A senior Russian official announced on Thursday that a new nuclear deal with Iran will be announced within 24 to 48 hours, signaling the Biden administration’s continued reliance on and cooperation with Moscow even as it wages a full-scale war in Ukraine.

Mikhail Ulyanov, Russia’s ambassador for Iran negotiations, made the announcement in a video now circulating on social media. Ulyanov also said that he does not see the deal falling apart as a result of Russia’s war, and that the two issues remain separate.

The terms of the deal remain unknown as the Biden administration has sought to cut Congress out of the deal and prevent it from performing its legally mandated oversight.

After a tumultuous few days, the pair earned a spot on the ballot paper for France’s presidential run off, with the populists breaching the minimum 500 endorsements from elected officials needed to run for the position.

While both candidates have been performing extremely well in the polls, neither had much success in gathering official signatures needed to run in the race, with Le Pen going so far as to suspend her campaigning to focus on endorsement gathering.

According to a report by Le Monde however, both of the candidates have now breached the 500 threshold and will now be able to focus on the race ahead.

US: Biden administration halts ICE deportation flights to Ukraine amid Russia invasion

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said Thursday that it has paused deportation flights to Ukraine  just as lawmakers in Washington D.C. are calling for further protections for Ukrainian nationals.

“Amid the ongoing humanitarian crisis occurring in Ukraine, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has paused repatriation flights to Ukraine,” an ICE spokesperson told Fox News. “ICE will continue to monitor the ongoing situation and make operational changes as necessary.”

The move, first reported by BuzzFeed News, is in response to the invasion of Ukraine by Russia, and comes as activists and lawmakers on Capitol Hill are calling for further protections for Ukrainian nationals in the U.S., including the possible use of Temporary Protected Status (TPS).

Del Rio Sector Chief Patrol Agent Jason D. Owens tweeted a report that 40 migrants were apprehended by Uvalde agents after being loaded onto trains. These apprehensions took place in a 48-hour period over the weekend.

In one incident on February 28, Uvalde Station agents found a group of 25 migrants in a car hauler, Del Rio Sector officials reported. The migrants attempted to conceal themselves in the vehicles.

Agents identified the migrants as citizens of El Salvador, Honduras, and Mexico. Officials noted the temperature at the time was 31 degrees.

Elsewhere in the sector, a traffic stop by a law enforcement partner led to the apprehension of a group of migrants being smuggled in a vehicle. During processing, agents identified one of the migrants as a previously convicted child sex offender.

US: Couple Allegedly Tries to Smuggle Flamethrower, Ammo into Mexico from Texas

Officers with U.S. Customs and Border Protection stopped 35-year-old Israel Ferrer Zarate and his companion, 34-year-old Damaris Gausi, as they tried to cross the McAllen-Hidalgo International Bridge. Inside their vehicle, authorities found almost 1,000 rounds of ammunition and a disassembled flamethrower.

During an interview with agents from Homeland Security Investigations, Ferrer Zarate told authorities they were visiting from Jalisco to attend a local gun show that day, a criminal complaint revealed.

While ammunition and commercial flamethrowers are legal to purchase and own in the United States, the criminal complaint revealed that the couple had entered the country on tourist visas prohibiting them from possessing or buying ammunition.

Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman hosted a press conference Thursday at SP Firearms Unlimited in Franklin Square, N.Y. He said the legal firearms dealer, with assistance from the Nassau County Police Department, will be collecting over the next four days donations of unloaded rifles, shotguns or an AR-15 or other long gun weapons from legal gun owners to be sent to the Ukrainian people.

The weapons will be placed in storage “until we can get the American government to ship those weapons to the Ukraine,” Blakeman said.

“The County has asked the Biden admin for help transporting,” Blakeman’s spokesman told Fox News Digital. “There are companies that can export weapons to foreign countries, but it takes a lot of time. That is why we have asked the president for help. We have not yet heard back.”

The Committee tied, 14-14, on the two votes to advance Sohn and Bedoya out of committee to the Senate floor.

The FCC has been split at a 2-2 political tie between Republicans and Democrats, and Sohn’s confirmation would give President Joe Biden the FCC majority he would need to advance Democrat priorities such as net neutrality and media ownership.

Since the committee tied on both nominees, the nominees will be referred to the Senate, but Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) will have to vote to discharge the nominees from committee consideration, and then vote for cloture and final passage on each nominee.

Initially relaying her intention to disclose the affair late last week, Joya told Breitbart News it was difficult to see Taylor campaigning for public office after being romantically ditched by the congressman. The planted Van Taylor campaign yard signs throughout the district were especially disquieting.

“Van could have kept his promises to help me while I was overwhelmed with problems,” Joya explained about her financial position. “He knew I was scared and my life was falling apart during 2020 and 2021. Van said he cared and wanted to help me, but he never did.”

On Wednesday, Taylor only suspended his campaign and acknowledged the affair with Joya after he failed to reach the 50 percent runoff threshold in Tuesday’s Texas primary.

“As part of the agreement lawmakers are working to finalize ahead of the March 11th deadline, we’re also urging Congress to include supplemental funding for two urgent and immediate needs: supporting Ukraine, and continuing our ongoing COVID response efforts,” OMB Acting Director Shalanda Young said Thursday.

“The United States has provided over $1.4 billion in assistance to Ukraine since 2021, and, together with our European allies and partners, we are holding Russia accountable for its unjustified and unprovoked invasion,” Young added.

“To continue this important work and further support the Ukrainian people, we are requesting $10 billion to deliver additional humanitarian, security, and economic assistance in Ukraine and the neighboring region in the coming days and weeks.”

Kirby said that the convoy’s holdup could come down to three reasons: Russians are “deliberately” reassessing their progress and strategizing how to make up for lost time; unanticipated logistical challenges are besetting the Russians’ plan.

“And three, they are getting resistance from the Ukrainians. We have some indications – nothing that we can 100 percent independently verify – but we have some indications that the Ukrainians have in fact tried to slow down that convoy. And we have no reason to doubt those reports, but again we can’t speak to it in great specificity,” Kirby said.

Ukrainian forces have allegedly struck the convoy using Ukraine Su-24 and Su-25 fighter jets, as well as with missile barrages, Ukrainian Brig. Gen. Kyrylo Budanov told Military Times on Wednesday morning

US: Bill Gates’ Ex-Wife Speaks Out on His Meetings with ‘Evil’ Jeffrey Epstein

Gates has acknowledged meeting Epstein but pushed back against some media accounts that sought to plumb the depths of the Gates-Epstein friendship. His former wife refused to offer her take on the friendship.

“Any of the questions remaining about what Bill’s relationship with him was … Those are for Bill to answer. But I made it very clear how I felt about him,” she said, according to the Daily Mail.

King also asked about a reported affair Gates had in 2000, according to CBS.

“I certainly believe in forgiveness, so I thought we had worked through some of that,” French Gates said. “It wasn’t one moment or one specific thing that happened. There just came a point in time where there was enough there that I realized it just wasn’t healthy, and I couldn’t trust what we had.”

Thierry Baudet explains how what the party warned of then is now coming to fruition. Without a doubt, the West has been fomenting division and unrest in Russia’s own front yard.

World: Ukraine: Russia agrees need to create humanitarian corridors

At talks from an undisclosed location, the second this week, Russian and Ukrainian delegates agreed to possible temporary ceasefires.

But the truces would only be in places where humanitarian corridors were being set up and for the duration of civilian evacuations, Ukrainian presidential aide Mykhailo Podolyak said.

“To our great regret, we did not get the results we were counting on,” Mr Podolyak said.

Several Ukrainian cities are currently surrounded or almost surrounded by Russian forces.

The situation is particularly intense in the southern port city of Mariupol, which has been under relentless bombardment with almost no respite for several days.

US: Multiple Truck Convoys Converge In Indiana For Large Rally En Route To DC

It’s hard to quantify exactly how many people are directly participating in The People’s Convoy, not to mention the many thousands more who’ve gathered along the roads and on the overpasses across the country to cheer them on.

Vehicles and trucks have also joined the convoy along the way. Some are headed toward Washington, while others join the journey for dozens to hundreds of miles before dropping away, one of the convoy’s organizers previously told The Epoch Times.

By Tuesday and Wednesday, in Monrovia, Indiana, where other U.S. truck convoys converged, there were over 2,000 vehicles with over a hundred trucks in the area. It’s unclear how many vehicles will ultimately be riding to the nation’s capital.

Kevin Rothrock of Bellingcat tweeted out the legislation has already been introduced to the Duma.

He believes Christians must develop simple messaging to unify all Americans under basic biblical and American principles to counteract the division and hate from the Left.
