United States Gov’t Seeks to Garnish Accounts of Hunter’s Pal After Failing to Pay $43,954,416

Prior to his arrest, Archer served in 2014 with Hunter Biden on the board of Burisma, a Ukraine-based energy company. Archer was photographed in 2014 playing golf with then-Vice President Joe Biden in Southhampton, New York. In 2016, Archer resigned from Burisma’s board after his arrest.
According to court documents filed Wednesday, the United States is applying to the Southern District of New York to grant a writ of garnishment. If the court grants the writ of garnishment, the garnishees will have to withhold the existing funds in Archer’s accounts. Until the case is resolved, the funds in Archer’s accounts are frozen.
Archer will have the opportunity to defend himself before the case is decided before the court. That hearing is scheduled for May 9 at the Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse in Manhattan, according to the court’s calendar.
Mobster Whitey Bulger’s nephew, a Hunter Biden business associate, scored White House visit when Biden was VP

A longtime business associate of Hunter Biden with extensive China ties visited the White House during the summer of 2016, according to visitor logs reviewed by Fox News Digital.
On August 25th, James J. Bulger, the nephew of notorious mobster Whitey Bulger, was listed as visiting the White House for a West Wing tour.
The visitor logs show him meeting with Anne Marie Person, who previously served as a general assistant at Hunter Biden’s now-defunct Rosemont Seneca Partners investment firm from 2009 until she joined then-Vice President Biden’s staff in 2014.
Bulger served as the chairman of Boston-based Thornton Group LLC— a firm that joined forces with Hunter Biden’s Rosemont Seneca to launch its joint-venture with Chinese investment firm Bohai Capital to create BHR Partners. BHR Partners is controlled by Bank of China Limited.
One email, dated Jan. 27, 2014, with the subject line: “Meeting with Chinese Ambassador,” shows Bulger suggesting himself, Hunter Biden, and his Rosemont Seneca co-founder Devon Archer, “meet with the Chinese ambassador in DC to talk about the fund.”
Bulger forwards an email from his associate, Mike Leonard of Thornton Group.

Chaos erupts again at Tennessee Capitol amid vote to expel Dem lawmakers from office over House floor protest

The protesters, gathered both inside and outside the capitol in Nashville, chanted to urge the lawmakers to take action on gun control, as well as vote against expelling the three lawmakers from their positions in the House.
“No more silence, end gun violence,” those in attendance chanted. As lawmakers made their way into the chamber, several of the protesters donning March for Our Lives branded clothing chanted, “Free, free, free, free the Tennessee three.”
Republicans voted Monday to strip the three lawmakers of their committee assignments, a move to which Jones responded with a separate tweet, writing in part, “We’ll not be intimidated. THE PEOPLE are demanding we act to stop kids from being murdered in school.”

40 Undercover Informants and Agents Monitoring the Proud Boys on Jan. 6, Court Papers Allege

Proud Boys defendant Dominic Pezzola filed a motion on April 5 seeking to compel federal prosecutors to “reveal all informants, undercover operatives and other confidential human sources [CHSs] relating to the events of Jan. 6.”
The largest group of confidential human sources [informants] was being run by Homeland Security Investigations, part of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the document states.
“DC Metro Police had at least 13 undercover plain-clothes agents among the Proud Boys and other patriots on Jan. 6,” the motion said. “Next, there appear to have been some 19 CHSs on Jan. 6 belonging to an agency called HSI (Homeland Security Investigations).
The motion cites information revealed in recent court filings by Jan. 6 defendant William Pope of Topeka, Kansas, who disclosed several undercover MPD officers whom prosecutors acknowledge were acting as provocateurs near and on the northwest steps at the Capitol.
“Pezzola submits that the entire defense in this trial, including opening, cross, and defense cases, would have been different and much more aggressive if defense counsel had known of the scope and scale of undercover government operations on Jan. 6,” Roots said.

Florida woman found with 24 pipe bombs pleads guilty to avoid jail, focus on mental health

Michelle Kolts pleaded guilty in a Tampa courtroom to reduce charges following her 2019 arrest. She was originally charged with 24 counts of making, possessing and discharging a destructive device.
“Twenty-four months of community control followed by 15 years probation,” prosecutor Lindsey Hodges said, Fox Tampa reported.
Authorities found 24 homemade bombs in Kolts’ bedroom in the home she shared with her parents in October 2019. The devices were filled with nails, screws, and pellets, along with materials to make more bombs, and books about terrorist bombings. Also found was a hit list.
Kolts was arrested on charges that could have landed her in prison for 100 years. However, in 2019, she was found unfit to stand trial following years of mental health evaluations and treatment. She was eventually diagnosed with schizophrenia.

Ready for Robots at the Register? Walmart Announces That Majority Of Its Stores Will Be Automated By 2026

This week, Walmart announced that by the year 2026, 65 percent of its stores will be automated thanks to consistent issues maintaining workers in its supply chain services.
“Walmart is reengineering its supply chain to fulfill customer needs with a more intelligent and connected omnichannel network that is enabled by greater use of data, more intelligent software, and automation,” the company announced via a press release. “The outcome improves in-stock, inventory accuracy and flow whether customers shop in stores, pickup, or have a delivery.”
The automation of these facilities and Walmart’s stores will, the company claims, lead to higher wages at the cost of less physical labor for employees. “Over time, the company anticipates increased throughput per person, due to the automation while maintaining or even increasing its number of associates as new roles are created.”
Pfizer Hid Data on Waning Immunity as Millions Lined Up to Get Its COVID Vaccine

But by June 2021, the pandemic endgame story had gone off script. Highly vaccinated countries like Israel were experiencing a new wave of COVID-19 infections, vaccination rates were starting to slow, and public skepticism was snowballing.
Authorities tried to allay fears by saying that new infections were “rare breakthroughs,” but the data became too difficult to ignore.
By early July, the Israeli Ministry of Health reported that vaccine effectiveness against infection and symptomatic disease had fallen to 64%. Three weeks later, revised estimates put Pfizer’s vaccine at just 39% effective.

Russia: New Cold War is Over, We Are Now in ‘Hot Conflict With the United States’

The new Cold War is already over, a Kremlin spokesman has said, apparently looking past Russia’s own role in invading Ukraine and accusing the United States of “playing with fire” by pushing the world towards nuclear war that he insists Russians wish to avoid.
The comments come just hours after Russia announced it had deployed nuclear-capable missiles to the borders of NATO in Belarus, and refitted Belarussian jets with the equipment to carry and drop nuclear bombs.
Moscow made a tacit accusation that the United States was to blame for this, saying Russia was doing no more than America already did, in stationing nuclear weapons in the territory of European allies.
The U.S. is “playing with fire” and was risking making “fatal mistakes”, Ryabkov said, saying the Russian Federation “will be ready to take all measures and to use all means at our disposal” if there were attempts to encroach on their sovereignty.

China launches patrols in the Taiwan Strait, orders inspections of ships as Taiwan says it will not comply

The Chinese government announced a three-day series of patrols in the Taiwan Strait on Thursday, ordering that any ships in the area stop for inspection or even boarding.
Taiwan’s maritime authority rejected the order, filing a complaint with Chinese authorities, and has urged its shipping companies to ignore such inspection orders and notify the Taiwanese coast guard immediately should it receive one.
“If the mainland side insists on taking one-sided actions, it will create obstacles to normal exchanges between the two sides. We will be forced to take corresponding measures,” Taiwanese authorities wrote in a statement.
The Chinese escalation comes one day after Taiwanese President Tsai Ing-wen met with House Speaker Kevin McCarthy in California. China had vowed to take “strong” measures if the two leaders went through with the meeting.

Klitzke said she received her first Pfizer injection on June 18 and second dose on August 13 2021.

“My prayer is that they won’t just sit back and not take action as a result of the mayoral election,” he added.
Vallas scored endorsements from the Democratic establishment, Chicago’s largest police union and major business groups. Johnson, meanwhile, earned support from a progressive coalition that included the Chicago Teachers Union, democratic-socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders and left-wing activists.
