In The News:
Mayor sparks outrage after hiring sex offender as code enforcer

The new mayor of a village in a Chicago suburb unleashed a firestorm after it has emerged that she hired a registered child sex offender who worked on her campaign to be the town’s code enforcement officer – a job that requires him to inspect inside homes and businesses.
Trustees in the Village of Dolton – a community of 23,000 located just south of Chicago – say they are appalled that Mayor Tiffany Henyard offered Lavelle Redmond a municipal job without consulting them.
Despite facing backlash from village leaders and residents, Heynard has defended her hiring decision, saying she believes in ‘second chances’ for ex-convicts who had repaid their debts to society.
Abandoned Houston children found living with skeletal remains of 9-year-old brother: Police

“I have been in this business a long time, and never saw anything like this,” Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said during a press conference Sunday, describing the scene as “horrific” and “tragic.”
Harris County authorities responded to a call on Sunday after a 15-year-old boy who also lives in the apartment told officials that his 9-year-old brother had been dead for a year.
The teenager told the sheriff’s office that the body was in the apartment he shared with two other younger brothers, ABC 13 reported.
Police found the three brothers in the apartment, as well as the skeletal remains that are suspected to belong to the 9-year-old. The boys appeared to have been abandoned and malnourished, according to authorities.
Chicago shootings: Dozens wounded, including 3 fatally, in weekend violence

There were 22 shootings reported over the weekend in Chicago, which left over two dozen people injured, including three dead, police said Monday. 28
28 people were wounded in shootings across the Windy City from 6 p.m. Friday to 11:59 p.m. Sunday. The three slain victims – who all died in separate incidents – included two men, ages 29 and 39, and a 25-year-old woman, according to information released by the Chicago Police Department (CPD).
All three murders were reported on Saturday.
SHOCKING VIDEO: Man shot while getting haircut in the Bronx

The incident happened Friday night in the city’s Bronx borough – and as of Monday, the suspects have not been caught.
In a statement, the NYPD told Fox News that the “22-year-old male victim was sitting in a barber chair when two unknown individuals entered the establishment.”
“Once inside, one individual fired at the victim striking him in [the] stomach, at which time he passed the firearm to the other individual who proceeded to shoot the victim in the leg.”
Surveillance video shows the victim – who is wearing a haircut apron – fall to the ground after being struck. He is now said to be in stable condition. Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). Police say all calls are strictly confidential.
San Francisco families no longer ‘feel safe,’ hire private security amid crime spree

“We don’t feel safe in our neighborhood,” resident Katie Lyons, told CBS SF. “And we have an alarm, we have cameras on our property, but we want the extra security of having someone have eyes on our place.”
Lyons and other families hired patrol special officer Alan Byard to help patrol the streets of the city’s Marina District following repeated instances of car break-ins and home burglaries.
“It’s a nice area down here, people are afraid of what’s been going on,” said Byard. “They want a safe place to raise their kids. In the last year, I’ve had 10 of my clients move out of the city.”
NYC workers pummel brazen attempted robbery suspect until he flees

A recent attempted robbery in New York City was thwarted by vigilante justice, as convenience store clerks banded together to beat a suspect in a shocking new video before the man fled empty handed.
Surveillance footage released by NYPD Crime Stoppers shows the unknown attempted robbery suspect, wearing a gray hooded jacket, entering Convenience Smoke Shop on Webster Ave. in the Kingsbridge Heights area of the Bronx around 11:20 p.m. Saturday.
Police said he demanded money, and video shows the suspect first reaching across the counter and attempting to grab a clerk. The clerk swats him off at first until the suspect then climbs on top of the counter and jumps to the other side.
Wisconsin teacher who secretly videotaped undressed students gets 12 years in jail

MADISON, Wis. (AP) – A former Wisconsin high school teacher accused of secretly videotaping undressed students during field trips was sentenced Friday to 12 years in prison after reaching a plea deal with federal prosecutors.
David Kruchten, 39, of Cottage Grove, Wisconsin, earlier pleaded guilty to one count of attempting to produce child pornography.
Prosecutors alleged Kruchten used his position as a business teacher at Madison East High School to secretly videotape students during field trips in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
Kruchten was charged last year with multiple counts of attempting to produce child pornography and resigned from his teaching job.
Former MSNBC host calls Condoleezza Rice ‘soldier for white supremacy’ after she ripped critical race theory

“Condoleezza Rice’s recent appearance on The View was offensive and disgusting for many reasons but she was who we thought she was: a soldier for white supremacy. Her thoughts on Critical Race Theory are completely white centric, as in, they revolve around the thoughts and needs of white people,” Neblett, who goes by his first name, wrote for The Grio.
In an appearance on “The View,” Rice decried the teaching of critical race theory, which in a broad definition examines how institutions and power structures affect racial minorities, as needlessly divisive.
“One of the worries that I have about the way that we’re talking about race is that it either seems so big that somehow White people now have to feel guilty for everything that happened in the past – I don’t think that’s very productive – or Black people have to feel disempowered by race,” Rice said.
Fauci funded researchers to infect, tie down beagles to be eaten alive by sandflies

The White Coat Waste Project, a non-profit government watchdog that documents and exposes wasteful government spending on frivolous scientific research detailed how U.S. taxpayers were paying to fund experiments on beagles with flesh-eating flies.
In the experiments, which were performed at a North African laboratory, hungry sandflies feasted on still-living dogs whose heads were locked in mesh cages. The dogs reportedly had their vocal cords severed to prevent them from annoying “researchers.”
The dogs were infected with disease-causing parasites, ostensibly, to test an experimental drug.
The White Coat Waste Project points out that the Food and Drug Administration does not require such drugs to be tested on dogs, and raises questions as to why such research was even needed in the first place.
Members of the House of Representatives, including both Republicans and Democrats, are questioning Fauci over the allegations brought on by the non-profit.

Meet Ray Epps: The Fed-Protected Provocateur Who Appears To Have Led The Very First 1/6 Attack On The U.S. Capitol

Then, for nearly six months, amidst the biggest manhunt in American history, the FBI did nothing with this information. As the FBI did nothing on Epps, it was simultaneously investigating, arresting, raiding and imprisoning hundreds of completely benign MAGA moms and social media trolls — mostly for minor misdemeanor trespassing charges.
Then, on July 1, between the hours of 3:37 a.m. and 5:55 p.m., the FBI finally took action on Ray Epps. But not to prosecute him, or to announce a sweeping investigation or FBI SWAT raid on Epps’s house for all of his phones and electronics. Instead, someone at the FBI quietly and stealthily purged every trace of Ray Epps from the Capitol Riots Most Wanted database.
The question then arises: what prompted the FBI’s six-month slumber on Epps, and then their sudden purger on July 1?
Taking a closer look at the above clip, some careful readers might note that the man standing next to Ray Epps, who appears to say Epps sounded like “some Undercover Agent type shit,” is a man named John Sullivan.
Sullivan is an interesting character in his own right and germane to the story at large.
Migrant Apprehensions at Texas-Based Border Sectors in 2021 Nearly Matches Dallas Population

Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley, Laredo, Del Rio, Big Bend, and El Paso Sectors apprehended 1,151,796 migrants, according to the September Southwest Border Land Encounters Report released last Friday by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials.
The 1.2 million migrants apprehended in the Texas-based sectors include 354,941 family units — an increase of more than 1,000 percent over Fiscal Year 2020. It also includes 683,139 single adults (a 255 percent increase) and 113,716 unaccompanied alien children (a 456 percent increase).
In response to the worsening crisis along the Texas border, Governor Greg Abbott launched Operation Lone Star to assist the federal government in its responsibility to secure the border with Mexico. In June, Governor Abbott told Breitbart Texas, in an exclusive interview, the State of Texas would begin building its own border barrier system.
Migrant caravan pushes through Mexican forces to get to US border
Thomas Feeley, former director of NY ICE removals, warns the caravan of migrants is already demonstrating that they won’t follow laws and says the ongoing crisis is what the Biden administration wants.
Illegal Alien Pleads Guilty, Gets Life in Prison for Murdering Four Americans

Wilbur Ernesto Martinez-Guzman, a 20-year-old illegal alien from El Salvador, was charged with murdering 56-year-old Connie Koontz, 74-year-old Sophia Renken, 81-year-old Gerald David, and his 80-year-old wife, Sharon David, between January 10 and 15 after prosecutors said he was looking to steal money from his victims to buy more meth.
The state of Nevada had sought the death penalty against Martinez-Guzman but his defense argued that he was “mentally disabled” and thus ineligible for the death penalty.
Last week, Washoe County District Attorney Chris Hicks and Douglas County District Attorney Mark Jackson announced that Martinez-Guzman would be pleading guilty to all four murders, as well as pleading guilty to related burglary and firearm charges.
As a result, Martinez-Guzman has agreed to accept four consecutive life in prison sentences without parole and an additional 214 years in prison for the related crimes, according to Hicks and Jackson.
Large Group of Mostly Unaccompanied Migrant Children Apprehended near Border in Arizona

Agents from the Three Points Station encountered the group of 128 migrants near San Miguel, Arizona, Dikman tweeted. He reported the agents identified 81 of the mostly Central American migrants as being unaccompanied minors.
Agents transported the migrants to a central station for processing.
Dikman also tweeted a report that Ajo Station agents apprehended a previously deported sex offender. Agents arrested Jose Monzon, a Guatemalan national, after he illegally crossed the border from Mexico.
A court in Miami, Dade County, Florida, convicted Monzon for sexual battery and lewd or lascivious behavior.
Elsewhere in the sector, Tucson Station agents observed a suspicious vehicle near Sasabe, Arizona. The agents conducted a traffic stop and found seven migrants concealed in the rear seats of the Ford Expedition.
Watch: Migrant Caravan Breaks Through Mexican Police Lines

Mexico has leverage in those negotiations, in part, because President Joe Biden’s border officials at the Department of Homeland Security favor migration and are deeply reluctant to physically stop migrants.
This official reluctance to defend Americans’ border and national labor market ensures that the Mexican government can pressure the U.S. government by allowing migrants to hit the U.S. border. This threat can help Mexico’s government extract promises from Biden to provide direct or indirect benefits to Mexico.
One of the claimed leaders of the group told a reporter that many of the migrants would stay to work in Mexico if they got Mexican work permits:
Massive Migrant Caravan Marching Through Mexico: ‘Tell Biden We’re Coming’

A large caravan of more than 2,000 migrants is traveling north through Mexico toward the southern border of the U.S., with one migrant warning, “Tell Biden we are coming.”
Fox News correspondent Griff Jenkins posted a video to Twitter on Monday morning of the large group of migrants walking along a Mexican highway.
“The Migrant Caravan has left Huehuetán heading North w one migrant named William from El Salvador saying ‘Tell Biden we are coming…’” Jenkins tweeted.

Man Rams Car into Crowd Protesting Coronavirus Vaccine Mandates

“A witness stated a man disagreed with the protest, entered his vehicle and intentionally drove toward the protesters,” Deputy Trina Schrader said in a statement. “The suspect then drove away westbound and out of view.”
The Los Angeles Times reported:
William Aslaksen was arrested about 90 minutes after the incident, which occurred about 3:25 p.m. at the intersection of 10th Street West and Rancho Vista Boulevard, officials said.
He was booked into the Sheriff’s Department’s Palmdale station on suspicion of felony assault and was being held there Sunday in lieu of $50,000 bail, inmate records show. He is scheduled to appear Tuesday in Antelope Valley Municipal Court in Lancaster.
The injured woman, who is in her 40s, was taken to a hospital because of injuries that were not life-threatening, Schrader said. Her name was not released.
WATCH: Alleged Thieves Swipe Expensive Purses from Chicago Boutique

“The footage shows two men stealing purses worth tens of thousands of dollars from Bottega Veneta, 800 North Michigan, around 2:54 p.m. on October 11, according to a source and CPD’s media statement,” CWB Chicago reported Sunday.
Surveillance video appeared to show a suspect wearing a red hoodie being allowed into the store where the person walked past a woman in a black shirt, then pushed her out of the way and grabbed two bags from a shelf.
Moments later, a suspect in a black hoodie appeared to grab bags off the shelves as the woman watched:
“If you recognize these individuals, or have any information, please contact Detective DiVito #20645 at (312)744-8263. You can also submit an anonymous tip at http://www.CPDTIP.com,” the Chicago Police Department video’s text read.
Report: Facebook Suppressed Breitbart News Traffic by Twenty Percent

According to the Wall Street Journal, one of Facebook’s researchers feared, “We could face significant backlash for having ‘experimented’ with distribution at the expense of conservative publishers.”
The story also revealed that Breitbart News is relegated to a “second tier” of the platform’s News Tab, where it gets less exposure than its corporate establishment competitors.
On top of this, Facebook is directly paying Breitbart News’s competitors, establishment media conglomerates including the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times — while offering no such compensation to Breitbart News.
The concerns have little to do with the accuracy of Breitbart News stories and much to do with their political perspective. The first three Breitbart articles mentioned by the Wall Street Journal as concerning to Facebook employees were factually accurate headlines about violent protests in the summer:
How does Google track me even when I’m not using it?

Most people want to avoid those creepy Google ads that follow you around everywhere online. Google lets advertisers target people based on their Google search history, browsing history, location history, and other personal information collected through Google’s many trackers.
In addition, all of this data also enables industries like airlines to charge users different prices based upon their personal information (through yet another Google product). Yes, you could be charged more for your next vacation as a result of the data collected about you!
This data also can be used beyond just ads. It has led to innocent bystanders being suspected of crimes they didn’t commit and can even influence your ability to apply for jobs, get a loan, or rent a home.
Politics:
Virginia parents slam Obama’s ‘tone-deaf’ dismissal of education issues amid alleged sexual assault

“Any parent, regardless of our political views – Republican, Democrat, Independent – wants our kids to go to school and be safe,” Michon told Fox News. “People are upset because Loudoun County covered up that they knew about sexual assaults and the question is, what else do we not know about?”
“It doesn’t feel like it’s culture war or fake outrage,” he added.
“Obama is clearly clueless or intentionally misleading the crowd,” Laura Zorc, director of education reform at Building Education for Students Together (BEST), told Fox News in an interview on Sunday.
“Parents are fed up with politics being forced down the throats of our kids,” Zorc added. “Parental rights is on the ballot in Virginia. This is not a Republican or a Democrat issue – it’s a parents issue.”
How ‘Zuckbucks’ Gave Pennsylvania Democrats Special Advantages In The 2020 Election

Emails also show former Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar and a deputy in Gov. Tom Wolf’s office, Jessica Walls-Lavelle, inviting Democrat-voting counties to apply. On August 15, 2020, Boockvar emailed Bucks County Commissioner Diane Marseglia, “Commissioner Marseglia, by this email I am connecting you with Jessica Walls-Lavelle. Jessica, I told Commissioner Marseglia that there may be some Election administration nonprofit grant funds available, and Bucks county is interested.”
Tellingly, no emails received via the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law requests to the Office of the Pennsylvania Governor, the Pennsylvania Department of State, and several counties showed Republican counties receiving similar invitations or assistance from anyone in the state’s administration or working on CTCL’s behalf.
Moreover, reports from Broad + Liberty and the Foundation for Government Accountability, a right-leaning nonprofit policy organization, show the final private funding totals were heavily skewed in favor of “blue” counties. Rural, Republican-tilting counties like Mercer and Luzerne received grants equaling $0.75 cents per registered voter.
In contrast, Delaware County and Chester Counties, both with Democratic majorities, received $5.17 and $6.73 per registered voter, respectively.

THIS is the far left’s plan to CONTROL your money & budget
The far-left now wants the IRS to monitor bank accounts with yearly transactions greater than 10,000 dollars, rather than monthly ones of $600.
But the numerical value behind this Biden policy proposal does NOT matter, Glenn says.
This is an issue of privacy, a matter of protecting our Fourth Amendment rights, and an effort to control your wealth, money, and budget. If this passes, Glenn says, the government will never stop…not until you own NOTHING.

The pandemic has thrown a blanket over Islamist extremism

All Muslims are not Islamists but all Islamists are hardly Muslim, and use Islam to create havoc and evil. The pandemic has thrown a blanket over the heinous acts of these “evil doers.”
There’s a huge elephant in the rooms of Western democracies, and very few in the Western world want to know about the problem, let alone deal with it.
Let me recap: From 2009 to 2016 there were 133 terror attacks on the West; from 2017 to 2020 there were 105 terror attacks and in 2021 there have been 12 terror attacks in the Western world.
Too many for comfort, but not enough to wake up our leaders?

New Zealand Prime Minister Admits She Wants to Create Two Classes of Citizens Based on Vaccination Status

During an interview with the NZ Herald on Friday, a reporter asked Ardern if her goal is to create two classes of citizens with New Zealand’s “traffic light” system, which Ardern unveiled Friday morning.
“So you’ve basically said, you probably don’t see it like this, but two different classes of people — if you’re vaccinated or unvaccinated. You have all these rights if you are vaccinated —” NZ Herald‘s deputy political editor Derek Cheng asked Ardern.
“That is what it is, yep,” Ardern replied.
Under New Zealand’s new “traffic light” system, the government said it will end lockdowns when 90 percent of the eligible population is vaccinated against the Chinese coronavirus.
Vaccine certificates are expected to be widely used under the new system as well.
Whistleblower Haugen says Facebook making online hate worse

LONDON (AP) — Facebook whistleblower Frances Haugen told British lawmakers Monday that the social media giant stokes online hate and extremism, fails to protect children from harmful content and lacks any incentive to fix the problems, providing strong momentum for efforts by European governments working on stricter regulation of tech giants.
While her testimony echoed much of what she told the U.S. Senate earlier this month, her appearance drew intense interest from a British parliamentary committee that is much further along in drawing up legislation to crack down on social platforms.
It comes the same day that Facebook is set to release its latest earnings and that The Associated Press and other news organizations started publishing stories based on thousands of pages of internal company documents she obtained.
‘It’s a Nightmare’: Climate Extremists Glue Themselves to Roads, Shut Down Central London

Members of Insulate Britain, an Extinction Rebellion splinter group, have once again enraged the public, shutting down traffic in a busy area of the British capital.
At around 8 a.m. during Monday morning rush hour the far-left radicals began blockading roads from Upper Thames Street to Bishopsgate in the Liverpool Street area of London, resulting in at least 51 arrests, the Daily Mail reported.
Footage shared on social media showed police officers trying to remove them from the scene, however many had glued parts of their bodies to the road in order to prevent swift action from being taken.
