Wisconsin man allegedly kills ex-girlfriend days after judge allows bail following child sex crime guilty plea
Ernest Terrell Blakney, 47, is being accused by prosecutors of killing his ex-girlfriend and setting his Milwaukee home on fire on Aug. 25, according to FOX 6.
Both the Milwaukee police and fire departments went to the home shortly before 4:30 a.m. for a “house fire” call, but discovered a homicide victim, which was later identified as Nikia Rogers, 36.
An autopsy later revealed Rogers died from bullet wounds to her back and head. Her death was ruled a homicide.
Blakney was previously charged with second-degree sexual assault and was accused of engaging in sex with a 13-year-old girl in 2020. He posted $5,000 cash bail and was released from jail in November 2021, the complaint states.
The man pleaded guilty to the sex charge and was convicted on August 15. Prosecutors requested that Blakney be remanded and placed in jail after pleading guilty, but Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge David Borowski denied the motion, allowing Blakney to stay out of jail.
Pedophile Delphi murders suspect complains about ‘hard time’ in jail
Kegan Kline, 28, is in custody on charges of child pornography that are unrelated to the murders of Abigail Williams, 13, and Libby German, 14, two friends who were murdered in 2017 after going for a walk on a disused train line.
For years, the case was unsolved but investigators are pursuing the theory the pair were talking with Kline – a known catfish who used the photos of a male model to lure young girls into meeting him for sex.
He was living not far from where the girls’ bodies were found in February 2017.
In a flurry of activity this week, police in Indiana requested custody of Kline from Miami, where he was being held. They also searched a river near his home.
Podcast The Murder Sheet this week revealed that Kline is now demanding cash for interviews from jail, and is asking women who write to him for sexual favors.
FBI took empty folders, photographs and clothes from Mar-a-Lago
The FBI seized empty folders with classified markings, clothes, books and government photographs during their raid on Mar-a-Lago, a new inventory list unsealed by a judge on Friday revealed.
Among the items listed in the documents released Friday are 47 empty folders that were found in Trump’s office that are marked as ‘classified’ and more than 1,500 magazines, newspapers, press articles and other printed media from around his home.
The list shows that several folders found during the raid had classified markings on them – but there were no contents inside. Magazine and news articles were also picked up.
Trump on Wednesday morning accused the DOJ of trying to make it look like he threw the documents on the floor or was storing sensitive materials in this way at his Florida residence.
At least 14 items found in the raid, according to the new inventory list, are clothing or gift items.
There were also 86 empty folders found with ‘classified’ banners and other labels like, ‘Return to Staff Secretary/Military Aide.’

Bobulinski, who personally met with President Joe Biden in 2017 for an hour to discuss “the Bidens’ family business plans with the Chinese,” is worried Thibault helped “bury information about his dealings with the Biden family that he gave the FBI,” the Washington Free Beacon reported Friday. He is also facing whistleblower allegations for mislabeling the Hunter Biden revelations as “verified and verifiable derogatory… disinformation,” according to Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), the top Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee.

America Added 315,000 Jobs in August, Unemployment Rises to 3.7%
The prior month’s report was stunningly high at 528,000, nearly double what economists had forecast and unemployment fell from 3.6 percent to 3.5 percent. This was revised down slightly to 526,000. The June report was revised down by 105,000 jobs to 293,000.
On average, the economy has added around 471,000 jobs per month in 2022, an extremely high rate of payroll building. The Labor Department’s Job Opening and Labor Turnover Survey showed that there were 11.239 million job openings at the end of July, nearly two for every unemployed person.
The demand for labor from employers has proven extremely resilient, adding to payrolls and vacancies even as the Federal Reserve has hiked interest rates up at a rapid pace, raising the fed funds rate at every meeting since March.
The labor force participation rate rose to 62.4 percent from 62.1 percent.
U.S. Factory Orders Fell in July for First Time in 10 Months
The Commerce Department said orders for goods produced in U.S. factories fell one percent. Economists had thought orders would rise 0.2 percent.
The prior month’s increase was revised down from two percent to 1.8 percent.
The figures are seasonally adjusted but not adjusted for inflation. The prices paid to U.S. manufacturers of durable goods rose 0.5 percent, according to the Labor Department’s Producer Price Index. This suggests that the real or inflation-adjusted decline was closer to 0.6 percent, an indication of slumping demand for goods.
Surveys of manufacturers have been indicating a softening or even contraction in the sector for a few months. Until July, however, the official government statistics have shown orders growing on a nominal basis. Adjusted for inflation, however, orders have fallen several times over the past year.

Google and YouTube announce plans for combating election ‘misinformation’
The two search platforms announced on Thursday that they were taking actions to guarantee that “authoritative” news sources were prominent during the 2022 midterm elections.
YouTube and Google are the latest companies to announce plans for combating what they term “misinformation,” joining social media giants such as Facebook and TikTok.
The algorithm will now place “high-quality election news” at the top of related searches, including information from national sources such as PBS and the Wall Street Journal, as well as local ABC, NBC, and CBS affiliates. Search results will also display information panels at the top directing users to Google’s “How to vote” and “How to register to vote” features.
YouTube and Google also plan to implement a panel at the top of search results that will display critical information about federal candidates, including political affiliations and the office they’re running for.
Police investigating voting device acquired in Michigan, sold on eBay, Secretary of State Benson
Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson says the state government is working with police to investigate the alleged illegal sale of a Dominion Voting Systems device that helps disabled voters cast ballots.
“We are actively working with law enforcement to investigate allegations of an illegal attempt to sell a voter assist terminal acquired in Michigan,” Benson said Thursday.
The Dominion voting machine was dropped off at a Northern Michigan Goodwill before it was sold last month on Goodwill’s website for $7.99 to an Uber driver in Ohio, who then sold it on eBay for $1,200 to a Connecticut cybersecurity expert.
Michigan authorities were alerted by the cybersecurity expert about the machine and are going to pick it up.The voting machine was originally from Colfax Township in Wexford County, Mich.
‘Pride Fest’ in Illinois town to feature ‘Youth Drag Show,’ ‘Drag Queen Story Hour’
This is the third Decatur Pride Fest to be held in the town of about 70,000 people. Organizer Mark Schleter told Just the News that he expects this to be the best pride yet.

Former Idaho state representative sentenced to 20 years for raping intern
Aaron von Ehlinger, a 40-year-old ex-Republican representative from the state’s 6th district, will have to serve eight years of his two-decade-long sentence before he is eligible for parol, Ada County District Judge Michael Reardon ruled on Wednesday.
Ehlinger was convicted of having raped a 19-year-old intern at the state legislature after a dinner meet-up in March of last year. The state had sought a 40-year sentence with a 15-year minimum.

Missouri and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry in May filed a lawsuit that sought to “expose how top Biden Administration officials allegedly colluded with social media companies to censor freedom of speech on a number of topics, including COVID-19,” Schmitt’s announcement read.
After Schmitt won the lawsuit in July, the Department of Justice (DOJ) was forced to reveal to the plaintiff in total 88 communications between the Biden administration and social media companies that show how the Biden administration and big tech worked together to “censor freedom of speech.”
“In response to Missouri and Louisiana’s interrogatories, defendants identified 45 federal officials at DHS, CISA, the CDC, NIAID, and the Office of the Surgeon General (all of which are contained in either DHS or HHS) that communicate with social media platforms about “misinformation” and censorship,” Schmitt wrote.
“Beyond DOJ, Meta identified 32 additional federal officials including White House Officials who communicated with them, and YouTube identified 11 federal officials including White House Officials who communicated with them, many of whom were not disclosed by DOJ.”
Schmitt gave specific examples of how the Biden administration and big tech allegedly coordinated to suppress free speech on the platforms:

Emergency COVID money from early 2021 bill slow to be spent, goes to many non-COVID uses
The $1.9 trillion bill was framed as an emergency measure to help the United States dig out of the COVID-19 pandemic and its economic consequences.
But much money is going toward projects that are seemingly unrelated or barely related to the virus or the recovery from the pandemic. Technically, many such projects are permitted. But it is not how the package was sold.
Just 12% of the over $100 billion earmarked for elementary and secondary schools has been spent so far, according to federal statistics. And according to Treasury Department figures, as of the end of March 2022 only about $70 billion of the $350 billion allocated for state and local governments had been spent. Just over $100 billion of that money was contractually committed to be spent.
“Washington allocated $350 billion to state and local governments to close budget deficits that did not even exist,” Manhattan Institute senior fellow Brian Riedl told Fox News Digital. “These states are totally awash in more money than they know what to do with, so it’s no surprise they haven’t allocated yet – they’re going to be sitting on this money for years.”

Sept. 2 (UPI) — Gina McCarthy, the top White House domestic climate adviser will step down on Sept. 16, completing a move that had been expected for months.
Her departure comes weeks after President Joe Biden signed the largest-ever U.S. law aimed at combatting climate change, Politico reported.
McCarthy was tapped to head the newly created White House Office of Domestic Climate Policy as part of the climate and energy team Biden appointed upon taking office.
A native of Massachusetts, McCarthy previously led the Environmental Protection Agency for four years during former President Barack Obama‘s term. She also served as an environmental adviser to several Massachusetts governors and was Connecticut’s commissioner of environmental protection.

“I mean full pardons with an apology to many,” Trump on Thursday morning told conservative radio host Wendy Bell, according to The Washington Post.
Federal prosecutors continue to charge people connected to the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol and bring them to trial and sentencing.
On the same day Trump suggested he would pardon at least some of those found guilty in connection to the riot – if reelected president – a jury sentenced former New York City police officer and Marine Corps veteran Thomas Webster to 10 years in prison on multiple charges including assaulting law enforcement officers and violent and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds.
Webster’s sentence was the longest so far in connection with the riot.
In the nearly 20 months since the riot, roughly 370 rioters have pleaded guilty to federal charges or been convicted in connection with the riot, and over 220 have been sentenced. Over 800 defendants have been arrested and federally charged from nearly all 50 states and the District of Columbia, also according to the newspaper.
Trump, during the radio interview, also said he met with some Jan. 6 defendants earlier this week and is helping some financially.

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates — Iran’s navy seized two American sea drones in the Red Sea before letting them go Friday, officials said, in the latest maritime incident involving the U.S. Navy’s new drone fleet in the Mideast.
Iranian state television aired footage it said came from the deck of the Iranian navy’s Jamaran destroyer, where lifejacket-wearing sailors examined two Saildrone Explorers. They tossed one overboard as another warship could be seen in the distance.
State TV said the Iranian navy found “several unmanned spying vessels abandoned in the international maritime routes” on Thursday.
Two American destroyers in the Red Sea, as well as Navy helicopters, responded to the incident, the official said. They called the Iranian destroyer over the radio and followed the vessel until it released the drones Friday morning, the official said.
Nord Stream 1: Gazprom announces indefinite shutdown of pipeline
Russian energy giant Gazprom extended the shutdown of gas flows through its key Nord Stream 1 pipeline to Germany on Friday evening, providing no timeframe for a reopening.

Hispanics Are Targets Of Discrimination In Schools

The release of a video showing an Assistant Principal in Cos Cob, CT, admitting that Catholics are being discriminated against when hiring teachers, is becoming a national scandal.
The fact that religion is being used to filter out candidates that are perceived as less inclined to accept the leftist, progressive indoctrination now promoted in schools all over the country, is opening the eyes of many who have not been aware that discrimination is the natural outcome of this ‘woke’ practices.
Hispanics, who are mostly Catholics, are a group that will be strongly impacted if religion is used as a characteristic in making hiring decisions in our schools. This indirect discrimination will allow the proponents of Critical Race Theory (CRT), to reduce the participation of Hispanics in our school systems without openly showing their real objective of marginalizing them to justify the evil idea that the American dream is not longer possible in our country.
Connecticut, a state with a surprisingly large Hispanic population, is becoming a battle ground for the implementation of CRT ideas through Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs. And the fight is taking place not only in primary schools, but also at the town level. Close to Cos Cob, in Westport, CT, discrimination of Hispanics under the disguise of Inclusion or Diversity activities is increasing.
