The district did not make an adequate case for reversing the lower court’s June decision, reaffirming Cross’s win, the Virginia Supreme Court said Monday.

In its appeal, Loudoun County Public Schools claimed that Cross’s religious and speech protections are secondary to students’ rights to comfort.

“I love all of my students, but I would never lie to them regardless of the consequences,” Cross said. “I’m a teacher, but I serve God first and I will not affirm a biological boy can be a girl and vice versa because it’s against my religion, it’s lying to a child, it’s abuse to a child, and it’s sinning against our God.”

A number of refugees will likely be resettled in Sacramento. The Sacramento region has long been one of the largest destinations for special visa holders.

One out of every nine Afghan natives living in the U.S. resides in the Sacramento region. About 9,700 Afghan people live in Sacramento County, more than any other county in the U.S., according to census data. Another 2,000 live in Yolo, Sutter, Placer or El Dorado counties.

[VIDEO] President Trump Goes on Fox News and Slips One Past The Censors

As you know, last night Joe Biden pulled the troops out of Afghanistan and left an unknown number of Americans behind.

It is a dark, dark day in the United States after we lost 13 brave US service members, countless foreigners at the Kabul airport, a family of 9 people killed in a drone attack, countless dogs left at the airport, and yet even still, the ghoulish Biden admin is trying to take a “victory lap.

So, President Trump appeared on Fox News with Stuart Varney to break down what happened with the Afghanistan disaster…and while he was on, he slipped one past the ol’ Fox News censors…

One of her friends, Mallory Harrison, posted an emotional tribute to Gee on Facebook, saying that she was, “My very best friend, my person, my sister forever. My other half. We were boots together, Corporals together, and then Sergeants together. Roommates for over 3 years now, from the barracks at MOS school to our house here. We’ve been attached at the hip from the beginning.

Initial reports listed three U.S. Marines from Southern California killed in Kabul. They were Lance Corporal Hunter Lopez, 22, of Coachella Valley, Lance Corporal Dylan Merola, 20, of Rancho Cucamonga, and Lance Corporal Kareem Nikoui, 20, of Norco.

Of the servicemen and women who were killed in Kabul, Republican Rep. Darrell Issa, said, “We will never forget their service and sacrifice.”

Issa, who has been trying to help Californians stranded in Afghanistan get out, said, “Everyone should be aware of the incredible heroics of our people on the ground in Afghanistan — and in nearly impossible conditions. It never should have come to this, but they have made our nation proud and they deserve our most heartfelt thanks.”

Judge restores parental rights to unvaccinated mom after revoking them

Firlit and her ex-husband, who is vaccinated, have been divorced for seven years and are sharing custody of their son.

“I’ve had adverse reactions to vaccines in the past and was advised not to get vaccinated by my doctor,” Firlit told the Sun-Times. “It poses a risk.”

“One of the first things he asked me when I got on the Zoom call was whether or not I was vaccinated, which threw me off because I asked him what it had to do with the hearing,” Firlit explained.

“I was confused because it was just supposed to be about expenses and child support. I asked him what it had to do with the hearing, and he said, ‘I am the judge, and I make the decisions for your case.'”

The paper also is registered as a foreign agent of China, according to The Washington Free Beacon.

Newson made the comment about the newspaper at an annual gala in which he also lauded it for helping Chinese-Americans acclimate to California.

The owners of Sing Tao are members of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, a government advisory board controlled by the Chinese Communist Party.

Sing Tao, which is published daily in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York City, has found success forming close relationships with California politicians. In addition to Newsom, San Fransisco Mayor London Breed and District Attorney Chesa Boudin spoke at the gala.

“There’s a lot of heartbreak associated with this departure,” said McKenzie. “We did not get everybody out that we wanted to get out.”

In the August 30 missive, DeSantis blasted the Biden administration’s “continued lack of information,” deeming it “unacceptable.”

“The crisis in Afghanistan is of President Biden’s own making, yet the consequences extend beyond the borders of Afghanistan and into the United States,” DeSantis wrote.

Governors need transparency, he said, before posing a series of questions:“

I have a responsibility to protect the safety of every Floridian and stress the imperative of an immediate response,” DeSantis added.

Biden waived congressional mandate for report on risks of U.S. troop withdrawal in Afghanistan

The Biden administration under the federal statute was barred from reducing troops in Afghanistan to less than 2,000 without first briefing Congress about the expected impact on U.S. counterterrorism operations and the risk to American personnel.

However, Biden waived the mandate, arguing that providing this information to Congress could undermine “the national security interests of the United States,” according to the Washington Free Beacon.

New York Rep. Claudia Tenney, a Republican on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, said the administration should be held accountable for withholding this information from Congress.

The Pentagon was also required to provide details on “the threat posed by the Taliban and other terrorist organizations in Afghanistan” and “the capacity of the Afghan National Defense and Security Forces to effectively prevent or defend against attacks by the Taliban.”

Tucker: White House arming the Taliban as it disarms Americans

Joe Biden himself has said repeatedly, he would like to prevent you from owning the firearms that most Americans use to defend themselves and their families, and those efforts are now accelerating.

So how about this as an answer? No.

You’re not allowed to give more than half a million guns to the Taliban, guns that we paid for, and then try and take our guns away in this country.

Sorry, that’s not how it works. So, shut up and back off.

Afghanistan: Regional & Global Implications – Jerusalem Studio 628

Twenty years after it first set foot in Afghanistan, by its Special Forces linking up with the local Northern Alliance, the United States is withdrawing from this war-torn, land-locked Asian nation, leaving it at the mercy of the Mujahedeen, or Islamist Taliban, which swept its way back into power.

Regardless of the wisdom or even inevitability of the decision to cut and leave, the images of desperate Afghanis clinging to U.S. Air Force C17 transport Aircraft taking off at Kabul airport have sent a clear message of an American retreat.

What repercussions are now expected, regionally and globally?

Taliban take control, promise religious rule amid reports of executions, forced marriages

Afghanistan’s first day under Taliban rule in nearly two decades has already been marked with fear and violence as officials with the new government are killing individuals as they vow to impose a strict Islamic way of life now that American forces have left the country.

Hours after the U.S. withdrew from Afghanistan, Taliban members were going door to door in Kabul and executing people, a senior U.S. official told Fox News.

Similar actions had already been taken in other parts of the country before the American military even left. Last Wednesday, a former translator for a high-ranking U.S. Army Ranger told Fox News the Taliban had started executing allies of the U.S. in public, in provinces away from the media attention of Kabul.

Commentary/Opinion:

PROOF the Biden administration is lying about EVERYTHING

The Biden administration recently lied about The White House dog, Major, and his history of biting Secret Service agents.

So, Glenn argues, if they’re willing to lie about something so meaningless to the American people, what will they NOT lie about?

It’s safe to assume they’re currently lying to you about EVERYTHING — from the ‘new & improved’ Taliban, to the number of Americans left behind in Afghanistan…
