Naomi Wolf to Fauci: Prepare for investigations when your ‘friends’ lose power

Reacting to Dr. Anthony Fauci’s claim that he and his opinions represent science itself, feminist author Naomi Wolf warned the White House coronavirus adviser Monday that he should prepare his legal defense for the time when his “friends” in Congress are no longer in power.
Wolf, who is leading a grassroots movement claiming the pandemic lockdowns and vaccine mandates are only part of an accelerated move toward totalitarianism in the West, noted there are calls among Republican lawmakers for Fauci and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Rochelle Walensky to be investigated for “willful misconduct” regarding their handling of the pandemic.
“I think these people realize that they are covering up a gigantic crime, and I think Dr. Fauci’s response shows that he knows,” Wolf said in an interview with Steve Bannon’s “War Room.”
Supreme Court Won’t Block Texas Abortion Ban Today, Thousands More Babies Will be Saved

The Dallas Morning News reports the U.S. Supreme Court still had not issued a ruling on the Texas case on Monday, meaning the pro-life law remains in effect.
Twice, the Supreme Court refused to block enforcement of the unique, life-saving law. Then, on Nov. 1, the justices heard arguments from the abortion industry and the Biden administration urging them for a third time to block the Texas law.
However, the court has not issued a ruling yet, and no one knows when it will. Every day that the law stays in effect means more unborn babies and mothers are spared from the pain and death of abortion.
Pennsylvania Governor Celebrates Hospital Accused Of Grotesque Fetal Experiments

Last Tuesday, the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services announced it is joining with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center’s Magee-Womens Hospital (Magee) to showcase efforts by Gov. Tom Wolf’s administration to improve maternal health services.
In doing so, the governor is ignoring serious ethical and legal questions regarding the state’s largest hospital abortion provider’s role in fetal experimentation.
Creinin displayed unethical behavior during his time at the hospital, according to a warning letter from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Government officials found “objectionable conditions” during a 2002 Food and Drug Administration inspection that included failure to meet the requirements for obtaining and documenting the informed consent of participants during the study of a contraceptive device.
Magee representatives have been unwilling to publicly discuss the process for obtaining consent from pregnant women who donate fetal tissue. This has led to concerns about how much information women who agree to donate are given when they sign over their babies for research.
Wikipedia page on ‘Mass killings under communist regimes’ considered for deletion, prompting bias accusations

The page titled “Mass killings under communist regimes,” which details the atrocities of dictators like Stalin, Mao Zedong and Pol Pot, risks being purged from the online encyclopedia after editors complained it did not conform to company standards.
A warning on the page currently states, “This article is being considered for deletion in accordance with Wikipedia’s deletion policy. Please share your thoughts on the matter at this article’s deletion discussion page.”
Another warning on the page states, “This article has multiple issues,” including that its “neutrality” and verifiability of claims is being disputed, and that some sources in the article “may not be reliable.”
One proponent of deleting the page wrote on Wikipedia’s discussion page that “the view that the ideology of communism is somehow inherently violent” is a “fringe theory” that pushes an “anti-communist” point of view, The Daily Telegraph reported.
Jury selection begins in criminal trial of Jussie Smollett, the actor accused of staging hate crime on himself

Cook County prosecutors initially charged Smollett with disorderly conduct, then abruptly dropped the case a month later with little to no explanation.
After intense public outcry, a judge appointed a special prosecutor to investigate the Smollett matter. Attorney Dan Webb and his team convened a special grand jury that brought up Smollett on the same charges.
The former Empire actor is accused of lying to the police and has been charged with felony disorderly conduct.
The crime carries a sentence of up to three years in prison, but legal analysts say it’s unlikely Smollett will do any time behind bars if convicted. Instead, if he is found guilty, he will likely be placed on probation and given community service.
Penny Young Nance: We see this as a civil rights issue.
The Supreme court is set to hear arguments that will challenge the Mississippi abortion ban at 15 weeks.
Parts of Biden’s Government Vaccine Mandate Just Got Blocked

Judge Matthew Schelp of the Eastern District of Missouri issued an injunction halting President Joe Biden’s Wuhan coronavirus vaccine mandate for Medicare and Medicaid workers in ten states Monday, citing a lack of approval from Congress.
“Given the vast economic and political significance of this vaccine mandate, only a clear authorization from Congress would empower CMS to act,” the ruling states.
“Because this mandate significantly alters the balance between federal and state power, only a clear authorization from Congress would empower CMS. In the absence of a clear indication that Congress intended for CMS to invoke such significant authority, the Court will not infer congressional intent.”
DOJ Accuses Bannon of Trying Case in Media; Files to Block Documents

The prosecutors say that some of the records must remain private while the case is pending, while Bannon, a former adviser of ex-President Donald Trump, is attempting to convince a judge not to ban him and his attorneys from releasing the documents, reports CNN.
Bannon has pleaded not guilty to two counts of contempt of Congress after he did not testify or turn over documents in a subpoena filed by the House committee investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol attack.
Amanda Vaughn, J.P. Cooney, and Molly Gaston, the prosecutors in the case, argued in Sunday’s filing, which was obtained by Politico, that the records Bannon has obtained contain internal communications between some congressional staffers, as well as notes of the FBI’s interviews with witnesses who could testify against him.
‘More money than God’: Chinese titan lavished Hunter Biden with 3-carat gem, offer of $30 million

The Biden family offered their services to a huge, Chinese government-linked energy consortium to expand its business around the world.
How do we know? Because of hundreds of emails documenting the deal found on Hunter Biden’s laptop, left in a Delaware repair shop in April 2019. In her new book, “Laptop from Hell,” New York Post columnist Miranda Devine tells the tale:
Gilliar connected with Hunter Biden through trusted Biden family friend Rob Walker, a former Clinton administration official whose wife, Betsy Massey Walker, had been Jill Biden’s assistant when she was second lady.
Gilliar emailed Walker in February 2015 to praise Hunter’s appearance in Beijing at a board meeting of the fledgling investment fund Hunter had founded with John Kerry’s son, called BHR.
Florida man pleads guilty in attempt to extort $25M from Matt Gaetz’s father

The announcement by the Justice Department marks a turnaround as Alford initially entered a not guilty plea. A charge of tampering with evidence was tossed, according to Northwest Florida Daily News .
Alford’s sentencing is set for Feb. 16 before District Judge M. Casey Rodgers. He is facing up to 20 years of prison followed by supervised release, according to the Justice Department. Politico reported he could also face a fine of up to $250,000.
Alford, who court records show was previously convicted of fraud and sentenced to prison, allegedly oversaw the scheme’s development between March 16 and April 7 and supplied someone identified as “Person A” with D.G.’s [identified as Don Gaetz] phone number to discuss the release of “R.L.” from captivity in Iran.
Politics:
Is America’s Government Secular?
It has become a dogma of progressive ideology that America is a “secular” nation. What do people mean by secular?
Their argument goes this way: “Since the Constitution establishes a strict separation of church and state, religion has no place in how the country is to be governed.
Religion is a purely ‘private’ matter and therefore must be kept out of politics or public policy-making.”
There is a problem with this claim, however: It’s false.
Biden says ‘no new lockdowns’ if everyone wears a mask and gets vaccinated

“If people are vaccinated and wear their mask, there’s no need for lockdown,” Biden said in response to a reporter’s questions about any impending societal shutdowns.
He used his platform on Monday, with Dr. Anthony Fauci hovering in the background, to outline three main points.
“First,” Biden said, “this variant is a cause for concern, not a cause for panic.” In support of his “don’t panic” perspective, he spoke positively of the vaccines.
Biden told everyone to get vaccinated, to get their kids vaccinated, and to also get a third shot of the vaccine in a booster shot.
Brit Hume on Omicron variant: Politicians’ ‘cures’ for COVID have been worse than the virus

In the wake of the new omicron variant, Fox News senior political analyst Brit Hume told “The Brian Kilmeade Show” on Monday that since the inception of the coronavirus pandemic, the cures from politicians have been worse than the virus.
BRIT HUME: It looks to me like we’re freaking out again and making the same kinds of mistakes that we made the first and second and third time around.
There are ripple effects of that. And this has been the issue from the very beginning of the pandemic.
And that is that in our efforts to stamp it out, to stop it in its tracks, which was probably never going to be possible, we undertook all sorts of efforts without ever seriously considering the side effects of our efforts. You know, Trump may have made a lot of mistakes on this, but he was right when he said, you don’t want a situation where the cure is worse than the disease.
Democrats, ‘Never Trumpers’ turning on ‘ineffective’ Lincoln Project: Politico

According to Politico in a piece published Sunday, the disgraced group has “a growing list of detractors” as many fear it could actually be enticing Trump to run for president again in 2024 despite its goal of defeating “Trumpism,” and that it’s become “ineffective” and “counterproductive” following Trump’s loss in 2020, reports of internal strife and its failed hoax in Virginia to paint Republians as White supremacists.
The Lincoln Project also continues to reel over co-founder John Weaver’s sexual harassment scandal and a string of resignations earlier this year.
Rick Wilson, a former Republican strategist and one of the group’s co-founders, admitted in a recent interview on CNN that he wanted Trump to run for president again because, he claimed, he would be the easiest candidate for Democrats to beat. That led one former official at the group to tell Fox News Digital the group was “utterly desperate” and “disgustingly unpatriotic.”
Both Democrat and “Never Trump” Republicans lashed out at Wilson, calling the suggestion the “mother of bad ideas,” and arguing that it could lead to Trump being elected again.

Christians forced to dig up corpse from grave under threat from villagers wielding axes, clubs

Villagers armed with axes and wooden clubs forced a Christian family in the eastern Indian state of Chhattisgarh to dig up the body of their relative, a 25-year-old man, two days after they buried him on their own private land, according to a report.
The family was forced to exhume the body of their relative, identified as Laxman Markam, who had died of malaria in Gumadpal village in Bastar District on Oct. 29, Morning Star News reported last week.
“When the family asked the crowd as to where should they bury Laxman then, the crowd told them to take it wherever they wanted, but that they would not let a Christian remain buried in the village,” a local Methodist Church Pastor, Samson Baghel, was quoted as saying.
Parents ‘standing up’ against critical race theory in the United Kingdom
GB News presenter Calvin Robinson says parents are “standing up” against critical race theory being pushed in schools in the United Kingdom.
It comes after the head teacher of an elite school in the United Kingdom resigned after being accused by some parents of indoctrinating students with critical race theory.
“In this case I believe it was ethnic minority parents that stood up and said no, our kids will not be taught that they are oppressed,” Mr Robinson told Sky News host Rowan Dean.
“We don’t want you peddling that black and minority ethnic kids are oppressed and victims and that white kids are somehow oppressors in this country where we have equality under the law.”

People with the most access to intelligence are telling the world it is “more than just a possibility” the origin of COVID-19 is a lab leak at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
In this special investigation into the dawn of the coronavirus, Sky News Australia examines what really happened in Wuhan in the early days of the pandemic before the world really knew the sinister virus was spreading from country to country.
Award-winning journalist Sharri Markson, a Sky News Australia anchor and Investigations Writer at The Australian, has been at the forefront of investigating the origins of COVID-19 since early in 2020 when the virus spread globally.
Sharri also speaks with a range of Chinese whistle-blowers, scientists, and high-ranking intelligence officials to bring us closer to discovering the truth of what happened in Wuhan.
Commentary/Opinion:
Why massive fear over new COVID variant Omicron seems UNNECESSARY
The mainstream media, elected officials, and some scientists are warning the world about the potential dangers associated with COVID’s new variant, Omicron…and they’re taking early action against its spread.
But some of the panic — like comparing it to Ebola — seems a LITTLE unwarranted; namely because the South African doctor who first discovered Omicron says that so far patients have mostly displayed mild symptoms.
In this clip, Glenn gives some other reasons why we should wait for more information before succumbing to such panic…
