California Police Officer Shot During Gunfight With Burglary Suspect

As the officers approached the apartment, they provided “knock and notice” identifying themselves as law enforcement as required by California Penal Code 844.

After an extended period of time and having received no response, they forced open the front door. Giron was laying in wait and began to fire shots at the officers from inside the apartment.

The first shot hit and killed Detective Luca Benedetti. In the video, the department redacted the moment using a black square. It’s followed by several ensuing shots, but Giron is not seen.

MTG reveals FBI informant reported Biden was bribed to have the Ukrainian prosecutor fired who was investigating Burisma

“Back in 2015/2016, Burisma was looking to buy a US-based oil and gas company, and this came from being advised by Hunter Biden and his partners. Biden said [Viktor] Shokin was corrupt. This was around the time of this meeting, [which] was when Joe Biden, as vice president, said that prosecutor Shokin was corrupt.”

“They hired Hunter on the board to make the problems go away. That’s what they specifically said. Hunter advised that they could raise more money if they bought a US company.”

Greene stated that the informant was “trying to do the right thing and trying to advise Burisma that they shouldn’t go this route,” that they should instead hire an attorney to “work out their problems that they were being investigated for because they were having other legal problems.”

The Burisma owner also told the informant that this was a common practice in Russia and Ukraine. “It’s common practice, it’s part of business there.

EXCLUSIVE: Moms for Liberty Slams SPLC’s ‘Coordinated Attack’ After Being Labeled ‘Extremist’ Group

Octavio Jones/Getty Images

Noting the dangers of being listed as such, especially given the past attack on the Family Research Council by convicted domestic terrorist Floyd Lee Corkins who identified the SPLC as his inspiration, Descovich questioned why the FBI and the Justice Department are not “concerned about an organization that is literally putting targets on the backs of everyday moms that are standing up for their children.”

“They clearly got involved last year, targeting with a threat tag parents that were just showing up at school board meetings, yet they’re not going to take this seriously?” she stated, declaring the SPLC a “proven organization that puts targets on people that have had their lives at risk.”

Descovich suggested the SPLC is actually achieving the aims of the Joe Biden administration.

“We have proof that they’ve already used the National School Board Association to do their bidding, so, of course, they’re going to use another entity, the Southern Poverty Law Center, to also do their bidding,” she charged.

Child Support Case Judge Threatens Hunter Biden With 1 Year in Jail and $20K Fine

AP Photo/Carolyn Kaster

Last year, Hunter Biden opened up his paternity agreement with Lunden Roberts, the mother of his child, citing “a substantial material change” in his “financial circumstances, including but not limited to his income.” Hunter Biden’s payments are $20,000 per month, a calculation based on income.

Hunter Biden’s financials could reveal information about his family’s business deals and his anonymous art sales.

For example, they could reveal how much Hunter Biden earned from his interest in BHR Partners, a Chinese state-backed investment fund founded just days after Hunter and President Joe Biden visited China in 2013. Hunter Biden held a ten percent stake in BHR Partners through an entity called Skaneateles LLC. Documents obtained by Breitbart News revealed Skaneateles LLC is controlled by Kevin Morris, Hunter’s top attorney, who also paid Hunter’s IRS debts.

If Hunter Biden does not provide financial information and show up for the court appearance, the judge said he will face “six months in jail for criminal contempt, six months in jail for civil contempt, and a $20,000 fine payable to Ms. Roberts,” the Sun reported.

Cartel slaughters 8 call center workers after they tried to quit jobs running phone scam: report

Forty-five bags containing human remains discovered in Jalisco, Mexico, earlier this week appear to resemble the features of young missing call center employees. (Jalisco Prosecutors Office)

Human remains were then found last week, discarded in plastic bags in the western state of Jalisco. Authorities said they have now confirmed the remains were of the call center workers.

Six men and two women were reported missing in the case. According to the report, their families believed they worked at a normal call center when in fact they were working for the Jalisco New Generation cartel.

The cartel, which is among the most violent in Mexico, is well known for its drug trafficking, extortion and kidnapping businesses, but authorities have confirmed the cartel has branched into running call centers, which typically target Americans for scams such as offers to purchase fake timeshares.

Trump Knew Proper Declassification Process and Followed it During His Term, an Ex-White House Official Told DOJ Prosecutors

Jeff J Mitchell/Getty Images

The former official was a career government employee in charge of advising both the Trump and Obama administrations on the process of handling sensitive materials and voluntarily completed the interview.

This is the only known witness to be interviewed by the two different special counsel teams tasked by Attorney General Merrick Garland with investigating both Trump and Joe Biden for the handling of classified documents.

In Trump’s case, the documents stem from his presidency, while the probe led by Robert Hur is examining the legality of documents Biden retained from his time as vice president in the Obama administration.

In their testimony, the former official also revealed the names of former administration officials who spoke directly to Trump about the process, CNN reported.

The incident follows a series of reported attacks in the New York City subway in May.

Franklin Graham Commends Viral Valedictorian for Invoking Jesus in Keynote

Owens was the valedictorian and senior class president at Woodmont High School in South Carolina whose commencement speech went viral this week because “she wasn’t ashamed to talk about God,” Rev. Graham told his 10 million Facebook followers.

“She encouraged her classmates by telling them that they were made in the image of God, and she shared that Jesus Christ was the one who helped her through losing her mother,” Graham noted.

“When tragedy struck my life, it was not my grades nor my accomplishments that helped me navigate through that loss,” she said. “When everything else in my life felt uncertain, the only person I could depend on to stay the same was Jesus.”

Owens credits her mom as being the biggest inspiration in her life, in large part because of her deep faith in Jesus.

California school district backpedals after ‘Piss Christ’ image riles students, parents

An attorney for SBUSD confirmed to attorneys with the Thomas More Society that “Piss Christ” will be permanently removed from the curriculum of Dos Pueblos High School, shown above. (Google Maps)

Dos Pueblos High School in Goleta, part of the Santa Barbara Unified School District (SBUSD), drew the ire of Christian students and parents for using Andres Serrano’s controversial 1987 photograph, “Immersion (Piss Christ),” as part of a required Theory of Knowledge course for its International Baccalaureate Diploma, according to attorneys with the Thomas More Society.

The image, which depicts a crucifix in a jar of Serrano’s urine, sparked a firestorm of public outrage when it debuted in 1987 after being created with grant money from the taxpayer-funded National Endowment for the Arts.

Attorneys with the nonprofit Thomas More Society fired off a letter to the SBUSD on May 9 claiming the school had created an illegal hostile environment for Christian students by using the image and demanded it be removed from the Dos Pueblos High School curriculum.

Christian Broadcasting Network founder Pat Robertson dies at 93

Pat Robertson and his wife Dede had four children, 14 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren, Christian Broadcasting Network said in a statement. (AP Photo/Steve Helber, File)

Robertson’s cause of death was not given in the announcement.

Robertson, known for his “700 Club” television show, had helped make religion central to Republican Party politics.

In 1988, Robertson ran for president, seeking the GOP nomination. He finished in second place in the Iowa caucuses, ahead of Vice President George H.W. Bush, with the help of his pioneering strategy of courting Iowa’s evangelical churches.

Through the experience of running for president, Robertson created the Christian Coalition, which helped cement the Republican Party’s enduring alliance with evangelical voters.

Pursuit of Iowa’s evangelicals is now a common practice for Republican hopefuls, including those currently seeking the White House in 2024.

World News:

‘The video is being censored everywhere’ – Shocking video of Syrian migrant stabbing children on French playground deleted across Twitter

The Remix News Twitter account was locked until we agreed to delete the video.

A full version of the video is available below through Rumble.

The video was garnering millions of views across Twitter before it was mass deleted. Here are some of the biggest accounts claiming censorship from Twitter.

Why the highly newsworthy video was censored is open to speculation. Twitter routinely showcases graphic and violent videos, including police shootings, stabbings and other shocking content.

However, the fact that this video shows a migrant stabbing small children, and the political implications of the event, which will likely fuel anti-immigration sentiment for a French population already furious over open borders, according to a raft of polls, could have led to intense pressure on Musk’s Twitter to censor the video.

Others claim the video may have been mass reported in a coordinated effort to take it down. A number of accounts have taken to reposting the video, but it is quickly being removed.

Claim: Assisted Suicide Becomes 3rd Leading Cause of Death in Quebec — 7% of All Deaths

AFP/File Brendan SMIALOWSKI, DAVE CHAN/AFP via Getty Images

Regional health chiefs won’t release their formal tally for some weeks, but data from Ontario, Alberta, Quebec, and Nova Scotia already show steep rises in euthanasia deaths last year right across Justin Trudeau’s Canada, the Daily Mail reports. The data claim was shared with the outlet.

Based on already available state-level figures, the Euthanasia Prevention Coalition assessed MAID (Medical Assistance in Dying) cases rose from just over 10,000 in 2021 to around 13,500 in the next year, a 34 percent increase nationwide.

That number is forecast to rise again before this year is out with euthanasia already the 3rd leading cause of death in Quebec — seven percent of all deaths.

Canada legalized assisted suicide in 2016.

Stripped of Your Wealth by Climate “Charities”

Parker Gallant has been tracking the tightly woven web of climate ‘charities’ for years. His most recent commentary focuses on the fact that the Canadian Climate Institute has morphed into a ‘charity.’

Michelle Stirling, Communications Manager for Friends of Science Society got permission to read his article on camera.

It is astounding to realize that this government funded operation, which was originally established with $20 million of your tax dollars, has now morphed into a ‘charity’ that is still raking in federal grant dollars AND is working with other groups like the Net Zero Advisory Board (NZAB) to strip you of your wealth with uncosted proposals that ‘might’ cost $43 billion/year! (and would not reach net zero nor would it stop climate change).

World’s Largest Companies Made Virtually No Progress on Climate Change Since 2018

Arecent report reveals a discouraging lack of progress over the past five years by most of the world’s largest companies in reducing their carbon footprints.

According to a report viewed by CNN from ESG Book, which has been monitoring sustainability data since 2018, merely 22 percent of the world’s 500 largest public companies, as determined by market value, comply with the Paris Agreement.

This global accord aims to limit global warming to no more than 1.5 degrees Celsius.

Back in 2018, the alignment with the Paris Climate Accords stood at 18 percent. However, ESG Book now argues that the practices of 45 percent of these major companies could contribute to a global warming of at least 2.7 degrees Celsius, a decrease from 61 percent in 2018.

Winning: School Cancels ‘Full-Blown Drag’ Child Event for LGBTQ Pride Day After Backlash

Martin Pope/Getty Images

In a letter to parents, the New Mills School, in Derbyshire reportedly encouraged students to come to school in drag to celebrate its “Drag ‘n’ Rainbows’ themed event to be held on June 16th to celebrate Pride month.

The letter, which was seen by The Telegraph said that students “may express themselves by doing something small like wearing a tutu, make-up, or painting their nails, to going all out in full-blown drag… we are encouraging all students of all genders to wear something rainbow or colourful”.

Following the publication of the letter and a subsequent backlash, the school’s headmistress, Heather Watts, said that the event would no longer go ahead, blaming press coverage of the planned event.

‘I have today taken the decision to cancel Friday’s event, to avoid any potential disruption to the school on that day, when many of our pupils will be taking GCSE exams,” she told the Daily Mail.

Man in Charge of UK Crackdown on Lockdown Sceptics Now Deputy PM

PA Video/PA Images via Getty Images

Senior Conservative Party MP Oliver Dowden, who now serves as the country’s Deputy Prime Minister, was the man at the helm of the UK’s crackdown on lockdown critics, reportedly instructing the Counter-Disinformation Unit (CDU) to start targeting so-called COVID-19 “disinformation”.

Dowden’s position was revealed by UK newspaper The Telegraph, which follows an exposé last week detailing how the CDU conspired with A.I. and social media firms to monitor and censor critics of the British government’s lockdown policy.

According to the newspaper, Dowden spearheaded the unit’s war against “misinformation”, which involved contracting A.I. companies to scour the internet for posts deemed problematic by the state.

Cash For Migrants: EU Moves Towards Rules Where Countries That Refuse Immigration Will Have to Pay Cash

Getty Images

The 27 EU nations have bickered ever since over which countries should take responsibility for people arriving without authorization, and whether other members should be obliged to help them cope.

Arriving for the meeting in Luxembourg, the EU´s top migration official, Home Affairs Commissioner Ylva Johansson said it was an “extremely important day” to resolve what has “been a marathon” issue for Europe.

Under the existing rules, countries where migrants first arrive must interview and screen them and process the applications of those who might want to apply for asylum. But Greece, Italy and Malta maintain that the burden of managing the numbers of people coming in is too onerous.

Later attempts to impose quota systems on countries to share out the migrants were challenged in court and finally abandoned. EU countries now seem to agree that the assistance they provide must be mandatory but can take the form of financial and other help rather than migration sharing schemes.

As for the alleged perpetrator, Abdalmasih H. has residency as an asylum seeker in Sweden and is married to a Swedish citizen, but for reasons unknown also applied for asylum status in France in 2022.

It is reported this application was rejected just last week because he was already awarded refugee status in Sweden.

Liberation reports when the Syrian migrant filled out his application for asylum status, he claimed to be a Christian.

According to a report of Le Dauphine, the attacker is known to a park employee in Annecy, as he has been seen hanging around the area for the past two months.

The local told the paper: “the guy comes to sit on a bench every day for two months, dressed in black, black backpack, dark glasses, bearded… He didn’t speak”.

Another said he hung around the park every day “from morning to night”.

Mayor Accused of Anti-Semitism Loses Primary to Councilmember Accused of Anti-Semitism

“The people of Toms River have spoken,” Rodrick, a former Democrat, said after the primary was called for him. “We love Toms River the way it is and want to keep it that way. Residents are tired of the development, the tax increases and the political patronage. Tonight we turned the page.”

Rodrick previously ran for mayor in 2019 and lost to Hill, according to the New Jersey Globe.

Both candidates’ campaigns revolved heavily around development and zoning, the Asbury Park Press reported. They also addressed tensions between longtime Toms River residents and its growing community of Orthodox Jews, according to the independent Jewish outlet Forward.

Last month, Hill sent out a campaign flyer that read: “People of different cultures fleeing the cities buying up our real estate; attracted by our location and affordability, they are seemingly threatening the way of life that attracts them.”

Another Biden campaign co-chair has ties to Hunter, asked for his briefing ‘on the Ukraine’

Delaware Sens. Tom Carper and Sen. Chris Coons shake hands near Rep. Lisa Blunt Rochester before President Biden’s remarks on student debt at Delaware State University, Oct. 21, 2022 in Dover. (Anna Moneymaker/Getty Images)

The email thread with Blunt Rochester started one day after Hunter thanked the president of Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings for “extravagant” birthday gifts.

Fox News Digital reported Wednesday that, in addition to the more than $50,000 a month Hunter received while serving on Burisma’s board from April 2014 to April 2019, the then-vice president’s son apparently received lavish gifts from the company’s founder, Mykola Zlochevsky, less than two months before the top Ukraine prosecutor investigating Burisma was infamously fired.

The Obama administration pushed for the prosecutor investigating Zlochevsky at the time, Viktor Shokin, to be removed from his post. Less than two weeks after Hunter expressed gratitude for the gifts from Zlochevsky, the Obama White House released a readout of Vice President Biden’s call with Ukraine’s president at the time, saying,

“The Vice President also commended President Poroshenko’s decision to replace Prosecutor General Shokin, which paves the way for needed reform of the prosecutorial service.”

On the same day as the readout, Hunter Biden’s longtime business partner, Eric Schwerin, emailed him an article that mentioned Poroshenko calling for Shokin’s resignation in his statement.

Newsom proposes constitutional amendment to restrict gun rights

(AP Photo/José Luis Villegas, File)

Newsom’s proposal comes after federal courts have delivered a series of victories for gun rights activists, led by the Supreme Court’s landmark decision last year striking down a century-old New York law that made it difficult to obtain a license to carry a concealed handgun.

The Democratic governor’s proposed 28th Amendment would not abolish the Second Amendment, which establishes a right to bear firearms for personal self-defense. However, it would raise the federal minimum age to purchase a firearm from 18 to 21; mandate universal background checks to purchase firearms; institute a waiting period for all gun purchases; and ban “assault weapons.”

Congress can pass a proposed amendment with a two-thirds vote in both the House and Senate, sending it to the states for ratification. With Republicans in control of the House and a 51-49 Democratic majority in the Senate, there is virtually no chance that a constitutional amendment restricting gun rights will have enough support to pass through Congress.
