Report: 58 of the nation’s top 100 medical schools force mandatory CRT-related programs
A recent report by CriticalRace.org found that 58 of the top 100 medical schools in the United States force mandatory student training or assignments related to critical race theory, Fox News Digital reported.
CriticalRace.org is a project by the Legal Insurrection Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting free speech, that has been monitoring critical race theory coursework and training found on college campuses across the nation.
The online database breaks down the specific training and coursework found at each school.
William Jacobson, a clinical professor of law at Cornell Law School and founder of CriticalRace.org, told Fox News Digital, “Medical School education is in crisis, with ‘social justice’ and race-focused activism being imposed on students, faculty, and staff.”
Woman hits two sheriff’s deputies with car in attempt to flee. Turns out suspect has criminal history of violence against law enforcement.
The suspect — identified as 27-year old Carina Holder of Davenport — was attempting to use a stolen credit card, authorities said.
When the deputies arrived a few minutes later and tried to speak to Holder, she got into a BMW X5 and attempted to flee the scene, authorities said.
In fact, Holder drove directly at the deputies, hitting two of them, authorities said. In fear for their lives and others’ lives, deputies opened fire in an attempt to stop the car, authorities said, adding that Holder continued to flee from the scene but was caught and arrested about two miles away.
Outspoken Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd, who never seems shy about letting his views be known, said “the suspect has a criminal history of fraud and violence, and that’s exactly what was involved here today.
Authorities said Holder’s criminal history includes Polk County arrests in 2021 for battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting with and without violence.
In March 2022, she was arrested for battery (domestic violence), battery on officer/firefighter, and resisting without violence, authorities added. In September, Holder was arrested and charged with forgery, criminal use of personal ID, grand theft, false statements, false impersonation, fraud to obtain property, uttering a false Instrument, and unlawful use of communications device, authorities said.
Cryptocurrency founder dies ‘unexpectedly’ at 30
On November 23, Tiantian Kullander, the 30-year-old co-founder of the digital asset company Amber Group, passed away “unexpectedly” in his sleep, a statement from Amber confirmed.
Kullander’s cause of death has not been released. He is survived by his wife and son.
Kullander’s untimely death treads upon the heels of the untimely death of yet another young cryptocurrency millionaire.
Nikolai Mushegian, 29, was discovered drowned on a Puerto Rican beach on October 29, just hours after he tweeted: “CIA and Mossad and pedo elite are running some kind of sex trafficking entrapment blackmail ring out of Puerto Rico and Caribbean islands.
“They are going to frame me with a laptop planted by my ex [girlfriend] who was a spy. They will torture me to death.”

Tennessee GOP ex-lawmaker pleads guilty in campaign finance case after claiming FBI ‘witch hunt’
The scheme was meant to benefit his 2016 campaign for U.S. Congress, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Tennessee.
The Justice Department announcement, which came days before Thanksgiving, said Kelsey and co-conspirator Joshua Smith, owner of the Nashville social club The Standard, were indicted by a federal grand jury in Nashville in October 2021 and charged with violating multiple campaign finance laws.
Kelsey, who previously pleaded not guilty and initially blamed the Biden administration in characterizing the charges as “nothing but a political witch hunt,” changed his plea in front of a federal judge.
The move came after Smith pleaded guilty last month to one count under a deal that requires him to “cooperate fully and truthfully” with federal authorities.
According to court documents, Kelsey, 44, of Germantown, admitted that he conspired to and did secretly and unlawfully funnel money from multiple sources, including his own Tennessee State Senate campaign committee, to his authorized federal campaign committee.

Florida man accused of killing random couple, chewing on victim’s face found not guilty by reason of insanity
Austin Harrouff, 25, pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to two counts of first-degree murder and other charges for the 2016 slayings of John Stevens, 59, and his wife, Michelle Mishcon Stevens, 53.
He also seriously injured a neighbor who tried to help them, prosecutors said.
A judge accepted the plea deal Monday. Harrouff, who attended Florida State University before the attack, will be committed to a secure mental health facility until doctors and a judge agree that he is no longer dangerous.
Police reportedly found Harrouff, who was 19 at the time, nearly naked and biting John Stevens’ face, WPLG reported. He did not know his victims and reportedly claimed he believed he was being chased by a demon.
In a 38-page mental health report released by the Martin County State Attorney’s Office in 2019, forensic psychologist Dr. Phillip Resnick concluded that Harrouff believed he was “half-dog, half-man” during the attack.
Wisconsin police name dating app ‘predator’ as person of interest in woman’s fatal collapse at bar
A Wisconsin man accused of drugging women he met on dating apps has been named a person of interest in the death of a 55-year-old mom of four.
“I saw the look on her face, and I saw she was holding a drink. She kind of started leaning back,” bartender Sam Anderson told WISN of what he saw on Nov. 17 when 55-year-old Kim Mikulance collapsed and ultimately died. “She was in here for maybe five minutes until she hit the ground.”
Police are currently looking for 52-year-old Timothy Olson, who they named as a person of interest in Mikulance’s death. He was spotted sitting at the bar of Powers on 10th with the mom of four before she collapsed, according to WISN.
Olson is linked to at least two other instances where women in the area became unconscious while in the man’s presence, according to a press release shared by the Racine Police Department on its Facebook page.
Texas woman accused of scamming online boyfriend out of $1.2 million, used money at casinos: report
Court documents revealed that Rew met the New Palestine man on social media and the pair began a relationship, during which the man sent her $1.2 million between October 2020 and February of this year, according to Fox59.
Rew reportedly told the victim she needed the funds to pay for her daughter’s surgical procedures and prescriptions, along with heart medications for herself, the station said.
The man used his personal IRA, bank accounts and other savings to get Rew the money, with Rew claiming her insurance would reimburse her later after paying upfront, allowing her to repay him, Fox59 reports.
But a postal inspector found no record of Rew using the money for medical purposes and neither the Fort Worth woman nor her daughter had accounts with a local hospital, according to Fox59.
Instead, investigators found out that Rew was using the money to finance her lifestyle, which included 167 visits to one Oklahoma casino and 157 to another during a two-year period, the station reported.
Suspects caught on camera stealing Rolex watch from man in LA
Police say the two suspects, identified as 20-year-old Tyler Dumas and 19-year-old Edwin Witty, led officers on a chase after they took off from the scene of the robbery.
The suspects collided with a car, injuring the driver, cops said. One of the suspects was arrested at the scene. The other ran away, but was eventually taken into custody.
The stolen Rolex watch and a gun were recovered during the pair’s arrest, officials said.
It is believed that Dumas and Witty may be wanted for other robbery in the Los Angeles area.
FBI involved in manhunt for Connecticut father suspected in ‘gruesome’ killing of infant daughter
The FBI is offering a $10,000 reward in the manhunt for a Connecticut father accused of killing his own 11-month old daughter in a “horrific and gruesome crime” that a police chief is calling “one of the most difficult and trying cases that we have ever had to investigate.”
Camilla Francisquini, who was laid to rest on Saturday, was found “in a state of dismemberment” when investigators and first responders discovered her remains at the Naugatuck home of her father, Christopher Francisquini, on Friday, Nov. 18, according to Naugatuck Police Chief Colin McAllister.
“If anyone out there is providing aid, assisting or helping hide Francisquini, you yourself are not safe,” McAllister told reporters last week. “This suspect has shown predisposition to violence and a violent, violent homicidal act.”
“He has a history of violent offenses, he has posed a danger to the public previously,” McAllister said.
Authorities, citing a medical examiner, say Camilla died as a result of neck compressions and stab wounds.
California family murdered by Virginia man who ‘catfished’ teen girl: police
The teenage daughter of one of the victims found following a house fire was taken by a Virginia man who had been “catfishing” her online, according to a press release.
Just after 11 a.m. Friday, Riverside police officers were called to a home for reports of a disturbance between a man and a teen girl.
Officers said the teen “appeared distressed” while getting into a Red Kia Soul with a man who was later identified as 28-year-old Austin Lee Edwards, a former employee of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and Virginia State Police.
Several hours later, Edwards was discovered driving with the teen through San Bernardino County in the unincorporated area of Kelso where he was located by deputies.
When confronted, Edwards allegedly fired shots at deputies before they fired back, killing him. The teen was unharmed, and taken into protective custody.

Boston Children’s Hospital is not the only hospital that performs sex change surgeries on minors. A 2017 email exchange between Assistant Secretary of Health Rachel Levine, who is transgender, and the co-founder and co-director of the Gender and Sexuality Development Clinic at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia reveals that such surgeries were also occurring in Pennsylvania.
Nadia Dowshen, the co-founder and co-director of the clinic responded to a question from Levine, saying, “I think we’ve had more than 10 patients who have had chest surgery under 18 (as young as 15) and 1 bottom surgery (17).” Levine was the Physician General of Pennsylvania when the emails were exchanged.
McGregor also went on to note that the hospital has a “Gen Z clinic,” which is their “young child clinic.” She goes on to note, “I think we’ve seen kids down to two or three but most of the kids that we see are five, six, or seven when they first come into this clinic.”
Chicago Woman with Concealed Carry Permit Shoots Alleged Carjacker in Head
On November 27, 2022, FOX News reported that the woman was sitting in her car when four men allegedly approached, at least two of whom were armed.
CBS Chicago notes that the man with the gun allegedly tried to open the woman’s door, at which time she shot him in the head.
The woman then fled the scene on foot and as she did, another one of the alleged carjackers shot at her, hitting her in the arm.
Breitbart News points out at least 28 people were shot in Chicago over Thanksgiving weekend, and five of those shooting victims succumbed to their wounds.
Nightmare before Christmas: Border Patrol agents reveal fears about collapse of Title 42
Thousands of U.S. Border Patrol agents are bracing for a monumental migration event at the southern border with Mexico that is expected to take place when pandemic policy Title 42 ends just days before Christmas , according to six employees who spoke with the Washington Examiner.
“Customs and Border Protection will have no other choice but to release virtually everyone.”
“When Title 42 ends we are going to see an already broken immigration system become completely inundated across all sectors. There will be no choice but to prioritize administrative/detainee functions over actual enforcement,” a second Border Patrol agent, who asked not to be identified by location or job title, wrote in a message.
“The only way to achieve this will be to pull line agents off the border and send them to processing,” the second agent continued. “They won’t have any choice but to parole and release as many people as possible to avoid another large scale media event (Del Rio).”
The Border Patrol could be looking at as many as 18,000 arrests per day come Dec. 21— up from the 6,000 apprehended daily amid this crisis. For context, an Obama-era DHS secretary said 1,000 arrests per day constituted a “crisis.” Border Patrol could soon be 18 times over that standard.
Report: Thousands of Migrants Waiting in Mexico to Rush U.S. Border When Title 42 Ends
Rather than appealing the judge’s decision, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas asked the court for five weeks to wind down Title 42.
As a result, reports indicate that thousands of migrants are waiting in Juarez, Mexico, as well as Tijuana, Mexico, in camps for Title 42 to end in the coming weeks so they can get their chance to rush the southern border.
Likewise, migrants in Juarez told Border Report that they are waiting out the next few weeks before they rush the southern border. Meanwhile, inewsource reported that about 14,000 migrants are waiting in Tijuana for Title 42 to end.
“We will stay here until those four weeks pass. That is the goal, to get ahead and so our children can have a better future,” one migrant from El Salvador said.
“I am hopeful that I will get to cross, and God will be with me on my journey,” another migrant told Border Report. “I have faith.”

Barber, chair of the Citywide Council of Presidents of New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) Tenant Associations, indirectly blasted plans by Mayor Eric Adams (D) and Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) that is set to spend at least $600 million on hotel rooms, subsidized public housing, and public school needs for thousands of border crossers and illegal aliens arriving on buses every week from Texas.
In an interview with the New York Post, Barber said Democrat city officials are wrapped up in getting help to migrants even as poor New Yorkers suffer with insufficient housing and a lack of job opportunities.
“The city is going to put forth a ton of money for these people who aren’t even citizens, but they forgot about the people who live in public housing right here,” Barber told the Post:
“They are going to train a bunch of people coming into the country, but those already here who apply through hoops to get in, can’t get in,” said Barber, who represents every person living in the 335 housing developments in the five boroughs as their elected president. [Emphasis added]

Five-Time Deported Illegal Alien Sentenced to Less than 30 Years for Murdering Arizona Man
As Breitbart News reported at the time, Juan De Dios Cazares-Lopez, a 38-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, was arrested and charged with murdering 49-year-old Martin Lopez, who was the brother of his ex-girlfriend.
Last week, Cazares-Lopez was sentenced in Maricopa County for murdering Lopez and given 28.5 years in prison. Cazares-Lopez had pleaded guilty to one count of second-degree murder and another count of stalking.
At the time of the murder, Cazares-Lopez had already been deported five times from the U.S. Sometime before the murder, Cazares-Lopez illegally re-entered the U.S. for the sixth time.
According to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, Lopez was outside his Phoenix, Arizona, home when Cazares-Lopez passed by in a vehicle and shot at him. Eyewitnesses said they heard gunshots and noticed Lopez on the ground.

Hawaii’s Mauna Loa, the world’s largest active volcano, began spewing ash and debris from its summit, prompting civil defense officials to warn residents on Monday to prepare in case the eruption causes lava to flow toward communities.
America running out of key antibiotics and respiratory drugs for children amid “tripledemic”
The United States is running out of four key antibiotics and respiratory drugs for children, which doctors claim are essential for fighting off seasonal diseases.
Public health officials have declared a shortage of frontline antibiotics like amoxicillin and Augmentin – an antibiotic made up of amoxicillin mixed with clavulanic acid.
Both drugs are used to treat bacterial infections like pneumonia, respiratory infections and strep throat. (Related: Emergency rooms packed with children sick with RSV due as amoxicillin shortage rages.)
According to the American Society of Health System Pharmacists, the U.S. is also experiencing shortages of Tamiflu and albuterol. The former is the most common medication given for influenza, and the latter is an inhaler for children with asthma to help them open up the airways in their lungs.
“Right now, we are having severe shortages of medications,” said Renae Kraft, a relief pharmacist working in Oklahoma City. “There’s no Tamiflu for children. There’s barely any Tamiflu for adults – and this is brand-name and generic.”
“As far as antibiotics go, there’s not a whole lot,” she added.

European ‘super cartel’ busted in six countries; 49 arrests, 30 tons of cocaine seized
The investigation, dubbed “Operation Desert Light,” targeted the cartel’s “command-and-control center and the logistical drugs trafficking infrastructure in Europe,” according to the agency.
“The scale of cocaine importation into Europe under the suspects’ control and command was massive and over 30 tons of drugs were seized by law enforcement over the course of the investigations,” Europol said, adding that the suspects used encrypted communications to organize drugs shipments.
The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration also played a role in bringing down the organization, which was also involved in money laundering, Europol said.
Authorities arrested 13 suspects in Spain, six in France, 10 in Belgium, and 14 in the Netherlands in 2021. Europol said six “high-value targets” were also arrested in Dubai.
Warning from US embassy in China signals lockdowns are likely to intensify amid protests
The U.S. embassy in China released a statement calling on its citizens in the country to “keep a 14-day supply of medications, bottled water, and food for yourself and any members of your household,” on Monday morning.
David Tafuri, a former State Department official and foreign policy adviser to the Obama campaign, says the State Department is trying to get ahead of the situation and prevent citizens from being caught up in a tense situation inside China.
“I think this is a message to U.S. Citizens in China that the State Department believes the combination of further anti-COVID measures and a potential crackdown on protesters by China could result in further lockdowns and travel bans that could put U.S. citizens at risk for arrest if they leave their homes,” added Tafuri.
Tumultuous protests broke out in several Chinese cities over the country’s “zero-COVID” policy and a deadly fire in a high-rise building that cost 10 people their lives.
