Religious and medical exemptions are being rejected but that is a false choice anyway. Since when does anyone need an exemption to exercise their personal right to reject a foreign substance being injected into their body by the government?
Americans and the world need to stand up, walk out and just say NO. CHD will encourage recurring walkouts where citizens target specific industries and solidify our grassroots movement as a powerful voting block in elections to apply political pressure.
Oregon Town Bans Church Soup Kitchens From Serving Meals More Than 2 Days a Week
Last week, Brookings, Oregon, passed a new ordinance that limits churches in residential-zoned areas to serve meals only two days a week and requires them to apply for special city permits in order to operate their soup kitchens, reports OPB.
The city says that the new ordinance was crafted in response to concerns raised by neighbors near the local St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church about the crime and vagrancy that its homeless services were bringing to the surrounding area.
But Bernie Lindley, the reverend of St. Timothy’s, says that the new permitting system is an unconstitutional restriction on his and his parishioners’ religious duty to feed the hungry and that any attempt by the city to fine him for serving too many meals will result in a lawsuit.
Actor fights back against ‘Gestapo’ raid on his home over Jan. 6
Siaka Massaquoi, a conservative black activist as well as an entertainer, was at the Capitol that day and while he did not participate in any violence, he still had the “Gestapo” invade his residence.
According to reports, while he was not arrested, he “had his home broken into at 5:45 a.m. He and his family and friends were handcuffed in front of children, denied right of counsel, and illegally questioned. To make matters worse, his cell phone and computers were seized, preventing him from carrying out his trade and profession as well as personal matters.”
Massaquoi is working with Larry Klayman, of FreedomWatchUSA, who said the case was launched in U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
It charges that the raid on his home was unconstitutional, but still was ordered by the FBI, its agents, and FBI chief Christopher Wray.
The complaint was filed as a class action for all persons who were in the nation’s capital to peacefully protest, but who in the aftermath of January 6, 2021, were rounded up, had their homes and businesses violated and broken into, their property such as cell phones and computers seized without probable cause, arrested, prosecuted, denied bail, or some even thrown into solitary confinement, Klayman explained.
Raiders’ Henry Ruggs III ‘was driving 156mph’ before fatal crash
Henry Ruggs III’s blood-alcohol level was twice Nevada’s legal limit and he was traveling at 156mph in the moments leading up to the car crash that killed another driver and injured the NFL star’s girlfriend, according to police.
On Wednesday, police identified the victim as 23-year-old Tina Tintor.
The team dropped Ruggs just hours before his first court appearance on felony charges of driving under the influence of alcohol resulting in death and reckless driving.
If convicted, he could face anywhere between two and 46 years in prison, according to district attorney Steve Wolfson. Ruggs could also face additional charges for a handgun that police allegedly found on the driver’s side of his Corvette.
Prosecutor Eric Bauman said at Wednesday’s hearing that Ruggs was driving his Corvette at 156mph before colliding with the Tintor’s Toyota RAV4 at 127mph at 3:40am on Tuesday in Las Vegas. The Toyota burst into flames, killing Tintor and her dog.
School Board Sued for Censoring Residents and Erasing Criticism
Four concerned community members, Douglas Marshall, Simon Campbell, Robert Abrams, and Tim Daly, filed their claim in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on October 1. They are represented by attorneys from the Institute for Free Speech.
The plaintiffs accuse the school board of launching a multifaceted attack on their First Amendment rights at public meetings by shouting them down, implementing speech-restricting policies, and even editing their comments out of YouTube videos of the meetings.
“The Pennsbury School District might be expected to teach Orwell’s 1984 as literature or social commentary—not use it as an instruction manual,” they assert in their complaint.
Supreme Court hearing biggest gun rights case in a decade today
The U.S. Supreme Court will begin hearing arguments in a case challenging New York state’s concealed weapons permit process on Wednesday. The case represents the first major gun rights case the court has taken in over a decade.
The gun-rights case, New York State Rifle & Pistol Association Inc. v. Bruen, challenges the state’s rule that it will only issue concealed carry permits to individuals of “good moral character” with “proper cause” for a license.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the plaintiffs argue the state’s law is an unconstitutional limit on the second amendment concealed carry permit applicants to provide specific reasons they wish to carry concealed weapons in public that goes beyond their general fear of crime.
The plaintiffs argue that New York’s laws limit the ability of average citizens to exercise their right to bear arms.
“New York continues to make it all but impossible for typical, law-abiding citizens to exercise their right to bear arms where the right matters most and confrontations are most likely to occur: outside the home,” the plaintiffs argue.
Deputy and her brother shot and killed in horrific attack
An off-duty Fulton County Sheriff’s deputy and her brother were shot and killed in Newton County. The incident is apparently related to a domestic violence situation.
New Fulton County Sheriff’s Deputy Shakeema Jackson was off duty when she was shot and killed allegedly by her husband, Jaquavia Jackson. Jackson’s brother, Lavoy Brown, also was shot and killed.
Thankfully, the Jackson’s 17-month-old child was unharmed. Police reported that they responded to the residence and made the grizzly discovery.
‘Absolutely forbidden’ to give COVID shots to kids, young men and women, Jewish court rules
The ruling, entitled Official Translation of the Halachic Delineation, came after listening to “eight hours” of extensive “testimonies from experts … in the field.” The document also referred to testimonies from “fellow Jews who suffered injuries, … and also how this injection is harmful to procreation and fertility.”
The Halachic delineation also slammed “governmental agencies” that have “denied” the “tested and simple medications that have been successful in treating” COVID.
The court also criticized the same agencies for promoting “fear, not health – despite the fact that they themselves were aware” that there are alternative early treatments.
US Marines ‘decisively’ beaten by UK/allied troops in war game
Troops from the U.S., United Kingdom, Canada, Netherlands and United Arab Emirates won “decisive” victories over U.S. Marines during a five-day war game last month in California’s Mojave Desert, reports first revealed Wednesday.
According to a statement from the U.K.’s Royal Navy on Wednesday, the U.K.’s Royal Marine commandos working with units from the U.S., Canada, Netherlands and U.A.E. joined forces to take on an opposing force of U.S. Marines during Exercise Green Dagger at the Marine training facility at Twentynine Palms.
The Royal Navy reported the allied force had gained control of two-thirds of the mock battlefield when the exercise concluded.
The U.K.-based Daily Telegraph reported that within the first four hours of the five-day war game, the allied force “delivered decisive blows against three waves of attack helicopters and drones, forcing the enemy to rethink their strategy.”

Biden admin reverses Trump policy limiting number of asylum-seekers at southern border
Under former President Donald Trump’s administration, the number of migrants who could apply for asylum in the U.S. was capped under a practice known as “metering.”
Anyone who applied for asylum after CBP had reached its capacity to process and detain asylum-seekers at department facilities was turned away, though they could apply again another day.
The policy was intended to keep CBP from being overwhelmed by large numbers of asylum-seekers who appeared at the border while Trump was president.
According to CBP, some asylum-seekers who were told to wait instead attempted to cross the border illegally and were apprehended by Border Patrol agents.
On Nov. 1, acting CBP Commissioner Troy Miller issued a memo announcing Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas reversed the “metering” policy.
MSNBC Blacks Out Historic Win by Black Republican Winsome Sears
MSNBC’s main political panel of commentators Rachel Maddow, Joy Reid, and Nicolle Wallace, who argued throughout Tuesday night’s election coverage that Republicans ran a racist campaign in Virginia, did not mention Sears a single time as it watched returns come in.
The 57-year-old Jamaican immigrant and Marine veteran ran at the top of the ticket with Republican gubernatorial candidate Glenn Youngkin and focused her campaign on the same issues, including fighting against critical race theory.
The first mention of Sears on MSNBC didn’t come until early Wednesday morning after her victory speech, which was not aired by the network.
In the speech, Sears, joined by her black husband and their children, discussed her experience as a first-generation immigrant and making history as the first black woman elected to statewide office. “I’m telling you that what you are looking at is the American dream,” Sears told the crowd of supporters.
DeSantis floats formation of police force to crack down on election crimes
“We are going to create a separate office at the state level solely dedicated to investigating and prosecuting election crimes in the state of Florida.
We’ll sworn law enforcement officers as part of this, we’ll have investigators, we’ll have the statewide prosecutor that’s able to bring the cases,” DeSantis said at an event that was ostensibly a press conference but was packed with his supporters.
“I guarantee you this: The first person that gets caught, no one is going to want to do it again after that,” he added.
Besides establishing the statewide office, DeSantis also vowed to crack down on the collection and submission of mail-in ballots by one person for other voters, a practice the GOP has derogatorily named “ballot harvesting.” DeSantis’s proposal would increase the penalty for such an action from a misdemeanor to a felony.
Dems keep butting heads after Virginia shellacking
The winds in the Democratic Party have shifted overnight. Look no further than its rapidly changing plans on immigration.
House Democrats had nearly settled their plans to include immigration reform in President Joe Biden’s social spending plan as polls were closing in Virginia.
But by Wednesday morning, with Democrats defeated in the Old Dominion, panicked moderates were demanding key changes to that agreement — unwilling to take a politically toxic vote on a policy doomed in the Senate.
It’s one of the first signs of a centrist wing newly emboldened to assert itself as the driver of Biden’s agenda after Tuesday night’s glaring defeat in a once-blue stronghold.
And as some Democrats argued that stalling on the party’s social spending bill had hurt their election prospects, the most powerful moderate in the building said the opposite was true and that voters are “scared to death.”

China increasing nuclear arsenal much faster than was thought, Pentagon says

The number of Chinese nuclear warheads could increase to 700 within six years, the report said, and may top 1,000 by 2030.
The report released on Wednesday did not say how many weapons China has today, but a year ago the Pentagon said the number was in the “low 200s” and was likely to double by the end of this decade.
The report does not suggest open conflict with China but it fits an emerging US narrative of a People’s Liberation Army intent on challenging the United States in all domains of warfare – air, land, sea, space and cyberspace.
Against that backdrop, US defense officials have said they are increasingly wary of China’s intentions with regard to the status of Taiwan.
The report also asserted that China had begun construction of at least three new missile fields that “cumulatively contain hundreds” of underground silos from which ICBMs could be launched.
Secretive court system poses threat to Paris climate deal, says whistleblower
New data seen by the Guardian shows a surge in cases under the energy charter treaty (ECT), an obscure international agreement that allows energy corporations to sue governments over policies that could hurt their profits.
Coal and oil investors are already suing governments for several billions in compensation for lost profits over energy policy changes.
For example, the German energy company RWE is suing the Netherlands for €1.4bn (£1.2bn) over its plans to phase out coal, while Rockhopper Exploration, based in the UK, is suing the Italian government after it banned new drilling near the coast.
NSO Group: Israeli spyware company added to US trade blacklist
NSO Group said it was “dismayed” by the decision, adding that its technology helped maintain US national security by “preventing terrorism and crime”.
It has long maintained that its software is sold only to military, law enforcement and intelligence agencies from countries with good human rights records.
However, US officials said that NSO Group and another Israeli firm, Candiru, had acted “contrary to the national security or foreign policy interests of the United States”.
On the face of it this is a surprising move by the US government.
The US and Israel are close allies, with their respective cyber-experts having co-operated, for example, to restrain Iran’s nuclear programme.
