Rahmad Parke, 25, is being sought by the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office following the discovery of the bodies of Melba Abdelaziz, 58, and Mel Abdelaziz, 90, at their home in Fresno one week ago.

“He may be transient and is known to frequent the City of Fresno and Los Angeles County, specifically the communities of Santa Monica, Van Nuys and Sherman Oaks,” the sheriff’s office said in a statement, describing Parke as being “5’10″, 185 lbs. with brown eyes and black hair.”

Police – who are offering a $3,000 reward for information leading to an arrest — are warning the public to “call law enforcement immediately” if they locate Parke.

Supreme Court blocks Biden OSHA vaccine mandate, allows rule for health care workers

The Supreme Court on Thursday issued mixed rulings in a pair of cases challenging Biden administration COVID-19 vaccine mandates, allowing the requirement for certain health care workers to go into effect while blocking enforcement of a mandate for businesses with 100 or more employees.

The Court ruled that OSHA lacked the authority to impose such a mandate because the law that created OSHA “empowers the Secretary to set workplace safety standards, not broad public health measures.”

By contrast, in Biden v. Missouri, the Court ruled that Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra did have the authority to require all health care workers at institutions that receive Medicare and Medicaid funding to get the jab, unless they get medical or religious exemptions.

The first carjacking happened on West 55th Street and Broadway at about 4:30 p.m. when a man threatened a driver with a Taser and stole a black Audi SUV, FOX5 New York reported, citing police.

Part of the carjacking was caught on video and posted online. The video shows the stolen car smash into a sedan head-on as someone who appears to be a police officer tries to stop the vehicle. The stolen SUV speeds away, leaving a trail of wreckage in its wake.

The series of carjackings come as the city faces a rise in car thefts less than two weeks into the new year.

As of Sunday, the number of citywide grand larceny auto cases year-to-date rose to 329 – a 72.3% increase compared to 191 reported during the same period last year, according to police statistics.

Frank Szakacs, a registered sex offender with 29 prior charges and four convictions, climbed into a parked vehicle in Sarasota Tuesday evening and sexually assaulted the autistic woman, who is nonverbal and has the mental capacity of a 6- or 7-year-old, according to the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office.

The victim’s mother told authorities she left her daughter in the passenger seat of her car in a parking lot in the 1800 block of Stickney Point Road around 7 p.m.

She said she exited the store 10 minutes later to find the 61-year-old transient inside the vehicle and on top of her daughter.

Szakacs has 10 prior arrests in Sarasota County for crimes including sex offender violation, battery and DUI. He was convicted in 1996 of gross sexual imposition in Ohio, according to Florida records

‘You should be ashamed of yourself!’ Judge chews out cancer patient, 72, who’s too weak to clean property — and even says she’d like to throw him in jail

Burhan Chowdhury, struggling to breathe, explained in broken English during Monday’s virtual hearing that he’s a “cancer patient” and “very old” and “very weak” and hasn’t been able to “look after” the overgrown exterior of his property, Insider reported.

But 31st District Judge Alexis G. Krot wasn’t too sympathetic — or even cordial, telling Chowdhury he should be “ashamed.” His offense was apparently so serious that Krot added, “If I could give you jail time on this I would.”

But when the defendant’s son spoke up and asked Krot if her fine is “forgivable” due to his father’s health, the judge got even more fired up.

Biden concedes he doesn’t know how to get voting rights passed

‘I don’t know that we can get it done but I know one thing, as long as I have a breath in me, as long as I’m in the White House, as long as I’m engaged at all – I’m going to be fighting,’ he said.

Biden spent a little over an hour meeting with Senate Democrats on Capitol Hill but left without a clear path forward to pass a massive federal package of voting legislation, which would make Election Day a holiday, tighten campaign finance laws and adjust the redistricting process.

‘We missed this time,’ Biden conceded about Democratic efforts to fight laws passed in GOP-controlled states. ‘We missed this time, and the state legislative bodies continue to change the law, it’s not about who can vote, but who gets to count the vote.’

His voice grew louder as he repeated his phrase: ‘Count the vote. Count the vote. It’s about election subversion, not just whether or not people get to vote.

W.H.O. Warns Endless Booster Shots Not ‘Appropriate or Sustainable’

“[A] vaccination strategy based on repeated booster doses of the original vaccine composition is unlikely to be appropriate or sustainable,” the W.H.O. wrote in a statement issued January 11 by its “Technical Advisory Group on COVID-19 Vaccine Composition.”

The study analyzed “blood plasma samples from people who had had two doses of the Pfizer Inc. and BioNTech SE vaccine and those or the J&J single-shot inoculation,” according to Bloomberg.

“Omicron does indeed exhibit substantial immune escape from antibodies,” Penny Moore, a South African virologist who led the study, said in a presentation of her findings.

AstraZeneca’s Chinese coronavirus vaccine “becomes completely ineffective against the Omicron variant by 15 weeks,” FDAnews reported on December 17, 2021, citing a preliminary effectiveness study conducted in Britain.

The European Medicines Agency (E.M.A.), which is the official health regulator for the European Union (E.U.) issued a warning on January 11 against administering a fourth “booster” shot of coronavirus vaccines, reminding the global public that there is no data supporting the efficacy or safety of this novel strategy.

Canadian Judge Removes Father’s Visitation Rights Over Vaccination Status

“It would normally have been in the best interests of the child to have contact with his father, but not in his best interest to have contact with him if he is not vaccinated and is opposed to sanitary measures in the current epidemiological context,” Judge Vaillancourt stated, newspaper Le Devoir reports.

The mother of the child has full custody rights and previously agreed to grant the father access every other weekend and for a week during the holiday season but the mother objected when the father requested an extra day of access during the holidays.

In her objection, the mother stated that the father was a “conspiracy theorist” and was not vaccinated against the Wuhan coronavirus. The woman also produced alleged Facebook posts showing the father opposed the coronavirus vaccines.

The study was based on data gathered from 27 children’s intensive care units within the country, with the gathered data then extrapolated to provide a final figure.

According to a report by Der Spiegel, the study concludes that somewhere between 450 to 500 suicide attempts were made by children and adolescents during the period of Germany’s second lockdown.

“That is three times as many suicide attempts in 2021 as in the comparative period from mid-March to the end of May in the years 2017 to 2019,” Prof. Christian Dohna-Schwake of Essen University Hospital told Bild.

Washington DC’s New COVID Rule for 12-Year Olds Will Scare You | DM CLIPS | Rubin Report

Dave Rubin of “The Rubin Report” talks about Washington D.C.’s insane new COVID restrictions. Washington D.C.’s mayor Muriel Bowser has issued some of the most insane COVID restrictions yet.

In a few days there will be vaccine mandates for anyone older than 12 to enter Washington DC restaurants, coffee shops, and most indoor businesses.

These new rules come as the COVID narratives spun by COVID experts like Dr. Fauci and Rochelle Walensky are rapidly collapsing from the reality of the effectiveness of the COVID vaccine at preventing transmission or the reality of comorbidities and COVID deaths.
