Report: Man Accused of Beheading Woman Is an Illegal Alien Previously Convicted of Child Rape

Police said Landaeta decapitated Castro with a Samurai sword. Castro was the mother of two young daughters — a seven-year-old and a one-year-old. Castro’s family has started a GoFundMe for her two daughters.
According to the San Mateo Observer, Landaeta is an illegal alien who has been living in the United States for years, with a criminal record, without having been deported:
Immigration sources confirm that Jose Solano Landaeta, the suspect who beheaded a 27 year old mother of two in a San Carlos, CA neighborhood September 8th, was in the United States illegally. Jose Solano Landaeta, 33 from Venezuela, entered the country on a tourist visa about ten years ago, say ICE sources. He never left. [Emphasis added]
California enforces a strict sanctuary state law that prevents local law enforcement from turning criminal illegal aliens over to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency.
Thousands of illegal aliens every week are said to be turned loose across California as a result.
Soros backed DA gives Texas man 10 days in jail for DUI crash that killed passenger

A man who pleaded guilty to driving drunk in a crash that killed his female passenger was sentenced to 10 days in jail in Austin, Texas by a district attorney’s office led by a George Soros style prosecutor which has drawn criticism from law enforcement.
Leo Anthony Carreto-Lopez, 19, was originally charged with intoxication manslaughter in May after drunk driving at a high speed before crashing into a tree in a fiery accident that killed his 19-year-old passenger Teresa Gonzales.
Court records reviewed by Fox News Digital show that the office of Travis County District Attorney Jose Garza negotiated a plea deal with Lopez that sentenced him to a misdemeanor and 10 days in jail in a move that has drawn criticism from law enforcement.
Video captures migrants in camo scaling Arizona wall after Harris says border secure

Illegal migrants dressed in full camouflage were spotted by Fox News cameras being lowered over an Arizona border wall Tuesday by human smugglers.
The illegal border crossings happened just days after Vice President Kamala Harris claimed the nation’s borders were “secure.”
The video is only the latest incident of illegal immigration impacting Arizona and other border states.
However, messaging from the White House continues to brush off concern about the onslaught of migrants, claiming that the crisis is not out of hand.
EXCLUSIVE: CBP Drone Observes 1K Got-Aways During Flight over Texas Border Sector

Lingering UAV flights in the Del Rio Sector are not commonplace, the source told Breitbart Texas. During this flight, which took place during the past two weeks, UAV operators observed more than 1,000 got-aways as the drone flew over the Del Rio Sector.
During August, Del Rio Sector agents apprehended more than 52,000 migrants, Breitbart reported. This averages out to 1,677 apprehensions per day. The got-aways equal about 60 percent apparent migrant crossings per day.
During the first 11 months of the current fiscal year, Del Rio Sector agents apprehended approximately 428,000 migrants. The sector led the nation during the past two months, but the Rio Grande Valley Sector remained in first place with an 11-month estimate of 440,000.
Migrants killing dogs, stealing from homes prompts some Texas border town residents to arm themselves

EAGLE PASS, Texas – Migrants have killed pets, stolen from shops and knocked on doors late at night in a Texas border town, prompting some residents to arm themselves, locals told Fox News.
“I don’t feel safe,” Laura Ramos, an Eagle Pass business owner, told Fox News. She said she keeps “several weapons” at her store for defense.
Griselda, another local business owner whose employees are all female, said she used to close her business at 9 p.m.”We now close at seven because it gets dark, people are walking around, all girls, you just never know,” she told Fox News.
Eagle Pass has three official border crossings, but the most popular course is to illegally cross the Rio Grande, according to locals. The large influx of migrants into the border city has stressed local resources, and residents said they believe the town is not as safe as it used to be.
Human Smuggler Drags Border Patrol Agent with Fleeing Vehicle, Say Feds

A Wilcox Station Border Patrol agent attempted to stop an SUV on SR-80 in Arizona on September 6, according to a tweet from Tucson Sector Chief Patrol Agent John R. Modlin on Monday. The driver, a U.S. citizen, attempted to flee and dragged the agent approximately 15 feet, the chief stated.
Other agents eventually took the driver and seven migrants into custody. Modlin reported the agent was not harmed in the incident.
Elsewhere in the Tucson Sector, motorcycle-mounted agents, assisted by border surveillance camera technology, located a group of migrants who illegally crossed the border from Mexico.
The agents used their motorcycles to access the remote location near the Three Points Station. They apprehended 11 migrants.
Video: Texas Teen Runs Over, Drags Wheelchair-Bound Man

Police arrested 17-year-old Pablo Antonio Avila-Banagas on September 9, approximately six days after he allegedly ran over and injured a man in an electric wheelchair, KVUE Austin ABC reported.
The video shows the man crossing a parking lot driveway in his electric wheelchair.
As the vehicle approaches, the man signals the driver to slow down. It appears the driver swerved toward the man and then runs over him. The truck pushed him for a moment before the rear wheel runs him over.
The driver flees in his truck, dragging the wheelchair to the street before it falls by the wayside, the video shows. As Avila-Banagas allegedly drives away, an Austin firetruck happens by and renders assistance to the victim.
What we learned when Twitter whistleblower Mudge testified to Congres

A ticking bomb of security vulnerabilities. Covering up security failures. Duping regulators and misleading lawmakers.
These are just some of the allegations when Twitter’s ex-security lead turned whistleblower, Peiter Zatko, testified to the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday, less than a month after the release of his explosive whistleblower complaint filed with federal regulators. Zatko, better known as Mudge, made his first comments since the public release of his complaint.
These are the key takeaways from Mudge’s testimony to lawmakers and what we learned from Tuesday’s hearing.
Sen. Chuck Grassley, the ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said in his opening remarks that the FBI warned Twitter that it may have a Chinese spy on its payroll.
A redacted version of Mudge’s whistleblower complaint released last month said that Twitter received specific information from the U.S. government that “one or more particular company employees were working on behalf of another particular foreign intelligence agency.” The nationality of the foreign intelligence agents were not disclosed at the time.
But Mudge told the panel that the spy was an agent of China’s Ministry of State Security, or MSS, the country’s main intelligence agency. He added that because Twitter engineers — about 4,000 employees — have broad access to company data, a foreign agent hired as an engineer would have access to personal user information and potentially other sensitive company information,

Mayorkas Secretly Met with Soros-Funded Groups During Border Trip to Address Migrant Crisis

During a highly publicized Mexican border visit to address the record-breaking migrant crisis, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas secretly met with influential open border groups including nonprofits funded by leftwing billionaire George Soros and another operated by a former Hillary Clinton and Obama advisor, according to records obtained by Judicial Watch.
The Biden administration deployed Mayorkas on the mission in mid-August of last year as part of an ill-fated effort to reassure the nation that the immigration chaos was under control as startling Border Patrol figures revealed that agents shattered a 21-year-old record in July with 212,672 apprehensions, a 13% increase over June.
Mayorkas, shamefully ousted as a Bill Clinton U.S. Attorney after orchestrating the pardon of a big-time drug dealer, put on his game face, met with Border Patrol officials in south Texas, placated and schmoozed local leaders and publicly suggested that the border is under control.

America made a ‘deal with the devil,’ families of 9/11 victims say, as they sue Saudi Arabia

No public trial over the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks has ever been held — though many fought for one — and the “last best hope” is playing out in federal court in Manhattan now.
The families want to expose how 19 al-Qaida hijackers — 15 of them Saudi nationals — crashed four jets, killing nearly 3,000 in one day, got financial help. They are suing Saudi Arabia to force some type of admission.
“We want to make history right and correct the narrative,” Brett Eagleson told the Boston Herald last week. “We want to see Saudi Arabia say it. Say they helped the hijackers.”
Eagleson, who was 15 years old when his dad died when the twin towers collapsed 21 years ago Sunday, said newly declassified FBI documents state “Omar Albayoumi was paid a monthly stipend as a cooptee of the Saudi General Intelligence Presidency.” That redacted FBI “electronic communication” shared with the Herald goes on to state the support for that foreign agent came “via then Ambassador Prince Bandar bin Sultan Alsuad.”
Prince Bandar was Saudi Arabia’s ambassador to the U.S. from 1983 to 2005.
Biden’s illegals costing taxpayers a ‘staggering’ $20 billion a year!

Inflation has been raging along at a painful 8.3% during August, the Biden administration recently pushed through spending of hundreds of billions of dollars more, leaving American taxpayers wondering if they’ll have the money to make it to the end of the year.
Now comes news that they’re on the hook for another $20 billion a year – all to take care of the illegal aliens Biden has released into the nation.
It is Fox News that noted the assessment that comes from the Federation for American Immigration Reform.
That organization has calculated that the illegal immigrants who have entered the U.S. since January 2021, when Biden took office, will cost taxpayers “an extra $20 billion” a year, on top of the $140 billion costs that already existed for illegal immigrants who arrived earlier.
While President Donald Trump had established a successful “Remain-in-Mexico” program that kept illegals south of the border while their demands for asylum were processed, and had been working on construction of a border wall to restrict illegal crossings, Joe Biden abandoned the entire effort when he took office.
The result, according to the report, is that since early 2021 there has been a “massive border crisis” and more than 1.7 million migrant encounters were reported in 2021.

Food Prices Hit 40-Year High, Keep Breaking Records Every Month

Food prices have increased every month of 2022, with each month since February breaking 40-year records, according to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).
The price of food at home increased 13.5% year-over-year in August, the highest it’s been since May 1979, according to the BLS Consumer Price Index (CPI) report.
Since February, when the year-over-year cost of food at home increased by 8.6% — at the time the highest level since 1981 — grocery prices have increased every month, first breaking a 10% year-on-year increase in March, according to archived CPI reports by the BLS.
Food prices have been affected by large-scale economic issues, such as high energy costs, supply chain disruptions and increased labor costs, according to the USDA. Low inventory of pork has contributed to keeping the costs of pork high, while an outbreak of the avian flu caused the price of eggs to skyrocket 38% through July 2021.
El Paso teacher’s firing over ‘pedophiles’ comment in classroom touches off firestorm

An El Paso, Texas, teacher was informed of her “proposed termination” after telling students to call pedophiles “minor attracted persons,” according to the city’s school district, but some witnesses say her remarks were taken out of context.
In an 18-second clip shared on TikTok, the Franklin High School teacher, identified by the El Paso Teachers Association as Amber Parker, can be heard telling students they’re “not allowed to label” individuals as pedophiles. She reportedly made the comment during a lesson on the play, “The Crucible.”
“We’re not gonna call them that,” Parker said in the video. “We’re gonna call them MAPs, minor attracted persons. So don’t judge people just because they wanna have sex with a 5-year-old.”
Parents speak out against Connecticut high school teacher’s ‘divisive’ vocab worksheet

A Connecticut high school English teacher is under investigation by the Southington school board for providing students with a controversial vocabulary list the first week of class. Parents confronted the school board regarding the three-page packet that addressed divisive political, gender, and racial topics.
Connecticut’s WFSB-TV reported that school board members claimed they were previously unaware of the worksheet.
The vocabulary list defined the terms “social justice,” “marginalization,” “Indigenous/American Indian,” “cisgender,” “cultural appropriation,” “institutional/structural racism,” “gaslighting,” and “transgender.”
The high school teacher’s packet also defined “white privilege” as “societal privilege that benefits white people over non-white people in some societies, particularly if they are otherwise the same social, political, or economic circumstances.”

Loudoun County judge boots liberal DA from case of dad whose daughter was sexually assaulted in school

A Virginia judge has booted liberal Loudoun County Commonwealth’s Attorney Buta Biberaj from an appeal case citing “concerns” over “impartiality.”
The case involves a Virginia father who was arrested last year while speaking out at a school board meeting after his daughter was sexually assaulted in a public school bathroom by a male student.
The unidentified male student was ultimately charged with sexual assault at two separate high schools and was found guilty earlier this year.
This is not the first time Plowman has booted Biberaj’s office from a case. He removed the county’s Commonwealth’s Attorney Office from a serial burglary case in June for “deliberately misleading the Court and the public.”
“The Commonwealth is deliberately misleading the Court, and the public, in an effort to ‘sell’ the plea agreement for some reason that has yet to be explained,” Plowman said of that case, which involved a man charged with three misdemeanors for destruction of property and false identification, and two felonies for burglary.

The High Court of Judicature at Bombay set a Nov. 17 deadline for the responses and scheduled a hearing for the same day.
In a lawsuit filed in February, Dilip Lunawat alleged his daughter, Snehal Lunawat, died March 1, 2021, of complications arising from the Covishield vaccine. He is seeking compensation of ₹1000 crores (approximately $126 million).
Defendants in the case include Adar Poonawalla, CEO of the Serum Institute; Bill Gates, in his role as partner in the development of the Covishield vaccine; the Indian Ministry of Health and Family Welfare; the Indian State of Maharashtra; India’s drug controller general; the former director of the All India Institute of Medical Science and others.
Snehal Lunawat was a 33-year-old doctor and senior lecturer at the SMBT Dental College & Hospital in Maharashtra State. According to her father, she was compelled, as a health worker, to get the Covishield vaccine.

Trump-picked special master candidate signed Carter Page warrant before FBI misconduct discovered

The special master candidate proposed by former President Trump and approved by the Justice Department signed off on a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant to surveil Trump campaign aide Carter Page—before the FBI misconduct surrounding that application was discovered.
U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon ordered the appointment of an independent special master to review the records seized by the FBI during its unprecedented August raid of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago.
Among others, Trump’s lawyers proposed retired chief Judge Raymond Dearie to serve as special master, and the Justice Department approved Dearie as an appropriate candidate, citing his “substantial judicial experience” presiding over cases “involving national security and privilege concerns.”
Judge Cannon has the final say on whether to accept Dearie, and it is unclear when she might announce her decision.
Newsom Opposes Taxing Rich to Pay for Electric Vehicles He is Forcing Everyone to Buy

California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) has released an ad opposing Proposition 30, a ballot initiative that would raise taxes on the state’s wealthy residents even further to help the state’s poor residents purchase electric vehicles he is forcing all to buy.
Proposition 30 is being funded by Lyft, which has a clear financial interest in having the state’s taxpayers subsidize the forced shift to an electric vehicle fleet. Few ride share drivers can currently afford the available electric vehicles on the market.
In the ad against Proposition 30, Newsom attacks “one company’s cynical scheme to grab a huge taxpayer subsidy.”
Josh Hawley: Credit Card Companies Positioning Themselves to Track Gun Purchases

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D), New York Democrat lawmakers, and Gabby Giffords’ gun control group, Giffords, had all urged Visa to make this move.
Mastercard and American Express are redoing their merchant categorization for gun sales too, and Mastercard went so far as to praise Congress for the gun control laws that legislators passed earlier this year.
Business Insider/Yahoo News pointed to a statement from Mastercard in which the credit card company said: “We understand and appreciate the significant policy imperative in reducing gun violence and see the recent bipartisan action in Congress as a positive step. We believe it is that type of effort that will meaningfully address the tragic gun violence facing the country.”
Sen. Hawley warns that new, gun-specific categories will be used for “tracking gun purchases, making it easier to track gun owners – and to stop sales.”

Top Democrats try to distance themselves from their party and Biden, but voting records tell a different story

This group of vulnerable Democrats at risk of losing their seats to Republican challengers has progressively sought to paint themselves as moderates, as well as independent-minded members of Congress, and touted what some of them have referred to as their record of standing up to Biden and Democratic Party leadership in order to win re-election.
A review of their congressional voting records and a number of their previous statements suggest the contrary as many of them consistently voted in tandem with the Biden administration’s legislative agenda according to FiveThirtyEight, as well as that of Democratic Party leadership according to ProPublica, and expressed support for Biden and the job he has done as president.
Rep. Angie Craig, D-Minn., made similar attempts to paint herself differently than her record suggests, telling attendees of a virtual town hall earlier this month that she had bucked the Biden administration on her congressional votes.

China Arrests Lockdown Victims in Uyghur Region for Sharing Starvation ‘Rumors’

The Chinese government has imposed an unofficial lockdown in much of East Turkistan, which it refers to as the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, for over a month, claiming it necessary to stop the spread of Chinese coronavirus.
A torrent of social media posts by residents, particularly in the northern city of Ghulja, have denounced the communist regime for failing to provide food and basic medications, placing citizens in deadly situations in the name of preventing the spread of what has become a treatable disease for most.
The U.S.-based outlet Radio Free Asia (RFA) reported this week that it had verified the deaths of at least 12 people in the Uyghur region due to starvation or lack of access to necessary medicine.

Boron-powered Chinese missile will work in the air and underwater

Rocket scientists in China are working to develop a boron-powered supersonic missile that can fly like a commercial airliner and then swim in the water to act as a torpedo, South China Morning Post (SCMP) reported.
The U.S. Air Force experimented with boron in the 1950s to increase the power of its supersonic bombers. However, the project was shelved since ignited boron is hard to control and also forms a layer of debris that impacts rocket performance.
However, the race for hypersonic weapons, missiles that can travel at speeds greater than Mach 5, has reignited the interest in boron as a fuel. China has experimented with solid fuel that contains boron nanoparticles for its air-breathing scramjet engines, SCMP said in its report. Even the U.S. Navy has successfully experimented with boron nitride nanotubes in its hypersonic weapons.
Now a team of Chinese researchers is also working on developing supersonic weapons using the same fuel.
