Governor Gavin Newsom signed Senate Bill 132, The Transgender Respect, Agency and Dignity Act, into law last year.

The law allows “transgender, non-binary and intersex people to be housed and searched in a manner consistent with their gender identity,” according to a press release from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.

And in just six months since the enactment of SB 132, the number of incarcerated people who say they are transgender or non-binary has increased from 1,088 to 1,237.

“The nearly 300 pending transfers are only the beginning of the invasion of women’s prisons by violent male inmates, including convicted murderers and rapists,” the article says.

Student and four adults, including two Boston police officers, sent to hospital after fight on city school bus

The McKinley Schools are four schools in one that provides special education for students in kindergarten through 12th grade with a focus on emotional, behavioral, and learning needs, according to the Boston Public Schools website.

The two officers along with the bus driver and a bus monitor were also taken to unidentified Boston hospitals for further evaluation, the statement said.

After the fight broke out, the bus driver pulled over and notified BPS Transportation, the statement said. The police were called and Boston EMS also responded.

The other students on the bus were evaluated by EMS and were taken to school on a new bus, the statement said. Students from the third to eighth grade were on board, according to the BPS.

Shootings in Chicago, Baltimore and St. Louis are on the rise | Larry Elder

Chicago is often called the #murder capital of the world but when you look at per-capita homicide, St. Louis and Baltimore are three times worse.

Police and community leaders are working on a plan to cure the violence but the numbers continue to rise on a daily basis. Weekend after weekend the violence in #Chicago continues to grow.

The mayor of Chicago, head of police, and superintendent of Schools are Black, kind of tough to blame this one on systemic racism, isn’t it?

#AOC says the headlines are causing hysteria but even the woke mayor of Minneapolis admits that defunding the police has led to a spike in crime.

When you reduce the possibility of a criminal being caught, convicted, or incarcerated, crime tends to go up. As Larry would say, you can’t make this up.

Mississippi levels up pro-life case, asks Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade: ‘Nothing in constitutional text, structure, history, or tradition supports a right to abortion’

“Under the Constitution, may a State prohibit elective abortions before viability? Yes. Why?

Because nothing in constitutional text, structure, history, or tradition supports a right to abortion,” Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch and four of her attorneys wrote in an opening brief.

They also argued that the conclusions reached in Roe and 1992 ruling Casey v. Planned Parenthood are “egregiously wrong” and have “inflicted significant damage” to the “principles of democratic self-governance.”

Both rulings declared that states cannot place an “undue burden” on abortion access before viability, which lawyers argue is unconstitutional.

Mom Fighting Insane $100,000 Parking Violation Wins First Round

A Florida court rejected the town of Lantana’s attempt to end a lawsuit filed by resident Sandy Martinez, who is contesting sky-high fines she was assessed for minor infractions on her own property.

IJ has challenged abusive fines and fees across the country, notably in Dunedin, Florida, where a homeowner is facing foreclosure after he was fined over $30,000 in fines for tall grass. IJ has successfully protected homeowners in California and Missouri from abusive fines and fees practices.

In 2019, IJ released a study of cities that relied heavily on fines and fees to balance their budgets, “The Price of Taxation by Citation,” and in 2020 released a 50-state survey of state laws governing municipal fines and fees.

Levin, whose eighth book “American Marxism” is already a bestseller and is set to debut at the No. 1 spot on the New York Times bestseller list, told Fox News host Sean Hannity on Thursday that the record-smashing sales figures he’s seeing for his book remind him of the beginnings of the Tea Party movement against the Obama administration and the early sales of his first smash hit, “Liberty and Tyranny.”

I was part of the Reagan revolution. I was part of the Tea Party movement. I was part of the Trump revolution. There is a massive movement afoot. It’s not under the radar, people just aren’t looking at it.

The silent majority is not going to be silent anymore.

Bill O’Reilly is INSULTED by Biden’s ‘DUMB’ response to growing crime in America

Bill O’Reilly tells Glenn that New York City in the 1980s was a ‘horrific place to be.’ Crime and drugs were rampant UNTIL Rudy Giuliani became mayor and restructured policing there.

But, soon enough, progressives took over — and NYC is back to high crime once again. And it’s the same in every city across the nation where far-left politicians called to either defund or dismantle police.

Plus, our president doesn’t help the matter, either. In fact, O’Reilly says he was INSULTED with Biden’s ‘dumb,’ recent response on growing crime in America: ‘It’s frightening and it’s subversive.’

The amendment to the Military Selective Service Act was approved by a committee vote of 21-5, with five Senate Republicans opposed, according to Politico reporter Burgess Everett.

Eight Republicans on the committee voted in favor of the amendment, which is now attached to the 2020 National Defense Authorization Act, a piece of legislation generally considered by lawmakers to be “must-pass.”

The language changing the Selective Service System was authored by Armed Services Committee Chairman Sen. Jack Reed (D-R.I.), Politico reported. His amendment expands Selective Service registration to “All Americans” and strikes explicit references to males.

Did Biden Officials Unmask Tucker Carlson? ft. Fred Fleitz | The Liz Wheeler Show

The former Chief of Staff to the National Security Council, Fleitz joins Liz to unpack exactly how Tucker’s name could have been unmasked and what was up with the NSA’s non-denial denial.

Plus, just how politicized has our intelligence community become?

The answer might not be what the American people want to hear, but it is what they need to hear.

Media protection racket hides Joe Biden’s ‘comically bizarre gaffes’ at CNN town hall

The US media establishment “moved heaven and earth” to make President Joe Biden seem presidential at the CNN town hall, according to Sky News Digital Editor Jack Houghton.

“As Biden fronted the CNN town hall this week, his chief stenographer Don Lemon was on the case. And boy did Don come prepared with some tough questions for the ‘big guy’.”

Biden was asked to name one extraordinary moment since becoming president and instead of providing an answer, he rambled about being told to close doors.

“And it wasn’t just comically bizarre gaffes, Biden made plenty of factually incorrect statements, some of which Don Lemon helped him correct in the moment before quickly trying to move on,” he said.

Joe Biden ‘has to be taken out of circulation’ after ‘rambling about men on the moon’

Sky News host Alan Jones says Joe Biden “has to be taken out of circulation” after a CNN Town Hall filled with blunders, including an “incoherent rambling about men on the moon and aliens”.

Mr Jones said President Biden remained “unchallenged in his rambling” because “CNN are mouthpieces for Biden”.

“This bloke has to be taken out of circulation,” Mr Jones said.

“This bloke, Joe Biden, belongs in a home and that home is not the White House.”

On today’s Watchman Newscast, host Erick Stakelbeck breaks down the world’s first ever multi-nation drone drill, held by Israel this month and with the U.S., Italy, France, Germany and the UK all participating as well.

Meanwhile, Iran just opened a new oil export terminal that it says will enable it to bypass the strategic Strait of Hormuz and evade U.S. sanctions.

Scientist fear the ‘immoral’ dangers of human cloning | 60 Minutes Australia

At a laboratory in Scotland, a sheep named Dolly has turned science fiction into science fact. The sheep is cloned, an exact replica of its mother. Born without any input whatsoever from a male.

And, as Liz Hayes reports, the next step is the big one, a cloned human. As she found, there are doctors who are willing, able and ready to take that step and turn a tiny cell into an exact, living replica of the person from whom the cell was taken.

This scariest of scenarios has, of course, brought howls of outrage.

As one ethicist puts it: ‘What happens to identity? What happens to personality? What happens to teenage rebellion when you’re rebelling against yourself? Children won’t just take after a parent. They will be that parent’.

There were no immediate reports of injuries after hundreds of protesters clashed with police outside the private ceremony. Shots erupted and teargas and black smoke wafted into the event. Protesters’ cries carried over religious leaders speaking at the funeral.

Earlier, Moïse’s widow, Martine, arrived to cries of “Justice! Justice!” Her right arm in a sling from the injuries she sustained in the attack that killed her husband, she lay her left arm on the casket and then brought it to her heart as she stood in silence.

Cries of “Assassin!” filled the air at the arrival of Haiti’s national police chief, Léon Charles.

The newly appointed prime minister, Ariel Henry, arrived afterwards to cries of “Justice for Jovenel!”

Classic Stossel: Don’t Be Afraid of Robots!

Technology is changing our world!

A Japanese hotel is using robots as porters and bellhops. When robots do this work, fewer receptionists will get jobs. Military robots will replace soldiers. Driverless cars will put taxi and truck drivers out of work.

John Stossel says don’t worry.

He gets a ride in a nearly-driverless car on the highway. Will he survive? After a few close calls, the car does a great job of driving.
