Biden FBI raids Trump DOJ official Jeffrey Clark, GOP officials, staffers in multiple states in ‘alternate electors’ investigation

The latest search warrant executed by the FBI against a Trump official, stemming from unknown probable cause having to do with the 2020 presidential election, was meted out today to Jeffrey Clark in Virginia. “It remained unclear exactly what the investigators may have been looking for,” The New York Times reports.

Sources close to the investigation exclusively tell The Post Millennial that the raid is part of the Biden DOJ’s probe into the “alternate electors” slated by multiple states in the aftermath of the 2020 election.

According to the sources, the investigation is being run by US Attorneys out of Main Justice in Washington, DC, and a grand jury has been empaneled.

The “defund the police” advocate teen was arrested along with his 14-year-old accomplice, according to authorities.

The juveniles were arrested after they were caught shooting at police while the officers were investigating a reported burglary case.

“Officers used the ShotSpotter technology to pinpoint that the shots came from an apartment complex located near the 59-hundred block of West Rose Lane,” the Glendale Police Department stated.

The juveniles confessed during questioning that they had fired shots.

The older boy said he took the gun from his mother’s dresser, then went outside and filmed the younger boy firing at the police.

Free Speech Win: Georgia Gwinnett College to Pay $800K Settlement to Christian Student It Censored

Alliance Defending Freedom
Alliance Defending Freedom

Georgia Gwinnett College is now paying the price after campus police stopped Christian student Chike Uzuegbunam from speaking about his faith or distributing Christian literature on campus in 2016, Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) announced on Wednesday.

College officials had repeatedly stopped Uzuegbunam from peacefully sharing his Christian faith with his fellow students on campus, and told the student that he needed to make an advance reservation to speak in one of two tiny campus “speech zones” that were only open a few hours per week.

A second Christian student, Joseph Bradford, decided not to speak about religion because of what happened to Uzuegbunam.

Both Uzuegbunam and Bradford then sued certain college officials who enforced the college’s speech policies, arguing that such policies violated their First Amendment rights.

Undercover Footage From DC Abortion Facility Highlights Human Rights Abuses Against Women & Children

A new Live Action investigation into Cesare Santangelo’s late-term abortion facility in DC shows a nurse requiring a pregnant woman to take mind-altering Xanax pills before speaking with the abortionist regarding the procedure, a grave violation of medical ethics and informed consent.

The investigation also shows a nurse telling the mother that it’s possible she could deliver a dead child (or a premature baby) in her hotel room before the abortion is completed: “You may go into premature labor and deliver the fetus in your hotel”.

And video evidence proves they do not use feticide to ensure fetal death in abortions, which means children are likely being born alive and killed in violation of federal law.

AOC: $174,000 Congressional Salary Difficult on ‘Working and Middle Class’ Lawmakers

“Only 10 women in the history of the United States have ever given birth while serving in Congress. 10,” Ocasio-Cortez wrote in a story posted to her Instagram, referring to the U.S. House of Representatives as a “hostile place to have a baby,” as vote schedules “pretty much” assume that no one has a family, as they change often and require frequent travel.

Not only that, Ocasio-Cortez complained, but there are thousands of dollars worth of out-of-pocket expenses.

For further perspective, the median household income in the United States in 2020 was $67,521, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.

That is $106,479 less than Ocasio-Cortez’s congressional salary, and even with the deduction of $25,000 in personal costs as Ocasio-Cortez asserts, a U.S. lawmaker would still be making $149,000, which is still $81,479 more than the median household income in 2020.

Supreme Court allows the carrying of firearms in public in major victory for gun rights groups

The 6-3 ruling was the court’s second important decision on the right to “keep and bear arms.” In a landmark 2008 decision, the court had said for the first time that the amendment safeguards a person’s right to possess firearms, although the decision was limited to keeping guns at home for self-defense.

The court has now taken that ruling to the next step after years of ducking the issue and applied the Second Amendment beyond the limits of homeowners’ property in a decision that could affect the ability of state and local governments to impose a wide variety of firearms regulations.

“Today, the Supreme Court is sending us backwards in our efforts to protect families and prevent gun violence. And it’s particularly painful that this came down at this moment,” Hochul said.

“We are still dealing with families in pain from mass shootings that have occurred, the loss of life, their beloved children and grandchildren. Today, the Supreme Court struck down a New York law that limits who can carry concealed weapons.”

The gun rights case is among more than a dozen ruling SCOTUS is scheduled to hand down Thursday and Friday. Also among them is Dobbs v. Jackson, an abortion case in which the court is expected to overturn Roe v. Wade.

AFL ASKS FIFTH CIRCUIT TO HOLD BIDEN ACCOUNTABLE FOR CREATING UNAUTHORIZED SHADOW AGENCY WITH POWER OVER “CLIMATE COSTS”

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, America First Legal (“AFL”) continued its fight against the Biden Administration’s unprecedented lawlessness in a brief filed in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, in the case The State of Louisiana, et al. v. Joseph R. BidenJr. The brief, filed in a case involving a lawsuit brought by a coalition of Attorneys General, argues that the Biden Administration blatantly violated the law by establishing a new government entity—the Interagency Working Group—and ordering it to make a massively significant policy determination that would immediately bind other agencies in their own decision-making: how to calculate the costs of greenhouse gas emissions.

Congress did not authorize this new entity’s existence, much less give it the power to promulgate binding rules on an issue of national importance. Yet, President Biden commandeered agency staff from their congressionally mandated duties and ordered the Interagency Working Group to develop “estimates” of these costs. Then, he mandated that other agencies “shall use” those estimates in rulemaking, without action by Congress or even further action from the President.

AFL ASKS BIDEN ADMINISTRATION TO WITHDRAW NOMINATION OF AMANDA BENNETT, CITING NATIONAL SECURITY AND RELATED FAILURES

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, America First Legal (AFL) sent a letter to President Biden requesting the withdrawal of Amanda Bennett’s nomination to be the next Chief Executive Officer of the U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM).

AFL’s request stems from Bennett’s well-documented failures during her previous service as the Director of the Voice of America (VOA) from 2016 through 2020, where she appears to have overseen violations of federal immigration law, favored brutal dictatorships, failed to protect the lives of her own employees, undercut public diplomacy, and arguably presided over one of the biggest national security failures in U.S. government history.

AFL’s letter addresses in stark fashion Bennett’s failures, which are based on evidence and documentation about her past performance and conduct. Specifically, Bennett led VOA during a time when VOA was violating federal immigration law in blatant fashion by hiring J-1 visa holders for permanent journalist and other positions, a fact which raises questions about her involvement in that process and her awareness of the violation of law.
