China locks more than 30K visitors inside Disneyland, forces COVID tests on everyone

While tens of thousands of people at Shanghai Disneyland enjoyed rides, park food, fireworks, and character visits Sunday, the park’s staff “quietly sealed” the exits as hazmat-suit-wearing authorities flowed into the venue and prepared to test each and every one one of the nearly 34,000 guests for COVID before they could leave, Bloomberg reported.

Why? According to the Wall Street Journal, a woman who had attended the park a day earlier was found to be infected with COVID. And much like Australia’s “zero COVID” standard, the Chinese have decided to maintain a “zero tolerance” policy when it comes to the pandemic.

China, Bloomberg noted, is one of the last real “COVID zero” nations as even Australia has begun to loosen restrictions. Instead of moving toward reopening, the communist government is doubling down.

But efforts seem to be failing as the nation has seen multiple waves of the Delta variant, with a current resurgence under way in half of the nation’s provinces.

School changes rules to allow ‘satanic dress’

It was a fight that erupted in Mississippi when one student wore, during COVID-19, a face mask with the words “Jesus Loves Me,” that highlighted the conflict.

The third-grade was informed, by her teacher, that she would not be allowed to wear it in school. Now a lawsuit has developed.

And now, MSNBC reports, officials in Rose Tree Media School District near Philadelphia have decided to change their dress code rules to allow “satanic clothing.”

Tucker Carlson series says Jan 6 protest hijacked by leftist agitators

The January 6 MAGA riot was was instigated by left-wing ‘agents provocateurs,’ including Insurgence USA founder John Sullivan, who revved up the crowd to storm the Capitol barricades and trample over police officers, experts told Tucker Carlson.

Sullivan, who has pleaded not guilty to eight charges and is scheduled for a court hearing in January, filmed the fatal police shooting of Trump supporter Ashli Babbitt as she tried to climb through a broken door leading to the Speaker’s Lobby.

One of the experts quoted in the documentary, J. Michael Waller, says that ‘January 6 was a political warfare operation’ that was ‘egged on’ by police who needlessly fired tear gas that provoked the large crowd of largely nonviolent Trump supporters.

Waller, a national security expert at the Center for Security Policy, a Washington, DC-based think tank, said that the Capitol riot had all the hallmarks of past ‘false-flag’ missions that he was trained to carry out himself.

Tennessee Legislature passes sweeping COVID rules bill overnight

The final bill said government entities cannot force private businesses to institute a mask mandate or COVID-19 vaccination mandate, and private businesses cannot take action against an employee for not receiving the vaccine and cannot compel an employee or visitor to show proof of vaccination.

The bill prevents government entities from requiring masks.Schools would need to go through an intricate process to require masks and only on a school-by-school basis, not district-wide.

The bill also allows those who leave a job because of a COVID-19 vaccination mandate to be eligible for unemployment benefits.

Glenn Youngkin pulls ahead of Democrat Terry McAuliffe by less than 1%

A spokesperson for Democrat McAuliffe said, according to 13 News Now, that he will campaign in a different part of the state in a bizarre move on the eve of the race seen as the first indicator of the administration’s performance ahead of the 2022 midterms.

McAuliffe, during a campaign in Manassas, Virginia on Sunday called for the Old Dominion State to ‘diversify’ its teacher base as the race comes down to some niche issues – including education and critical race theory.

The Democratic candidate promised to create a program to attract more minority teachers while lamenting that Virginia has too many white teachers.

‘We got to work hard to diversify our teacher base,’ McAuliffe said at the event.

UK carrier strike group intercepted 30+ armed Russian warplanes in 2 weeks

In an interview with British Forces Broadcasting Service (BFBS), Commodore Steve Moorhouse, the HMS Queen Elizabeth’s commanding officer, said while the aircraft carrier began launching its first F-35 sorties from the Mediterranean into the Black Sea and over Iraq and Syria, its forces encountered dozens of armed Russian fighters jets.

“Throughout, we were maintaining an on-deck ready alert capability to respond to Russian air incursions and overflies,” Moorhouse said.

“Was this all needed? Was it necessary? Yes it was,” Moorhouse added. “There were over 30 live intercepts of armed Russian fighter and bomber aircraft conducted in just over two weeks.”

Belarusian Journalist, Husband Jailed For Spreading ‘Extremist’ Content On Facebook

Iryna Slavnikova, a representative of Belsat TV, along with husband Alyaksandr Loiko, were sentenced by a Minsk court on November 1, the Vyasna human rights center reported.

Slavnikova, who is also the deputy chairman of the Belarusian Association of Journalists, and her husband were detained late on October 29 as they were returning from Egypt.

Dozens of news websites have been blocked in Belarus and independent media shuttered as part of a sweeping crackdown on information in the wake of unprecedented protests triggered by the election the opposition and West say was rigged.

According to the Belarusian Association of Journalists, 28 journalists are currently behind bars, including two female journalists from Belsat, Katsyaryna Andreyeva, and Darya Chultsova, who were sentenced to two years in prison in February for their reporting of protests.

COP26 will be a ‘grotesque spectacle’ of ‘decadence and hypocrisy’

Spiked Online Chief Political Writer Brendan O’Neill says he believes the COP26 climate change conference in Glasgow will be a “grotesque spectacle” of “decadence and hypocrisy”.

“What we have here are the rich and powerful flying in, many of them on private jets, many of them driving around in big gas guzzling cars, lecturing the rest of us about the need to rein in our material aspirations,” he told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.

“Learn to live with less – that’s what the green ideology is all about. Drive less, fly less, eat less meat, be less greedy. “We’re going to hear those kinds of messages from the kind of people who fly around in jets that it costs 10,000 pounds an hour to hire out.”
