US News:
Amid border surge, Biden admin plans to send migrants to cities deeper inside U.S., starting with L.A., say internal documents

The plan would alleviate overcrowding along the border where record high numbers of border crossers have overwhelmed the capacity of local shelters in some cities, at times leading Customs and Border Protection to release migrants on the street to fend for themselves.
Typically, migrants who are allowed to stay in the country and make asylum claims are released to shelters run by religious and non-governmental organizations after they are released from CBP custody. From there, the migrants pay for flights and bus transportation to cities where they’ll go before immigration judges who will rule on their asylum claims.
The new model would use federal funds to send migrants to shelters in cities further inside the country before they go to their final destinations. Besides Los Angeles, cities where they will be sent include Albuquerque, Houston and Dallas.
Though a Covid-19 public health order known as Title 42 that has barred many asylum seekers since 2020 is still in place, fewer than 50 percent of migrants were expelled under that order in April, the last month for which data is available. That month CBP encountered migrants 234,088 times, a record high, though some migrants attempted to cross more than once.
Twitter to provide Elon Musk with complete data on fake users, says report

After weeks of uncertainty, Washington Post reported that the Twitter board is ready to share their internal data with Musk in order to end all confusions about fake users. The source confirmed that the huge amount of data provided to Musk will comprise of more than 500 million tweets posted each day.
The report claimed that the data provided to Musk will include the tweets, data about the devices from which the tweet was sent and also additional information about the accounts.
The access to the data is being considered to be a huge step towards finally reaching an understanding about the Twitter takeover. Musk decided to put the deal on hold till he had concrete information about the fake users, and this can finally force him to complete the takeover.
Gov’t Official with NO Police Authority Detained Drivers, Granted Qualified Immunity
Across the nation, government officials are routinely exceeding their authority and violating the rights of ordinary Americans but are escaping accountability because of the court-created doctrine of qualified immunity.
As a result, citizens have been beaten in unprovoked attacks, detained illegally, and even killed by government workers.
But the victims and their families have been denied their day in court to hold these bad actors accountable because courts across the nation—following the lead of the U.S. Supreme Court—refuse to enforce constitutional limits on government officials who, they say, are shielded by qualified immunity.
Several months ago, the U.S. Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals granted qualified immunity to a county engineer who acted like a modern-day “Dwight Schrute” from the TV show “The Office.” Despite having no authority whatsoever to act like a police officer, this engineer pretended to be a traffic cop by pulling over two trucks traveling peacefully on a highway and detaining the drivers for three hours.
Former PA congressman pleads guilty to ballot-stuffing for Democrats in federal elections

Former U.S. Rep. Michael “Ozzie” Myers, 79, of Philadelphia, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to deprive voters of civil rights, bribery, obstruction of justice, falsification of voting records, and conspiring to illegally vote in a federal election, the Justice Department announced Monday.
Federal prosecutors said Myers orchestrated schemes to fraudulently stuff ballot boxes for Democratic candidates in the 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 Pennsylvania elections.
Myers admitted to bribing an elections judge, Domenick Demuro, in a voter fraud scheme over several years. Demuro pleaded guilty in May 2020 and was convicted for his role in accepting bribes to cast fraudulent ballots and certify false voting results.
Myers also admitted to conspiring to commit election fraud with another elections judge, Marie Beren, who pleaded guilty to the scheme in October 2021.
Steve Bannon SUBPOENAS Nancy Pelosi

Jan. 6 report: Capitol Police found ‘sweeping blunders’ on Pelosi’s watch

“Identifying 53 areas of failure needing corrective action, the June 4, 2021 report, obtained by Just the News, produces a far more stark portrait of leadership failures than those offered by Democrat-led investigations, making abundantly clear that the Capitol Police under House Speaker Nancy Pelosi were ill-equipped to defend one of America’s most symbolic and high-value institutions two decades after the Sept. 11 attacks.”
Just the News pointed out that Democrats are trying “to make a case that former President Donald Trump tried to foment the violence that occurred on Jan. 6.”
But the report said they’ve been unable to overcome the fact that Trump did authorize the Pentagon to send 20,000 National Guard troops to prevent violence at the Capitol, but Democrats leading Congress refused to allow that.
Just the News also said the internal document “validates” claims that Capitol Police have refused to give to lawmakers, or the public, a full assessment of their own failures. “on one of the most violent days in the history of the Capitol.”
Bernard Kerik, a former NYPD commissioner, reviewed the report at the request of Just the News and said it was “crazy” that Democrats in Congress refused to allow for “any preemptive plans” to deal with protests.
U.S. solar companies blast Biden for helping China, may sue

The DOC suggested Monday that it wouldn’t punish Chinese companies even if its ongoing probe determined they did violate American trade laws. The agency didn’t respond to a request for a comment from TheDCNF on Wednesday.
“President Biden is significantly interfering in Commerce’s quasi-judicial process,″ Auxin Solar CEO Mamun Rashid told The Associated Press in a statement Tuesday. “By taking this unprecedented – and potentially illegal – action, (Biden) has opened the door wide for Chinese-funded special interests to defeat the fair application of U.S. trade law.”
Timothy Brightbill, a lawyer that represents U.S. solar firms, alleged the Biden administration was attempting to negate the DOC investigation through its actions, according to the AP.
“It is bad law and it is extremely bad, short-sighted policy, because it only makes us more dependent on Chinese-owned solar companies,” Brightbill told the AP.
White House climate czar Gina McCarthy, climate envoy John Kerry and Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm ultimately made the call to halt tariff enforcement for two years, the AP reported.
Migrant Caravan Headed to USA Grows to 12K

Luis Villigran, the leader of the caravan making its way to the U.S. southern border, told Fox News their ranks have swelled to approximately 12,000 migrants. He added that the Government of Mexico is offering work visas, which will also allow free movement within the nation as the migrants head north.
The migrants are counting on President Joe Biden to cancel the Title 42 coronavirus protection protocol put in place during the Trump administration.
“He promised the Haitian community he will help them,” migrants told Fox News on Friday. “He will recall Title 42. He will help us have real asylum.”
“Now we need him to keep his promise,” a Haitian migrant stated.
A combination of official and unofficial numbers from U.S. Customs and Border Protection sources show that more than 600,000 migrants crossed the U.S. border from Mexico since March 1. Ending Title 42 could bring approximately 18,000 illegal border crossers per day to the border, according to a DHS report reviewed by Breitbart.
California gang member pushes for plea deal ahead of potential Gascon recall

“I told you last time that [Wilkerson’s defense attorney] wanna hurry up and try to get something did before they re-elect somebody else besides Gascon and bring back that bulls–t life without parole and death penalty,” Willie Wilkerson is heard telling his mother on May 31 in audio obtained by Fox News.
“If he could get manslaughter, then sh–!” Wilkerson continued.
“Manslaughter only carries 6, 9, and 12 [years],” he said in the audio taken immediately following Wilkerson’s court hearing last week.
Wilkerson is accused of shooting and killing 21-year-old Elijah Martin during a home invasion robbery in Lancaster, California, in February of last year, Fox News has learned. He was also charged with the attempted murder of two other people who were shot during the home invasion.

“The unidentified armed individual fled the location in a vehicle heading northbound on 64 Street,” investigators added.

Twitter reacts to progressive DA Chesa Boudin being ousted in San Fran recall: sign of ‘red wave coming’

Virtual sighs of relief echoed throughout Twitter as San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin lost his recall election Tuesday night and had to step down from his position.
Critics have slammed Boudin as far-left and extremely soft on crime in the city. Under Boudin’s watch, crime and homelessness in San Francisco skyrocketed. In one tragic case, 6-year-old Jace Young was murdered by a pair of teenage gunmen, one of whom was under 18. Boudin campaigned on a promise to never allow an offender under 18 to be tried as an adult.
As such, Boudin – who was elected in 2019 – faced a recall election Tuesday and lost, with 61% of San Francisco voters voting to remove him and only 39% wanting him to stay.
Man with weapon arrested near Brett Kavanaugh’s home, officials say

The man, described as being from California andin his mid-20s, was taken into custody by police after telling officers he wanted to kill the justice, according to people familiar with the investigation.
He apparently did not make it onto Kavanaugh’s property in Montgomery County but was stopped on a nearby street and was found to be carrying a gun, a knife and burglary tools, these people said, speaking on the condition of anonymity to discuss an ongoing investigation.
Two people familiar with the investigation said the initial evidence indicates that the man was angry about the leaked draft of an opinion by the Supreme Court signaling that the court is preparing to overturn Roe. v. Wade, the 49-year-old decision that guaranteed the constitutional right to have an abortion.
He was also angry over a recent spate of mass shootings, these people said.
Is Chuck Schumer Culpable for the Assassination Attempt Against Justice Kavanaugh?

How does a person get to the point where he thinks killing a Supreme Court justice is okay?
Well, some are pointing fingers at the Biden White House for its failure to condemn the protests outside the homes of justices after the leak of the draft majority opinion of Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.
That certainly didn’t help, but the normalization of violence against a Supreme Court justice over the issue of abortion is more directly linked to Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer. At a 2020 #MyRightMyDecision rally outside the Supreme Court, Schumer verbally issued threats to Trump-appointed Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch over their potential votes in the first abortion case before the new conservative-majority court.
“I want to tell you, Gorsuch, I want to tell you, Kavanaugh: You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price,” Schumer said to a chorus of cheers. “You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.”
It sure sounded like a threat, which means that Chuck Schumer violated the law. According to 18 U.S. Code § 115, whoever threatens a federal official “with intent to impede, intimidate, or interfere with such official, judge, or law enforcement officer while engaged in the performance of official duties, or with intent to retaliate against such official, judge, or law enforcement officer on account of the performance of official duties, shall be punished” by a fine or imprisonment of as much as ten years.

House Democrats head to border, but not for migrant crisis

The release goes on to say that the visit “will help underscore practical approaches – from the federal to local level – to enhance roadways, improve drainage infrastructure, and expand access to broadband,” as well as visiting local “‘colonias’” “to illustrate unique infrastructure challenges impacting unincorporated communities and highlight obstacles in escaping generational poverty.”
Colonias are low-income, unincorporated communities along the U.S.-Mexico border that lack necessities – like sewage and potable water – and are often made on illegally subdivided land.
Meanwhile, Republicans on the House Select Committee on the Economy – the same committee under a different name – are also traveling on the same trip to the border but are focusing on the crisis there alongside infrastructure needs.
“During the hearing, Republicans will discuss the impacts of the Biden administration’s policies on border towns and the resources needed to secure our border and protect our communities,” the committee GOP release reads. “While at the border, Republicans will hear about the challenges a variety of local leaders and stakeholders face.”
The committee Republicans will also tour the colonias with Democrats and participate in a congressional hearing on local infrastructure.

China to offer $15,000 to citizens for national security breach tip-offs

The new rewards include “spiritual rewards” which are certificates stating the achievement and also “material rewards” which include cash rewards of more than 100,000 yuan, the notice stated.
The citizens were asked to report any suspicious activities to the state security agencies and they will be verifying the authenticity of the threat. The authorities have set up a hotline as well as a website which will make it easier for people to report their tip-offs in the future.
This is the latest step by the Chinese government in their attempt to bring the citizens strictly under the purview of the state.
The authorities have already faced a lot of criticism for their heavy-handed surveillance projects and this can also result into public uproar over government interference.
Open Borders Germany to Give Amnesty for Up to 100,000 Migrants with Deportation Orders

Foto: Andreas Gora / EPA
While in some ways not as forgiving as a near-blanket amnesty currently in operation in fellow EU nation-state Ireland, the plan could nevertheless see up to around 100,000 people granted permission to stay in the country, despite initially being found by the country’s officials to have no legal right to do so.
According to a report by Der Spiegel, the draft bill is set to be presented by the country’s leftist Interior Minister Nancy Faeser, a woman infamous for writing for an Antifa-linked publication and trying to censor channels on Telegram.
Under the plan as seen by the publication, migrants who have had their asylum claims rejected but have yet to be deported from Germany for a period of five years or longer will be made eligible for a one-year probationary residence permit.
Should those granted this permit manage to prove that they are sufficiently proficient in the German language and are able to “secure their livelihood”, they will subsequently be granted the long-term right to stay.

Berlin: Several Injured, One Dead, One Arrest After Driver Ploughs Vehicle Into Crowds

A “letter of confession” was found in the car involved in today’s attack , Süddeutsche Zeitung reports, and this they say rules out the possibility of the smash on one of Berlin’s best-known shopping streets as being an accident or result of a medical emergency.
By way of contrast English-language German outlet Deutsche Welle notes police have yet to confirm any such confession letter.
Nevertheless, there is still no real information about the identity of the driver, other than he is a 29-year-old German-Armenian dual citizen male, nor the driver’s actual motivation for driving into groups of pedestrians this morning.
At least twelve people were injured and some of them seriously: Berlin paramedics speak of five with life-threatening injuries.

Commentary/Opinion:
SCOTUS justices are UNSAFE & the left’s to blame
A man was arrested near the home of Brett Kavanaugh on Wednesday morning with plans to harm the Supreme Court Justice.
SCOTUS justices — especially the conservatives ones — have faced intense backlash since the alleged Roe v. Wade decision was leaked, and the left’s rhetoric against those justices hasn’t helped.
In fact, that rhetoric may be DIRECTLY responsible for terrifying events like this one.
Newsweek’s Josh Hammer joins Glenn to discuss what’s next for our Supreme Court justices, including the most important — and ‘tragic’ — question yet: Are they even safe?!
