EXCLUSIVE: Striking video shows pulsating orb drop down from the sky and cruise alongside two FedEx pilots flying over Mexico that experts believe is a UFO with a plasma forcefield to deflect radar

‘The incident began when the First Officer, looking across to the left side of the cockpit, saw a yellowish white light descend into view from above,’ the report said.
‘He first believed that it was a meteor and began to say so when it suddenly stopped near the same altitude as their aircraft. The UAP [unidentified aerial phenomenon]/Light then projected an illuminating beam of bright, white, light on their aircraft, and appeared to take a collision heading.
‘At this moment the Captain also saw the beam of light projected onto their aircraft from the UAP/Light. Both crewmen, in the belief that an aircraft with its landing lights on had turned onto a collision heading with their aircraft, took a defensive attitude and prepared for evasive control inputs.’
Kyle Rittenhouse case: Prosecutors can’t call wounded men ‘victims’ during upcoming trial, judge rules

Rittenhouse, 18, of Antioch, Illinois, was among a number of people who traveled to the Wisconsin city that night, with the teen telling reporters on the ground there that he was in Kenosha to guard a business and to help if people got hurt.
On Monday, Judge Bruce Schroeder ruled that Rittenhouse’s defense team is permitted to describe the three wounded men as “rioters,” “looters” or arsonists, The Associated Press reported. In doing so, he was denying a request from Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger, and said those terms would be allowed if the defense can produce evidence showing that’s what they were.
Also in question was whether the defense team would be permitted to call a use-of-force expert, John Black, to testify that Rittenhouse acted in self-defense. Prosecutors had asked Schroeder to block Black’s testimony, arguing that jurors don’t need an expert to understand what happened that night.
Houston man accused of using stolen IDs to bail cellmate lover out of jail, prosecutors say

A new warrant has been issued for the arrest of 22-year Davion Sandifer, who’s accused of another multi-thousand dollar scam.
“He’s just willing to do anything he can for his own objectives,” said Assistant District Attorney Keith Houston.
According to court documents, Sandifer committed fraud to get a convicted felon, who he met while behind bars, out of jail.
In a case from earlier this year, Sandifer is accused of hacking a woman’s social media accounts and asking her friends for money while posing as her. He also reportedly created an online dating profile using the woman’s name and photos.
Court documents said Sandifer used the woman’s social media accounts and was able to get men to send explicit photos.

The BackStoppers said it will step in to assist Officer Timmins’ family. He left behind a wife, family friends and coworkers, the organization said.
Georgia off-duty cop shot in neck after parking dispute returned fire, killing alleged assailant

“The officer was sitting in his patrol vehicle when he was approached by a man who shot a firearm at the officer, hitting the officer in the neck,” GBI spokesperson Nelly Miles said in a release Tuesday.
“During the incident, the officer shot his firearm, hitting the man. The man died at the scene.”
Sources told WSB-TV the officer and the man killed had gotten into a confrontation over a parking ticket.
“The preliminary investigation indicates there may have been some type of altercation between the two males that escalated to gunfire,” an Atlanta police spokesperson told the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
A third gunshot victim, a woman who appeared to suffer a graze wound, was also found at the scene and was taken to an area hospital, Atlanta police said.

3 Florida teens planned brutal murder of high school senior killed with knife and sword, police say

Miramar police said the suspects, two girls ages 17 and 16 and a 17-year-old boy, had been arrested for the killing of 18-year-old Dwight Grant. Grant, a senior at Miramar High School, was found dead last week at the apartment complex where he lived.
He was badly beaten and had multiple stab wounds, according to an arrest affidavit released Monday. Authorities said Grant was lured by the male teen’s current girlfriend, the 17-year-old girl, who he had arranged to meet to have sex.
The arrest affidavit said the boy was angry that Grant had sex with an ex-girlfriend. He later texted another suspect saying: “murder will definitely happen soon,” the affidavit states.
He told her that he was upset because he had an “emotional connection” to the girl. Authorities said Grant was lured by the jealous teen’s current girlfriend, who he had arranged to meet to have sex.
Pentagon confirms nearly 450 Americans trapped in Afghanistan

The Pentagon stated Tuesday that nearly 450 American citizens are still in Afghanistan following August’s U.S. military withdrawal, more than the Biden administration has previously claimed.
The latest tally came from Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Colin Kahl, after Sen. Jim Inhofe, R-Okla., pointed to what he believed were contradictory or at least “confusing” numbers that the administration has presented since the August 31 withdrawal.
“One of the many confusing things about this whole thing is that we really don’t know how many Americans are left in Afghanistan,” Inhofe said.
“The administration’s number of U.S. citizens left in Afghanistan keeps changing. We all understand that. It’s very confusing.”
CDC hiding the number of naturally-immune to Covid-19

As more Americans receive protection from natural immunity after Covid-19 infection, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has withheld the total number of infections from the public, even though it is undeniably information that belongs to the public.
For months, the CDC updated its website with information including estimates of Covid-19 infected people in the U.S.
However, prior to the Delta variant of Covid-19 spreading widely, the CDC abruptly stopped updating that information.
The last published update as of the time of this publication was May 29, almost five months ago.

Bombshell: Judge Makes Swift Ruling in Controversial Loudoun County School Bathroom Sexual Assault Case

“I found the facts sufficient to support the charges,” ruled Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court Chief Judge Pamela Brooks after a two-hour hearing, according to WTOP-TV. The teen had been charged with one felony count of forcible sodomy and one felony count of forcible fellatio.
On May 28, the boy — then 14 — texted the victim, asking her to meet him in the girls’ bathroom. The Washington Post reported she told the court that when she got there, he threw her to the floor and forced himself upon her.
“He flipped me over,” the victim told the court, according to the Post. “I was on the ground and couldn’t move and he sexually assaulted me.”

Immigration arrests fell to lowest level in more than a decade during fiscal 2021, ICE data shows

ICE arrests in the interior plunged after President Biden took office and set new limits on immigration enforcement, including a 100-day “pause” on most deportations.
A federal judge quickly blocked that order. But while ICE’s arrests have increased in recent months, enforcement levels under Biden’s new priority system remain lower than in previous years.
Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas issued broad new directives to ICE in late September, telling officers the fact that someone is present in the United States illegally “should not alone be the basis” of a decision to detain and deport them.
Illegal Alien Charged with Killing 5-Year-Old Girl in Drunk Driving Crash

Ernesto Lopez Morales, a 32-year-old illegal alien from Guatemala, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving death and drunk driving manslaughter, among other charges, after the Polk County Sheriff’s Office said he hit and killed a 5-year-old girl in a crash.
According to police, Morales was speeding with no headlights on in his 2005 black Chevrolet Suburban on October 23 when he drove into the back of a 2016 grey Hyundai Elantra. A woman and her 5-year-old daughter were in the vehicle.
When police located Morales, he said he had been drinking six 32-ounce beers before getting in his car to go get more beer. Morales, police said, also admitted to failing to turn his headlights on and fleeing the crash because he does not have a driver’s license.
Illegal Aliens Remain Exempt from Biden’s Vaccine Mandate as Americans Face New Restrictions

At the same time, border crossers and illegal aliens arriving at the U.S.-Mexico border remain exempt from vaccine mandates and testing requirements. In thousands of cases, not only are illegal aliens exempt but they are released into the U.S. interior while carrying coronavirus.
Former Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Commissioner Mark Morgan has said that “few to none” of the border crossers and illegal aliens apprehended at the southern border are vaccinated against the coronavirus.
Democrats in Washington, D.C. have likewise opposed any such vaccine mandates for legal immigrants to the U.S. while supporting restrictions on American citizens.
In September, every Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee blocked an amendment to a spending package that would have required the vaccine for foreign nationals in the U.S. who are seeking to adjust their immigration status to remain in the U.S.

Durham to call former FBI general counsel James Baker to testify in case of former Clinton campaign attorney

During a virtual status hearing Tuesday, government prosecutors on Durham’s team signaled their intention to call Baker to testify as part of the Sussmann case. Sussmann has pleaded not guilty to one count of making a false statement to a federal agent.
Durham’s indictment alleges that Sussmann told then-FBI General Counsel James Baker in September 2016 that he was not doing work “for any client” when he requested and held a meeting in which he presented data and evidence of a purported secret communications channel between then-candidate Donald Trump and Alfa Bank, which has ties to the Kremlin.
The indictment against Sussmann says he lied to Baker when he presented data linking the Trump Organization to a secret server that communicated with Alfa Bank.
The indictment indicates Durham may be expanding his investigation to bring separate charges again Sussmann or additional defendants.
Fulton County: Massive Last-Minute Order of over 1M Ballots Discovered

The third strike for Sterling is that no other Georgia Counties ordered significant numbers of extra ballots.
In fact, Cobb County and Gwinnett County both confirmed that they only ordered the legally required number of “Emergency Ballots” (10% of active, registered voters in their county) to have on-hand for election day.
This is relevant because the legal/court issue Sterling presents as the reason for the Fulton County ballot order would not have just affected Fulton County but the entire state of Georgia.
The three reasons presented above remove any logic and all credibility from Gabriel Sterling’s assertions regarding the last-minute ballot order.

A Warning From Venezuela
American activists demand new “fair” policies, like banning “hate speech,” “reasonable gun rules,” and “adding balance to the Supreme Court.”
Those ideas sound nice, but those very things have already been tried in Venezuela. They failed.
Andrés Guilarte fled Venezuela, and now warns Americans: don’t do what we did.
For example, Venezuela passed a hate speech law to deal with “fascism” and “hate.”
In reality, a Reuters investigation found that the law has been used to jail critics of the government.

Monday, FNC host Tucker Carlson opened his program questioning the Biden administration’s willingness to ignore federal immigration law, as it seemingly turns a blind eye to illegal immigrants streaming across the U.S.-Mexico border.
Carlson accused President Joe Biden of breaking federal law, which under previous circumstances would have been an impeachable offense.

PHOTOS: Archaeologists uncover more from site of Church of the Apostles

Known as the Church of the Apostles, the basilica was noted by a Bavarian bishop who, in 724 A.D., placed it in the biblical city of Bethsaida.
In the New Testament, Bethsaida is where Jesus performed miracles and the birthplace for several apostles. Apostles Peter and Andrew, according to Bishop Willibald’s account, lived in a residence on top of which the church was built.
Last week, a team of Israeli and American archaeologists revealed additional pieces of the church’s mosaics – purportedly uncovered for the first time in 1,500 years.
“We identified a large apse in the east and uncovered two inscriptions,” said Prof. Mordechai Aviam of Kinneret College. “Only a small section of the first one survived, which mentions a deacon and a building project. The larger second one is a half medallion which mentions the bishop and the reconstruction of the building.”

Daniel Andrews ‘not just drunk on power’ but ‘abusing it’
Victorian Opposition Leader Matthew Guy says Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews is “not just drunk on power” – he is “abusing it”.
Mr Guy discussed proposed laws which could strip the Victorian chief health officer of power in a pandemic and allow the Premier to have accountability for public health decisions.
The opposition leader said this would be giving “the most power-hungry politician in Australia licence to declare a pandemic” and ultimately giving him “the power to determine what he wants to do for an indefinite period of time”.
Accountability would rest not with “the cabinet, not his party room or caucus, not the Parliament but him,” Mr Guy said.
“Giving one person that amount of power doesn’t appear to be … anything that I can imagine to be democratic about it.”

UN: Iran Executes People at `Alarming Rate’ — 250 in 2020

According to Amnesty International, Iran was the top executioner in the Middle East last year, accounting for more than half the region’s 493 executions, followed by Egypt, Iraq and Saudi Arabia. Amnesty’s annual figures exclude China, where executions believed to number in the thousands are classified as a state secret, and omit executions from some countries marred by conflict like Syria.
Rehman said his latest report highlights serious concerns over the grounds Iran uses for imposing the death penalty, such as “vague national security charges.” Iran also has “deeply flawed judicial processes, where even the most basic safeguards are absent,” he said.
“These elements, and the heavy reliance by courts on forced confessions extracted under torture and other fair trial violations lead me to conclude that the imposition of the death penalty in the Islamic Republic of Iran constitutes arbitrary deprivation of life,” Rehman said.
