US News:
DOJ Attorneys Improperly Introduced Evidence In Landmark Jan. 6 Trial, Lawyer Says

Hernandez called for excluding the footage from evidence, saying the DOJ lawyers’ moves to produce them for the first time during cross-examination broke Federal Criminal Procedure Rule 16. The rule requires that the government allow defendants to inspect documents that are relevant to preparing their cases or that the government intends to use during the stage at trial when it presents evidence.
“The [body camera videos] were particularly grainy, unclear and unstable. Using them against Mr. Rehl as the government did without disclosing their provenance or integrity also violates the Due Process Clause,” Hernandez continued. “It was unfair and ambushed Mr. Rehl with materials that provided unsubstantiated innuendo rather than evidence.”
The lawyer for fellow Jan. 6 defendant Dominic Pezzola, Roger Roots, has alleged that government agencies had 50 or more informants situated among Jan. 6 defendants on or around that day. Judge Timothy Kelly has denied defendants’ requests to declare a mistrial.
Biden Regime’s Seven-Year Prison Sentence for Green Beret Jan 6 Whistleblower Re-Opens Festering Wounds of Fedsurrection Lie

As far back as March 2021, former Green Beret Jeremy Brown went public with a recording he took that depicted JTTF/DHS agents trying to recruit him as an informant ahead of January 6, raising significant questions as to government infiltration of militia groups as well as federal foreknowledge that something was going to take place on that day.
Sadly yet predictably, Jeremy Brown may have to suffer the the same fate as Julian Assange and other brave souls who dared to expose Regime corruption.
In nearly every case of which we are aware, the people charged with trespassing were those who had done something else to anger the Biden Regime, usually something public.
For instance, there’s the case of DEA Agent Mark Ibrahim, who went on Tucker Carlson’s program to discuss his legal fight against the DEA for reportedly firing him for attending the rally on January 6th.
Four months later, he was arrested on trespassing charges. Another person to be charged with trespassing is Owen Shroyer, a host on Alex Jones’ InfoWars.
Jeremy Brown’s trespassing charges represent a particularly egregious case of politically weaponized prosecutorial discretion. It is especially noteworthy that the FBI raid of Brown’s home, and Brown’s arrest for trespassing, didn’t occur until late September.
Why, then, did the Department of Justice wait nine months after January 6 to raid Jeremy Brown’s home and arrest him for a misdemeanor trespassing charge?
Typically new charges would emerge from new evidence, but in this case we know that the Feds were aware of Jeremy’s presence in the “restricted zone” as early as January 6th. Per the FBI’s affidavit, the FBI even called Brown directly, both on January 6 and again on January 7.
Brown plainly told them where he was. The FBI even served a search warrant on Verizon, on January 6 itself, which identified Brown’s cell phone coordinates as being inside the Capitol restricted grounds.
Isn’t it curious that it was only after Jeremy Brown came forward as a January 6 whistleblower that the Justice Department decided to bend over backwards in order to criminally prosecute him for a January 6-related trespassing misdemeanor?
Elon Musk’s Twitter Ends Ban on ‘Misgendering’

Twitter appears to have removed its ban on using the former names of transgender people. Called “deadnaming” by transgender activists, it was banned in the pre-Musk era, when Twitter’s woke censorship regime was at its height.
The former policy, which has now been removed, banned “targeted misgendering or deadnaming of transgender individuals.” It came amid a wider rollback of Twitter’s censorship policies, including the greater use of labeling vs. outright removal of “hateful” tweets.
But it was the removal of the “deadnaming” policy that led to howls of outrage from the woke left.
Twitter Bans Leftist Tech Reporter for Soliciting Hacked Matt Walsh Materia

Wired denied that Cameron violated any of the Twitter rules, even though one of his tweets prior to the ban was a request for the hackers to email him Walsh’s hacked DMs. In a statement, the leftist tech mag said that Cameron did not post any hacked materials, although one of his tweets prior to the ban was a redacted picture of Walsh’s email inbox.
In Cameron’s case, Wired will likely point to the part of the Twitter rules that acknowledges hacked materials as sometimes being “the basis for important reporting by news agencies meant to hold our institutions and leaders to account.”
However, Twitter also states that in “most cases, discussions of or reporting about hacking or hacked materials constitutes indirect distribution,” which is punishable by warning labels.
By posting a screenshot of Walsh’s inbox, Cameron may have violated Twitter’s policy on the direct distribution of hacked materials, which is subject to harsher penalties.

I’ve been there doing hits and working there for ten years…so the show ending was tough. And I want you to know it’s not some big conspiracy. I promise you. There’s no acrimony. This wasn’t some WWE brawl that happened. We just couldn’t come to terms on an extension.”
Bongino’s Canceled in the USA show, which has streamed on Fox’s streaming service, Fox Nation, will end as well. In a statement, Fox News said, “We thank Dan for his contributions and wish him success in his future endeavors.” The last episode of Bongino’s Saturday night program aired on April 15th.
“We were the number one show 90% of the time,” Bongino said. “We had a great team.” Bongino said “you’re going to read a thousand left wing articles about some nonsense, and I’m guaranteeing you on my reputation, it is all made up. It’s a simple contract thing, and that’s it. It is no more complicated than that.”

Florida man accused of choking, trying to rip woman’s bathing suit off at Cocoa Beach

Russell Jr. allegedly threatened the woman, saying that he had a gun. He proceeded to choke her and push her on the ground while trying to untie her bathing suit.
Investigators with the Cocoa Beach Police Department said Russell Jr. only stopped his attack after the woman’s screams brought people to her aid.
The victim’s boyfriend tried to hold Russell while 911 was called, but the suspect was able to free himself and ran away, the department said.
Shortly after, police spotted and arrested Russell Jr. in Cape Canaveral, Florida. When asked about the incident, he told police the woman had choked herself.
Surgery Clinic Allegedly Removed the Breasts of 14-Year-Old Girl

Pictures of results from the operations recently began circulating on Twitter.
The patients’ ages are also listed under the images, with some of the girls being as young as 14 and 16.
The children appear to have visited the Cosmetic Concierge, a plastic surgery clinic located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The irreversible procedures were allegedly performed by Hope Sherie. Sherie has also sponsored Point of Pride, a pro-LGBT activist organization that provides youth who identify as transgender with financial assistance. In addition, the organization provides young women with breast binders, articles of clothing meant to flatten the chest.
Meanwhile, a recent report from Breitbart News reveals that several different transgender activist organizations across the nation have encouraged transgender identification among young girls, even providing them with free breast binders. In one instance, a social worker in Maine’s Damariscotta School District allegedly secretly provided a 13-year-old girl with a breast binder.

IRS whistleblower bombshell expands Hunter Biden scandal to coverup, obstruction concerns

On Wednesday, an IRS whistleblower’s stunning disclosure to Congress that “preferential treatment and politics” were “improperly infecting” the Hunter Biden investigation instantly transformed the scandal that has most bedeviled the Biden presidency.
Lawmakers instantly began expanding their long-running influence-peddling probe into the Biden family’s pursuit of millions of dollars in foreign business deals to questions of whether there has been a coverup, whether Attorney General Merrick Garland gave false testimony and whether the case offers a fresh example of what Republicans says is a two-tier system of justice.
“It’s clear from our investigation that Hunter and other members of the Biden family engaged in deceptive, shady business schemes to avoid scrutiny as they made millions from foreign adversaries like China,” Comer added. “We’ve been wondering all along where the heck the DOJ and the IRS have been. Now it appears the Biden Administration may have been working overtime to prevent the Bidens from facing any consequences.”
House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith (R-Mo.), who has the legal authority to free the whistleblower from tax privacy laws so he can share his concerns with the public, vowed a swift and vigorous investigation.

US rejects Iran’s claim it forced American submarine to surface in Gulf

Iran said on Thursday it had “forced” a US submarine to surface as it was crossing the strategic Strait of Hormuz in the Persian Gulf, a claim the Americans promptly denied.
Admiral Shahram Irani, the commander of Iran’s navy, told state TV the USS Florida nuclear submarine was “approaching and passing in complete silence” when it partly entered Iranian waters.
An Iranian submarine then forced it to “surface and cross the strait,” he said, adding that Tehran would raise the matter with “international authorities.”
European Nations Send More Leopard 2 Tanks to Ukraine

Danish Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen called it “a significant donation” which came on top of a contribution by Denmark, the Netherlands and Germany, announced in February, to supply at least 100 older Leopard 1 A5 tanks.
In a joint statement, the Danish and Dutch defense ministers said the estimated cost of 165 million euros “to jointly acquire, refurbish and donate” will be equally divided between the two NATO members.
“In this way, we will jointly take part in the `Leopard 2 coalition´, supported by many partners and allies,” they said.

Macron Hounded by Protesters During First Public Appearance After Signing Pension Reforms

The protests in the small town were organised by the CGT and CFDT unions. Yet, the unruly scenes surrounding Macron were likely calmer than they would have otherwise been, given that officers of the gendarmerie forcibly cleared many protesters from the scene prior to his arrival.
Macron, for his part, described the protests as “bitching” and implied he had become used to it.
While trying to plead his case in the commune of Sélestat in Bas-Rhin, the president was at times drowned out by shouts, calls for him to resign, and the banging of pots and pans — a popular form of protest in France dating back to the 1830s during the early years of the July Monarchy of King Louis Philippe I following the Bourbon Restoration.
Food Prices Hit Highest Level in Nearly Half a Century Amid Double Digit Inflation

According to research conducted by the Office for National Statistics (ONS), the consumer prices index (CPI) remained in double digits at 10.1 per cent in March. The inflation rate — the highest in Western Europe — was slightly down from 10.4 per cent from the previous month, however, food prices remained high, hitting levels not seen in 45 years.
According to the government statistician agency, the prices of bread and cereals were up 19.4 per cent in the year to March, the highest rate recorded on record since the government began tracking such figures in 1989.
Meanwhile, the sharpest price increases were recorded among food items produced with olive oil which were up by 49 per cent on the year, followed by milk products at 38 per cent, and ready-made meals, which were up 21 per cent over last year, the BBC reported.
The annual rates for chocolate, confectionery, and hot beverages also all hit their highest levels on record.

UK Minister: Jail Social Media Bosses Who Fail to Censor ‘Harmful’ Content

Technology and Science Secretary Michelle Donelan has announced plans to see social media executives thrown in jail should they fail to censor so-called “harmful” content on their websites.
The jail threat is to be part of the UK’s Online Safety Bill, a widespread censorship plan that some tech giants claim will also effectively ban end-to-end encryption for private internet users.
As it currently stands, the bill will give control of social media regulation to Britain’s broadcasting regulator Ofcom, which mandates platforms under its control to censor “all forms of expression which spread, incite, promote or justify hatred” based on various progressive characteristics, including transgenderism.
According to a report by The Telegraph, Donelan has now confirmed that she wants any social media boss who ignores the new restrictions to be jailed, justifying such an extreme measure with reference to protecting children.

“This double standard cannot continue. It’s not healthy for America.”

‘You will never be a woman’: Megyn Kelly blows up about Dylan Mulvaney
Sky News contributor Megyn Kelly has expressed outrage towards transgender women, specifically targeting trans activist Dylan Mulvaney, claiming they will never know what it’s like to be real women.
Ms Kelly claims the activist can go through all the surgeries she wants and will still “never be a woman”.
“You don’t know the first thing about being a woman; you have no idea what the average woman has been through the course of her life, the challenges we have, the beauty of being a woman, the softness of being a woman – and you never will,” she told Sky News host Paul Murray.
“You’re never going to have it, doesn’t matter how many surgeries, doesn’t matter how many hormones and I am done engaging in this fiction – I’m done.
“I have empathy, I have compassion, but I am not willing to abandon truth in the name of sparring feelings.”

Vivek Ramaswamy Announces Lawsuit Against World Economic Forum

His campaign announced the lawsuit in a press release, stating that when the WEF “invited” Ramaswamy to be on the “Young Global Leaders” list, he “categorically said no.” Once he learned that the WEF had included him on the list, he “repeatedly ask[ed] to be removed.”
“WEF’s decision to stamp Mr. Ramaswamy’s name and image on its ‘list’ created a false public impression that served WEF’s goals while undercutting Mr. Ramaswamy’s staunch public advocacy against WEF’s globalist agenda,” the release stated.
Ramaswamy — who has been a proponent for a revival of national identity, a world view in conflict with that of the globalist WEF’s — told the New York Post that he was “appalled” to be placed on the list in 2021.
“The WEF has a radical worldview that rejects the principles America was founded on. I’m not interested in being a ‘global citizen.’ I’m an American,” he said.

“Nothing fundamental has changed in my view – its strategic objectives are exactly the same.”
