Homicides Have Skyrocketed in These Six Democratic Cities. Black People Are Disproportionately the Victims, Data Shows
The number of homicides in six major cities across the country has increased compared to last year, disproportionately affecting black people, according to crime data.
Black people have represented a massive share of murder victims in six major cities through the first six months of 2021 compared to last year, which itself saw a large crime surge, according to data analyzed by the Daily Caller News Foundation.
The DCNF analyzed both police department data and homicide reports compiled by local news outlets to determine how black people have been victimized in the wake of the 2020 crime spike.
The DCNF collected homicide data from Chicago, Baltimore, Milwaukee, Pittsburgh, Los Angeles, and Indianapolis, some of the only cities in which such data is readily available. Most major cities have limited statistics tracking 2021 murders and homicide victims.

A 29-second clip from the officer’s bodycam shows him approaching Wallace while the suspect is sitting in a gray Honda sedan in a parking lot.
“How’s it going?” the officer asks. “Do you live here?”
Wallace stands up, but the cop tells him to sit down, which he refuses, the clip shows.A struggle ensues, a gunshot can be heard and the wounded officer falls to the ground.
Some 500 police officers responded to the area following the shooting to track down Wallace, who remained on the run Thursday.
Man kills California cop responding to domestic disturbance
The footage, released Tuesday by the Stockton Police Department, shows the instant Lance Lowe, 30, shot Officer Jimmy Inn as the cop responded to a residence on May 11 for a report of a domestic disturbance.
A caller told police a woman was bleeding and appeared to have been assaulted, Chief Eric Jones said.
Seconds later, as screaming can be heard in the background, Lowe emerges from the doorway and opens fire on Inn, striking the officer multiple times, Jones said.
Inn immediately falls to the ground and wails in pain, the shocking footage shows. A second officer, Pancho Freer, later arrives on the scene, where he saw Lowe standing over Inn, and then opening fire in his direction.
Gang boss ‘executed rival, went on run, returned to kill again’
John Pena, who also goes by the names Tragedy and Donn Tragg, appeared in Brooklyn federal court Wednesday where he was tied to two recent Staten Island murders.
Pena, 29, is accused of gunning down Mark Bajandas, 26, in the North Shore neighborhood during a memorial for another dead gangbanger on March 10 – shooting him more than 10 times at close range.
The suspect then allegedly went into hiding for three months before popping up again Tuesday where he is believed to have killed again.
Francesco ‘Franky’ Gonzalez, 23, was shot in the face while he slept next to his girlfriend in his apartment.
According to the court documents, police were alerted to the shooting just after 2am and arrived on the scene to find a 26-year-old man unconscious with multiple gunshot wounds.

Jade Gordon, from Albuquerque, told the station KRQE that her 23-year-old son, Shane Gordon, has been troubled from a young age and has long been ‘on a path of destruction.’
Over the past three years, Shane has been in and out of jail on charges including harassment, intimidation, and multiple counts of battery, assault and property damage, but each time he was released after getting a slap on the wrist, only to reoffend again.
Court records indicate that in recent years, Ward has been charged with using a phone to intimidate his ex-boyfriends’ relatives by texting them messages like ‘your family will be massacred’ and ‘[I will] chop [your] children’s heads off.’
‘I honestly believe the system failed my son,’ Gordon said. ‘The judge keeps releasing him and letting him out.’
Illinois trio charged with beating, strangling police officer over traffic stop
The Aurora Police Department announced Tuesday that 28-year-old Paul Sherrod, 24-year-old Jennifer Taylor and 26-year-old Sheba Taylor have each been charged with aggravated battery, resisting or obstructing a police officer causing injury and aggravated assault of a peace officer.
The vehicle, with two passengers inside later identified as Jennifer and Sheba Taylor, pulled into a driveway in the 600 block of North Elmwood Drive, and “the driver began yelling obscenities out the window,” according to a press release from the police department.
A woman in the back seat then got out of the vehicle, and the officer “ordered her back into the car several times before informing her that she was under arrest for obstructing,” police said.
Before she was taken into custody, Sherrod, continuing to yell obscenities, exited the vehicle, approached the officer and told the officer he would fight him if he touched the female passenger.
Man suspected of murdering mom, kids in Herndon was convicted MS-13 gang member
MS-13 gang member who would still be locked up if his sentence had not been suspended, according to case information obtained by FOX 5.
FOX 5’s Lindsay Watts uncovered that in addition to his connection to the notorious gang, Jose Iraheta Palacios, 37, was in the U.S. illegally, according multiple sources.
Police encountered Iraheta Palacios Saturday morning, sitting on top of a Reston Town Center parking garage and threatening to jump. He told police he had killed his girlfriend, Claudia Menjivar, and her two children after an argument over infidelity, according to an affidavit filed by Herndon Police.
Iraheta Palacios jumped to his death and police rushed to Menjivar’s apartment on Florida Ave. in Herndon to find her and the children had been murdered. Police have not released any cause of death, but say they got no reports of gunshots.

Officers found a 9 mm pistol and two bags of pot in the Mustang. Police later found a Crown Royal bag containing crack cocaine where he sat, police said.
Officers started to search Ricky Price when his brother, Travis Price, got there and walked up to the scene, police said.Travis Price bumped officers back with his body to get closer to his brother while yelling at them, police said.
Officers and Travis Price started to struggle when he was taken to the ground.
At that time, the other officers collected jewelry from Ricky Price since he asked that his things be passed along to someone else on the scene.
Officers agreed, but when they took off Ricky Price’s cuffs, he tried to run and threw a few punches, police said. One struck an officer in the face, the news release stated.

The inventor of the mRNA technology that went into some of the vaccines told Fox News on Wednesday that Google-owned YouTube deleted a posting of a podcast during which he discussed his concerns and findings.
As “Tucker Carlson Tonight” host Tucker Carlson noted, Dr. Robert Malone is “the single most qualified” expert on mRNA vaccines, but that the Big Tech companies are asserting themselves as more informed than him on the topic.
“A Norwegian study conducted of 100 nursing home residents who died after receiving Pfizer’s Corona shots. They found that at least ten of those deaths were likely caused by the vaccine. 10%,” said Carlson.
Malone said that in the case of younger Americans, he “has a bias that the benefits probably don’t outweigh the risks in that cohort.”
CDC Finds More Cases of Heart Inflammation Than Expected in Vaccinated Young Males
The bulk of the reports submitted to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, a passive reporting system run by two top health agencies, dealt with myocarditis or pericarditis experienced after a second dose of a messenger RNA-based COVID-19 vaccine.
Of the 1,226 reports of post-vaccination heart inflammation—a jump from under 800—827 were for myocarditis or pericarditis after dose two. Another 267 were after a first dose. The rest were reports after an unspecified dose.
Most of the cases were seen after the Pfizer-BioNTech shot. The others were seen after a Moderna jab.
Continuing a trend first seen earlier this year, the majority of the patients were male. About 40 percent were seen in persons 29 years old or younger.

Biden announces bipartisan infrastructure deal
‘We had a really good meeting and to answer your direct question, we have a deal,’ the president told reporters. ‘I think it’s really important, we’ve all agreed that, none of us got all what we wanted, I clearly didn’t get all I wanted, they gave more than I think maybe they were inclined to give in the first place.’
The White House said the deal will include $1.2 trillion in infrastructure spending over an eight year period.
Over a five-year period there will be $973 billion in infrastructure spending. Biden was surrounded by a bipartisan group of senators led by Democratic Sen. Kyrsten Sinema and Republican Sen. Rob Portman.
The senators vowed to give more details on the plan later this afternoon as they left the microphones.
Giuliani suspended from practicing law in New York after statements challenging 2020 election results
The disciplinary proceedings were the result of multiple complaints filed against Giuliani, and are based on allegations of false statements made in court, in the media, and elsewhere about the 2020 election.
Those statements, the court said, “were made to improperly bolster respondent’s narrative that due to widespread voter fraud, victory in the 2020 United States presidential election was stolen from his client.”
Giuliani has claimed that any false statements he made were not made with the knowledge that they were false at the time.
The suspension is an “interim” one, and will be in effect as full disciplinary proceedings against him play out.
The court recognized that this is a severe measure that they believe is appropriate given “an immediate threat to the public interest.

Yet this is exactly what socialists have done:
Over the past hundred years, there have been more than two dozen attempts to build a socialist society. It has been tried in the Soviet Union, Yugoslavia, Albania, Poland, Vietnam, Bulgaria, Romania, Czechoslovakia, North Korea, Hungary, China, East Germany, Cuba, Tanzania, Benin, Laos, Algeria, South Yemen, Somalia, the Congo, Ethiopia, Cambodia, Mozambique, Angola, Nicaragua and Venezuela, among others. All of these attempts have ended in varying degrees of failure. How can an idea, which has failed so many times, in so many different variants and so many radically different settings, still be so popular? (p. 21)
This is the central question asked by this extremely important book from economist Kristian Niemietz, who works at the London Institute for Economic Affairs. He manages to provide the answer to his question in one sentence:
It is because socialists have successfully managed to distance themselves from those examples. (p. 55)
As soon as you confront socialists with examples of failed experiments, they always offer the following response:
“These examples don’t prove anything at all! In fact, none of these are true socialist models.” During the “heyday” of most of these socialist experiments, however, intellectuals held quite a different view, as Niemietz illustrates with many examples.
