “service stations” is unclear, but Safeguard Defenders researchers believe the offices work in conjunction with China’s “Fox Hunt” operations.

China says its “Fox Hunt” operations are meant to convince Chinese criminals living abroad to return to China, but they have been accused of targeting Chinese dissidents and relying on threats and coercive behavior to get those dissidents to come back to China.

new peer-reviewed study published this week in the journal “Human Reproduction Update” confirmed an alarming trend detailed by the same researchers in a groundbreaking 2017 meta-analysis: Sperm counts have been trending downward in men on every continent since 1973.

The researchers indicated that “this world-wide decline is continuing in the 21st century at an accelerated pace.”

The researchers stated that this is “now recognized as a significant public health concern,” citing a group of leading clinicians and scientists who underscored both the “importance of male reproductive health for the survival of the human (and other) species” and that “decreased male fertility [is] a major public health problem.”

Levine told the Times of Israel, “The trend of decline is both very real and appears to be accelerating.”

REVEALED: Biden admin funds ‘Cat Park’ game to ‘inoculate youth against disinformation’

A memo from the US Department of State, obtained by the Foundation for Freedom, begins by stating, “With the Internet, only two things are certain: the global appeal of cats videos and the pervasiveness of disinformation.”

Harmony Square, as the memo states, is a game in which players “take on the role of Chief Disinformation Officer, abusing social media to spread disinformation, using trolling, emotional language, rage amplification, conspiracy theories, and polarization to magnify inter-group differences.”

The game, available in English, Dutch, French, and Russian as of the memo date, “helps players discern between reliable and unreliable information.”

“Posts are encouraged to promote this free game for adoption in local schools, to publicize this game online using the linked digital campaign toolkit, and to organize special rollout events,” an action request states.

Proof Amazon is FAR MORE DANGEROUS than you may have thought

The world knows Amazon is an extraordinarily powerful company, but one family’s terrifying story demonstrates just how dark, dominant, and dishonorable the monopolistic corporation truly is.

Amy Nelson’s husband, Carl, was accused of an unspecific crime by Amazon — his former employer — in 2020. Even though Carl was never charged with that crime, Amazon still seized nearly all the funds Amy and Carl had spent years acquiring.

Everything was taken directly from their bank accounts via civil asset forfeiture. But the dangers of Amazon go even further.

Amy joined “The Glenn Beck Program” to detail just how menacing the relationship between Amazon and our federal government — specifically the DOJ — truly is.

Vaccine Disaster: Myopericarditis Rates off the Charts – 23,300 Suspected Cases Per Million!

When Pfizer and Moderna went for full FDA approval, they received from the FDA a Biological Licensing Agreement (BLA) letter, essentially stating, “You must study myocarditis with your vaccines.”

What that entails, explained Dr. Peter McCullough, is prospective cohort studies, meaning you measure everything (troponin levels, EKG, echocardiogram, ultrasound, etc.) at baseline, give the vaccine, and compare the results from before and afterwards.

But surprise, surprise, they never did those studies.

However, Mansanguan & Colleagues from Thailand did — and the data is alarming.

UN Report: Gain-Of-Function Research ‘Increases Possibility’ Of Pandemics.

The 70-page report from the United Nations Environmental Program (UNEP) follows scrutiny of gain-of-function research after revelations that the controversial research method was being used by scientists at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which is believed to be the epicenter of COVID-19.

Using taxpayer funds from Anthony Fauci’s National Institutes of Health (NIH) agency, researchers from the Wuhan-based laboratory and the New York non-profit EcoHealth Alliance manipulated bat coronaviruses strikingly similar to COVID-19 to become more lethal to humans.

The report – “COVID-19, a Warning: Addressing Environmental Threats and the Risk of Future Pandemics in Asia and the Pacific” – provides 10 recommendations to mitigate pandemic risks, including to “better regulate or ban dangerous “gain of function” pathogen studies” as its ninth suggestion.

“Deliberately searching for wildlife viruses could paradoxically increase the possibility of accidentally generating an outbreak or even a pandemic, via accidental escape,” begins the report.

US Government Announces $13 Billion in Funding to ‘Modernize’ Power Grids

(Image: REUTERS/Carlos Barria)

The $1.2 trillion infrastructure law, passed last year, provides $10.5 billion to harden power systems against growing threats like extreme weather and climate change, the DOE said, and a further $2.5 billion to help build new transmission lines.

An estimated 70 percent of the nation’s transmission lines are over 25 years old, and this aging infrastructure makes American communities, critical infrastructure and economic interests vulnerable, the White House said.

The upgraded transmission system is also critical to cost-effectively achieving Biden’s goals of reducing greenhouse gas emissions 50 percent below 2005 levels in 2030 and achieving 100 percent clean electricity by 2035.

The White House highlighted other initiatives aimed at boosting the power grid, such as expediting approval of new transmission lines, advancing major project reviews and supporting wind-power transmission.

Merrick Garland Names Special Counsel on Trump; Still No Special Counsel on Hunter Biden

Hunter Biden acknowledged in December 2020 that he had been under federal investigation for possible tax violations. Since then, the investigation reportedly broadened to include more of his global business dealings.

However, Attorney General Garland has declined to appoint a special counsel, despite criticism from legal scholars who say that greater political independence is needed in an inquiry involving the president’s family.

Earlier this week, the Washington Post reported —  nearly a week after the midterm election — that the Mar-a-Lago documents were of a personal interest and there was no indication that the former president intended to sell any national secrets. The story has largely been ignored.

Garland had promised at his confirmation hearing in 2021 to keep politics out of the Department of Justice.

‘I have been proven innocent for six years’: Trump slams ‘unfair’ special counsel probe announced 24 hours after Republicans launched Biden probe,

Donald Trump tore into the Department of Justice after Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed war crimes prosecutor Jack Smith to serve as special counsel to determine if Trump  should face charges in multiple DOJ probes.

‘This is a totally expected political stunt by a feckless, politicized, weaponized Biden Department of Justice,’ a Trump spokesperson said Friday.

Trump told Fox News he ‘won’t partake’ in ‘the worst politicization of justice in our country’ just after the announcement.

‘I have been going through this for six years- for six years, I have been going through this, and I am not going to go through it anymore,’ Trump went on, ‘And I hope the Republicans have the courage to fight this.’
