Expert calls CDC advisory panel a ‘kangaroo court’
One of the nation’s leading public health experts has slammed the CDC‘s top advisory panel over its approval of Covid booster shots for children as young as five years old – just as leading jab manufacturer Pfizer reveals plans to submit an application to give the shots to babies as young as six-months this week.
Dr Marty Makary, a public health expert from Johns Hopkins University, told DailyMaill.com that the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) is a ‘kangaroo court’ full of nothing but like-minded individuals pushing what he describes as ‘low value care’.
He also said that they never have seen a vaccine they would not approve, and that others who had previously gone against the pro-jab dogma had been forced off of the panel.
Makary called the ACIP panel ‘the biggest slap in the face of science we’ve seen during the pandemic,’ adding that ‘the rational… was flawed,’ for the approval.
He notes that Dr Rochelle Walensky, director of the CDC, cited multiple times last week that Covid cases are rising among the nation’s youth, though previous research unveiled by the agency finds that nearly three of every four U.S. children have already been infected – meaning they already have natural immunity to the virus.
The level of risk among children from Covid is extremely low as well, with the agency reporting that minors make up just over 1,000 of the over one million deaths the nation has suffered over the last two years of the pandemic – or around 0.1 percent of the total mortality burden.
Acquitted of Murder, Man Sentenced for Hiding Teacher’s Body
Ryan Alexander Duke was sentenced in Irwin County Superior Court just three days after a jury acquitted him of murder in the 2005 death of Tara Grinstead. Duke testified that he gave investigators a false confession after a friend killed Grinstead. He was convicted only of concealing her death.
The 10-year sentence imposed by Judge Bill Reinhardt was the maximum punishment allowed. Duke has already served about half that time in jail awaiting trial.
A history teacher and former beauty queen, Grinstead vanished at age 30 from her home in Ocilla. Even as years passed, her family held out hope that Grinstead would be found alive until Duke told investigators in 2017 that he killed Grinstead and with the help of a friend burned her body to ash.
Supreme Court sides with Arizona against death row inmates
In a 6-3 decision, Justice Clarence Thomas pointed to federal statute and case law to support the conclusion that federal courts are severely limited in what evidence may be brought before them in habeas corpus applications.
The court ruled that in the cases of David Martinez Ramirez and Barry Lee Jones, they could not rely on the excuse of ineffective assistance of post-conviction counsel to argue that their lawyers should have previously introduced such evidence.
“[W]e have repeatedly reaffirmed that there is no constitutional right to counsel in state postconviction proceedings” Justice Thomas wrote. He stated that the prisoner has to live with any attorney error unless it rises to the level of being “constitutionally ineffective.”
Texas girl trafficked from Dallas Mavericks game listed as a ‘runaway’ before nude photos surfaced
The teen vanished from the American Airlines Center (AAC) on April 8 after going to use the restroom during the game attended with her father.
About a week and a half would go by until the girl was found at an Extended Stay America hotel across state lines in Oklahoma City on April 18.
According to an incident report obtained by Fox News Digital, the Oklahoma City Police Department first received information on April 14 of a missing juvenile from Texas possibly being in the area.
“There were concerns that the missing juvenile was possibly being trafficked for commercial sex purposes,” the report says. “Online ads featuring recent photos of the missing juvenile were located for the Oklahoma City area.”
A search warrant was conducted on hotel rooms associated with suspect Kenneth Nelson. Evidence obtained from one of the hotel rooms led detectives to believe Nelson and at least one adult female were associated with the missing juvenile, the report says. Officers located two more suspects, Sarah Hayes and Karen Gonzales, and interviews were conducted with all three individuals.
Uncle kills 2-year-old niece during family fight in Maine resort town: reports

ctavia Jean Huber-Young was killed when her uncle Andrew Huber-Young opened fire during the fight in Wells. Two other men were injured in the shooting, the Portland Press Herald said.
Another uncle of the young victim, Craig Higgins, said the two injured men are Octavia’s father and grandfather. Andrew Huber-Young is the brother of Octavia’s father, Ethan Huber-Young, according to the Portland Press Herald.
Higgins said Andrew was kicked out of the house. He left but later returned and started shooting, hitting Ethan twice while he was holding his daughter.
Missing woman in Chicago found chained in abandoned home says she was abducted,raped
Antoine Dobine told FOX32 Chicago that he was walking in the West Pullman neighborhood when he heard the woman’s cries and called police.
Officers discovered a 36-year-old woman chained to a bedroom wall inside the house, the station reported.
The woman, who is not being named, told WGN-TV that she was held against her will for four or five days and the man raped her twice.
“He left me in there handcuffed and chained,” she said.
The woman said that she had previously encountered the man, who was only described as being in his 60s.
Video shows California diamond shop workers fight off smash-and-grab robbers
Shocking surveillance footage shows California jewelry store workers fighting back after several smash-and-grabber robbers rush into the shop and attempt to make off with valuable gems.
FOX 5 San Diego obtained the video showing at least four individuals wearing hooded sweatshirts run into Princess Bride Diamonds, located in Bella Terra mall in Huntington Beach. One of the suspects uses a hammer to smash open a glass display case, as others rush in carrying backpacks.
But workers at the store quickly jumped into action, running toward the would-be thieves. The employees, including a brother and sister who work for their father who owns the store, begin punching and kicking the robbers. A third worker is seen grabbing a stool and knocking it over an intruder’s head.
State Farm accused of pushing LGBTQ+ books on kids, Consumers’ Research launches ‘Like a Creepy Neighbor’
“Consumers’ Research is launching a campaign against State Farm Insurance because, recently a whistleblower brought to our attention evidence – email chain traffic – showing that they have been intentionally trying to target kindergartners for discussions around transgender issues, sexual identity issues, without notifying their parents or without their consent, and specifically targeting them in the public schools,” Consumers’ Research executive director Will Hild Fox News Digital.
The internal email that a whistleblower provided to Consumers’ Research, a nonprofit that aims to “increase the knowledge and understanding of issues, policies, products, and services of concern to consumers and to promote the freedom to act on that knowledge and understanding,” was sent by State Farm corporate responsibility analyst Jose Soto.
It urges Florida agents to take action and provide LGBTQ+ books to children.

Brooklyn parent leader, Vito Labella, told Fox News Digital that he frequently gets calls from concerned parents who are worried about transgender and critical race theory-derived curricula being taught to their young children. Fox News Digital reached out to the DOE about the educational materials but did not receive a response.
Officials announced the Mosaic curriculum $200-million overhaul in July 2021; it was intended to diversify the curriculum and standardize English and math instruction, according to the New York Post. “[Mosaic] will simplify and clarify the work of our educators and better represent our kids,” former NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio said.

NSBA letter drafts called for National Guard and military to be deployed
In contrast to the final version, the draft of the NSBA letter said, “We ask that the Army National Guard and its Military Police be deployed to certain school districts and related events where students and school personnel have been subjected to acts and threats of violence.”
Most significantly the NSBA requested in its original letter that parents’ actions should be examined under the Patriot Act as “domestic terrorists.”
The independent review also showed the collaboration between the NSBA, the White House and the Department of Justice as well as internal responses to the swift blow back.

As many as 3,600 crossed so far this weekend — eclipsing last weekend’s total of just over 2,800 migrant apprehensions in the Del Rio Sector — according to a source operating within U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Border Patrol officials called in all available agents in Eagle Pass on Sunday as increasing numbers of migrants crossed the border illegally from Mexico into Texas. Sunday evening, a large group of more than 250 migrants crossed near Normandy, Texas, while others streamed across into Eagle Pass.

On May 19, foreign nationals took to the U.S. Consulate in Tijuana to protest Title 42. Among their claims, the foreign nationals allege that the policy “discriminates against Latin America” and Central Americans trying to get released into the U.S. interior after arriving at the southern border.
Following Summerhays’ preliminary injunction against the Biden administration, the open borders lobby rushed to denounce the move and claimed that Title 42 is a “racist and xenophobic policy.”
“… because of this Louisiana court decision, this racist and xenophobic policy will continue to subject thousands of people at our borders to violence and harm,” Matt Vogel of the National Immigration Project of the National Lawyers Guild said in a statement.
“Today’s court decision to block the end of Title 42 will cause immeasurable harm to thousands of vulnerable people seeking protection in the United States and forces the Biden administration to maintain a counterproductive policy that has caused chaos along our southern border,” Jeremy Robbins with the American Immigration Council said.
Meanwhile, executives at the Network Lobby for Catholic Social Justice claimed keeping Title 42 will “mean more danger and death for migrants seeking safety” and suggested that the ruling promotes “xenophobia.”

GOP Rubber Stamps Joe Biden’s $900M for More Immigration from Ukraine
House and Senate Republicans who voted to give $40 billion in additional American taxpayer funding to Ukraine also helped rubber stamp $900 million to fund President Joe Biden’s mass immigration priorities.
Late last week, only 57 House Republicans and 11 Senate Republicans voted in opposition to Biden’s $40 billion in additional Ukraine aid. That boondoggle package includes $900 million to fund more immigration from Ukraine even as thousands of Ukrainians pile up at the southern border to get into the U.S.
As part of those millions in funds, Ukrainians will be provided with medical services, housing money, and “culturally and linguistically appropriate services.”

White House chief of staff Ron Klain desperately tried on Sunday to positively spin a new poll that was described as a “damning indictment” President Joe Biden’s presidency.
But his attempt completely fell flat.
The CBS News/YouGov poll shows that Biden’s approval is under water 12 points; just 44% of respondents said they approve of his job as president, while 56% of respondents said they disapprove.
But it gets worse: Nearly three-fourths of respondents (74%) said things in America are going badly, 69% said the economy is bad, and an overwhelming majority of respondents expressed pessimism over the direction of the economy over the next several months. A majority of respondents (65%) also said Biden is “slow to react” to important issues.
The White House chief of staff turned the spin cycle on high and claimed the poll is actually good for Biden.
“I hate to spoil the narrative but this poll shows @potus approval rating moving up, and solid public confidence on the two biggest problems he inherited: COVID and jobs,” Klain said.

Georgia Governor Kemp and Secretary of State Raffensperger – Examples of Dereliction of Duty in Addressing Election Fraud to the Point of Being Complicit
We already know that President Trump discussed the many findings that his auditor made in regards to the election steal in 2020. Instead of addressing the items, Raffensperger ignored them and leaked sections of the call with the President to the press, in a blatant attempt to hurt the President by taking his comments out of context. We later found the entire call and found out about Raffensperger’s selective editing.
Again, Raffensperger has never returned to the President or his auditor with a response to their many findings that proved the election in Georgia never should have been certified.
We also know that Raffensperger never responded to former Georgia Senator and Judge William Ligon on his many observations regarding 2020 Election fraud. The Judge called for the results not to be certified but Raffensperger ignored him.
This weekend Georgia citizen Bob Coovert of Mountain Patriots discussed the dereliction of duty by Governor Brian Kemp and SOS Brad Raffensperger concerning election fraud in the state. Coovert is just one of many individuals who have evidence of wrongdoing that Kemp and Raffensperger are ignoring.

White House Cleans up After Biden Again Claims U.S. Has Military ‘Commitment’ with Taiwan
Asked if he would be willing to get involved militarily to defend Taiwan, Biden replied, “Yes. That’s the commitment we made,” citing the Taiwan Act.
Taiwan is a sovereign state governed under a free and democratic system. China falsely claims it as a “province” and regularly threatens violent to bring about “reunification” (Taiwan has never been governed by a regime based in Beijing in its history).
The United States does not recognize Taiwan as a state, a concession to China granted by former President Jimmy Carter.
The Taiwan Act allows Washington to establish “relations” with Taipei separately from Beijing and allows the United States “to provide Taiwan with arms of a defensive character,” but does not make a military commitment to defend Taiwan’s independence. No military treaty exists between Taiwan and America.

Afghanistan’s Taliban mandate face coverings for women news anchors
Afghanistan’s Taliban have mandated a new rule requiring all women news anchors to cover their faces while on TV. The Taliban’s Virtue and Vice ministry announced the change on Thursday and began enforcing it over the weekend.
The Taliban said the decision was “final and nonnegotiable”, adding that women could opt for medical masks. By Sunday, most female presenters had covered their faces, while some male colleagues reportedly wore masks as well in support of their colleagues.
International human rights groups voiced concern the Taliban would re-impose strict regulations on women after seizing power last year.

The 69-year-old strongman was recovering in almost complete isolation from his inner circle despite being seen on Russian state TV taking meetings, Telegram channel General SVR reported.
Footage showed him last week supposedly sitting down with Sergey Chemezov, CEO of state-owned defense conglomerate Rostec, and separately with Alexey Likhachev, chief of Russia’s nuclear power company Rosatom.
But the Telegram report, which could not be verified, claimed that the Kremlin used pre-recorded, or “canned,” footage to cover up his absence and make it seem that he’s still fully in control of the warring country.
Ukraine Court Jails Russian Soldier for Life in War Crimes Trial
Vadim Shishimarin, a 21-year-old tank commander, had pleaded guilty to killing 62-year-old Oleksandr Shelipov in the northeastern Ukrainian village of Chupakhivka on Feb. 28 after being ordered to shoot him.
Judge Serhiy Agafonov said Shishimarin, carrying out a “criminal order” by a soldier of higher rank, had fired several shots at the victim’s head from an automatic weapon.
“The court has decided: Shishimarin Vadim Evgenyevich … is found guilty … and sentenced him to life imprisonment,” he said.
“Given that the crime committed is a crime against peace, security, humanity and the international legal order … the court does not see the possibility of imposing a (shorter) sentence of imprisonment on Shishimarin for a certain period.”
