Pentagon Opens The Door To HIV-Positive Recruits After Purging The Ranks Of The Unvaxxed
HIV-positive individuals may now serve in the U.S. military, but the Pentagon continues to ban those who refuse to get vaccinated for COVID-19 from serving.
The Department of Defense (DOD) updated a previous rule barring HIV-positive members from serving, saying that members with the virus may not be discharged as long as they do not display symptoms, according to an official memo made public Wednesday.
DOD amended its HIV-related regulations after a federal judge in Virginia ruled in April that it could not restrict HIV-positive members from serving, court documents show. The court found that the DOD attempt to discharge three HIV-positive service personnel discriminated against the asymptomatic defendants.
Woman Awarded $5.2 Million From Geico for Contracting STD in Boyfriend’s Car
A ludicrous suit from a woman who claimed she contracted a sexually transmitted disease in her ex-boyfriend’s car has been affirmed by a Missouri state court of appeals.
The court upheld a decision by an arbiter who said Geico insurance company was liable for the woman’s condition because the male policyholder never disclosed the fact that he had caught the human papillomavirus and made no effort to protect the woman from the disease.
According to court documents, the woman, identified as M.O., and a man, who were in a relationship, had sex in the man’s car. She contends she contracted HPV, human papillomavirus, because the man did not tell her he had the disease. HPV can cause cervical cancer, certain other cancers and genital warts.
In February 2021, M.O. notified Geico she planned to seek a $1 million insurance settlement against the man. She argued the man’s auto insurance provided coverage for her injuries and losses.
The insurance company refused the settlement offer, saying the woman’s claim did not occur because of normal use of the vehicle, according to court documents.

Following a horrific event last week in Texas called “Drag the Kids to Pride,” in which children attended a hyper-sexualized Drag Show at a 21+ gay bar – disturbing viral videos from the event show kids handing dollar bills to the adult men as they dance provocatively – Texas state representative Bryan Slaton absolutely blasted the event as he introduced legislation that would effectively ban children under 18 from Drag events.
Naturally, radical LGBTQ activists and groomers weren’t too pleased with Slaton’s crusade, decrying the lawmaker as a bigot, guilty of pushing genocide and erasure on trans people – which is obviously total unhinged nonsense. Unfortunately though, in places like the Liberal hellhole that is California, the crazed activists pervade the government power structure.
After seeing Slaton’s statement, Democrat California state senator Scott Wiener, who represents San Francisco, felt inspired to turn California into a sanctuary state for groomers, tweeting that he now has “an idea” for new legislation that will ensure the children are forced to partake.
This is the same guy who, in the name of ending “discrimination against LGBTQ young people on the sex offender registry,” introduced legislation – CA SB 145 – that “would exempt from mandatory registration under the act a person convicted of certain offenses involving minors if the person is not more than 10 years older than the minor and if that offense is the only one requiring the person to register.”
In other words, Weiner’s bill would make it so a 25-year-old who sexually assaults a 15-year-old would not have to register as a sex offender.
Another bill authored by Weiner, which decriminalized “knowingly exposing a sexual partner to HIV,” has also recently passed the California legislature.

FBI arrests Republican frontrunner
Ryan Kelley, the leading Republican candidate in Michigan’s gubernatorial election, was arrested by the FBI on Thursday and charged with several misdemeanors over his alleged participation in the pro-Trump protest on Capitol Hill last January.
Kelley’s arrest, which came hours before Democrats kicked off a Congressional hearing into the protest, has been condemned by conservatives.
Kelley was taken into custody at his home in Allendale, Michigan, on Thursday morning. He has been charged with trespassing, disorderly conduct, physical violence, and destruction of US property during a pro-Trump protest on Capitol Hill.
Kelley’s detention was condemned by conservative commentators. Pundit Jesse Kelly described the arrest as “the weaponization of the administrative state against the enemies of the Democratic Party,” while another commentator, Hans Mahncke declared that “Investigating political opponents based on fraudulent pretexts is no longer good enough. Now they just go and arrest them.”

Residents of Shanghai are reportedly panic-buying goods as millions face a new round of COVID-19 testing, Australian Broadcasting Corporation reported Friday.
Just 10 days after a two-month lockdown that caused food shortages and protests ended on June 1, Shanghai ordered COVID-19 testing for 14 of the city’s 16 districts throughout the coming weekend, ABC reported.
The Shanghai Municipal Health Commission announced on Friday it had traced a cluster of new COVID-19 cases back to an e-commerce warehouse in the busy Wujiaochang shopping area within Shanghai’s northern Yangpu district, according to a Daily Caller News Foundation translation.
Following the announcement, Shanghai residents crowded supermarkets in order to stock-up on food and other essential supplies, ABC reported. Shoppers encountered long lines and empty shelves at many supermarkets, according to CNN.
