According to the legislation, a newly established research center at the University of California Davis, as well as “any other nonprofit bona fide research institution accredited by the United States Department of Education,” will be given access to gun owners’ private information, including names, addresses, birthplaces, phone numbers, occupations, sexes, descriptions, and all legal names and aliases.

Earlier this month, Roy M. Griffith Jr. of the California Rifle & Pistol Association urged California Gov. Gavin Newsom to veto the bill, arguing it was a violation of privacy.

The new law also expands California’s gun registry under Penal Code Section 11106 to include copies of fingerprints.

The panel of seven men and five women had begun deliberating the charges on Friday afternoon after prosecutors and defense attorneys finished their closing arguments at the end of a grueling six-week trial in Brooklyn, New York, that often presented shocking testimony detailing Kelly’s abuse of women, girls and boys.

He remained motionless, eyes downcast as the verdict was read.

The 54-year-old singer, who was born Robert Sylvester Kelly, was accused of running a Chicago-based criminal enterprise that recruited women and children subjected them to unwanted sex and mental torment.

Multiple witnesses said Kelly had forced them to obey perverse and brutal whims when they were underage in a scheme that stretched back more than two decades.

The teacher’s brother, Chris Sutherland, was formerly a police officer with the Marysville Police Department and a school resource officer when the fatal Marysville Pilchuck High School shooting happened on Oct. 24, 2014, which resulted in five deaths, the Jason Rantz Show reported.

The teacher first had a Thin Blue Line sticker on her laptop, which an assistant principal reportedly objected to over “concerns about how students, families, and community members might interpret what the image is intending to communicate, and that this interpretation may cause a disruption to the learning environment,” according to human relations documents, the Jason Rantz Show reported.

The initial objections were dropped, but a second assistant principal complained when the teacher hung a pro-police flag on a bulletin board in her classroom, along with photos of her brother, the Jason Rantz Show reported.

1,500 New York Health Care Workers Go to Court to Stop Hochul’s Vaccine Mandate

These plaintiffs are standing up against the state’s attempt to ignore federal law and remove religious exemptions and accommodations from COVID shot mandates for health care workers.

None of Liberty Counsel’s plaintiffs have lost their jobs pending this lawsuit and one who previously was fired has been reinstated.

Liberty Counsel filed a supplemental authority in this case after the Northern District Court of New York granted a temporary restraining order for all health care workers in the state on behalf of several doctors, nurses, therapists and technologists against Governor Kathy Hochul, Department of Health Commissioner Dr. Howard A. Zucker and Attorney General Letitia James.

Though Governor Hochul’s announcement initially indicated that there would be “limited exceptions for workers with religious or medical reasons,” the State’s Public Health and Health Planning Council eliminated an exemption and accommodation for religious reasons on August 26.  In fact, under the state’s rule change, the only exemptions permitted in New York will be for medical reasons documented by a physician or certified nurse practitioner.

Texas Bans Mail-Order Abortion Pills to Save More Babies From Abortions

When the Texas Heartbeat Act went into effect on September 1, 2021, banning abortions after the detection of a heartbeat on a baby in the womb, the pro-abortion fanatics immediately implemented a back-up plan that was long in the works.

That backup plan involved mailing abortion-inducing drugs to women in Texas, primarily from overseas.  One example is that of European abortionist, Rebecca Gomperts, who vowed to continue shipping abortion pills to women in Texas through her Aid Access organization.

Last week, Gov. Greg Abbott signed a new lawS.B. 4, that would put an end to the mail delivery of abortion drugs.  It is set to take effect on December 2, 2021.

The Texas abortion laws come in the wake of the the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to hear a Mississippi case that involves a ban on abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy.  That case, Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization is set for oral arguments on December 2, 2021, with a decision expected in the spring of 2022.  Mississippi as specifically asked the Highest Court to overturn the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision that decriminalized abortion in America.

Florida Gov. DeSantis Directs Secretary Of State To Investigate Facebook For Alleged Violations Of Election Laws

In a letter sent to Secretary of State Laurel M. Lee, Governor DeSantis directs the Division of Elections to investigate Facebook’s alleged failures to comply with Florida’s election laws.

Internal documents obtained by the Wall Street Journal reveal the egregious double standard that Facebook applies to its users. While most people are subject to arbitrary censorship at the whims of so-called fact-checkers, Facebook grants select users the freedom to disregard the platform’s own community standards without the threat of enforcement action.

If the Wall Street Journal report is accurate, Facebook has created a privileged class of speakers and has empowered them to manipulate our elections with impunity. Even more disturbing, these elite users on Facebook’s “whitelist” were allegedly selected by the tech giant behind closed doors.

Financial Overreach: Why it’s VITAL your money is in a LOCAL bank

Local banks are fighting back against Biden’s recent proposal, which requires banks to provide the IRS with information about accounts experiencing transactions of $600 or more.

40 trade associations submitted a letter to House leadership explaining WHY this proposal would not only eliminate YOUR financial privacy, but could eliminate local banks unable to afford such a costly requirement too.

It’s the far left’s latest attempt to weaponize the IRS, Glenn says, and it’s why it’s ‘CRITICALLY IMPORTANT’ your money is in a local bank trying to fight this overreach…

A motorist whose car was stolen at gunpoint Friday morning in suburban Chicago turned out to be a concealed carrier — and he refused to play victim, firing his gun at the crooks, who managed to make a getaway, WGN-TV reported.

Seems a pair of 16-year-old males who were in a nearby hospital told cops they were shot in the Chicago location, the Cardinal reported. But police determined the shooting actually occurred in Hoffman Estates after the teens told them conflicting stories, WGN reported.

Police said one of the teens was shot in the left shoulder and back and was transported from West Suburban to Stroger Hospital in serious condition, the station reported, adding that the other teen was shot in the left leg and is in fair condition at West Suburban.

“This guy is dangerous,” Leeper said of McDowell. “If you’re in a home and he breaks into your home and you have a gun, blow him out the door.”

As of Saturday, more than 300 personnel from multiple law enforcement agencies were participating in the search effort for McDowell. Helicopters, drones, armored personnel carriers and all-terrain vehicles have all been brought into the manhunt.

Jan 6 defendant who sought police help dies awaiting trial

John Steven Anderson was exposed to chemical irritants and begun suffering respiratory distress.
John Steven Anderson was exposed to chemical irritants and begun suffering respiratory distress.

The veteran of the Marine Corps and Florida Army National Guard’s 3/20th Special Forces Group was arrested in February and indicted a month later on eight counts in connection with the Capitol riot, WUSA9 reported.

“Of note, John Anderson never entered the Capitol building on his own accord. Mr. Anderson was brought into the building by the MPD officers who were rendering medical aid to him,” Medvin reiterates.

Five weeks later, the DOJ decided to take over the case and charge Anderson under federal law as part of the Jan. 6 investigation.

“They arrested John by hunting him down during his 5 AM outdoor exercise routine that he did every morning with his wife, throwing him down on the pavement,” Medvin says of the arrest. “(This was after I offered simple self-surrender to feds, offering to turn him in civilly to save the government resources and risk. My request was declined.”

The Hidden Gift for Media Dems Put in Their Spending Bill Effectively Turns Every Outlet Into NPR

There’s plenty of objectionable waste in the $3.5 trillion spending bill the Democratic Party is pushing on Capitol Hill, but few giveaways hidden in the 881-page document are so blatant as a tax credit for “local news” outlets.

According to the Washington Times, the credit would allow the outlets to receive a quarterly tax credit “equal to 50%” of a journalist’s salary up to $12,500 a quarter.

Add that up and it’s a gift of $50,000 per year per journalist, courtesy of the Democrats and the federal government.

“Think of it as a way to turn every news outlet in America into a version of NPR,” said Adam Guillette, president of conservative media watchdog Accuracy in Media, in a commentary piece for The Daily Signal.

Repulsive: John Kerry Accepts China’s Genocide to Get Climate Deal

The Beijing regime has, over the course of decades, attacked fundamental U.S. interests by, among other things, inciting violence on American streets, deliberately spreading COVID-19 beyond China’s borders to America and the rest of the world, exporting fentanyl to the U.S. despite agreements to the contrary, stealing U.S. technology and other intellectual propertyrejecting the principle of freedom of navigation, threatening to grab territory from American allies, and proliferating nuclear weapons technology.

The critical question now is this: What, in addition to the human rights of China’s minorities, is the Biden administration willing to give up to get a climate deal with Beijing?

Democracies tend to deal with each other as Kerry evidently envisions, where cooperation on one issue can lead to warm relations and warm relations can lead to agreement in other areas.

Arizona 2020 Vote Audit Finds Potentially Election-Shifting Numbers Of Illegal Ballots

On Friday, the Arizona State Senate released the final reports on the results of the Maricopa County Forensic Election Audit. While the reports made several significant findings supporting former President Trump’s complaints about the 2020 election, the corporate media ignored those aspects of the audit to focus instead only on the results of the hand recount.

Left unmentioned, however, were the numerous findings of problems with the election and, most significantly, evidence indicating tens of thousands of ballots were illegally cast or counted.

report entitled “Compliance with Election Laws and Procedures,” issued by Senate Audit Liaison Ken Bennett, highlighted several issues, of which two were particularly significant because of the number of votes involved.

China’s crackdown on energy consumption comes from a combination of reasons — surging coal and natural gas prices, as well as Beijing’s effort to cut emissions and an increase in energy demand — and is impacting a wide range of industries.

It comes at a time when global markets have been shaken by the debt crisis engulfing China Evergrande Group, one of the country’s leading property developers.

Several key chip packaging and testing service providers supplying Intel, Nvidia, and Qualcomm also received notices to suspend production at their facilities in Jiangsu for several days, people with knowledge of the matter told Nikkei Asia, further waylaying an electronics industry hit by the chip supply crunch.

The production stoppage across several Chinese provinces could send another shock wave through the global tech and automotive supply chain, which has already suffered unprecedented chip and components shortages and is still experiencing disruptions from COVID variants in Vietnam and Malaysia.

As the number of Arab nations in the Middle East deciding to make peace with Israel has escalated due to the Trump administration’s efforts, the Iraqi government is showing they have no desire for peace, issuing warrants for the arrest of arresting two speakers at a conference who urged Iraq to make peace with the Jewish state and threatening the roughly 300 participants at the conference.

Iraqi President Barham Salih called the conference “illegal,” adding, “The recent meeting held to promote [normalization] does not represent the people and residents of Iraq. It represents only those who participated in it.”

Hardan stated on Friday of the Iraqi laws that harshly punish Iraqis who associate with Israel, “The so-called ‘anti-normalization laws’ in Iraq are morally repugnant, and have been repeatedly exposed by the international community as an assault on human rights and freedoms of expression and association.”

SPD leader Olaf Scholz wants to work with the Greens and liberals. But his conservative rival Armin Laschet will not give up that easily.

The talks can take months. Until then, Angela Merkel will remain in office.

Germans went to the polls on 26 September. It was a significant election because the new chancellor will replace Angela Merkel, who has spent 16 years at the helm.

It was an extremely tight race – but no party won enough votes to form a majority in the Bundestag, Germany’s parliament.

After half an hour, the socially distanced group, many wearing masks and fully vaccinated, were moved on by police. Even though, yesterday, thousands picnicked at the same park, in the same spot.

One nurse who works at the vaccination hubs said, “ninety per cent of the people I’m vaccinating are there because they want their freedoms back… that’s not the right reason to make a medical decision”.
