A suspect was arrested Thursday in connection with the abduction and rape of a 9-year-old girl who was kidnapped from outside her home in Detriot’s suburbs last weekend.

The unnamed victim went missing on Sunday afternoon.

Authorities launched a search after surveillance footage revealed the young child was abducted by a man in a vehicle.

On Thursday, FBI agents raided a house and arrested the resident after the missing child was spotted outside the property by a neighbor when the kidnapper fell asleep.

Tyler Isaacs, 30, was charged with first-degree rape this week for the alleged attack in July at Rest Assured Massage and Spa in Lexington, the Richmond Register reported, citing an arrest warrant.

The mom-to-be — who was not identified — told officers that when she arrived for her first appointment at the spa, there was no one else there other than Isaacs, the warrant said.

Once the regular massage ended, Isaacs told the woman to stand and place her stomach on the table so he could work on her back.He then grabbed her wrists from behind and raped her, according to the warrant.

Walmart’s Critical Race Theory Training Program | City Journal

Walmart Inc. has launched a critical race theory training program that denounces the United States as a “white supremacy system” and teaches white, hourly wage employees that they are guilty of “white supremacy thinking” and “internalized racial superiority.”

Walmart launched the program in 2018 in partnership with the Racial Equity Institute, a Greensboro, North Carolina, consulting firm that has worked extensively with universities, government agencies, and private corporations.

The program is based on the core principles of critical race theory, including “intersectionality,” “internalized racial oppression,” “internalized racial inferiority,” and “white anti-racist development.”

Since the program’s launch, Walmart has trained more than 1,000 employees and made the program mandatory for executives and recommended for hourly wage workers in Walmart stores.

Bill de Blasio’s NYC Fines More than a Dozen Businesses $1,000 for Violating Vaccine Passport Requirement

Boasting mass compliance during a press conference this week, the Democrat mayor said the city has fined 15 businesses for failing to enforce the policy, which requires certain private businesses such as gyms and indoor restaurants to discriminate against the unvaccinated by denying them service.

“To begin with we’ve seen the launch of Key to NYC go very very smoothly,” de Blasio said.

According to the Democrat mayor, 31,000 inspections have occurred across the city “to make sure the Key to NYC approach was working.”

Biden’s DOJ Lets Andrew McCabe Off the Hook for Misleading Statements Under Oath

In a settlement agreement published by CNN, Attorney General Merrick Garland agreed to revise McCabe’s departmental record to reverse his firing by then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions, shortly before McCabe reached his retirement date.

The Department of Justice also agreed to pay McCabe for missed pension payouts dating to 2018 — roughly $200,000, according to Byron York of the Washington Examiner — and agreed to pay over $500,000 in legal costs for McCabe.

As York noted, the Department of Justice Inspector General — an appointee of President Barack Obama — found in 2018 that McCabe had misled an investigation about unauthorized leaks to the media about the probe of Hillary Clinton’s emails.

Outspoken US Marine’s defense team says guilty plea shows Pentagon what accountability looks like

The court accepted Scheller’s guilty plea to all five misdemeanor-level charges he faced.

The defense team also emphasized the importance of understanding the emotional context behind the videos.

Parlatore told Fox News that Scheller had experienced “emotional anguish” watching the Taliban takeover Kabul, describing it as an “incredibly painful experience for Stu” and other veterans.

“He demonstrated to the world what is happening behind closed doors in countless veterans’ homes across this country,” Parlatore said.

Scheller, Marine who criticized Afghanistan withdrawal, sentenced to reprimand, forfeiture of $5K in pay

Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller Jr.
Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller Jr.

The judge, on Friday, said he would have given a two-month forfeiture of pay, had it not been for the nine days Scheller spent in pre-trial confinement. Scheller was freed from the brig last week where he was being held for violating an agreement to stop posting criticism on social media.

The judge said he does not condone Scheller’s offenses, but noted his 17 year USMC career, saying that prior to his social media incident, he was an officer with an outstanding record – a record, he said, he weighed heavily.

His other charges include contempt toward officers, disrespect toward superior commissioned officers and failure to obey order or regulation.

MTG TORCHES NBA As Fascist, Makes STUNNING Comparison To Magic Johnson

The NBA star Kyrie Irving was benched by the Brooklyn Nets this week for refusing to get vaccinated against COVID-19. Now, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) is rushing to Irving’s defense and calling out the NBA on their hypocrisy.

“The fascist NBA won’t let Kyrie Irving play for refusing a vaccine. But yet they still let Magic Johnson play with HIV,” Greene tweeted.

Yahoo News reported that Greene was referring to the fact that the NBA never took issue with Johnson playing after he announced that he had been diagnosed with HIV back in 1991. While Johnson retired that year, he would have been allowed to continue playing had he chosen to do so.

This came after the Nets announced that Irving would not participate in any team activities until he gets vaccinated.

Sharri Markson: Dr. Anthony Fauci was a Major Proponent of Gain of Function Research | CLIP

Award-winning journalist Sharri Markson, who investigated the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic, describes a paper written by Dr. Anthony Fauci in 2012 where he argued in favor of gain of function research, even while admitting that this type of research could cause a global pandemic.

She also describes how the NIH, led by Dr. Fauci, in 2017 quietly changed the designation for gain of function research in order to keep funding it after it was banned during the Obama administration.

COVID Vaccine Mandates Are Killing Aviation, Healthcare, Other Critical Services. Is It Intentional?

Even though these departures are “drastically overwhelming employers’ ability to replace them,” many of the politicians and corporate executives pushing the mandates seem weirdly at ease with their policy.

This complacency begs the question: Is the sabotage of air travel, high-quality healthcare, first-responder capability and other core services an intentional step designed to further weaken Americans’ resilience and expand authoritarian controls?

Commercial airline executives and pilots would be well-advised to read the affidavit submitted in late September by Lt. Col. Colonel Theresa Long, M.D., brigade surgeon for the 1st Aviation Brigade in Ft. Rucker, Alabama. Long is “responsible for certifying the health, mental and physical ability and readiness for … nearly 4,000 individuals on flight status.”

The affidavit highlights serious concerns about vaccinated pilots’ fitness for duty in light of myocarditis and other cardiac risks linked to COVID injections — problems that potentially could cause pilots to die in mid-flight.

Watch: Illegal Aliens Protest for Amnesty Outside Kamala Harris’s Home

On Thursday, the open borders lobbying group CASA staged a protest outside the vice president’s residence.

Activists said Harris must intervene and get an amnesty for millions of illegal aliens passed through the Democrats’ $3.5 trillion budget reconciliation package.

“We’re not asking Vice President Kamala Harris to do something that was never done before,” an organizer with CASA stated:

“We need her to act now, not to come up with excuses. Not to tell us it’s not the right time,” the woman said.

Study: Sanctuary Cities Do Not Boost Crime Reporting by Illegal Aliens

ICE
ICE

In April, when Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas announced a policy to shield criminal illegal aliens from arrest by ICE agents at courthouses, he justified the decision as necessary because “expansion of civil immigration arrests at courthouses … had a chilling effect on individuals’ willingness to come to court or work cooperatively with law enforcement.”

The Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) reviewed the Department of Justice’s National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS) data and found that sanctuary city policies do not boost crime reporting by illegal aliens and that no such suppression of crime reporting among illegal aliens exists in jurisdictions that cooperate with ICE agents.

CIS researchers reveal:

Specifically, the analysis found that 62 percent of all serious crimes against all immigrants, including naturalized American citizens and non-citizens, were reported to the police. Compare this to 53 percent of all serious crimes against native-born Americans being reported to the police.

End Racial Preferences at Colleges?

Asian Americans are suing Harvard for illegally discriminating against them.

The lawsuit forced Harvard to release admissions data which reveal that admitted Asian applicants score 22 points higher on the SAT than whites and 63 points higher than blacks.

Harvard admits to using race as a factor in admissions for the sake of diversity. But the school says it does so without any hard quotas or race-based points system — that they merely consider it informally. Past Supreme Courts have allowed that.

But the Asians suing Harvard argue that the university gives them artificially low personality ratings to keep their admissions rate down, describing Asian Americans as ” boring little grade grubbers.”

Powerful Democrat and ‘Great Friend’ of Obama Indicted on Corruption Charges

Ridley-Thomas indicted on charges of mail and wire fraud, conspiring with a USC dean, and taking bribes

One of California’s most powerful Democratic politicians, Los Angeles City Councilman Mark Ridley-Thomas, has been indicted on federal corruption charges of mail and wire fraud, conspiring with a USC dean, and taking bribes that benefited himself and his son, Sebastian.

The 20-count indictment alleges that Ridley-Thomas conspired with Marilyn Louise Flynn, who provided Ridley-Thomas’ relative with graduate school admission, a paid professorship, a full-tuition scholarship, and a mechanism to funnel Ridley-Thomas campaign funds via the university to a nonprofit.

“The corrupt activities alleged in the indictment were facilitated by a major university’s high-ranking administrator whose desire for funding apparently trumped notions of integrity and fair play,” said acting U.S. Attorney Tracy L. Wilkison.

Biden admits his $3.5T plan won’t pass — free community college axed

AP/Evan Vucci
AP/Evan Vucci

President Biden on Friday admitted that his $3.5 trillion social spending plan won’t pass Congress as proposed — and that free community college is one of the items that may get cut.

“To be honest with you, we’re probably not going to get $3.5 trillion this year. We’re going to get something less than that. But I’m going to negotiate, I’m going to get it done,” the president said.

Left-wing Democrats have insisted the $3.5 trillion price tag was already a compromise and they’re threatening to derail a Senate-passed $1.2 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill if too much is removed from the larger proposal.

Tucker: This is why Americans put up with woke garbage

Suddenly, for the first time in generations, Americans are having trouble buying basic necessities, the things they need. A new poll by Rasmussen found that 62% of Americans said they have shortages in stores where they live. The things they can buy are suddenly much more expensive.

There are no signs that fundamentally any of this is going to improve any time soon.

In fact, on Wednesday, the administration acknowledged that you’re heating bills are likely to jump by more than 50% this winter. Those are the kind of things that people actually notice. It hurts when you get poorer and many people are getting poorer.

33 Killed, 73 Wounded as Another Blast Hits Afghan Shiites Mosque

Information from eyewitnesses in Kandahar that was obtained by Reuters described the attackers as three suicide bombers, one of whom blew himself up at the entrance to the mosque with the two others detonating their devices inside the building.

Unlike the Oct. 8 attack, which was claimed by Islamic State in Khorasan Province, ISKP (ISIS-K), there was no immediate claim of responsibility for the Oct. 15 bomb attack.

ISIS has declared war on Afghanistan’s minority Shiites and has taken responsibility for some of the worst attacks targeting the community, including attacks on their mosques in Kabul and the western province of Herat.

Russia and China Hold Joint Naval Drills in Sea of Japan

Russia and China held joint naval drills in the Sea of Japan on Friday and practiced how to operate together and destroy floating enemy mines with artillery fire, the Russian defense ministry said in a statement.

The war games are part of naval cooperation drills between the two countries which run from Oct. 14-17 and involve warships and support vessels from Russia’s Pacific Fleet, including mine-sweepers and a submarine.

The combined force would practice shooting at targets designed to imitate enemy surface ships and hold air-defense drills involving Russian SU-30SM multi-functional fighter jets and helicopters, the ministry said.

The UK Health Security Agency said a lab in Wolverhampton, central England, has been suspended from processing test swabs after reports of false negatives. The faulty results were among tests processed at the Immensa Health Clinic Lab between early September and this week.

The issue was uncovered after some people who were positive for COVID-19 when they took rapid tests went on to show up as negative on more accurate PCR tests.

“Around 400,000 samples have been processed through the lab, the vast majority of which will have been negative results, but an estimated 43,000 people may have been given incorrect negative PCR test results,” mostly in southwest England, the health agency said.

But that means when issues arise — like the supply chain shortages we are experiencing today — those issues could effect ALL of us greatly; especially when it comes to electronic chips — which are inside nearly every device you use.

Why the Productive Middle Class Leave California

meunierd/Shutterstock
meunierd/Shutterstock

11. Major cities like Los Angeles and San Francisco now have adopted extremely “progressive” crime policies. Accused criminals now are released without bail on a “compassionate” theory that innocent people otherwise end up sitting wrongly in custody, awaiting arraignment for crimes they never perpetrated.

12. Amplifying the crime problem, Proposition 47 largely decriminalized theft and drug crimes by reducing those and a number of other “non-violent” felonies to misdemeanors. AB 109 allowed for approximately 30,000 felons to be released from state prison with most going on probation rather than parole.

13. Because of the vast increase of illegals (“undocumented immigrants”), more people in California now require access to the same living resources, but infrastructure has not been built at a pace to keep up with increased demands on those resources. As a result, there are water shortages, for example, exacerbated by a recent few years’ of drought, which happens historically not because of “man-made climate change” but because California is naturally a desert.
