Lt. Col. Theresa Long recently filed an affidavit stating there is a risk of Myocarditis, a condition that causes inflammation to the heart muscle, associated with the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines. Long noted one potential complication of Myocarditis is “sudden cardiac death” and said “flight crews present extraordinary risks to themselves and others given the equipment they operate, munitions carried thereon and areas of operation in close proximity to populated areas.

Long filed her affidavit under the Military Whistleblower Protection Act last week and submitted the affidavit as part of a pending federal lawsuit against the military’s vaccine mandates.

“Vaccines produced by Pfizer and Moderna both have been linked to myocarditis, especially in young males between 16-24 years old,” Long, a doctor of medicine, wrote in her affidavit. “The majority of young new Army aviators are in their early twenties. We know there is a risk of
myocarditis with each mRNA vaccination.”

Federal judge blocks South Carolina ban on school mask mandates

U.S. District Judge Mary Geiger Lewis found in her ruling that a proviso of the state budget that prohibits schools receiving state funding from implementing face mask requirements discriminates against students with disabilities.

According to the judge and to plaintiffs represented by the American Civil Liberties Union, the law is discriminatory because students with disabilities are at greater risk from COVID-19 and in the absence of mask mandates they are denied access to in-person learning and other educational opportunities provided to other students.

“A review of the declarations provided by Plaintiffs in this case demonstrate, because of Proviso 1.108, Governor McMaster and AG Wilson have denied the minor plaintiffs meaningful access to in-person education, programs, services, and activities because of Proviso 1.108,” Lewis wrote.

YouTube will block all anti-vaccine content, moving beyond its ban on false information about the COVID vaccines to include content that contains misinformation about other approved vaccines, it said in a blog post on Wednesday.

Examples of content that won’t be allowed on YouTube include claims that the flu vaccine causes infertility and that the MMR shot, which protects against measles, mumps, and rubella, can cause autism, according to YouTube’s policies.

The online video company owned by Alphabet Inc is also banning channels associated with several prominent anti-vaccine activists including Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Joseph Mercola, a YouTube spokesperson said.

AT&T Inc said on Wednesday it would require its union-represented employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19 before entering their work location, following a similar mandate for its management employees last month.

The U.S wireless carrier, one the largest employers of union-represented workers, said the Communications Workers of America (CWA)-linked employees must be fully vaccinated by Feb. 1, 2022. CWA represents more than 150,000 employees at AT&T.

Other major companies including Facebook Inc, Google and Microsoft Corp have also mandated vaccinations for employees as the highly contagious Delta variant of the coronavirus drives up infections in the United States.

Sexual Assault Case Against CNN’s Don Lemon Finally Moving Forward

This development came just as allegations of sexual harassment were raised against Lemon’s close friend and fellow CNN prime time host Chris Cuomo last week.

“The attorney for the man who accused fellow CNN host Don Lemon of a sexually charged assault expects the case to finally end up in court early next year after a prolonged legal process,” said senior media reporter Brian Flood.

The details in the lawsuit were graphic and showed a side of Lemon not seen during his normal show, but perhaps his annual drunken benders as part of CNN’s New Year’s Eve debauchery:

Three California parents are suing to prevent the state’s public school system from reciting prayers to Aztec deities that have been worshipped with human sacrifice – arguing that doing so violates the U.S. and state constitutions.

The issue emerged earlier this year when researcher Chris Rufo reported on that particular aspect of the state’s ethnic studies curriculum. As Fox News previously noted, the curriculum suggests chants that invoke the deity Tezkatlipoka.

The Thomas More Society, which represents the parents, described the model curriculum as “blatantly unconstitutional.”

High levels of toxins found in more baby food brands, report says

Eight months after a congressional report shed light on the issue of toxins in baby food, a new report finds more cases of major manufacturers selling baby food with high levels of toxic heavy metals.

The report, out Wednesday from the House Subcommittee on Economic and Consumer Policy, describes dangerous levels of arsenic, lead, cadmium, mercury and other toxins, which can be particularly dangerous to developing babies and toddlers.

Investigators said two of Gerber’s Infant Rice Cereal products contained inorganic arsenic levels over the Food and Drug Administration’s limit. They said Gerber “failed to recall” those products.

BEIJING (Reuters) – Chinese automaker GAC is exporting China-made sport-utility vehicles to Mexico, in its first massive sales in the North America after years of planning to enter the key market. However, the cars are under Dodge marque.

The “Dodge Journey” SUVs are built based on GAC’s vehicle design and made at its own Hangzhou factory. Stellantis will sell them at its dealership network in Mexico, according to a statement.

GAC has a joint venture with Stellantis, which is struggling to sell Jeep-branded vehicles in China, the world’s biggest auto market, and has recently decided to close one of its two factories.

The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by an FBI agent in Kansas City on Sept. 16 about an anonymous tip, advising that there was a photo showing the missing woman, Cassidy Rainwater, 33, being held in a cage, court documents stated. Rainwater has been missing since July 25, authorities said.

Investigators obtained a search warrant for the cellphone of James Phelps, 58 – one of the suspects – and said they found seven partially nude photos of Rainwater being held in a cage on his property in Lebanon, about 160 miles southwest of St. Louis.

The other suspect, Timothy Norton, 56, was identified by detectives as being connected to the case, FOX 4 of Kansas City reported

Biden’s Vax Mandate To Be Enforced By Fining Companies $70,000 To $700,000?

On Saturday, Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s House quietly tucked an enforcement mechanism into their $3.5 trillion “reconciliation” bill, passed it out of the Budget Committee, and sent it to the House floor.

Buried on page 168 of the House Democrats’ 2,465-page mega bill is a tenfold increase in fines for employers that “willfully,” “repeatedly,” or even seriously violate a section of labor law that deals with hazards, death, or serious physical harm to their employees.

The increased fines on employers could run as high as $70,000 for serious infractions, and $700,000 for willful or repeated violations—almost three-quarters of a million dollars for each fine. If enacted into law, vax enforcement could bankrupt non-compliant companies even more quickly than the $14,000 OSHA fine anticipated under Biden’s announced mandate.

EXPOSED: Dems hide HUGE vaccine mandate fees inside budget bill

There’s a LOT inside the $3.5 TRILLION budget bill being pushed by Democrats that’s going unreported. For example, House Democrats (Nancy Pelosi) hid — on page 168, to be exact — HUGE fees for certain businesses that refuse to comply with the Biden administration’s proposed vaccine mandates.

The fees could be as much as 700 THOUSAND dollars. But that’s not all…in this clip, Glenn and Stu discuss more Democrat wishlist items hidden inside this reconciliation bill…

Terry McAuliffe Says Parents Shouldn’t Be Telling Schools What To Teach Their Kids

Virginia’s Democrat gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe says parents shouldn’t be telling schools what to teach their children in the classroom.

The comments from the former governor and now-candidate came in response to statements issued by GOP candidate Glenn Youngkin during Tuesday’s Virginia governor’s debate, wherein the Republican businessman emphasized the importance of local control over education and having parents involved with school curriculum.

Since announcing his candidacy for governor last year, McAuliffe has received significant campaign donations from major American teachers unions.

In May, The Washington Free Beacon reported that the Virginia Democrat had accepted a $25,000 donation from the American Federation of Teachers (AFT). AFT President Randi Weingarten has previously praised the New York Times’ “1619 Project” as a “‘factual version of oppression in America’ targeted by ‘people who have no idea what [critical race theory] means.’”

House Dems Propose $100 Billion Tax Hike Targeting The Poor

The tax plan establishes the first-ever federal tax on vapor products, which have been consistently cited by medical experts as a safer smoking option than cigarettes.

The proposal aims to raise $100 billion in government revenue by raising the tax rate on all tobacco and nicotine products to equal that of traditional cigarettes. It would increase taxes by 2,000 percent on chewing tobacco and 1,600 percent on pipe tobacco and snuff.

Ulrik Boesen, a senior policy analyst at the Tax Foundation, said the Democratic proposal sacrifices low-income individuals’ and the overall public’s health for the sake of budget concerns.

At the event held in Zhuhai, Aerospace CH UAV Co. unveiled the long-endurance CH-6 drone, designed with “future warfare” in mind, according to Global Times, a state-run Chinese news outlet.

The drone is the latest in China’s efforts in expanding its use of drones in its military.

In July, documents obtained by the South China Morning Post revealed that China has been developing an unmanned submersible vehicle that can track enemy submarines and attack them with torpedoes. China’s underwater drone already successfully attacked a mock submarine target 11 years ago.

A Journal of Harbin Engineering University paper published last Friday detailed a 2010 test in the Taiwan Strait in which the underwater attack drone used its own sensors to independently identify and track the submarine target, before successfully firing an unarmed torpedo at it.

Russian state communications regulator Roskomnadzor said it had written to Google and demanded that the YouTube restrictions on the RT channels be lifted. Russia could partially or fully restrict access to YouTube if it failed to comply, it added.

Russia could impose measures to force YouTube to comply with its laws, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters, adding that the law appeared to have been broken in this case.

“There should certainly be zero tolerance for this kind of breaking of the law,” he said.

Russia’s foreign ministry said it would draw up “a proposal to develop and take retaliatory measures against the YouTube hosting service and the German media”.
