You’re sorry? Gulf Cartel apologizes, turns over 5 members tied to Americans’ deadly kidnapping

A secretive faction of Mexico’s notorious Gulf Cartel apologized and turned in five members who they say are responsible for the broad-daylight kidnapping that killed two Americans last week.

The cartel’s Scorpions group said it “decided to turn over those who were directly involved and responsible in the events” related to the March 3 abduction of four Americans in the border city of Matamoros, according to a letter leaked to the Associated Press by a Tamaulipas state law enforcement source.

The letter also claimed the five members “acted under their own decision-making and lack of discipline” when they attacked victims Latavia “Tay” McGee, Shaeed Woodard, Zindell Brown and Eric James Williams.

America’ COVID Response Was Based on Lies | Opinion

OPINION:SCOTT W. ATLAS , SENIOR FELLOW, HOOVER INSTITUTION
ON 3/6/23 AT 6:00 AM EST

The tragic failure of reckless, unprecedented lockdowns that were contrary to established pandemic science, and the added massive harms of those policies on children, the elderly, and lower-income families, are indisputable and well-documented in numerous studies.

This was the biggest, the most tragic, and the most unethical breakdown of public health leadership in modern history.

In a democracy, indeed in any ethical and free society, the truth is essential.

The American people need to hear the truth—the facts, free from the political distortions, misrepresentations, and censorship. The first step is to clearly state the harsh truth in the starkest possible terms. Lies were told.

Those lies harmed the public. Those lies were directly contrary to the evidence, to decades of knowledge on viral pandemics, and to long-established fundamental biology.

Here are the 10 biggest falsehoods—known for years to be false, not recently learned or proven to be so—promoted by America’s public health leaders, elected and unelected officials, and now-discredited academics:

Tim Tebow’s father victim of extortion, arrests made in undercover sting

(Flagler County Sheriff’s Office)

Becker reviewed approximately 30 minutes of body camera video which shows both suspects suggested they were unaware of the nature of the arrests.

The couple was taken without incident to the Flagler County Inmate Facility on charges of extortion, while Alves-Marciano faces an additional charge of unlicensed practices of a health care professional.

A judge set her bond at $103,003 while Marciano-Kosiniuk’s is $100,000. The crime of extortion is a second-degree felony in Florida and is punishable by up to 15 years in prison, 15 years of probation, and a $10,000 fine.

Becker discovered during a LinkedIn search that Alves-Marciano, under her previous married name of Poposki, claims she owns a business called L&M Services – although Becker could not find any record of it. It also states she attended Daytona State College and received an Associate Degree in “Medicine” and worked in billing at Florida Hospital Flagler (Now AdventHealth Palm Coast) from 2012-14.

Afghan betrayal: Marine snipers had suicide bomber in their sights, could not get permission to take him out

Sgt. Isaiah Campbell/U.S. Marine Corps via AP

Again, Vargas-Andrews and his team had spotted a pair exactly matching the reported bomber’s description. They even took it to the next level, calling their battalion CO to come up, while getting confirmation of their target from another source.

It was not enough for the go-ahead.

NOTHING CAME OF IT

…”Over the communication network we passed that there was a potential threat and that there was an IED [improvised explosive device] attack imminent, this was as serious as it could get. I request engagement authority while my team leader was ready on the M110 semi-automatic sniper system. The response, leadership did not have engagement authority for us, do not engage,” Vargas-Andrews recounted.

The Marines asked for their battalion commandeer to come to the tower as psychological operations confirmed the individual met the description of the suspected bomber. They presented the commander their evidence while assuring him of the “ease of fire” on the suspect and asked for authority to shoot, but were never given permission.

Plain and simple, we were ignored. Our expertise was disregarded, no one was held accountable for our safety,” Vargas-Andrews said.

Being Marines who knew what they were looking at, the team dove into the crowd to try to find Afghan allies to handle the situation, since no one would pull the rhetorical trigger in the American command. They had their guy and they had to stop him.

But it was too late.

Exclusive — Watch: Speaker McCarthy Vows Full Public Release of Capitol’s January 6 Surveillance Tapes

“Yeah,” McCarthy said when asked if the tapes will be fully released to the public.

“We just want to make sure we go through them all, and it takes time,” he continued. “The first thing that Tucker said too, he didn’t want to show any exits to cause any problems. We asked the Capitol Police, ‘Were there any concerns?’ They came back with one, and we mitigated that, but it was interesting, that one that they had a problem with, Eric Swalwell had had up on the internet for the last two years showing that part.”

McCarthy’s interview was taped as part of the latest On The Hill video special from Breitbart News, a long-form series of in-depth interviews and specials.

Afghan migrant who sexually assaulted 3 teen girls in 4 days says he arrived in France ‘for a better life’

A 44-year-old Afghan migrant who sexually assaulted three young French women in four days in the city of Douai has been sentenced to prison.

The assaults occurred just at the end of last year, taking place between Jan. 9 and 13, 2022. Three teen women were targeted, Léonie, Amélie and Nadine, who were between the ages of 15 and 17.

The convicted person, only identified as HA, reportedly said, “No problem,” in English to all three girls before sexually assaulting them.

“I wouldn’t have cried for help, something would have happened to me. It was shocking,” said Nadine. She said during the trial that she asked herself at the time why he was dragging her to the bushes before the sexual assault occurred, according to French news media outlet La Voix du Nord.

‘We have space, but not for Germans’ – Protests against elderly residents being evicted to accommodate migrants labeled ‘far-right’

Germany is increasingly evicting its elderly residents to make room for refugees as the country deals with an extreme housing crisis brought on to a great extent by mass immigration.

However, those protesting this trend are being labeled far-right and xenophobic by government officials.

At the same time, they are complaining they can no longer partake in such evictions “silently,” as public outrage grows over a practice that has long been used in the past without as much scrutiny.

As Remix News has previously reported, the city’s municipal housing association evicted dozens of long-term residents in the German city of Lörrach, many of them senior citizens, to accommodate migrants.

TBILISI: Georgia’s ruling party said on Thursday (Mar 9) it was withdrawing a Bill on “foreign agents” after two nights of violent protests against what opponents called a Russian-inspired authoritarian shift that imperilled hopes Georgia joining the European Union.

The Georgian Dream party said in a statement it would “unconditionally withdraw the Bill we supported, without any reservations”. It cited the need to reduce “confrontation” in society, while denouncing “lies” about the Bill spread by the “radical opposition”.

Protests, however, resumed at around 7pm. Giga Lemonjava, a representative of the Droa party, said protesters wanted the government to formally denounce the Bill and ensure the release all those detained in the demonstrations.

Students blocked access to some universities and high schools, and a youth-led protest is planned in Paris as part of nationwide strikes and demonstrations against the pension bill under debate in parliament.

For a generation already worried about inflation, uncertain job prospects and climate change, the retirement bill is stirring up broader questions about the value of work.

“I don’t want to work all my life and be exhausted at the end,” said Djana Farhaig, a 15-year-old who blocked her Paris high school with other students during a protest action last month. “It is important for us to show that the youth is engaged for its future.”

UK Forced to Use Emergency Coal Generators for First Time as Green Energy Fails to Keep Up

Andrew Aitchison / In pictures via Getty Images

The country has been focused on moving away from burning fossil fuels and towards green energy sources in recent years, with the last twelve months in particular seeing the country struggle to keep the lights on at times due to the green agenda of its Conservative Party government.

However, with it becoming clear that Britain’s new sources of power cannot keep up with the old, the country has kept some coal-burning power plants — those few it has not short-sightedly demolished — operational and in reserve, ready to start supplying power to the energy grid should the more eco-friendly sources start to fail.

According to the BBC, such a last resort had to finally be deployed on Tuesday, with two of the plants providing Britons with energy once again after green energy facilities failed to perform.

Maryland Democrats’ bill would block people under 25 from being charged with felony murder

Maryland Democratic Delegate Charlotte Crutchfield, right, with U.S. Rep. Lucy McBath, D-Ga. (Charlotte Crutchfield’s Twitter account)

Democratic Del. Charlotte Cruchfield introduced into the Maryland General Assembly the Youth Accountability and Safety Act, which would prohibit a person younger than 25 at the time of the offense from being convicted of first-degree murder under the state’s felony murder provisions.

Under those provisions, murder is classified as being in the first degree if it was committed during the perpetration or attempted perpetration of several specified crimes, such as rape, arson, robbery, burglary, carjacking, and other serious offenses.

But with Cruchfield’s proposal, which has the support of several Democratic co-sponsors, anyone under age 25 who murders someone while trying to commit one of these other crimes couldn’t be charged with first-degree murder — a crime that in Maryland carries life imprisonment with or without the possibility of parole.

Covid, ‘Climate Change’, Agenda 2030 And The Great Reset

My last email of 23 February 2023 entitled “We are being horribly abused by lies, false propaganda and suppression of the truth” has been posted online by Joel (who wins the prize for best graphics), RosieJohn at PSI and others, including one in French. I thank them all for their support.

To belatedly extend my last post, isn’t it odd that the 350-page Coronavirus Bill which hobbled the law courts and allowed all the lockdown tyrannies to be imposed by ministerial diktat with no parliamentary scrutiny was already drafted ready to be rushed into law in March 2020?

Isn’t it odd that for an allegedly deadly virus, an FOI has revealed there were zero deaths from Covid–19 among all doctors and nurses in Scotland over a three-year period? Isn’t it odd that the US FDA tried to suppress the release of the fraudulent Pfizer clinical trial data for 75 years?

Terror in Mexico

It is past time that the Biden Administration flex its muscle and seek justice. Is Biden’s ineffectual leadership costing American lives?
