Biden Administration Sends Notices to Appear to Tens of Thousands of Illegal Immigrants Inside US

The illegal immigrants, numbering about 78,000, will receive packets of documents, including ones directing them to report to the ICE office closest to where they’re living, and that they will be processed for possible deportation. Agents will log biometric information, take photographs, and inform the immigrants of future check-in requirements and court dates.
“Action will be taken against those that do not appear consistent with the law and department priorities. By mailing out these charging documents, ICE is initiating removal proceedings in a timely way,” the spokesperson said.
Chad Wolf, the former head of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), said the move showed the Biden administration had been dysfunctional in its handling of immigration enforcement.
Jessica Vaughan, director of policy studies at the Center for Immigration Studies, said on Twitter that it would be interesting to see how many of the notices to appear are returned to the government, not to mention how many illegal immigrants actually show up to court.
Lawsuit filed on behalf of Navy SEALs facing intimidation for seeking religious COVID-19 vaccine exemptions

First Liberty Institute is filing a lawsuit Tuesday representing approximately 40 active-duty SEALs and three reservists, claiming the military is violating their constitutional rights. According to the filing, exclusively obtained by Fox News, the SEALs represented are all members of various denominations within the Christian faith and are objecting to the vaccine mandate based on “their sincerely held religious beliefs.”
Michael Berry, First Liberty Institute’s general counsel and Lt. Col. U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, told Fox News that the vaccine mandate is harmful to the nation’s national security.
“After all the sacrifices these elite warriors made to defend our freedoms, the Navy is now threatening their careers, families, and finances. It’s appalling and it has to stop before any more harm is done to our national security.”
“Forcing a service member to choose between their faith and serving their country is abhorrent to the Constitution and America’s values,” continued Berry.
First woman graduates from US Army Sniper Course

The soldier, who was not identified by the Army, enlisted in the Montana Army National Guard in December 2020 and went on to the 22-week Infantry One Station Unit Training (OSUT) at Fort Benning. She was recommended for the sniper course due to her “superior performance” during training, according to the Montana National Guard.
“We are extremely proud of this soldier’s achievement and recognize that this is a milestone for not only Montana, but the entire National Guard and Army,” Maj. Gen. J. Peter Hronek, the adjutant general for Montana, said in a Monday statement. “This soldier had to volunteer several times to reach this goal, which is a demonstration of her dedication and commitment to service.”
“The soldier met every standard required to graduate the United States Army Sniper Course,” Capt. David Wright, battalion commander of the U.S. Army Sniper School, said. “She arrived prepared for training and physically conditioned to succeed. We are proud of the results of her efforts and the quality training provided by the Sniper Course cadre. We wish her luck as she heads back to her unit as a U.S. Army Sniper Course qualified sniper.”
Metallurgist pleads guilty to fraud after falsifying steel-test results for Navy submarines

From 1985 through 2017, Thomas falsified the results of strength and toughness tests for at least 240 productions of steel — about half the steel the foundry produced for the Navy, according to her plea agreement, filed Monday in U.S. District Court in Tacoma.
The tests were intended to show that the steel would not fail in a collision or in certain “wartime scenarios,” the Justice Department said.
Thomas faces up to 10 years in prison and a $1 million fine when she is sentenced in February. However, the Justice Department said it would recommend a prison term at the low end of whatever the court determines is the standard sentencing range in her case.
Thomas’ conduct came to light in 2017, when a metallurgist being groomed to replace her noticed suspicious test results and alerted their company, Kansas City-based Bradken Inc., which acquired the foundry in 2008.

Roughly 257,000 of those were classified as family unit members, according to the Border Patrol.

Exclusive – Amanda Milius: Russia Hoax ‘Was the Blueprint for How They Lie to Us’

China and Saudi Arabia have greater influence over Hollywood than “the American middle” and “American right” in terms of setting parameters regarding acceptable content, Milius added.
“Even after everything … I cannot believe they’re going to get away with not even acknowledging the massiveness of the hoax,” Milius said, referring the the role of news media in advancing the fraudulent “collusion” storyline. “The mainstream media is just parading along as if nothing is happening.”
She added, “[The media are] just pushing this. I cannot believe this sort of laissez-faire attitude, that they’re writing this stuff and it isn’t an absolute giant moment for everybody to say this was the fundamental hoax.
This was the hoax before all the other hoaxes, and it was wrong. It was the blueprint for how they lie to us, how they turn the whole country in the opposite direction of reality.”

Ingraham: These Republicans didn’t think about what they put in motion
“It was 12 men and one woman … who pushed the bill over the top,” Ingraham said.
The thirteen “infrastructure Republicans” include Reps. Don Bacon, Nicole Malliotakis, Don Young, Adam Kinzinger, Fred Upton, Jeff Van Drew, Chris Smith, Andrew Garbarino, John Katko, Tom Reed, Anthony Gonzalez, Brian Fitzpatrick, and David McKinley, according to Axios.
“At least three of the 13 washout congressmen have already announced their retirement,” Ingraham said. “Good – because each and every one of them either didn’t read the entire bill (which is a dereliction of duty) or did read it (and ignored its most egregious provisions… which is even worse).
Tucker: This is Joe Biden’s main problem
Joe Biden is no longer in charge, he no longer makes meaningful decisions. The ideologues are in charge. The Obama people are in charge. That’s the point.
The ideologues are in control, and that is a huge problem for the rest of us. It’s a problem because ideologues have no interest in the lives of actual human beings.
Quality of life falls off a cliff. It’s intolerable for most people. But the ideologues don’t care because they’re completely focused on the shiny new society they’re constructing. Nothing else matters.
Perfection is always just around the corner. As soon as we get rid of all these white men, everything will be great. They say that, and they really believe it.

2 Days Before Release, Prisoner of Conscience in China Beaten to Death

Jailed for her beliefs, Su was beaten because she refused to give up the previously government-endorsed qigong practise called Falun Gong, according to Minghui.org, a U.S.-based website that documents the Chinese regime’s persecution of Falun Gong.
“A Falun Gong practitioner must sign the so-called ‘Three Letters’—declarations to give up the peaceful practice—if he/she wants to obtain the release notification [which is a must to leave the prison],” Minghui.org reported.
“Otherwise, he/she will be badly tortured by prisoners [appointed by the prison guards days before the sentence is to end].”
Minghui.org first reported that Su had been detained at Wanjia Labor Camp in Harbin in June 2001. To force her to give up her beliefs, guards tied Su’s wrists to the top level of a bunk bed, which was taller than her, and forced her to stand on her tiptoes. If she wanted to rest her toes, the rope would cut into her wrists, which is very painful. All her weight was either hurting her wrists or toes.
France Advises Against Moderna Shot for Young People Due to Rare Heart Condition

French health authorities have advised against the use of Moderna’s Spikevax COVID-19 vaccine for people under the age of 30 after a large study published on Monday showed the shot carries a slightly higher risk for heart-related diseases after the second dose.
The results from the study that was led by Epi-Phare, an independent group of scientists who act as advisors to the French government, showed that vaccines from both Pfizer and Moderna were associated with an increased risk of hospitalization for myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle), and pericarditis (inflammation of the tissue surrounding the heart), within seven days of vaccination.
“This study confirms the existence of a risk of myocarditis and pericarditis within 7 days following vaccination against COVID-19 with an mRNA vaccine (Pfizer BioNTech and Moderna) in people aged 12 to 50 years, particularly young people under 30 years old,” it concluded.

Why do people — especially young people — eagerly buy books about responsibility?

And all we’ve had for 60 years is a dialogue about rights. Well, that leaves a hole … in people’s hearts,” he says.
