Former Trump aide posts 120,000 Hunter Biden emails from laptop

More than 120,000 emails found on Hunter Biden’s discarded laptop have been posted online by a former Trump White House staffer.
Garrett Ziegler, a former aide to Peter Navarro in Donald Trump’s Office of Trade and Manufacturing Policy, uploaded 128,775 emails to a searchable database this week through his organization Marco Polo.
The site, BidenLaptopEmails.com, also allows users to download all the emails for Mac or Windows computers.
Among the thousands of emails in the publicly posted database is the infamous ’10 for the big guy’ message, in which Hunter’s business partner James Gilliar appeared to suggest Hunter should hold 10% of the equity in their multi-million-dollar deal with the Chinese on behalf of his father, President Joe Biden.
Another email in the database, previously published by DailyMail.com, shows Hunter describing an extraordinary apparent quid pro quo with a Mexican billionaire’s son, outlining how he got him into the White House and inauguration, and thanking him for visits to his villa.
2000 Mules: Arizona Arrests? ‘Rampant Illegality – Larger Organization Needs Unraveling’ – Dinesh D’Souza [VIDEO]

The sheriff in Yuma from Yuma, Arizona, has opened up an investigation after watching Dinesh D’Souza’s groundbreaking election fraud documentary 2000 Mules which was based on True The Vote’s research/
Dinesh joined Jason Whitlock on his show Fearless to discuss.
Jason Whitlock: Do you think at some point, there will be a legitimate investigation into the election fraud that clearly did occur in the 2020 election? Do you think this thing has legs? Or will this conversation, midterms will, happen? And maybe if that goes well, for Republicans, they just dropped this issue?
Dinesh D’Souza: No, this is what I think is going on. There’s an investigation based upon True The Votes research going on in Georgia right now. But I’m a little suspicious of it because it’s being run by Secretary of State Raffensperger, who has been kind of on all sides of the fence on this.
Shooting Along Indiana Highway Where SUV Was Stopped Kills 2

PALMYRA, Ind.—Two men were fatally shot after a police officer and two good Samaritans stopped along a southern Indiana highway to help a driver who was stopped in the roadway, police said.
The shooting happened Monday night after an officer with the Palmyra Police Department stopped to assist the “apparent stranded motorist” on State Road 135, Indiana State Police said, but they didn’t say what precipitated the gunfire or who fired the shots.
As the officer arrived, two good Samaritans also stopped in a pickup truck to help, but “within seconds of exiting their cars, shots were fired” at the scene just south of Palmyra, about 20 miles northwest of Louisville, Kentucky, police said in a statement.
Nestle to Fly In Gerber Baby Formula Amid Acute US Shortages

Gerber-owner Nestle will fly extra baby formula to the United States to try to resolve acute shortages, The Wall Street Journal reported.
The Gerber formula being flown in was previously imported from Switzerland and the Netherlands, but production and shipments will increase to ease the crisis.
Nestle is giving priority to two brands (Gerber Good Start Extensive HA and Alfamino), for babies with allergies to cow’s milk protein, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced Monday it was encouraging overseas manufacturers to apply to ship their formula to the U.S., easing rules that had effectively prevented shipments, The Journal reported.
The FDA will be prioritizing applications from suppliers to get the “most formula to your shelves as quickly as possible” amid the lack of supply, a White House official said Monday.
11-year-old NYC girl killed by stray bullet in broad daylight Bronx shooting

“This is very, very difficult for us to accept,” Deputy Chief Timothy McCormack, the commanding officer for detectives in the Bronx, said at a press conference of the Monday afternoon shooting. “This is the second child that’s shot in this borough this year.”
The NYPD released video showing a man on foot standing in the entranceway of a building while two people on a scooter approach him at about 4:50 p.m. Monday. The people on the scooter pass him, while the man on foot runs in the opposite direction. The passenger on the scooter is then seen aiming a gun at the man on foot and firing.
The 11-year-old girl, identified as Kyhara Tay, was struck in the abdomen by the bullet and taken to Lincoln Hospital.
She was with her family at the time of the shooting, NBC New York reported. She died later Monday.
Black Lives Matter paid nearly $4M to board secretary, co-founder’s brother, and father of her child

BLM Global Network, the movement’s primary nonprofit, paid $2.1 million to Bowers Consulting, a firm run by Shalomyah Bowers, the foundation’s board secretary, between July 2020 and June 2021, according to tax forms the BLM Global Network Foundation provided to the Associated Press.
The nonprofit also pushed $1.8 million to individuals with close ties to Cullors, who stepped away from the group last year.
BLM Global Network hauled in $77 million in contributions during its 2021 fiscal year, and it ended it with $42 million in assets, the tax forms show. It handed out $25 million in grants.
Border officials discover ‘fully operational’ drug tunnel connecting Tijuana to San Diego

The over 1,700-foot “fully operational” tunnel runs from Tijuana to an industrial warehouse in San Diego, California. Authorities said it contains a “sophisticated” structural system that was likely used to smuggle heroin, methamphetamine and fentanyl into the U.S.
“It’s estimated to be about 1,744 feet long, 61 feet deep, with a diameter of about 4 feet at its widest point,” said Randy Grossman, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of California. “It has reinforced walls, a rail system, and electricity for ventilation.”
U.S. authorities did not say how long the tunnel had been operating but announced $25 million worth of drugs were seized from the tunnel and its operatives over the weekend. The drugs included 1,762 pounds of cocaine, 165 pounds of meth and 3.5 pounds of heroin.
Six Southern California residents were arrested and charged with conspiring to distribute cocaine, officials said.
Biden Releases 118K Border Crossers into U.S. in April, Exceeding Population of His Hometown

The figure comes after Biden’s DHS released more than 80,000 border crossers and illegal aliens into the United States interior in March.
Neither of these figures include the hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens who successfully entered the U.S., undetected by Border Patrol, or the tens of thousands of Unaccompanied Alien Children (UACs) the federal government resettles across various American communities every month.
The Biden administration has hugely expanded its Catch and Release network by providing parole and work permits to tens of thousands of border crossers each month.
The network allows border crossers to be briefly detained before being released into the U.S. interior via buses and flights often paid for by non-governmental organizations (NGOs) funded by American taxpayer money.
SCOTUS Rules 5-4 Against Illegal Alien Seeking to Evade Deportation from U.S.

Pankajkumar Patel, an illegal alien from India who arrived in the U.S. with his wife in the 1990s, applied for discretionary adjustment of status with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) agency in 2007. The adjustment of status would have rewarded Patel and his wife with green cards.
USCIS denied Patel’s application, having found that he previously falsely claimed to be an American citizen on a Georgia driver’s license application. When the federal government sought to deport Patel and his wife years later, he again applied for adjustment of status and argued before a federal immigration judge that he accidentally checked the “citizen” box on the Georgia driver’s license application.
The federal immigration judge denied Patel’s effort to avoid deportation and ordered him and his wife removed from the U.S. When Patel appealed the decision to the Board of Immigration Appeals, they dismissed his case.
Exclusive–Wilcox: Biden’s AG Sides with Mentally Ill Illegal Alien Criminals over Americans’ Safety

In Matter of B-Z-R, Garland ruled that when considering asylum claims, immigration judges can now take into account the mental health of asylum seekers who have been convicted of “particularly serious crimes” when determining whether or not they pose a danger. The result is that mentally ill criminal aliens will now have an advantage when it comes to deciding whether to allow them to stay in the country.
This case involved a Mexican national with a criminal record who was convicted of burglary in New Jersey. He claimed he would be persecuted in his home country because of his sexual preference and because of unspecified mental disorders. Apparently nothing in this case is a red flag to Garland, who is fine with such individuals being admitted to our country.
In its brief on the matter, lawyers from the Immigration Reform Law Institute argued that crimes are defined by their statutory elements, and to the extent an alien’s mental illness played a role in whether he met the statutory elements of a crime, that role was already considered by the criminal court that convicted him, and should not be revisited in immigration court.
Illegal Alien Charged with Killing Man in Drunk Driving Crash on Mother’s Day

Alanso Garcia-Amaya, a 33-year-old illegal alien, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence involuntary manslaughter last week for allegedly killing 42-year-old Don Kirk in a drunk driving crash.
According to police, Garcia-Amaya was drunk driving when he crashed into an SUV. Kirk was pulled over on the side of the road and standing behind his vehicle in front of the SUV following a collision involving the two vehicles.
The crash pinned Kirk between the two vehicles, leaving him dead on the scene.
1200 Migrants Apprehended in Single Day in West Texas near Border

El Paso Sector Chief Patrol Agent Gloria I. Chavez tweeted images from four large-group migrant apprehensions in a single day along the U.S.-Mexico Border. The illegal border crossings led to the apprehension of more than 1,200 migrants.
Agents identified the migrants as citizens of Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Turkey, Chief Chavez reported.
“We do what we can with what we got!” She said in the tweet. “So much [love] & appreciation for my troops!”
On the same day as the tweet above, the chief sent another tweet showing the rescue of a migrant woman. Border, Search, Trauma, and Rescue (BORSTAR) agents responded to an incident involving a seriously injured migrant woman. The agents immediately began emergency medical services.
“With us, it will ALWAYS be about border security; but often agents step up & provide humanitarian response,” Chavez tweeted. “Well done BORSTAR.”
Watch: Massive Groups of Illegals Invading Texas City Every Day “Like Clockwork”

Melugin, who has been on the ground in Eagle Pass, has shared a slew of shocking videos showing groups of over 100 illegals entering the U.S. by water with the help of human smugglers.
“The biggest group we’ve seen so far just crossed illegally into Eagle Pass, TX. Several hundred. Many had already crossed before I started recording. This is now the 6th day in a row we’ve seen a massive group cross here in the late AM hours,” he reported on Monday.
Melugin also shared drone footage of the same group wading across the Rio.
“This has happened here every day in the last week. A TX soldier tells us there have been 2,000+ crossings in this specific spot in last 8 days,” he noted.
Eric Swalwell blasted for calling Chinese immigrant who allegedly shot Taiwanese victims GOP’s ‘boy’

The controversy began after Swalwell offered a sardonic response to a tweet from Moms Demand Action gun control activist Shannon Watts who described the shooter’s takedown by noting that churchgoers “hog-tied his legs with an extension cord and removed his weapons…”
“Sorry @HouseGOP that the parishioners hog-tied your boy,” Swalwell wrote.
The jab at his Republican colleagues gained steam as commenters poured in to remind the California congressman of his own shady history.
“The suspect is a man from China who the FBI opened a hate crime investigation into because he allegedly targeted the parishioners based on their Taiwanese identity,” wrote author and journalist Andy Ngô, referring to a 2020 controversy surrounding Swalwell’s relationship with a Chinese spy named Fang Fang, which sparked allegations of whether their ties granted Fang Fang unsolicited access to American politics.
“Given your past personal connections to a Chinese communist spy, it’s more likely the suspect was ‘your boy,’” Ngô added.
Federal judge rules Indiana school must allow transgender student to use boys restroom

Judge Tanya Walton Pratt, an Obama appointee, has denied a motion from the Metropolitan School District of Martinsville to put on hold a previous injunction forcing John R. Wooden Middle School to allow the transgender student to use the boys bathroom, WTHR-TV reported.
Pratt ruled the district failed to show evidence that proved it would suffer “irreparable harm” if the student was allowed to use the boys restroom.
“In addition, the School District has not presented any new arguments or evidence to demonstrate that the public interest weighs in favor of maintaining the School District’s authority over such matters until more clear and direct guidance on Title IX is provided,” Pratt wrote.
Biden transgender health mandate blocked by federal court in Christian alliance’s appeal

District Judge Daniel M. Traynor of the U.S. District Court of North Dakota ruled that the Christian Employers Alliance “has shown a likelihood of success on the merits” in its case.
“No government agency ought to be in the business of evaluating the sincerity of another’s religious beliefs,” Traynor wrote.
“Beyond the religious implications, the Biden HHS Notification and resulting HHS Guidance frustrate the proper care of gender dysphoria, where even among adults who experience the condition, a diagnosis occurs following the considered involvement of medical professionals,” the judge added. “By branding the consideration as ‘discrimination,’ the HHS prohibits the medical profession from evaluating what is best for the patient in what is certainly a complex mental health question.”
Woke School Counselor Arrested for Grooming and Sexual Abuse of 15-Year-Old Student

Zobella Brazil Vinik is accused of having the relationship with a student at Tucson High Magnet School.
Vinik is a part of a new generation of teachers who belong to woke ideology, as made evident by Vinik having previously led a group at the school to put on a drag show.
Arrests arising from teachers preying on students have become a worrying trend in recent months.
Vinik was also an overseer of the school’s “Q Space” afterschool program, which was described as a “space students will learn about LGBTQIA+ history, create community, and engage in individual and group work exploring identity and collaborating to discover community care and joy.”
Maryland teen charged in murder of missing high school classmate who turned up stabbed to death in creek

Ta’Quawn Deon Henderson, 17, of Germantown, Maryland, was charged through an arrest warrant issued on May 12 with first-degree murder and turned himself in three days later at the Montgomery County Police 1st District Station late Sunday.
He is being charged as an adult in the gruesome stabbing death of his fellow classmate at Northwest High School, 17-year-old Jailyn Jones.
Jones’ body was found on Jan. 24 in a small creek in the 18900 block of Grotto Lane in Germantown with multiple stab wounds to his head and torso, Montgomery County Police Chief Marcus Jones told reporters at a press conference Monday.
The teen had been reported missing days earlier by his mother, and doorbell camera footage showed him leaving his mother’s house around 4:30 p.m. on Jan. 21 to never return.

Here Are The 11 Senate Republicans Who Voted Against The Ukraine Military Aid Package

Sens. Mike Braun of Indiana, Bill Hagerty and Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee, John Boozman of Arkansas, Cynthia Lummis of Wyoming, Mike Lee of Utah, Rand Paul of Kentucky, Tommy Tuberville of Alabama, Roger Marshall of Kansas, Mike Crapo of Idaho and Josh Hawley of Missouri, all voted to block advancing the aid.
A group of 81 bipartisan senators voted in favor of the spending package. Monday’s vote was to end debate on a motion to proceed.
Hawley defended his vote Monday night by saying “spending $40 billion on Ukraine aid – more than three times what all of Europe has spent combined- is not in America’s interest.”
“It neglects priorities at home (the border), allows Europe to freeload, short changes critical interests abroad and comes w/ no meaningful oversight,” Hawley tweeted.
Tlaib, Squad introduce resolution recognizing ‘catastrophe’ of Israel’s creation

The resolution was submitted a week and a half after Israeli Independence Day, which coincides with Palestinian commemoration of Nakba Day.
It calls for the U.S. to “commemorate the Nakba through official recognition and remembrance,” while claiming that this “refers not only to a historical event but to an ongoing process of Israel’s expropriation of Palestinian land and its dispossession of the Palestinian people that continues to this day.”
“The Palestinian people since the 48 Nakba have been living under oppression and violent racism. Silence + blank checks enables more death and violence,” Tlaib tweeted, referencing the year Israel was created and recognized via a U.N. resolution, and U.S. financial support for the Jewish state.

The Real Reason for Record Gas Prices
Politicians say higher prices are caused by “corporate greed.” Nonsense. Greed is a constant. Companies are always greedy.
They were just as greedy when prices dropped.
“If big oil could raise prices anytime they wanted … then why were they so cheap in 2020?” asks Ben Lieberman of the Competitive Enterprise Institute. He points out that the record price “all comes down to cutting back on supplies.”
Exactly. Prices change because of supply and demand. Politicians, pushed by environmental activists, have restricted oil production.
Sussmann-Durham trial: Prosecution says Clinton lawyer used FBI to create an ‘October surprise’ against Trump

The government told the jury that during the trial, it will present physical evidence, including handwritten notes from FBI officials, two thumb drives that Sussmann gave to the FBI containing the allegations against Trump and also testimony and documents to prove their charge against Sussmann.
“This is a case about privilege,” the government reiterated. “No one should be so privileged as to have the ability to walk into the FBI and lie for political ends.”
“Whether we are Democrats or Republicans, whether we hate Donald Trump or love him, we have to believe some things are above politics,” the government said, adding that the FBI “should never be used as a political pawn.”
Moments later, Sussmann’s defense began to present its opening argument, which was delivered by Michael Bosworth.

Conflict Of Interest? Obama-Appointed Russiagate Judge Married To Lisa Page’s Lawyer, Knew Sussmann

In additional to having been “professional acquaintances” with the defendant, US District Judge Christopher “Casey” Cooper, an Obama appointee (who was on Obama’s transition team), is married to lawyer Amy Jeffress who’s representing key ‘Russiagate’ figure Lisa Page in her lawsuit against the FBI. Jeffress also served as a top aide to former Attorney General Eric Holder, while current Attorney General Merrick Garland presided over the 1999 wedding of Cooper and Jeffress.
So – both the judge in the Sussmann case and his wife are deeply connected within the Democratic party, and have connections to key individuals involved in the attempt to take down Donald Trump.
Interestingly, Cooper was also the judge in the Benghazi ringleader case, where his wife’s ties to the DOJ posed another potential conflict of interest.

Covid-19: Hong Kong gov’t pays out HK$2 million for ‘indeterminate’ case of post-vaccine death

If a post-vaccination death was found by a panel of health experts to be “consistent with causal association with immunization,” or if it was “indeterminate,” the fund would disburse “an appropriate level of payout.” The amounts associated with post-vaccination deaths was HK$2 million if the deceased was 40 or over, and HK$2.5 million if they were under 40, RTHK reported last February.
According to the government document, as of April 23, the fund had paid out a total of HK$31.5 million for 241 cases of post-jab “injury,” including hospitalisation and Bell’s Palsy, and HK$2 million for one death that had occurred post-vaccination.
The death pay-out was granted after the expert committee concluded that the causal relationship between the death and vaccination was “indeterminate.”

Sweden Officially Signs Formal NATO Membership Request, Ends 200 Years of Neutrality

While most NATO members are keen to welcome the two countries as quickly as possible, Turkey has potentially complicated their accession by saying it cannot allow them to become members because of their perceived inaction against exiled Kurdish militants.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Monday doubled down on comments last week indicating that the two Nordic countries´ path to NATO would be anything but smooth. All 30 current NATO countries must agree to open the door to new members. He accused the two Nordic countries of refusing to extradite “terrorists” wanted by his country.

The legal loophole drug-crazed criminals exploit to walk free | 60 Minutes Australia
Just try to imagine this: A young woman run down by a drug crazed car thief. She suffers terrible head injuries and is left with permanent brain damage and the thief, according to the court, not guilty.
It wasn’t his fault. The drugs were to blame. And don’t think this was a one-off case.
There’s a potentially dangerous loophole in the law and it works like this. In more and more cases, zonked out crooks are claiming they had a psychotic episode, triggered by alcohol or drugs. And so they end up in hospital, not jail. Or sometimes, they just walk free.
Chinese regime tightens border control; Economic woes: Shanghai sold no cars in April
Is China #Decoupling from the outside world? The Chinese regime says it wants the opposite. But sweeping lockdown measures are driving foreigners and their businesses out of the country. At the same time, more restrictions are on the way for Chinese citizens going abroad, while the values praised by the regime drift farther from Western principals.
Shanghai’s lockdown takes a toll on the auto industry. Not a single car was sold in the city in April.
Some of China’s community banks say they don’t have enough paper bills to support cash withdrawals, and it’s been going on for a while.

Commentary/Opinion:
Ignoring the Buffalo criminal’s OWN WORDS does grave damage
The man who grotesquely took the lives of ten others in Buffalo, NY last weekend has been painted by the mainstream media to be a Fox News-obsessed and Tucker Carlson-watching conservative.
Rolling Stone even described him as a ‘mainstream Republican.’
But that analysis couldn’t be further from the proof. Glenn reads the criminal’s OWN WORDS, which prove he was FAR from a freedom-loving Constitutionalist.
And if those in the press continue to blatantly ignore his own words, then they’ll not only cause grave damage, but they will make the problem even worse…
