“Due to Morales-Jacquez’s extensive and violent criminal history in multiple jurisdictions, a petition was submitted to the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office to have Morales-Jacquez charged as an adult,” the agency wrote.

“Unfortunately, that petition was denied, and Morales-Jacquez was charged as a juvenile for the murder of Asuncion in March 2023.”

The department also noted that the killer could become eligible for parole before the end of his sentence and be back on the streets by the time he is 25.

(Gallup) Family of 4 now needs $85k to get by

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Americans, on average, estimate that a family of four needs a minimum income of $85,000 annually to “get by” in their community, marking a considerable increase from a decade ago.

The past decade has witnessed not only an increase in the average income required but also a notable shift in the upper range of income expectations.

During that time, the proportion of Americans who believe that a family needs more than $100,000 to get by has tripled to 30%, while 18% now estimate it to be between $75,000 and $99,999, and 31% think it is $50,000 to $74,999.

Half as many Americans now as in 2013 believe a family of four can get by on less than $50,000 annually. This includes 3% who estimate a figure lower than $30,000, and 11% who cite a figure between $30,000 and $49,999.

The latest average of $85,000, from an April 3-25 Gallup poll, is notably higher than the federal poverty line for a family of four, which is currently $30,000.

The Western Journal referred to the wrongful death suit as “a groundbreaking action, which could have serious repercussions in the future.”

In February 2022, WETM-TV reported that George Watts Jr., a Corning Community College student, died after receiving the Pfizer COVID vaccine.

At the time, the coroner reported that Watts experienced a “rare complication” due to the vaccination.

WETM’s report noted: “Because [Watts] wanted to take his classes in person, [he] needed to be fully vaccinated. He scheduled his vaccine appointment and received his first shot in August [2021] and his second in September.

The outlet reported, “His parents said he chose the Pfizer vaccine because it was recently fully approved by the Food & Drug Administration.”

The inmate, Christina Lusk, first began taking hormones to transition back in 2009 before officially changing his name in 2018, per Fox News.

The convict had recently undergone “top surgery” before his arrest in 2018 with the intent to get a “bottom surgery” at some point in the near future. Lusk was arrested and sentenced to serve until 2024 for a felony drug offense.

The transgender inmate applied to continue with his intent to get the vaginoplasty with the Minnesota DOC but was deferred.

This prompted the biological male to sue the state over the decision made by department medical director James Amsterdam to get the surgery after release.

Pelosi committee doctored Jan 6 footage by adding audio, journalist claims

In a new scoop, Just The News founder John Solomon appeared on Human Events with Jack Posobiec to discuss revelations surrounding questionable conduct by US government representatives during the Capitol riots on Jan. 6, 2021, including that the Jan. 6 House committee allegedly doctored tapes that surfaced following that fateful day.

“Everything about January 6 was scripted,” Solomon declared, before adding that upon browsing the security footage, he noticed a glaring lack of sound in many of the scenes that he had previously both seen and heard.

This bombshell from Solomon came after his outlet was granted “unfettered access to the J6 tapes,” by House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), according to Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA).

Earlier in the interview, a video of the events discussed by Solomon showed a group of Congressmen and their security detail leaving the Capitol, seemingly not in a hurry. Nancy Pelosi can be seen casually strolling along with others in a hallway, along with her cameraman and daughter, Alexandra Pelosi, who was shooting the whole thing.

Pioneered By US, Mastered By China! Chinese Scientists Claim Overtaking The US In Mastering World’s Most Powerful Explosive

Image For Representation

The mass production of CL-20 is extremely difficult owing to the impossibility of preventing shock and heavy movements at industrial and factory levels.

But Guo’s team developed a new nanotechnology that can help synthesize CL-20 composites with ultra-high stability, according to the South China Morning Post (SCMP).

A subsequent test confirmed it’s a higher threshold to shock and hits. In a falling hammer test, the impact sensitivity (‘H50 value’) of the new CL-20 explosive was 68 cm (26.8 inches), much higher than that of the original material at 13 cm.

Wagner Group Posts Video Of Russian Officer In Sign Of Rising Tensions With Army

Wagner chief Yevgeny Prigozhin poses in Bakhmut with two of his mercenary fighters on May 25.

In a sign of rising tensions between Russia’s Wagner mercenary group and the country’s official armed forces, the private company led by Yevgeny Prigozhin has released a video of a captured Russian officer where he “confesses” to ordering an attack on the mercenaries.

The video, released by Wagner’s press service on June 4, shows the apparent interrogation of a person who calls himself Colonel Roman Venevitin, the commander of the Russian Army’s 72nd motorized rifle brigade.

During the questioning, he says he ordered an attack on Wagner troops due to “personal enmity.”

Just prior to the publishing of the video, Wagner’s press service released a military report about a shootout between the mercenary group’s fighters and regular Russian armed forces that allegedly took place on May 17 near Ukraine’s eastern city of Bakhmut, the epicenter of heavy fighting between Russian troops — backed by Wagner forces — and Ukrainian armed forces for months.

Russia says it sees ‘no prospects’ for further grain deal renewal

TASS news agency quoted the ministry as saying that it was continuing consultations with the United Nations, and that ship inspections had resumed. RIA news agency said a new round of Russia-U.N. talks would take place in Geneva on June 9.

Russia has repeatedly threatened to quit the deal, complaining that obstacles still remain to its own exports of food and fertiliser.

It also demands the reopening of a pipeline carrying ammonia from Russia to the Ukrainian Black Sea port of Pivdennyi – known in Russian as Yuzhny – for export to global markets, and the reconnection of its agricultural bank Rosselkhozbank to the SWIFT international payment network.

‘Disbelief’ Over Slew Of Closed Kyiv Bomb Shelters

A Ukrainian minister has expressed “disbelief” over the number of shut or unusable bomb shelters in Kyiv following an initial inspection across the capital.

It came after the death of three civilians — including a 9-year-old girl — who were unable to access a closed shelter on June 1.

On Telegram, the minister of strategic industries, Oleksandr Kamyshin, said only about half of the 1,078 shelters examined were usable.

The survey found records of Russian repurchases of parts for tanks and missiles that had been exported to Myanmar and India. Russia may be reimporting the components to improve older weapons destined for use in Ukraine, relying on help from countries with which it has long-standing military ties.

The U.S., European nations and Japan have banned exports of goods with potential military use to Russia since its full-scale invasion of Ukraine began in February 2022.

Nikkei analyzed customs clearance data on shipments to Russia made available by ImportGenius, an American research specialist, Exim Trade Data of India and other sources, examining records on Russia’s imports of parts for weapons such as tanks and missiles.

The Ukrainian defence ministry said on Monday (June 5) that it was conducting “offensive actions” on the front line. The war-torn nation further claimed some progress in the eastern Ukrainian city of Bakhmut.

This comes after Russia said it had repelled “a large-scale offensive” by Ukrainian forces in the Moscow-occupied Donetsk region.

Deputy Defence Minister Ganna Malyar said, “The defensive operation includes counteroffensive actions. Therefore, in some sectors, we are conducting offensive actions.”

There were claims and counterclaims as Moscow claimed that it had thwarted a major offensive against its forces in eastern Ukraine.

Reuters reports mentioned that it was unclear whether the attacks represented the start of Ukraine’s long-heralded counteroffensive against Russia’s invasion.

Comer made the announcement in a Capitol Hill news conference outside the secure information facility, where he was shown but not given the document, allegedly because it is a key piece of “an ongoing investigation.”

“Today FBI officials confirmed the unclassified FBI generated record has not been disproven and is currently being used in an ongoing investigation,” Comer said in a statement after the secured viewing of the document.

“The confidential human source, who provided information about then-Vice President Biden being involved in a criminal bribery scheme, is a trusted, highly credible informant who has been used by the FBI for over 10 years, and has been paid over six figures.

“These are facts and no amount of spin, and frankly lies, from White House or congressional Democrats can change this information.

Congress probing if FBI used ‘Russian disinformation’ claim to shut down Biden inquiries

Congressional investigators have gathered substantial evidence that a dubious intelligence analysis inside the bureau was used to shut down several other avenues of investigation in the Biden family corruption probe ahead of the presidential election, including in the FBI’s Washington field office.

It also was used to thwart a Senate probe led by Sens. Grassley, R-Iowa, and Ron Johnson, R-Wis.

Congressional investigators say they now want to know whether the Joe Biden bribery information allegation – contained in a FD-1023 informant report – also was sidelined by the Russian disinformation analysis.

That makes Monday’s briefing by the FBI to Congress all the more important since lawmakers will be able to probe how the bribery allegations were handled.
