Exclusive: Private School Teacher Calls Whiteness ‘Poison,’ Fosters ‘Racially Stressful Encounters’
Victoria Rosenberg, who teaches middle school English at the NAIS-affiliated St. Matthew’s Parish School, began her letter by lauding Critical Race Theory conferences “Be About It” and “National Anti-Racism Teach In.”
The letter was titled “Dismantling White Supremacy in an Independent School” and praised the conferences for posing the topic “what it means to be anti-racist and how whiteness has dominated our lives.”
The middle school teacher’s letter celebrates the NART conference specifically for their discussion of “the effects of whiteness, implicit biases, and racist practices in the sphere of education.”
In her letter to parents, Rosenberg argues that parents and teachers “have all been socialized with the same poison of whiteness.” She also advocates for the integration of “anti-racist teaching into all subjects at all grade levels” on the basis that it will give white students more “exposure” to “racially stressful encounters.”
St. Matthew’s Parish School is an elite private school located in California’s Pacific Palisades, and costs nearly $40,000 for 7th and 8th graders.
IRS Gave Tax-Exempt Status to Soros-Backed Group Accused of Targeting ‘Trump Republicans’
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), which has a well-documented history of targeting conservatives, granted tax-exempt status in April to a Soros-backed organization now accused of trying to pay an attorney to spread “fake news” about former President Donald Trump and “Trump Republicans.”
Attorney and legal commentator Preston Moore posted a video over the weekend saying he was offered, and rejected, $400 by the “Good Information Foundation” to make a video attacking Donald Trump and “Trump Republicans.” The foundation allegedly wanted Moore to create the video about January 6 and post it on his social media platforms to reach the widest possible audience.
Moore emphasized he is not a Trump supporter and had initially considered accepting, until the organization began dodging questions about the factual accuracy of its campaign
“It became really clear that … they wanted me to use the most graphic images possible,” he told Breitbart News. “They wanted me to use fear to manipulate people into voting blue, or into voting not Trump. … And when they’re giving examples of the things they wanted me to say — don’t say ‘Trump and his allies,’ say ‘Trump Republicans’ — it became really clear that this was about putting out information … to impact midterms.”
Glendale Police Officers Shoot Armed Driver Following The Pursuit of a Stolen Car
Glendale Police Officers initiated a traffic stop of a stolen vehicle near the intersection of Los Feliz road and san Fernando road.
The driver, 40-year-old James Walsh, was ordered to hold his hands outside of his window and he initially complied. His passenger, a 32 -year-old Woman, was given the same order to show her hands.
After the initial traffic stop of the stolen car, Officers waited for additional resources to arrive. Walsh sped away and a pursuit was initiated.
11 Migrants Found Under Blanket in Truck Bed near Border in Arizona
Wilcox Station agents stopped a pickup truck on Highway 191 for an immigration inspection, according to a tweet by Tucson Sector Chief Patrol Agent John R. Modlin. During the inspection, an agent observed feet sticking out from under a blanket in the bed of the truck.
A search of the truck led to the arrest of 11 migrants, Modlin stated. The agents also took two U.S. citizen juveniles into custody for human smuggling charges.
Elsewhere in the sector, Tucson Station agents stopped a U.S. citizen driving a truck and pulling a trailer near Arivaca, Arizona, Modlin reported in another tweet. During the traffic stop, the agents conducted a search leading to the discovery of four migrants crammed into small compartments with no ventilation.
LAPD Cop Shoots Suspect After He Lunges Into The Rear Passenger Side Of The Vehicle
They observed the suspect’s vehicle parked in a handicap parking spot in front of a liquor store located in the 1800 block of S. Pacific Avenue. Upon further investigation, officers observed four occupants (the suspect, another male, and two females) inside the vehicle.
During a pat down search, a Glock handgun was located in the suspect’s front waistband. The officer promptly removed the firearm from the suspect’s waistband and handed it to his partner.
Officers requested backup.

According to CBP, between October 2021 and July 2022, more than 130,000 Venezuelan migrants have been encountered after entering the United States illegally. In all of Fiscal Year 2020, less than 5,000 were apprehended. This represents an increase of nearly 3,000 percent. In one Texas-based Border Patrol Sector, single groups of hundreds of mostly Venezuelan migrants enter the United States daily.

Texas border town business owner sells family BBQ restaurant after multiple migrant break ins
EAGLE PASS, Texas – A business owner near the U.S. southern border said she was forced to sell her family honky-tonk after the venue was broken into on five separate occasions since February.
“I worked alongside my father for 19 years,” said Selena Buentello Price, the former second-generation owner of The Wagon Wheel, a local barbeque joint. “One break-in in 25 years.”
“From February to now, I’ve had five,” Price said. “Not only has my business been broken into and ransacked—it’s just the insecurity now, you don’t feel safe at home anymore.”
The Del Rio sector of the southern border, which includes the small town of Eagle Pass, has had 375,000 migrant encounters since October last year, according to Customs and Border Protection. Price says migrants have “completely overrun” the small town leading residents and business owners to feel insecure.
Ten Migrants Found Locked in Moving Truck in Texas near Border
Del Rio Sector Chief Patrol Agent Jason D. Owens tweeted photos from a traffic stop. Sector agents responded to a call from “law enforcement partners” after they stopped a moving-company box truck.
Agents searched the locked cargo area of the truck and found a group of ten migrants locked inside, Owens reported. The agents contacted other agents trained as emergency medical technicians to evaluate the migrants who had been transported inside the hot truck.
During the past few days, Del Rio Sector agents apprehended two more sex offenders attempting to avoid detection.
NYC ax-wielding suspect in McDonald’s caught-on-camera rampage released without bail: reports
Michael Palacios, 31, was released without bail following an arraignment on charges of fourth-degree criminal mischief and possession of weapons charges, the New York Post reported, citing the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. Neither offense is eligible for bail under the state’s controversial criminal justice reforms.
The Post reported that a witness said Palacios grew enraged when a woman rejected his advances. Cell phone video circulating social media shows several males intervening and punching Palacios before backing up. Palacios, standing by a garbage can, opens his backpack and takes out a blade.
“Bro, please,” one male says as Palacios begins to strike the wall and tables.
“You better chill, boy!” a male bystander yells. Palacio smacks another male in the head.

CDC Reports 5,300 Errors in Vaccine Doses Given to Kids, as Latest VAERS Data Show 155 Reports of Deaths in Children 6 Months to 17 Years Old
VAERS data released Friday by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention show 1,407,409 reports of adverse events from all age groups following COVID-19 vaccines, including 30,935 deaths and 257,227 serious injuries between Dec. 14, 2020, and Sept. 9, 2022.

Taliban frees last American prisoner in Afghanistan in prisoner swap with the US
Mark Frerichs, a U.S. Navy veteran and engineer, was first abducted by the Taliban from Kabul in 2020 while working as a contractor. His freedom came in exchange for the release of Bashir Noorzai, a Taliban member convicted in 2008 of running an expansive heroin smuggling operation.
President Biden commuted Noorzai’s sentence and the exchange took place at the airport in Afghanistan’s capital of Kabul.
The exchange comes as the U.S. and the Taliban continue to negotiate the return of billions of dollars worth of frozen assets to the country. The funds had belonged to the now-defunct U.S.-backed government of Afghanistan, which fell to the Taliban last year.
Federal Court rules Big Tech has no ‘freewheeling First Amendment right to censor’
A federal appeals court upheld a Texas law on Friday that seeks to curb censorship by social media platforms. The ruling, a major victory for Republicans who charge companies like Twitter and Facebook are limiting free speech, is a step in a major legal battle that could end up at the Supreme Court.
The lawsuit is challenging HB 20, a Texas bill signed into law by Gov. Greg Abbott that regulates social media platforms with more than 50 million monthly users, which includes Google, Facebook and Twitter, and says they cannot censor or limit users’ speech based on viewpoint expression.
In his opinion, Federal Judge Andrew S. Oldham of the Fifth Circuit said the platforms argued for “a rather odd inversion of the First Amendment” that “buried somewhere in the person’s enumerated right to free speech lies a corporation’s unenumerated right to muzzle speech.”
“Today we reject the idea that corporations have a freewheeling First Amendment right to censor what people say,” Judge Oldham continued.
Rumble, creating tech that is immune to cancel culture, goes public
The deal is expected to deliver $400 million in proceeds, which Rumble will, in part, use to attract more creators to its platform and reach a larger audience. Rumble has already signed exclusive deals with journalist Glenn Greenwald and comedian and commentator Russell Brand.
In a September 13 SEC filing, the company revealed data that shows significant growth. According to Rumble CEO Chris Pavlovski, in August, the platform hit 78 million active users, a significant increase from the 44 million average monthly active users in the second quarter.
While the number of users is important, it means nothing without monetization. Pavolvski explained how the company will do that, saying:

Google Pays ‘Enormous’ Sums to Maintain Search-Engine Dominance, DOJ Says
DOJ attorney Kenneth Dintzer didn’t disclose how much Google spends to be the default search engine on most browsers and all US mobile phones, but described the payments as “enormous numbers.”
“Google invests billions in defaults, knowing people won’t change them,” Dintzer told Judge Amit Mehta during a hearing in Washington that marked the first major face-off in the case and drew top DOJ antitrust officials and Nebraska’s attorney general among the spectators. “They are buying default exclusivity because defaults matter a lot.”
Google’s contracts form the basis of the DOJ’s landmark antitrust lawsuit, which alleges the company has sought to maintain its online search monopoly in violation of antitrust laws. State attorneys general are pursuing a parallel antitrust suit against the search giant, also pending before Mehta.

New Birth Missionary Baptist Church senior pastor Jamal H. Bryant, who has repeatedly praised the antisemitic Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, promoted Abrams’ visit on Twitter a couple of times over the last few days, saying her visit would be “historic” and that she will be the “next governor” of Georgia.
In the middle of his church service, Bryant invited all the young girls in the congregation to come to the front of the sanctuary to listen to Abrams speak, lavishing praise on Abrams during his introduction of her.
“It is my privilege to warmly welcome to this pulpit, to this sanctuary, to the most powerful church in the whole state of Georgia my Spelman [College] sister, an amazing trailblazer, somebody who God anointed from birth for this moment,” the pastor continued.

Biden nears 100 executive orders estimated to cost taxpayers almost $1.5 trillion
Biden currently sits at 99 executive orders since taking office. His torrent pace came primarily within his first year, when he issued more than any president since the 1970s. Memos show at least one outside left-wing group financed by millions from liberal billionaire George Soros has influenced some of Biden’s orders and regulatory items.
A budgetary impact analysis, meanwhile, accompanies each order but does not include actual monetary costs. Instead, they contain vague language such as whether an order will have no impact, increase or decrease federal costs.

Hundreds Stranded in Collapsed Buildings as Powerful Earthquake Hits Taiwan
An earthquake of at least magnitude 6.8 struck Taiwan on Sunday, derailing trains and causing buildings to collapse.
Hundreds of tourists were reportedly trapped in a mountain resort by a landslide, while rescue workers were able to extract several families from the ruins of a three-story building.
The Sunday quake was the strongest in a series of tremors over the weekend, concluding with an earthquake of magnitude 5.6 on Monday. The epicenter of the seismic activity was near the town of Chishang on the southwestern coast of Taiwan.

Inconvenient Data: Canada Purges the Evidence That More Shots Are Leading to MORE Death
Governments across the globe have made it very difficult to get access to reliable data on these injections. But for a brief moment in Canada, the British Columbia CDC did its job.
According to their data, between March 20 and April 16, 2022, 63% of all people infected with COVID-19 had received a booster shot. And 73% percent of all people dying with/from COVID had received a booster.
They then updated their website with numbers from May through July, and the number of boosted people infected with COVID jumped to 76%.
But on July 28, in a very “non-suspicious” fashion, the data disappeared from their website. Poof! Gone! Nothing to see here.
Luckily, a few other countries have somewhat done their job, and the data is not looking good for the booster shots.
Manitoba had similar numbers to Canada: 70% of people who died from COVID had received boosters, and in the UK, 73% who died from COVID had received boosters.
So, according to a leading Dutch vaccinologist, along with the math displayed earlier, there is a high temporal correlation between the number of people who’ve received boosters and the number of excess deaths.
Edward Dowd would agree with this temporal association.
