Watch: Young Wyoming Parents Skipping Meals, Turning to Ramen Noodles as Inflation Soars

Wyoming residents and young parents Jesus and Krista Montiel said Monday on Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends First” that to deal with rising costs, they are skipping meals so their daughter can eat.

Co-host Todd Piro said, “What sacrifices are you making right now?”

Jesus said, “At this time right now, because things are so tough, I’m doing anything and everything I can to be able to provide for my family. That includes driving an hour-and-a-half one way to and from work and working literally all day. I get to see my daughter twice a week.”

Piro said, “You are surviving on two cups of Ramen a day. You look like an adult male. You are sacrificing so your wife and daughter can eat.”

He asked, “Krista, how are you finding ways to save money?”

“He was designated as a dangerous offender at trial,” Danielle Tudor, who was attacked by the “jogger rapist” in 1979 at her Portland home, told the Oregonian. “I don’t understand how that puts him at a Level 1 sex offender.”

Richard Troy Gillmore will be released from prison on Dec. 16 after spending nearly 36 years behind bars. He admitted to raping nine young girls and women in Portland, Oregon, and its suburbs in the 1970s and 1980s. He became known as the “jogger rapist” because he cased out the homes of his victims by running past them, the Oregonian reported.

Gillmore, who will be 63 at the time of his release in December, will be classified as a Level 1 sex offender, a lower-level designation.

The classification does not require the county or state to notify residents of the area where he will eventually move to and live.

Late last week, 32-year-old Yoni Barrios, reportedly an illegal alien from Guatemala with a criminal record in the sanctuary state of California, allegedly went on a stabbing spree on the Las Vegas strip where he targeted eight random tourists and Americans while wielding a knife.

According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Barrios had recently arrived on the Las Vegas strip from California when he encountered DiGiovanni and other women with the “Best Showgirls in Vegas” group, who are hired for events and pose with tourists for photos.

Barrios walked up to the showgirls and asked for a photo, according to police, when he eventually pulled out a 12-inch knife — stabbing one of the women, and then stabbing DiGiovanni in the chest. While DiGiovanni was on the ground, one of the women applied pressure on top of her to help before paramedics arrived on the scene.

Twitter Censors Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo’s Coronavirus Vaccine Guidance

Brendan Farrington / AP

Ladapo, who has frequently criticized the safety and effectiveness of coronavirus vaccines, cited data showing an increase in cardiac conditions for men under 40 who have received mRNA coronavirus shots.

In his post, Ladapo linked to new guidance from his office recommending against the shots for under-40s.

“Studying the safety and efficacy of any medications, including vaccines, is an important component of public health,” said the Florida Surgeon General in a statement accompanying the press release.

“Far less attention has been paid to safety and the concerns of many individuals have been dismissed – these are important findings that should be communicated to Floridians.”

Twitter promptly took the post down, alleging it violated its coronavirus misinformation policies, only to restore it on Sunday morning.
