Whistleblower Accuses Bank of America of Giving Private Customer Info to FBI to Target Gun Purchasers

Retired FBI National Security Intelligence Supervisor George Hill, who was based in the Boston Field Office in 2021, said Bank of America provided a list to the FBI of all customers who made transactions in or around D.C. January 5–7, 2021, according to a transcription of Hill’s testimony reviewed by Breitbart News.
Hill charged, among several allegations in his hours-long interview, that Bank of America had “no directive from the FBI” to compile the list and that it also prioritized at the top of the list “anyone who had purchased a firearm [anywhere] during any date” using a Bank of America product, such as a debit or credit card.
Hill’s testimony comes amid the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government investigating numerous allegations of civil liberties abuses by executive branch agencies.

‘Abolition Medicine’: UC Irvine Professor Receives over $1 Million for Health Equity Study

The University of California’s Research Initiatives Office is providing McMullin with a $1,287,993 grant.
Dr. Stanley Goldfarb, the leader of a nonprofit organization called Do No Harm that fights against woke ideology in the medical field, explained his opposition to the study and the grant.
“The concept of ‘abolition medicine’ addressed in the abstract is gibberish,” Goldfarb said in a statement to the College Fix, also going on to say “The fact that this program is going to receive $1.3 million to study every woke buzzword they could cram into a sentence is absurd.”
“UC Irvine should use its grant money to aid medical students’ education instead of pushing a political agenda,” Goldfarb also added.

Chicago Woman Accused in Stabbing Was on Bail for Allegedly Slashing Others

In 2022, Shaynella Williams was charged with slashing a woman she saw walking in June, CWB Chicago reported Sunday.
“The victim told police she was in the 1700 block of West North Avenue when Williams parked a red Kia across the street, crossed over, and bumped into her while making a swiping motion,” the outlet said, adding the victim’s arm wound required 13 stitches.
The suspect was arrested again several weeks ago and accused of stabbing four others in January. Those incidents allegedly happened while she was on bail regarding the 2022 case. Police have since charged her with attempted murder in the recent case.

Migrant Allegedly Breaks Border Patrol Agent’s Nose During Arrest in Arizona

As the agent attempted to place the migrant in her vehicle, the migrant reportedly knocked the agent off her feet and began punching her repeatedly in the face. According to a source within CBP, the agent suffered a broken nose and other injuries.
The source, not authorized to speak to the media, says the migrant fled from the scene but was later captured after a brief chase by agents responding to a call for assistance. The migrant faces charges for allegedly assaulting a federal officer.
The FBI and Cochise County Sherriff’s Office are investigating the incident, according to a CBP statement.
Assaults against Border Patrol agents have risen steadily with rising numbers of migrants apprehended along the southwestern border. In 2020, a total of 316 assaults against Border Patrol agents were officially recorded.
In 2022, the figure rose 36 percent to 430 as the fiscal year ended. Since October 2022, the agency has recorded 139 assaults.

Shocking video shows four Americans kidnapped in Mexico after shootout

Distressing video emerged Monday showing the moment four kidnapped US citizens were forced into the back of a pickup truck after being shot at in Mexico in a possible case of mistaken identity.
The US Embassy in Mexico City reported Sunday that the Americans had crossed the border into the crime-ridden city of Matamoros in Tamaulipas state in a white minivan with North Carolina license plates Friday and soon after came under fire.
Video that purports to show the Americans’ kidnapping features men wearing bulletproof vests dragging a person across the ground and roughly pushing a woman into the flatbed of a white pickup truck.

As reported by Breitbart Texas, A Border Patrol agent was critically injured after a motorcyclist slammed into a barricade. The motorcycle and rider were sent flying into the air.
The agent was struck in the chest and head by the motorcycle. A source within CBP told Breitbart Texas the driver appeared extremely intoxicated.
According to a report by the Arizona Daily Independent, the injuries include the loss of vision in one eye and, potentially, complete blindness.
The unidentified agent also suffered fractures to his face and eye sockets. He also suffered a brain injury caused by damage to his carotid artery. The agent’s injuries were initially described as critical after being flown to Banner University Medical Center in Tucson.
Electric vehicle startups running out of juice as demand lags, production stalls

Startups across the sector are facing significant shortfalls as they begin to ramp up production, the WSJ reported.
Electric vehicle startups, which have typically targeted the luxury market, now face increasing competition from traditional automakers, which have already established the supply chains and factories necessary to quickly scale up production, the WSJ reported.
Luxury car companies “all have [electric vehicles] now,” Doug Betts, president of data-analytics firm J.D. Power’s automotive division, told the WSJ.
The Wuhan Lab Leak
It’s looking more and more like the coronavirus that killed millions worldwide was created in a lab in Wuhan, China and the communist Chinese government covered it up.
Will we ever know definitively?
No, because China refuses to let inspectors into the lab.
This is a massive cover-up by our Federal Government on behalf of the communist regime.
CNN ex-boss Jeff Zucker told staff not to probe ‘lab leak’ theory because it was ‘Trump talking point’

A “well-placed” CNN insider told Fox News Digital on Monday that Zucker gave the order in the early months of the coronavirus pandemic.
“People are slowly waking up from the fog,” the insider told Fox News Digital.
“It is kind of crazy that we didn’t chase it harder.”
Mainstream news organizations including CNN, the New York Times, MSNBC and others have been pilloried in recent days following a recent government report that concluded that an accidental leak from a Chinese laboratory is the most likely explanation for the COVID outbreak.
Thanks to Zuckerberg and Gates: Your Meat, Vegetables, and Pets are Being ‘Injected with mRNA’ (Video)

According to the doctor, our pets might also receive mRNA vaccines. “This mRNA technology is funded by the foundation of Mark Zuckerberg and his wife.
They have been doing this all over the country for a year and a half.”
Hunters were the first people to discover that they were injecting moose and deer with the mRNA vaccines against Covid. Dr. Ardis referred to magazines for hunters. “I am not a hunter, but hunters have known all along. I didn’t know about it.”
“When I found out, I was like, why isn’t anyone talking about it?” said Dr. Ardis.
A hunter who kills a deer and thinks the meat is organic may be disappointed. Ardis went on to say that Gavi (Bill Gates) is into injecting mRNA into vegetables such as tomatoes, avocados, and lettuce.

Unions Vow Total Shutdown of French Economy as Macron Move to Increase Retirement Age

The first actions are expected Monday, as truckers are being urged to block major highway arteries and interchanges in go-slow actions dubbed “escargot” (snail) operations.
Unions plan an open-ended strike on the national rail service starting Monday evening.
The government is bracing for the biggest disruptions on Tuesday, when strikes are expected across multiple sectors and protests are planned in cities across France against the retirement bill.
The reform, which would raise the official pension age from 62 to 64 and require 43 years of work to earn a full pension, is currently under debate in parliament.
“There will be a very strong impact” from the strikes, Transport Minister Clement Beaune said on regional broadcaster France-3 on Sunday. “I know that for many people it will be a real headache.”
French State-Backed Media Blame U.S. Conservatives for ‘Culture War’ over Drag Aimed at Kids

France 24, a government-owned news organisation which produces English, French, Spanish, and Arabic content aimed at foreign audiences, was one of many outlets which published a pro-drag article acquired from Agence France-Presse (AFP), a news agency founded as a state enterprise and still deeply entangled with the French state.
As output from a notionally impartial wire service, the article has been published by a huge number of media outlets, sometimes automatically — but it is far from impartial, arguing that drag queens are the “newest targets” in “America’s rolling ‘culture wars’ over gender and education”, with conservatives “assailing them as a threat to public decency and family values”.
This, of course, is the key problem for people on both sides of the Atlantic who object to drag events aimed at children — some of which do not even include story-reading.
One event which went viral in Britain recently, for example, was put on by the CABA-BABA-RAVE group, and saw drag queens in skimpy thongs and thigh-high heeled boots performing undeniably sexual acrobatic routines for an audience of babies and toddlers.
Conservatives’ fears that some drag queens may have ulterior motives for wanting to interact with children have proved to be not entirely without foundation, with at least one publicly-funded event in Houston, Texas including a story-reader later discovered to be a convicted paedophile.
Russia Claims Missile and Drone Attacks Within Its Borders

Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said the one known injury was “a man with shrapnel wounds to his hand.” He also said the debris knocked out some power lines near Novy Oskol.
“Our air defenses were triggered in Novy Oskol. Three missiles were shot down.
The consequences on the ground are being specified … All emergency and rescue services have rushed to the scene,” Gladkov said.
Reuters noted that Gladkov did not explicitly blame the Ukrainian military for launching the missiles, but he has accused the Ukrainians of launching similar strikes in the past. For their part, the Ukrainians rarely issue a formal claim of responsibility for attacks on Russian soil.
FBI, European police bust international cybercrime operation

Dusseldorf police said that with the assistance of the FBI, Europol and Ukrainian authorities, they were able to identify 11 people linked to the group, which has operated under various names since 2010, according to the Associated Press.
More than 600 victims of the gang have been identified worldwide, with some of the most prominent victims being Britain’s National Health Service and Duesseldorf University Hospital.
The group ran a professional recruitment operation by asking for references for previous cybercrime and luring new members by promising paid vacation, officials said.
European Parliament President Demands West Send Warplanes to Ukraine, Pushes for EU Membership

Adding her voice to those calling for an escalation in the war with Russia, the European Parliament’s first female president, Maltese politician Roberta Metsola, said that Ukraine should be supplied with warplanes from European Union member-states, just weeks after the first Western tanks rolled into the country.
“Member States should seriously consider sending warplanes to Ukraine,” Metsola said at a briefing in the western Ukrainian city of Lviv, adding that she will continue to advocate for more military equipment to be sent to the war zone, German newspaper Die Welt reported.
The main point of her trip, however, was to advance the prospect of Ukraine joining the European Union, with Metsola saying that she hoped accession negotiations could begin as early as this year. President Zelensky, for his part, said that his government would do everything to try to meet the standards of admission into the bloc so negotiations could begin as soon as possible.
Metsola was not the only major European politician to call for fighter jets to be sent to Ukraine, with the Prime Minister of Latvia, Krišjānis Kariņš, also getting behind the escalatory tactic.
So far, major military EU powers such as France and Germany have been hesitant to commit to sending in warplanes, despite both agreeing to ship in main battle tanks to the conflict zone.
The United Kingdom, on the other hand, has actively been campaigning for EU jets to be sent.

Police in Wales searching for five people who went missing after night out find three bodies

Gwent Police also say two people have been taken to hospital with serious injuries.
It comes after the force released an appeal for information on the whereabouts of Sophie Russon, 20, Eve Smith, 21, and Darcy Ross, 21.
They were last seen in the Llanedeyrn area of Cardiff at around 2am on Saturday morning, having travelled to the Welsh capital from the town of Porthcawl.
The three women, all from Newport, South Wales, had made the trip in a Volkswagen Tiguan with two men, Rafel Jeanne, 24, and Shane Loughlin, 32, both from Cardiff, who were also reported as missing.
‘Germany is Now Communist’ Declares Co-Founder of Viktor Orbán’s Party (Video)

Veteran journalist and co-founder of Viktor Orban’s ruling Fidesz party, Zsolt Bayer, illustrates how Germany’s replacement migration policies are a replica of earlier Hungarian ones under Soviet rule.
The one difference is that Germans are being removed from their homes for migrants instead of the Party faithful. As recently reported by RAIR Foundation USA, this is happening not only in Germany but also in Sweden, Italy, and other Western European countries.
The title of Bayer’s video translates to German Commies:
Elderly Germans Removed From Nursing Home to Make Way for Illegal Migrants (Video)

These elderly residents are not the first people in Germany to be forced out of their apartments to accommodate asylum seekers.
Since the refugee rush in the late summer of 2015, several cases of tenants being forced to leave the country have made headlines.
For example, in May 2020, a Nürtingen District Court court ruled that Klaus Roth, a senior social worker, had to vacate his home of 24 years so that six ‘asylum seekers’ could move in.
Roth was 75 years old at the time and had had three strokes, asthma, diabetes, and two intervertebral disc operations.
Nevertheless, the Court has ordered him to surrender his six-room apartment to refugees.

Canada: Pressure Mounts on Trudeau as Election Watchdog Probes Chinese Interference

The Globe and Mail reported last month that it had viewed documents in which the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS), in top-secret exchanges, documented the Chinese government “pressuring its consulates to create strategies to leverage politically [active] Chinese community members and associations within Canadian society.”
Beijing, it asserted, was working against Conservative Party candidates and aiding Trudeau’s Liberal Party in the 2021 national elections by spreading rumors that Conservative candidates opposed the education of Chinese immigrant children.
More egregiously, the report claimed China was engaging in “undeclared cash donations to political campaigns or having business owners hire international Chinese students and ‘assign them to volunteer in electoral campaigns on a full-time basis.’”
Global News, another Canadian outlet, accused member of Parliament (MP) Han Dong of being a “witting affiliate in China’s election interference networks.” Global News claimed that national security officials warmed Trudeau in 2019 that Dong was in frequent communication with the Chinese government. “Chinese international students with fake addresses were allegedly bussed into the riding and coerced to vote in Dong’s favour” in the 2019 election,” it additionally claimed, citing anonymous sources.
Global News similarly reported in November that CSIS warned Trudeau of at least 11 legislative candidates in the 2019 election with ties to communist China.
Trudeau, and his family, have been facing years of allegations of inappropriate ties to China.
Minnesota Democrat Sick of White Christians Adopting Native American Babies: ‘Genocide’

Keeler, a member of the Yankton Sioux Tribe, issued her attack on “white Christians” in a Facebook post recently, referring to them as “white saviors” who do not really care about helping Native American babies.
“I’m sick of white Christians adopting our babies and rejoicing,” she said. “It’s a really sad day when that happens. It means the genocide continues.”
“If you care about our babies, advocate against the genocide,” the post continued. “Help the actual issues impacting indigenous parents, stop stealing our babies and changing their names under the impression you are helping. White saviors are the worst!”
SC Freedom Caucus Taking Local RINOs to Court
South Carolina law allows only certain legislative caucuses to raise money and engage in the full range of protected free speech—those formed around party, race, or gender.
That, apparently, excludes constitutional conservatives like those of the Freedom Caucus. Moreover, the members may face criminal penalties for exercising their First Amendment rights.
In this interview with The New American, Representatives Rob Harris and Jay Kilmartin of the Freedom Caucus, two members of the John Birch Society (JBS), discuss their lawsuit against the South Carolina House of Representatives Legislative Ethics Committee filed by America First Legal (AFL).
Marjorie Taylor Greene moves to have Antifa declared domestic terrorist organization

“Antifa are domestic terrorists and I’m introducing my resolution to officially declare them a terrorist organization on Tuesday,” the Republican congresswoman tweeted Sunday. “Antifa attacked the Atlanta future Public Safety Training Facility. This is domestic terrorism. It was planned for weeks and announced on social media.
“Antifa are self proclaimed communists and consistently organize to attack our government over and over again. They should be taken seriously and not tolerated anymore.”
The Atlanta Police Department on Sunday said 35 people are in custody after anti-police demonstrators “changed into black clothing and entered the construction area and began to throw large rocks, bricks, Molotov cocktails, and fireworks at police officers.”
Gavin Newsom Returns to California, Claims He Was at Work ‘Today’

On Sunday, as Breitbart News reported, the governor had been absent in an undisclosed location since at least Thursday, a day after he belatedly declared a state of emergency for blizzards that had started a week before.
While Newsom was away, desperate residents remained stranded in mountain communities, many running out of food, fuel, and medicine.
In some places, the promised California National Guard help had not yet arrived.
At 11:26 a.m. Sunday, Newsom’s office issued an eight-word press release announcing that the governor had returned to the state. The headline was about Newsom’s “schedule” but offered no details about his plans.
Late Sunday night, his office issued another press release, describing Newsom’s meetings “today” with state emergency response officials. His office also shared an image of Newsom as he met with those officials.
The image, retweeted by Newsom himself, claimed he had met with officials “today,” but was posted at 8:35 p.m. Pacific Time. A closer view of Newsom’s watch indicated the time of the meeting was at about 6:00 p.m.

China Premier Li Keqiang bows out as Xi loyalists take reins

After exiting the ruling Communist Party’s all-powerful Politburo Standing Committee in October — despite being below retirement age — Li’s last major task was delivering the state of the nation address to the rubber-stamp parliament on Monday.
The report sought to reassure citizens of the resiliency of the Chinese economy, but contained little that was new.
Once seen as a potential top leader, Li was increasingly sidelined as Xi accumulated ever-greater powers and elevated the military and security services in aid of the “great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.”
Li’s lack of visibility sometimes made it difficult to remember he was technically ranked No. 2 in party.
