A jury on Tuesday found Russian national Igor Danchenko, the primary sub-source of the anti-Trump dossier, not guilty on all four counts of making false statements to the FBI.

The charges had been brought by Special Counsel John Durham, who is investigating the origins of the FBI’s original Trump-Russia investigation.

The Danchenko trial is the second out of Durham’s years-long investigation, and the second time a jury delivered an acquittal.

Daytona Beach police on Tuesday arrested Joe Kennedy, 67 — who was named as a person of interest in the four murders on Monday — on charges of motor vehicle theft. He is being held without bond at the Volusia County Jail.

Authorities in Okmulgee County also issued a warrant for Kennedy’s arrest in connection to a shooting incident he was sentenced for in 2012.

A witness told police that he was invited to join the four men that night to “hit a lick big enough for all of them,” or commit a criminal act, Okmulgee Police Chief Joe Prentice said at a press conference on Monday. It is unclear what type of crime they allegedly planned to commit.

In addition to the political attacks, the Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against the state’s law. Though 15 months after filing the suit, the DOJ and the White House have no update on the status of the legal action.

Despite Democrats claiming the voting law would suppress the vote, Chief Operating Officer in the Office of the Georgia Secretary of State, Gabriel Sterling, announced on Twitter Monday that 2022 early voting broke records.

He tweeted, “Our elections team has reviewed the initial early vote numbers for Day 1 and we know we are north of 125,000. This dwarfs the previous record of 72k from the 2018 midterm 1st day of early voting. We will have exact numbers in the morning.”

Hours earlier, Sterling had tweeted, “As of 4:15 we have seen over 100,000 Georgians cast their votes early. This blows away the previous midterm 1st day record of approximately 72,000 and we have lots of voting to go today.”

6 stories that PROVE society in America is GOING INSANE

Last weekend, Ulta Beauty hosted a transgender TikTok star on an episode of the company’s podcast. That TikTok star, Dylan Mulvaney, also recently expressed excitement about carrying around tampons.

Meanwhile, President Biden STILL can’t properly read a teleprompter, a disgraced FBI agent just said that ‘9/11 is nothing compared to January 6th,’ AND scientists have developed a new COVID strain that’s FAR more fatal than the 2020 pandemic.

So, Glenn wants to know: What is GOING ON?! When did society become THIS insane? It’s time to STOP ACCEPTING all the lies.

Paul Pelosi exercised call options on anywhere between $1 million and $5 million worth of Alphabet stock on Sept. 16, after which they would have expired.

Paul Pelosi originally purchased the right to buy Google stock at a given price in December 2021. Alphabet is the parent company of tech heavyweight Google

The disclosure shows that Paul Pelosi exercised the call options one week before a bill was introduced to the House of Representatives that bans the trading of individual stocks by congress members and their spouses.

The bill was backed by Nancy Pelosi.

Moderna’s CEO admits only the vulnerable need a Covid booster

Not everyone needs to get an annual Covid booster, according to the head of pharma giant Moderna who also likened the virus to seasonal flu.

Stéphane Bancel said his company’s shots should mainly be targeted at over-50s and people with underlying health conditions.

His comments seem to be at odds with the Centers for Disease Prevention and Control (CDC) which is urging everyone over the age of five to get boosted.

Covid is now predominantly only killing the most vulnerable because the US has built up strong immunity through high infection rates and repeated vaccine rollouts.

There are currently around 300 deaths from the virus across the country every day, compared to more than 1,000 this time last year.

A group of violent Philadelphia ATV drivers was caught on video attacking police by throwing bricks and bottles at the officers before fleeing the scene, police said.

The group unleashed its assault on police just one day after a Republican city councilman accused the administration of Mayor Jim Kenney, a Democrat, of instructing officers “not to enforce the law.”

The Philadelphia Police Department shared video on Tuesday showing “a large group of people riding dirt bikes and ATV’s” around a gas station near Delaware Avenue and Spring Garden Street, police said.

Harvey Weinstein’s legal team to argue his relationship with Gavin Newsom’s wife ‘consensual’ after new evidence

Disgraced producer Harvey Weinstein won a small victory in a long legal battle on Monday, after a judge said that she would allow his legal team the opportunity to question California Governor Gavin Newsom’s wife.

Jennifer Siebel Newsom will be questioned about an email she sent to Weinstein two years ago after allegedly being raped by the disgraced producer.

Judge Lisa Lench ruled that the defense could ask Siebel about an email she sent seeking media advice from Weinstein, “but could not say it was about revelations of an affair that Gavin Newsom had with an aide when he was mayor of San Francisco,” writes Fox News.

Weinstein attorney Mark Werksman said that details were necessary, adding “Of all things you’d think a woman that is raped by Harvey Weinstein wouldn’t do, it’s ask[ing] him how to deal with a sex scandal.”

The CDC will vote Thursday to permanently shield Pfizer and Moderna from COVID vaccine injury liability

A CDC committee will convene this week and likely vote Thursday to deliver permanent legal indemnity to Pfizer and Moderna, through the process of adding the drug companies’ mRNA injections to the child and adolescent immunization schedules.

By adding the shots to the childhood schedule, the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) will transfer liability for vaccine injuries to the federal government’s National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), allowing for Pfizer and Moderna to finally bring an FDA approved shot to the market without opening itself up to lawsuits.

Moreover, it will act as another windfall for companies that have already brought in hundreds of billions of dollars in revenues, by requiring these vaccinations for children who attend public schools.

Democrat candidate who reportedly moved to district for employment is actually unemployed

A representative from Castelli’s congressional campaign confirmed to Fox News Digital that Castelli ceased employment with Unite Us three months after moving to the district, despite listing the company as his employer in January 2022. Since November 2021, Castelli has been “campaigning full time.”

The campaign says that due to the possibility of receiving commissions for prior work, they decided to list the employment anyway. Castelli has earned no employment income in 2022 as he travels around the 12-county district wooing voters.

Castelli’s campaign now denies that his move was for employment, but rather states that his employment at the time “allowed” him to move to the district where GOP Conference Chair Stefanik happens to hold office.

Castelli’s move into NY-21, after spending most of his career in the nation’s capital, has been called out by local media. In a Times Union column about Democrats vying for the nomination ahead of the primary election, writer Chris Churchill wrote “Stefanik can gleefully and somewhat correctly, deride them all as carpetbaggers.”

In August, The Daily Mail reported that a number of Castelli’s former colleagues at the CIA claimed his time at the government agency was plagued by conduct issues — from drinking on the job to having inappropriate sexual encounters at work.

At least three of the El Paso City Council’s eight members have urged Mayor Oscar Leeser to issue an emergency declaration in response to the thousands of migrants who’ve filled the city’s shelters and are being housed in local hotels, sources familiar with the matter said.

But Leeser admitted during a private phone conversation last month that he’d been directed otherwise by the Biden administration, one of the officials told The Post.

“He told me the White House asked him not to,” Councilmember Claudia Rodriguez said.

Gonzales also alleged that the White House has done “the same thing in other parts of my district,” which have also seen huge numbers of migrants seeking refuge.

Obama’s Show “The G Word” Is Big Government Propaganda

Did you hear? Netflix paid Barack and Michelle Obama millions of dollars to produce movies and TV shows. Their latest documentary series, “The G Word,” is astoundingly stupid.

“The G Word” is hosted by comedian Adam Conover. President Obama approved it, and appears in it sometimes.

But instead of using his time with the president for something valuable, Conover wastes it on silly stunts like making sandwiches.Instead of doing honest reporting, Obama’s 6-part series pushes big government propaganda.

Give me a break. I debunk it.

Classic Stossel: No They Can’t

Politicians say “Yes, we can!” and claim that they solve our problems. I say “No THEY can’t!”

Politicians are wrong when they say “Yes, we can,” but the fact that government can’t doesn’t mean that we can’t.

Free people accomplish wonderful things. While government wastes billions on boondoggles like Solyndra, X-prize founder Peter Diamandis explains how private investors have created cars that get 100mpg, space ships, and much faster ways to clean up oil spills, all without charging taxpayers a penny.

Without big government, life can be great. A Classic Stossel from 2012

Greek police said Saturday that police officers found 92 migrants, mostly men from Afghanistan and Syria, stark naked on Friday, “some with bodily injuries.” They used plastic boats to cross the Evros River — known as Meric in Turkey — which forms the border between the two countries.

Children were also among the group of migrants, Stella Nanou, the UN refugee agency’s spokesperson in Athens, told The Guardian.

Greek migration minister Notis Mitarachi on Saturday tweeted a photo of the naked migrants seen cupping their genitals, accusing Turkey of pushing them into Greece and stripping them naked before doing so. The claim prompted Fahrettin Altun, the communications director of Turkey’s president, to accuse Greece of engaging in “fake news.”
