Tucker: What really happened on Jan 6
Tucker Carlson Tonight’ host shows how the media uses history as a tool to distort the truth.
Carlson opened Thursday night’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight” by noting how the media distorted the truth about the March 1971 bombing at the U.S. Capitol by the Weather Underground, before playing a montage of Democrats and talking heads on television hyping what took place on January 6, comparing that day to the Civil War, Pearl Harbor and 9/11. He then shared some of the newly released footage showing what actually happened once the protesters breached the building.
“If you look at the guy in the Viking horns, the Chewbacca guy, you may reach the obvious conclusion maybe Psilocybin mushrooms aren’t good for you. And that’s fair,” he said. “But no honest person could look at that video and decide America is under attack from terrorists.”
The Fox News host then showed previously released footage of a more sinister nature, before raising some compelling questions.
Black Lives Matter Leader Calls Vaccine Mandates ‘Racist,’ Promises ‘Uprising’ Against ID System

Hawk Newsome, the co-founder and chairman of Black Lives Matter of Greater New York (BLMGNY), argues the mandates are fundamentally racist, given the low rate of vaccination in the black community.
Some 85.6 percent of black people in the state of New York remain without one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, according to state data.
“I think, in a perfect world, [vaccine requirements] should be business by business. But it could be a slippery slope, so the mandate should be removed completely,” Newsome told the Washington Examiner.
Chivona Newsome, a fellow co-founder of BLMGNY, threatened an “uprising” in the wake of the mandates.
“We’re putting this city on notice that your mandate will not be another racist social distance practice,” she declared at a protest on Monday, according to the Examiner report “Black people are not going to stand by, or you will see another uprising. And that is not a threat. That is a promise.”
FTC Memo Calls for Focus on ‘Structural Dominance’ of Big Tech

The Verge reports that in a recent memo to staff sent this week, Federal Trade Commission Chair Lina Khan stated her new priorities for the FTC. These include a focus on power imbalance, the reduction of harm to consumers, and a proactive approach to addressing “rampant consolidation.”
Khan stated that the agency should adjust its approach to deal with issues created by “next-generation technologies, innovations, and nascent industries across sectors,” which would imply that Big Tech could be seeing greater scrutiny in the near future.
Khan said that the FTC should be taking a “holistic” approach to its consideration of antitrust violations. “Business models that centralize control and profits while outsourcing risk, liability, and costs also warrant particular scrutiny, given that deeply asymmetric relationships between the controlling firm and dependent entities can be ripe for abuse,” Khan stated.
Report: Fox News Bans Rudy Giuliani and Son for Nearly Three Months

Playbook reports Rudy is not the only member of the family who is banned from Fox News. Andrew Giuliani, Rudy’s son, is also reportedly excommunicated from the network, unable to appear since he launched his campaign for New York City mayor. Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-NY), who is running against Andrew, is a frequent guest.
According to Politico sources, Fox News’ bookers have “told both Giulianis the ban comes from the top.”
It is not quite known why the Giulianis are banned from Fox News.
The reports may be true because the network has also reportedly reduced exposure for Trump’s supporter and defacto media mouthpiece, Bernie Kerik. Apparently, “Kerik wrote a letter to Fox Business News President Lauren Petterson to complain.”
Texas to ‘Limit Business’ With Ben & Jerry’s Over Israel Policy

The two companies have been added to a list of “companies that boycott Israel,” according to Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar.
He explained that before adding the companies to the state’s list, his office had “carefully reviewed the statements and activities of both Ben & Jerry’s and Unilever.”
“Texas law is clear on this issue, and my office has long supported Israel through our Israel bond holdings as well as our lists of scrutinized companies with ties to Iran and those with ties to foreign terrorist organizations,” Hegar explained.
Texas agencies are prohibited from doing business with companies on the list, according to The Austin American-Statesman. Additionally, state-run pension and investment funds such as the Teacher Retirement System cannot invest in companies on the list.
Man tries to storm JetBlue cockpit, attacks attendant, asks to be shot

A passenger aboard a JetBlue flight from Boston to Puerto Rico tried to storm the cockpit before choking a flight attendant — and shouted at the pilot in Arabic and Spanish to shoot him, officials said.
The heroic flight attendant pushed El Dahr into a space between the front row and the galley, the feds said.
When the crazed man saw the cockpit door being opened by a pilot, he grabbed the flight attendant by the collar and tie, grasped the overhead compartment for leverage and kicked the crew member in the chest, the affidavit says.
Reports of unruly passengers on US airlines have taken off this year — spiking by 500 percent thanks largely to passengers who refused to wear masks on flights during the pandemic, according to a report from the Federal Aviation Administration.

The mother asked for a ride and the man reportedly agreed.
But, the mom snagged the keys from the ignition as the kid pulled out a handgun and whacked the driver in the face, according to the station.
The mother then dragged the victim out of the car, and the two sped off, KSDK stated.
Man arrested in connection to mass shooting outside banquet hall in Northwest Miami-Dade

Police believe Barnes was the lookout as others ambushed patrons standing outside the banquet hall.

He told authorities he met a group of people who told him who they wanted dead.
He confessed that he then drove to the banquet hall to serve as a lookout and reported to the group that the target was present at the venue.
Oklahoma dad hops into action when he sees man touching boy inappropriately at bus stop

According to the police report, Coghill lives in a community nearby and residents said he is a minister at a church in Mustang.
The victim told his parents Coghill ran by his bus stop several times and touched him in a way that made him feel uncomfortable.
Wednesday the boy’s father waited in his car to see if Coghill would return.
“While he was watching the school bus stop, our suspect ran by him, ran past the bus stop where the children were waiting. Turned around, came back and stopped where he touched the child,” Sgt. Dillon Quirk with the Oklahoma City Police Department said.
Coghill’s skull was fractured and his orbital socket cracked on the left side of his face.
Biden warns mounted Border Patrol agents charging migrants in Del Rio sector: ‘Those people will pay’

The remark drew an immediate rebuke from Brandon Judd, head of the National Border Patrol Council, who blasted Biden for making a determination before the ongoing investigation into the controversy was complete.
Judd said Biden’s comments were “completely and totally outrageous.”
“He is playing politics with Border Patrol agents’ lives, that’s what he’s doing.”
The photographer behind the widely seen images said Friday that the agents never whipped anyone.
Floodgates open: Migrants keep crossing Rio Grande despite Biden deport flights

REUTERS/Daniel Becerril
On Thursday, migrants were spotted wading through the river and carrying crying children on their shoulders and backs to get across to the US from Mexico.
Photos show the migrants being met by Border Patrol agents who helped move some of the children into inflatable boats.
Despite this constant stream flowing across the Rio Grande, the Biden administration has repeatedly claimed the southern border is closed and secure.
State officials and Republican lawmakers immediately slammed the Biden administration for allowing such an enormous group of migrants to enter the US illegally, as local leaders voiced security concerns.
MILLIONS Of Adverse Drug Reactions Listed For COVID-19 Vaccine On WHO Website

The website VigiAccess was launched by the World Health Organization (WHO) six years ago.
They launched it to provide public access to their database, VigiBase, the WHO global database of reported potential side effects of medicinal products.
This data, along with the data from OpenVAERS, paints a very different narrative than the ‘safe and effective’ one being spewed by Big Media, Big Pharma, and the so-called experts.
Watch: Woman Rips Down Explicit LGBT Propaganda on NYC Subway, Onlookers Shocked

On Tuesday, an unidentified Asian-American woman was filmed tearing down a series of subway ads promoting promiscuity, homosexuality, “pansexuality” and sadomasochism.
“All this is gross! All this is gross,” she said in the video while ripping down graphic ads depicting hypersexual imagery.
“I don’t know, for kids to be looking at this,” the woman said. “Is that OK?”
A male subway rider chimed in, saying the explicit ads were “desensitization.”
Another passenger said the graphic images were “normalizing” dangerous behaviors.
MS-13 Gang Member Wanted for Six Murders in El Salvador Found in U.S.

Erick Salvador Hernandez Bonilla, a 23-year-old MS-13 gang member from El Salvador, was arrested in Lady’s Island, South Carolina, on Thursday after the international law enforcement organization known as Interpol had issued a “red notice” seeking his capture for the murders of six individuals in his native country and terrorist threat charges.
According to the Bluffton Police Department, law enforcement was tipped off to Bonilla’s whereabouts thanks to an anonymous source who led officers to the MS-13 Gang member’s location.
The Bluffton Police Department worked with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office, the U.S. Marshal Service, and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency to capture Bonilla.

In the video, a visibly frustrated Sharpton can be seen trying to speak to media. Shouts from the crowd of mainly residents included the phrases “go home,” “get out of Texas,” and “our Border Patrol are heroes.”
Attendees eventually crowded the reverend’s entourage as they exchanged words–prompting a quick departure.

House approves major abortion-rights bill as Dems slam Supreme Court over Texas abortion ruling

Led by Rep. Judy Chu, D-Calif., the legislation is very unlikely to become law because Republicans are expected to filibuster it in the Senate if it is ever brought up there. But the historic move underscored Democrats’ commitment to unrestricted abortion rights.
“Abortion care is a fundamental human right,” Rep. Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass., said.
“The House of Representatives is taking a stand. For the first time in history we will be passing legislation that protects a woman’s right to choose,” Rep. Diana DeGette, D-Colo., said.
Our country is headed in the wrong direction
I was hoping that Biden would keep his promise to try to unite our country, but instead this admin has used race and identity politics to divide us, our freedom of speech and civil liberties are under assault, inflation is going through the roof, and we’ve got open borders.
South Korean Pres Travels to Hawaii to Honor Fallen Service Members, Biden Doesn’t Show

On Wednesday, according to Hawaii Public Radio, the remains of 68 South Korean soldiers and six presumed U.S. service members who died in the conflict were repatriated during a ceremony at Pearl Harbor in Hawaii.
According to Hawaii News Now, there have been previous repatriation ceremonies, the last being in June of 2020. However, as the Accounting Agency noted in a news release, this was the first time a joint repatriation service had taken place.
This was important enough to South Korea that President Moon Jae-in and first lady Kim Jung-sook were in attendance. As former Trump administration White House press secretary and Newsmax host Sean Spicer pointed out, however, Biden was nowhere to be seen.
Two Questions For AOC About Her “Present” Vote on Funding Israel’s Iron Dome
On this episode of SYSTEM UPDATE: The Democratic Congresswoman from New York previously condemned former Tulsi Gabbard’s “present” vote as an abdication of the duties of political leadership, arguing that a member of Congress should always vote “yes” or “no.”
Why does she arrogate to herself the right to do this? And why did she previously vote “present” on $2 billion more in Capitol Police spending?

Victoria Police censored ‘vital’ media coverage of Melbourne protests
Victoria Police censored vital media coverage of Melbourne’s protests by banning the live-streaming of aerial footage, according to Digital Editor Jack Houghton.
On Wednesday the Civil Aviation Safety Authority approved a Victoria Police ban of all helicopters bar their own flying over Melbourne CBD. “A media blackout,” Mr Houghton said. “
A pathetic attempt by an over-zealous police force which lost control of its own city. “You deserve to know what’s happening in your city every moment of every day, and in my experience, police only ever want you to stop filming when they are worried about stuffing something up.”
Taliban official says regime is bringing back executions, amputations

Mullah Nooruddin Turabi, the one-eyed, one-legged enforcer who was in charge of justice during the Taliban’s brutal rule two decades ago, warned the international community not to interfere with the new regime in Kabul.
“Everyone criticized us for the punishments in the stadium, but we have never said anything about their laws and their punishments,” Turabi told the Associated Press from the capital.
“No one will tell us what our laws should be. We will follow Islam and we will make our laws on the Quran,” he added.
“Cutting off of hands is very necessary for security,” Turabi told the AP, adding that the cabinet was considering a policy on whether to mete out the punishments in public.
He noted that this time, judges — including women — would adjudicate cases, but that the foundation of the national laws will be the Quran.
Despite his ominous message, Turabi insisted that the Taliban “are changed from the past.”

Classic Stossel: Mandatory Minimums
Do mandatory minimums work?
Prosecutors love them because they give them more power to plea bargain with suspects.
But they tie judges’ hands and result in needlessly harsh sentences. A Stossel Classic from 2014.
This Is What White Liberal Racism Actually Looks Like (Pt. 3)| Jason Whitlock | MEDIA | Rubin Report
Dave Rubin of The Rubin Report talks to the host of The Blaze’s “Fearless”, Jason Whitlock about how woke sports have caused him and other sports fans to completely lose interest in sports, why Roger Goodell’s decisions have caused NFL players to be hurt the most during the pandemic, and the racism he has endured from white liberals that the media ignores.
Jason describes how he would run the NFL and how he would get rid of any identity politics in the game.
He points out why it is ridiculous that anyone would treat Lebron James as a thought leader and why sports media needs to get used to the fact that he isn’t Muhammad Ali and that politics and sports don’t go well together.
