The case was the latest in a series of bellwether trials that are meant to shape potential settlements for large-scale litigation on the issue.

Claims have been filed by more than 250,000 veterans and military personnel alleging they suffered hearing loss while wearing a certain type of Combat Arms earplugs.

Plaintiffs have won six cases against 3M to date with $160 million awarded, while the company has received five favorable verdicts.

Another five trials are scheduled this year.

When the bellwether trials are over, thousands of cases could begin proceeding.

‘Freedom Convoy’ eyewitness on Canada’s SHOCKING anti-protest tactics

Ezra Levant, Founder of Rebel News, witnessed firsthand the immense support ‘Freedom Convoy’ truckers received from Canadians throughout the nation and specifically in Ottawa.

But the anti-protest tactics used by both Canadian police forces and government officials (like Castro super-fan President Justin Trudeau) are just like the tactics used in Venezuela today, Levant says.

Truckers with all kinds of backgrounds are tired of their overbearing government mandating rules that just don’t make sense.

Levant explains how their stand against that government has formed a new coalition of Canadians — onetime Trudeau voters included — who are tired of the ‘bully state.’

Subpoena To JP Morgan Over Hunter’s Business Deals With China Show Damaging Material Hidden From Voters

The new information has been discovered by the anti-corruption nonprofit Marco Polo, “raising concerns that damaging material about then-candidate Joe Biden was hidden from voters” reports the New York Post.

According to federal documents, the DOJ asked JP Morgan Chase bank “for the records of any international financial transactions for the past five years involving Hunter, his uncle James Biden and former business partners Devon Archer and Eric Schwerin.”

In the weeks before the election, then-Attorney General William Barr reportedly instructed prosecutors to keep the investigation hush-hush to avoid it becoming a campaign issue.

But months earlier, in the summer of 2020, Weiss already had decided to slow-walk the investigation until after the election for similar reasons, according to Politico.

The Vancouver Police Department has identified the officer as 52-year-old Donald Sahota.
The Vancouver Police Department has identified the officer as 52-year-old Donald Sahota.

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office responded around 8:15 p.m. to an armed robbery at the Chevron on Northeast 117th Avenue in Vancouver. According to a 911 caller, the suspect entered the store and pointed a gun at the gas station clerk’s chest while demanding cash.

Following the robbery, the suspect fled in a stolen dark-colored Mercedes with several hundred dollars, the sheriff’s office said. Police intercepted the suspect traveling northbound on I-205, where a chase began for several miles.

The suspect eventually exited I-5 toward Battle Ground. There, he left the car and fled on foot until he reached the house of Officer Sahota. The off-duty officer exited his house and attempted to detain the suspect, who was becoming aggressive and violent. During the fight, Officer Sahota suffered stab wounds and lost control of his firearm.

The American woman accused of joining ISIS, spending years leading and training an all-female unit in Syria, and wanting to carry out deadly attacks at a college campus and shopping mall in the U.S., is due to make her first court appearance in Virginia on Monday.

Allison Fluke-Ekren, 42, has been charged with providing material support to a terrorist organization, the U.S. attorney announced Saturday.

Fluke-Ekren, a former resident of Kansas, wanted to recruit operatives to attack a college campus in the U.S. and detailed how she would carry out a terrorist bombing on a shopping mall, prosecutors said.

She allegedly described how she could park a vehicle “full of explosives” in the basement or parking garage of the targeted mall and detonate the vehicle with a cellphone device.

Officer Matthew Schrenger, who was praying as part of a 40 Days for Life campaign against abortion, was suspended for more than four months with pay, stripped of his police powers, and placed under investigation, because he wore his full uniform while participating in “protest activity,” which is against regulations.

Schrenger sued the city’s mayor, police chief, and police department in a federal lawsuit filed by the Thomas More Society three months ago.

Heffron stressed that Schrenger “did not engage in any political protest on duty” and accused the police department of a double standard.

“The treatment of officer Schrenger was particularly galling considering other Louisville police officers previously had marched, while on-duty and in uniform, in political protests that apparently were approved by the police department,” he said.

Bodycam Footage of 9 Tennessee Cops Opening Fire On a Man After Highway Standoff

The man, who police said had been sitting on a guardrail on the busy roadway, died. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation identified the victim as Landon Eastep, 37.

Eastep was killed after law enforcement officials tried to negotiate with him to drop the weapon for a half-hour on Thursday, police said.

The footage, made public by the Metro Nashville Police Department, shows Eastep’s final moments as he ignores the pleas of officers – and then appears to pull an object from his pants and point it at them.

(VIDEO) Ballot box surveillance video: ‘One mule made 53 trips to 20 dropboxes’

Highly respected Dinesh D’Souza, working together with Catherine Engelbrecht of True the Vote, just released a trailer to their new movie, “2,000 Mules,” that shows the world exactly how the 2020 Presidential Election was Rigged and Stolen.

It was, perhaps, the least secure in history. The ballot box was stuffed, and stuffed like never before—and it’s all on video. Ballots were trafficked and sold in a massive operation in each Swing State.

“I’m back in my Rite Aid, and there’s nothing to steal because this Rite Aid, like so many other Rite Aids, is closing down because everybody stole everything,” he said. “And the workers here don’t know if they’re getting jobs. Congratulations, losers.”

Rapaport’s frustration with the incident at the store seems to echo concerns that other New Yorkers have about crime in the city. Mayor Eric Adams earlier this month admitted that he doesn’t even feel safe riding on the subway any longer.

Rapaport has blamed ex-Mayor Bill de Blasio for what critics have called the city’s soft-on-crime enforcement.

Newsom, California Dem leaders defy state’s own universal mask mandate at Rams-49ers game

“Hanging out at SoFi Stadium today!” former Lakers star Magic Johnson tweeted Sunday evening accompanied by photos of him posing indoors with Newsom, Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti and San Francisco Mayor London Breed.

None of the California leaders or Johnson were wearing masks in the photos. California implemented a universal indoor mask mandate in December that was extended to run through Feb. 15

SoFi Stadium, located in Inglewood, also has a mask policy requiring all fans to mask up unless they are eating or drinking

Critics of the photos sounded off on social media, calling it another example of Democrats imposing “Rules for thee, but not for me.”

Reparations | Full Measure

Today we begin with an examination of the movement to provide reparations to black Americans over their ancestor’s slave status.

Demands are growing. It’s raising difficult questions about a dark side of America’s past and whether— going on two centuries later— people who never met a slave should be paid by people who never owned any.

And if so— how much is enough to atone for the unthinkable?

With RCMP warnings unheeded, more than 100 vehicles remain lined up on a Southern Alberta highway blocking access to the border and a small village for the third day in a row Monday.

On Sunday night, Mounties told demonstrators to clear the area, warning protesters that enforcement may be necessary. This morning, media relations officer Cpl. Curtis Peters said that notice has been largely spurned by the crowd, with the number of vehicles on the road remaining stagnant.

“Protesters have not been receptive to our attempts to bring this back into the realm of a lawful protest and they’re continuing to block the roads,” he said.

The border crossing and the 250-person village of Coutts remain inaccessible from the north and traffic coming from south of the border can’t get past either, Peters said.

The chilling revelations emerged in a report that U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has delivered to the Security Council, according to the Associated Press.

“As I appeal to the international community to step up support for the people of Afghanistan, I make an equally urgent plea to the Taliban leadership to recognize and protect the fundamental human rights that every person shares,” Guterres told the U.N. Security Council last week.

In the report obtained Sunday by The Associated Press, Guterres said that “more than two-thirds” of the victims were alleged to result from extrajudicial killings by the Taliban or its affiliates, despite the Taliban’s announcement of “general amnesties” for those affiliated with the former government and U.S.-led coalition forces.

Why young Aussie men are forced to choose violence to survive | 60 Minutes Australia

Last week in Sydney, a 16-year-old boy was shot and killed while waiting for his school bus. He was shot by other teenagers. Another victim of another random act of violence.

In Australia’s towns and cities it is becoming all too common. Crime figures show that every hour of every day fifteen people are assaulted in Australia.

Overwhelmingly the victims AND the offenders are young men. Frighteningly, bashings are so commonplace that many teenagers don’t even bother reporting them to the police.

As Peter Overton reports, attacks are not only accepted they are expected.
