Two white students who were falsely accused of placing notes on her dorm room door reading “BLACK PEOPLE DON’T BELONG” and “DIE BITCH” have been cleared following an investigation into the incident.

According to the charging documents, Clark-Mabins reported to the police on January 23 that “she was the victim of a Hate Crime, in that she reported that two notes were posted on her dormitory room door — saying “BLACK PEOPLE DON’T BELONG” and “DIE BITCH.”

The investigation included not just the campus police, but the “Madison County State’s Attorney’s Office and the U.S. Secret Service,” according to an email obtained by the College Fix. The Secret Service’s involvement in the investigation has not been explained.

Hoax hate crimes are increasingly frequent occurrences on college campuses.

Report: Hollywood Liberal Elites Donating to Recall of Soros-Backed Los Angeles D.A. George Gascon

The groundswell comes as L.A. County has become mired in violent crime, with high-profile murders taking place in once-safe neighborhoods on the westside. Jacqueline Avant, the wife of famed music executive Clarence Avant and mother-in-law of Netflix’s Ted Sarandos, was killed in a home invasion robbery late last year in an exclusive Beverly Hills neighborhood.

Homicides in the city of L.A. surged to their highest level in 15 years in 2021, the first year of Gascón’s tenure as county DA.

The recall effort is seeking to collect the nearly 580,000 signatures needed to trigger a recall election. If successful, a recall election would likely appear on the November 2022 ballot. It is at least the second recall effort against Gascón; a first one fell short.

The current campaign has received a boost following a case involving the 2014 sexual assault of a ten-year-old girl by a transgender individual. The defendant, who pleaded guilty, will likely only serve a short sentence due to Gascón’s maneuvering.

NYC antisemitic crimes up nearly 300% in January, latest involves Jewish man ambushed from behind

(NYPD)
(NYPD)

There were 15 hate crimes committed against Jewish people in January – a 275% increase compared to the four hate crimes recorded in January 2021, according to NYPD statistics provided to Fox News Digital.

“The Jewish community is on extreme edge and this violence has got to stop,” Scott Richman, regional director of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) of New York and New Jersey, said Sunday in a written statement after the assault. “It is becoming normalized, and we simply cannot accept that as the state of affairs.”

Police released video showing the suspect brutally punching the victim from behind and knocking the man’s Shtreimel, a fur hat worn by some male members of the Hasidic community, off his head.

NYC parents pull kids from school over escalating violence among students: ‘Very disturbing’

“Children are being pepper-sprayed, children are literally being beaten over the head and being videotaped at the same time and the Department of Education (DOE) does not have an answer for this,” NYC parent Michael Duncan told co-host Todd Piro.

Duncan, who is also the founder of the Students Improvement Association, slammed one of the main middle schools in question, 75 Morton, as well the larger city school system for promoting and implementing “restorative justice.”

The program focuses on mediation rather than punishment and urges offenders to accept responsibility and make restitution with victims of their own accord.

Schools Across America Observe BLM’s ‘Week of Action,’ Sparking Outrage Among Parents

Numerous schools from Washington state to Massachusetts partook in the Week of Action from January 31 – February 4, where schools taught Black Lives Matter’s “13 Guiding Principles,” according to Fox News.

The principles include “Globalism,” “Queer Affirming,” “Trans Affirming,” and “Black Villages,” BLM’s website shows.

A California father said that families received a message stating the school board approved the observance of  BLM’s “Week of Action” and encouraged educators and schools to add the 13 guiding principles into the curriculum, according to Fox News.

The father expressed his concerns in an email to members of the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District, which Fox News obtained.

Connecticut teacher arrested for pulling 12-year-old’s hair: ‘No justification’

Jennifer Wells-Jackson, 49, has been charged with risk of injury to a minor and second-degree breach of peace following the alleged incident at King/Robinson Interdistrict Magnet School in New Haven on Feb. 1, according to WTNH

Video purportedly showing the incident depicts a woman grabbing a student’s hair as classmates are heard shouting. The woman then releases her grip and the child backs away.

New Haven police told FOX61 that the student involved was 12 years old and declined medical attention.

Wells-Jackson was released on $20,000 bond following her arrest.

Oakdale, CA Students Protest Gavin Newsom’s Mask Mandate, Some Sequestered in Gym

“Oakdale CA students throughout the district are refusing to wear masks. High schoolers have been sent to the gym and filled it with more unmasked students on their way,” read one tweet from an account that shared the video.

Another post claimed the maskless students were “barricaded” inside the gym, and that staff turned down the heat in an attempt to “freeze them out.”

“Police were called for a wellness check and police turned on the heat,” the tweet claimed. Police, however, said the temperatures inside the gym were not low, and that a school officer had responded to the situation, deeming it not a police matter, according to a report by Daily Mail.

A follow-up tweet said that “staff attempted to barricade the maskless high schoolers in the gym by putting tables in front of the exits. A staff member also was caught turning down the thermostat to ‘freeze them out.’”

Universities nationwide host ‘Sex Week’ ahead of Valentine’s Day

Ohio State University, University of Texas at El Paso, Tulane University in New Orleans, Hood College in Frederick, Maryland, and the University of California, Riverside, are among the institutions hosting “Sex Week” events in February.

Hood College, for example, is hosting “Condom Bingo” with the Queer Student Union, stating in the event description that participants will play bingo “with a Sex Week-themed twist!”

“Lunch and Learn Reproductive Journeys of Trans and Non-binary People,” is another event taking place during the Hood College “Sex Week.”

At Ohio State University, a student organization called Student Advocates for Sexual Health Awareness is hosting a “Sex Week” that is sponsored by several university departments.

“Treat Yourself: Masturbation and Self-Exploration,” is one event at the student-led “Sex Week.”

Pro-mask Democrats keep getting caught maskless

The tension has been especially pronounced in schools where children, who are generally at a low risk for the coronavirus, have been subjected to what many argue are harmful mandates.

That tension erupted once again on Friday when Georgia Democrat Stacey Abrams was seen sitting in a room full of schoolchildren wearing masks.

The backlash was swift, with many accusing the Democratic gubernatorial candidate of an especially cruel hypocrisy involving the nation’s children.

“In so many ways, this picture embodies the elitism, arrogance, cruelty, science denial, and glib authoritarianism of Joe Biden’s Democrat Party,” tweeted America First Legal founder Stephen Miller.

Judges Trading | Full Measure

Corruption and conflicts of interest among federal judges was the subject of a big investigation by the Wall Street Journal. It found 130 federal judges broke the law by hearing hundreds of cases when they had financial conflicts of interest.

As a result of that series, Congress has proposed a law requiring judges to promptly report their finances, stock trades, and post the disclosures online, but it’s being held up in the Senate.

Today, we hear more from James Grimaldi, a Pulitzer Prize winning senior writer at The Wall Street Journal.

Some Blue States to End Mask Mandates, Joining Biden’s Pivot Before Midterms

With 2022 midterms elections on the horizon, Democrat-controlled states have perhaps realized their coronavirus policies are untenable. Pennsylvania announced it will allow children to remove masks, while New York and Connecticut are weighing whether to extend or allow mask mandates to expire. Delaware will remove school mask mandates March 31.

“The overwhelming sentiment on both sides of the aisle,” Murphy said Wednesday, “is we want to get to a place where we can live with this thing in as normal a fashion as possible” before the midterm election.

With Gov. Ron DeSantis and Gov. Greg Abbott (R) leading the way, many red states banned mask mandates in the summer, which Democrats strongly fought in the courts. Currently, eight states have banned mask mandates, and 16 are still mandating masks, according to the National Academy for State Health Policy.

President Biden’s nominee to be the Federal Reserve‘s top banking regulator – received for her work at a Colorado-based financial technology company.

“Sarah and Jamie Raskin are career politicians who have used the system to enrich themselves, and it is time that someone holds them accountable,” Tom Jones, the founder of the American Accountability Foundation, said in a statement to FOX Business. “If House rules are going to mean anything, the House Ethics Committee needs to open an investigation and sanction Jamie Raskin for hiding this shady stock deal from the public.”

Lawmakers’ spouses are allowed to trade in companies or industries that their partners may help regulate. But Jamie Raskin’s failure to promptly disclose the shares that his wife sold marks a violation of the Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge Act.

The Colorado Republican authored the “No Taxpayer-Funded Lawyers for Illegal Aliens Act” with support from other House conservatives and immigration reduction organizations.

Boebert said no organization or city that receives federal funds should be spending it on legal aid for people who cross the southern border illegally.

“The principle is really simple: No more American tax dollars to help illegal aliens cut the line and skirt our laws,” Boebert, a freshman lawmaker, told Fox News Digital in an interview.

“Democrats want to treat border detention facilities like an Oprah Winfrey show,” Boebert told Fox News. “You get free education, you get a free plane ticket. You get free medical care. You get free, free, free. It really has to stop and my bill is the first step in this process.”

War-torn Ukraine Town – Just a Memory Of Thiriving Community

On the outskirts of Mariupol, behind layers of checkpoints and just shy of the Ukrainian front line, a town sits abandoned and destroyed.

Along the shore of the Sea of Azov, miles of anti-tank and personnel defences line the beach, barbed wire stretching far into the distance.

Destroyed homes sit empty and broken, families who once lived here left belongings behind as they fled.

Crisis in Ukraine | Full Measure

Eight years ago, Russia invaded and annexed the Ukrainian state of Crimea and some think the whole of Ukraine, which used to be part of the Soviet Union, is next.

Ukrainian Forces Briefly Open Fire After Reports of Separatist Activity

Occupation forces opened fire twice near a Ukrainian position in Pisky in the afternoon of February 5, according to a press release by the JFO.

Ukrainian soldiers were allegedly seen responding to reports of this occupation activity by firing rounds and at one moment launching a grenade toward what appeared to be occupation positions.

Speaking to several soldiers stationed at the front line in Pisky, one soldier lamented about missing his wife and 1-year-old child back home.

Soldiers told us that the approximate distance between their location and enemy forces was 500 meters. The trenches in Pisky where this unit is stationed was once a popular bus station where shootings would take place at the start of the war, the commander said.

Political prisoners routinely face sham legal proceedings and coerced confessions in the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The German and European governments are facing intense criticism for prioritizing a nuclear deal with Tehran over securing the release of the 66-year-old Sharmahd, who has lived in the U.S. since 2003 and campaigned against the Islamist tyranny.

Masih Alinejad, a Voice of America journalist and a women’s rights campaigner, tweeted, “His name is #JamshidSharmahd. This German-Iranian was kidnapped from Dubai by the Islamic Republic of Iran for being critical of the regime.

He faces an unfair trial today. Meanwhile, EU & Germany don’t want to raise his case because ‘the nuclear deal with Iran is more important.’”

This comes after Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson declared a state of emergency Sunday afternoon as approximately 500 trucks and vehicles with the “Freedom Convoy” continued to linger in the streets of the Canadian capital to protest vaccine mandates and other coronavirus-related restrictions.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said Saturday that he and the state’s attorney general would investigate GoFundMe after the crowdfunding online platform shut down the Canadian “Freedom Convoy” official fundraising campaign.

Faced with fraud allegations, GoFundMe then walked back its stance about redistributing the funds and said it would be refunding the thousands of donors automatically.

Technocracy’s ‘Science Of Social Engineering’: MindSpace, Trance Warfare And Neuro Linguistic Programming

Despite the abundance of Hollywood “spy” thrillers and cartoonish depictions of Anglo-American intelligence agencies like MI6 and the CIA protecting citizens, saving the world, or reigning in one of their own “rogue” elements, the nature and extent of genuine intel agency PSYOPS (Psychological Operations) are rarely explored.

While conspiracy theories abound, they may or may not be true. On the other hand, PSYOPS and what former KGB agent Yuri Bezmenov called “ideological subversion” are very real, yet seldom discussed in any meaningful manner.

This is especially the case if we consider how the latest “behavioural insights” from the fields of social psychology and behavioural science have been used across the Western world over the last two years

Under the auspices of battling a virus with a 99% survival rate, the population has been bombarded with an aggressive combination of “Neuro Linguistic Programming,” “Nudging,” and public messaging “incantations.” As we will continue to demonstrate, all of these techniques — in one way or another — have been designed to target what social engineers call “automatic motivations” i.e. our unconscious (or preconscious) minds.
