A federal judge in Texas issued a nationwide ruling Friday that President Joe Biden could not require federal employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Brown said in his Friday order that at issue was whether the president “can, with the stroke of a pen and without the input of Congress, require millions of federal employees to undergo a medical procedure as a condition of their employment.”

He added, “That, under the current state of the law as just recently expressed by the Supreme Court, is a bridge too far.”

The up-and-coming musician, whose music videos have garnered over 1 million views on YouTube, was arraigned on one count each of second degree assault and firearm possession and three counts of weapons possession in Bronx Criminal Court Thursday night.

He allegedly shot NYPD officer Kaseem Pennant in the leg Tuesday in Belmont by accident, according to a criminal complaint.

His loaded 9mm pistol discharged while tussling with cops after he tried to flee, the complaint says.

The bullet struck Williams in the groin before exiting his thigh and hitting Pennant, according to his lawyer, Dawn Florio, who blamed cops for the mishap.

Judge Denis Boyle, who has come under fire in the past for his low bails, ordered Williams held on $200,000 cash over $250,000 bond over the objection of prosecutors who requested that he be held without bail.

The theme of the 2022 march is “Equality Begins in the Womb,” one that “highlights how true equality is only possible if we recognize that children in the womb also deserve protection,” the March for Life organization says.

Jeanne Mancini, president of March for Life Education and Defense Fund, said about the significance of this year’s March for Life:

Americans everywhere know that unborn children deserve equal rights and protection under the law. We expect this year’s March for Life to be historic with even higher levels of enthusiasm from participants. We are hopeful that, with Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization before the Supreme Court, 2022 will bring us much closer to building the culture of life we have all marched for since Roe v. Wade was tragically imposed on our nation nearly 50 years ago.

Santos Orellana-Hernandez, a 47-year-old Honduran living in Port Arthur, Texas, pleaded guilty in July 2021 to the use of interstate commerce facilities in the commission of murder for hire. He also pleaded guilty to tampering with a witness by intimidation and threats and conspiracy to commit witness tampering, according to a statement from the U.S. Attorneys Office for the Eastern District of Texas issued Wednesday.

Federal court records reveal that Orellana-Hernandez hired who the FBI referred to as a hitman, Gustavo Ramirez, to murder four extended family members in Honduras.

The document stated the defendant offered to pay Ramirez $200,000 Lempira ($8,000 USD) to murder his mother-in-law, his wife’s uncle, his wife’s ex-boyfriend, and the ex-boyfriend’s mother. He said he wanted the killings to inflict pain on his wife he was divorcing at the time.

The hits were to take place on or after April 21, 2020, the date his divorce was scheduled to be finalized, the criminal complaint states. He said he would utilize proceeds from the divorce to pay the hitman. The hitman was required to provide photographic evidence of the murders.

Late last week, 59-year-old Fernando Arroyo-Alonso, an illegal alien from Mexico, was sentenced to a year and one day in federal prison for stealing the Social Security Number of a disabled United States Armed Forces veteran.

According to prosecutors, Alonso submitted an application in May 2019 to receive Title XVI Supplemental Security Income — cash payments that are reserved for elderly, blind, or disabled Americans — using the veteran’s Social Security Number.

The veteran had been receiving Title XVI Supplemental Security Income and benefits from Veterans Affairs.

As Breitbart News has long chronicled, Americans are often the victims of identity theft by illegal aliens.

A federal audit in 2020 revealed that nearly 400,000 Americans have unknowingly had their identities stolen, typically by illegal aliens, and were never notified by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

Falfurrias Station agents assigned to the checkpoint on U.S. Highway 281 made two arrests of human smugglers attempting to move migrants into the U.S. interior, according to information obtained from RGV Sector Border Patrol officials.

The migrants, including the children, were locked inside the trailer between stacks of lumber and had no means of escape in the event of a crash or abandonment by the smugglers. Officials said the temperature inside the cargo area was in excess of 123 degrees.

Agents arrested the driver and the migrants and took them inside the checkpoint for processing, officials stated.

A few hours later, agents at the same checkpoint observed a Kenworth tractor approaching for inspection. The agents searched the trailer packed with produce and found five Central American migrants hiding inside. The migrants were locked inside, again with no means of escape.

A massive migrant surge in the Del Rio Sector is threatening to make this the busiest of the nine southwest Border Patrol sectors, according to Chief Patrol Agent Jason D. Owens.

With approximately 4,000 apprehended over the Martin Luther King holiday weekend and nearly 1,000 more on Tuesday, the Del Rio Sector is leading the Rio Grande Valley Sector for January apprehensions.

Chief Owens tweeted images of more large migrant groups who surrendered to Border Patrol agents immediately after crossing the border from Mexico into Texas.

The chief reported five groups crossed the border overwhelming the limited resources available in the sector. One group alone consisted of more than 265 migrants.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has not officially released illegal immigration totals for December 2021. This week, though, the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency revealed in a court brief that nearly 180,000 border crossers were apprehended that month.

Morgan said the number of border crossers and illegal aliens apprehended at the southern border last year, coupled with those who successfully illegally entered the U.S. and those who are immediately turned away by Border Patrol, is upwards of three million.

“In 12 months, CBP recorded more than two million encounters along the southwest border, a shocking and historic number,” Morgan, a Heritage Foundation visiting fellow, said in a statement:

DHS Chief Mayorkas: ‘Justice and Equity’ for Illegal Aliens Is Joe Biden’s Agenda

“Unlawful presence in the United States, alone, will not be a basis for immigration enforcement action … it is a matter of justice and equity as well,” he continued.

Throughout the last year, the orders successfully freed into the U.S. illegal aliens accused and convicted of child sex crimesarmed robbery, drunk driving, burglary, cocaine trafficking, grand theft auto, heroin trafficking, credit card fraud, money laundering, and other crimes.

Mayorkas told the mayors that their sanctuary city policies were no longer necessary because ICE agents are barred from “indiscriminate enforcement” of federal immigration law under the orders.

“I will be coming to you and asking you to consider your noncooperation and see how we can work together,” Mayrokas said.

Joe Biden “Working With Congress” on Bill to Legalize Abortions Up to Birth

During a White House press conference today, Press Secretary Jen Psaki says Joe Biden is in league with top Democrats in the House and Senate to push for a vote on legislation that would overturn every pro-life law in the country and implement legalized abortion up to birth.

The so-called Women’s Health Protection Act (H.R. 3755) would be the most radical bill every passed on abortion.

“The Women’s Health Protection Act is designed to remove all legal protections for unborn children on both the federal and state levels,” said Carol Tobias, president of National Right to Life (NRLC). “The Women’s Health Protection Act is, in effect, the Abortion-Without-Limits-Until Birth Act.”

The bill would also undo most previously enacted federal limits on abortion, including federal conscience protection laws and most, if not all, limits on government funding of abortion.

Say NO to NetZero – Demand Full Cost Benefit/Feasibility Analysis

On Jan. 19, 2022, Michelle Stirling, Communications Manager for Friends of Science Society, braved the cold to explain to the public that conventional power generation like natural gas, coal, and hydro are powering Alberta in the coldest times – wind and solar provide very little power at such times.

Likewise, even in Eastern Canada, Ontario’s natural gas plants ended up providing 27% of the power to Quebec, which, despite its massive hydro facilities, was short on power because many houses no longer use oil or natural gas for home heating.

They rely on electricity. In the coldest times in Quebec, not only does the province ask people to use less power because of this, but Quebec had to import natural gas and nuclear fired power from Ontario.

According to a report by the Irish Independent, Ireland is now also looking at dumping a wide variety of lockdown rules, including scrapping all measures to do with the nation’s embattled hospitality sector.

China’s ruling Communist Party established a “legal framework … as late as 2018 to legalise and regulate repatriations including involuntary returns that have been carried out in over 120 countries,” Safeguard Defenders recalled on January 18.

“This includes an official legal interpretation outlining the use of kidnapping,” the NGO observed.

“In some cases, China uses involuntary returns first,” the report detailed. “If this fails, it then moves on to legal methods – extradition or deportation under immigration law.”
