Samuel Christopher Fox, of Mt. Pleasant; Mitchell Paul Vukich of New Brighton; and Nicholas J. Perretta of Baden, were arrested on charges of entering a restricted building, disorderly conduct in a restricted building, violent entry and disorderly conduct in a Capitol building and demonstrating in a Capitol building.

Vukich and Perretta were also charged with theft of government property. Vuckich appeared via Zoom for an initial appearance in federal court Wednesday afternoon.

In order to be released from custody pending his trial, Vukich agreed to surrender his passport, stay out of Washington, D.C. unless for court purposes, abide by a $10,000 unsecured bond and remove all guns from the home he shares with his father.

Fox and Perretta were also released under similar conditions following their hearings on Wednesday afternoon.

One person killed, another hurt by gunshots in Pittsburgh’s East Allegheny neighborhood

Officers learned of the shooting around 1 a.m. from a ShotSpotter alert for Nash Street. While on their way to the area, they were notified that a shooting victim was on East Ohio Street.

When officers got to East Ohio Street, they found 22-year-old Rasaun Taylor with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead by paramedics, officials said.

Police were then alerted to a second victim on Cedar Avenue. He suffered a gunshot wound to the foot and was taken to a hospital in stable condition, officials said.

Six people are injured after 14-foot-high pedestrian bridge collapses onto truck and causes multi-car collision on Washington DC highway

The bridge collapsed across all three lanes of the I-295 in Northeast Washington, DC at about 12.00pm on Wednesday.

The truck caught underneath the bridge, which is located at Kenilworth Ave and Polk St, subsequently started leaking gallons fuel. Authorities, including fire and hazmat crews, worked to contain the fuel leak.

Authorities don’t yet know what caused the bridge to crumble.

Preliminary investigations show the collapse could be the result of a crash that potentially pulled the bridge off its support structures.

Statue of Theodore Roosevelt – which has stood outside NYC’s Museum of Natural History for 80 years – will be removed over racism complaints

Some have said the depiction is racist, promoting a hierarchy that puts a white man above a Native American man and African man.

Roosevelt has long been associated with the Museum of Natural History.

His father was one of the founders of the museum, and more recently Robin Williams played a wax statue version of the president in the 2006 movie ‘Night at the Museum’, which was set at the AMNH.

The New York Times reports the bronze statue – which was erected in 1940 – will go to a yet-to-be-designated cultural institution dedicated to Roosevelt’s life and legacy.

While there’s no official number of statues taken down over the last year, the Southern Poverty Law Center previously revealed that 168 Confederate symbols were removed in 2020, including 94 monuments.

Data suggests ‘likely’ link between COVID-19 mRNA vaccines, rare heart issues in teens, CDC panel says

The COVID-19 Vaccine Safety Technical (VaST) Work Group, which presented during the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) meeting Wednesday, said the “data available to date suggest likely association of myocarditis with mRNA vaccination in adolescents and young adults.”

The group noted myocarditis most often appeared after the second dose, which was similar to data reported through VAERS.

“It does appear that mRNA vaccines may be a new trigger for myocarditis yet it does have some different characteristics…” said Dr. Matthew Oster, MPH, CDC COVID-19 Vaccine Task Force during the panel meeting Wednesday.

At least 153 employees of a Houston hospital — including nurses and other medical staff — were fired or resigned Tuesday after refusing to get vaccinated against COVID-19, one of the first mass terminationssince vaccinations started in the U.S. this year, reinvigorating a national anti-vaccine movement.

The employees were given until midnight Tuesday to get vaccinated, and “very few” resigned or retired early to avoid vaccination, said Gale Smith, a hospital spokeswoman.

Smith said hospital leaders had no regrets about the policy, despite the national attention it drew.

EXCLUSIVE: ICE Flies Migrants from Border Area Air Force Base to U.S. Interior

The migrants, who are not eligible for removal under the CDC’s Title 42 Emergency COVID-19 authority, are being processed for asylum and will likely be released once credible fear interviews take place.

Border Patrol in Del Rio sees large groups of Haitians and Venezuelans illegally enter the city almost daily. The sector currently leads the nation in the apprehension of these cohorts.

The source within ICE says the flights help to relieve local community strains and also take the migrant releases further from the public eye at the border.

ICE utilizes chartered Boeing 737, 767, and 777 equipment to facilitate the movement of migrants within the United States and abroad.

The BBC reports the migrant children, mostly from Central America, face “heartbreaking” living conditions.

Findings by the BBC from interviews with staff and migrant children revealed allegations of sexual abuse, COVID-19 and lice outbreaks, long waits for medical attention, a lack of clean clothes, and children served under-cooked meats.

Staff members provided the BBC with leaked photos and video from inside detention centers.

Employees also told the BBC about children in need of urgent medical attention being neglected, the report continues.

The suspect, Joel Arciniega-Saenz, 25, confessed Monday that he murdered and decapitated James Garcia, 51, in Apodoca Park, Las Cruces, and then proceeded to drag his body into a city street and play soccer with his severed head, police told KFOX.

Arciniega-Saenz reportedly told investigators that Garcia had raped his wife four years earlier, but failed to identify his wife or provide evidence, police said.

“Our office has diligently argued to keep this guy in jail on the most recent charges for vandalizing Beck’s Coffee House,” the Third Judicial District Attorney’s Office told KFOX, “but the District Court Judge Wingenroth ‘didn’t find him dangerous’ and released him on a $2,000 bond.”

FNC’s Carlson Ties Scientists Advising Google on COVID-19 to ‘Human Engineering

So, really, in one of the great kind of head hitting moments in recent history, we learn that the guy directly tied to bat virus experiments in the lab in Wuhan was the very same guy telling the entire world that there was no possibility this virus could have come from the Wuhan lab.

What is amazing is that Google knew this. The evidence was right there on one of its own platforms, YouTube, which it owns.

So, why did Google continue to rely on Peter Daszak, of all people on Earth, to decide what the rest of the population could know about the origins of COVID? That is the answer.

Tonight we know why. It turns out that Tony Fauci was not the only one funding Peter Daszak’s research on bat viruses. Google was funding that research, too.

21 Republicans, led by Boebert, move to censure Biden over ‘failure’ to enforce border laws

“My censure resolution holds President Biden accountable for his actions – or lack thereof – at the border,” Boebert said in a statement.

The resolution expresses “disapproval of the failure to uphold the constitutional duty to ‘take care that the laws be faithfully executed’ and the usurpation of the legislative authority of Congress by the President of the United States.”

The text accuses Biden of “usurpation of the legislative power of Congress” by withholding funding for border wall construction, calls on Biden to ensure the faithful execution of U.S. immigration law and resolves to censure Biden “for his failure to ‘take care that the laws be faithfully executed’ as required by the Constitution.”

Harris is set to visit El Paso, Texas, with Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

The White House has defended Harris for not visiting the border, saying that her role was to improve diplomacy and conditions inside Northern Triangle countries where countries are fleeing.

The White House said Harris was working “with leaders in the Northern Triangle” and work on ways to “address corruption” and the root causes of migration, as well as ways to address humanitarian challenges in the countries.

‘If I wasn’t going next week, Kamala would NEVER have gone’: Trump celebrates after VP FINALLY announced she was heading to the border on Friday

‘After months of ignoring the crisis at the Southern Border, it is great that we got Kamala Harris to finally go and see the tremendous destruction and death that they’ve created—a direct result of Biden ending my very tough but fair Border policies,’ Trump celebrated in a statement from his Save America political action committee email on Wednesday.

‘Harris and Biden were given the strongest Border in American history.

And now, it is by far the worst in American history,’ he continued. ‘If Governor Abbott and I weren’t going there next week, she would have never gone!

‘About a dozen members of the Republican Study Committee, the largest group of House Republicans, will also join Trump on the trip, Politico reported.

More proof Covid came from a lab leak? China ‘DELETED’ samples from earliest patients that indicated virus was circulating in Wuhan BEFORE seafood market outbreak in December 2019

Professor Jesse Bloom found dozens of test samples from the earliest confirmed Covid patients in epicentre Wuhan had been pulled by Chinese scientists from an international database

Dozens of test samples from patients in epicentre Wuhan were found to have been wiped from an international database used to track the virus’ evolution.

The American professor who spotted their deletion and managed to recover some of the data said they suggested Covid was circulating long before China’s official timeline.

Professor Jesse Bloom, a virologist from the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, said he believed China had removed the files to ‘obscure their existence’.

British scientists told MailOnline the findings confirm Covid was spreading in people before being linked to wet markets, ‘perhaps months before’.

Professor Bloom noted all 45 samples have since been pulled from the database, with ‘no plausible scientific reason for the deletion’.

He said the most likely explanation was to ‘abuse’ and ‘obscure’ the truth about the origins of the pandemic.

Ethiopian military spokesman Colonel Getnet Adane did not confirm or deny the incident. He said air strikes were a common military tactic and that government forces do not target civilians.

The bomb hit a market at around 1 p.m., according to a woman who said her husband and 2-year-old daughter had been injured.

“We didn’t see the plane, but we heard it,” she said on Wednesday. “When the explosion happened, everyone ran out. After a time we came back and were trying to pick up the injured.”

The woman said the market had been full of families, and she did not see any armed forces in the area. “Many, many” people had been killed, she said.

A bomb attack in a residential area of Pakistan’s eastern city of Lahore killed four people on Wednesday, including a child, and wounded 14, police said, but there was no immediate claim of responsibility.

Among those wounded in the powerful blast were some police officers manning a checkpoint next to the house of Hafiz Saeed, the jailed founder of Islamist militant group Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT).

“Apparently what we see is that our law enforcement agencies are the target,” provincial police chief Inam Ghani told reporters. “You can see our police officials are also wounded.”

Three people were killed, Ghani said. A police spokesman later said a four-year-old child had succumbed to his wounds.

US warplanes fly first combat missions off foreign aircraft carrier since World War II as Marine Corps F-35B jets take off from HMS Queen Elizabeth to fight ISIS in the Middle East

Ten F-35Bs from the Marines’ Fighter Attack Squadron 211 are aboard the Royal Navy’s new flagship, joining eight RAF F35B jets from the Royal Air Force’s 617 Squadron.

The combat missions against ISIS are part of the United States’ Operation Inherent Resolve, as well as the UK’s Operation Shader. Military officials did not specify the location or target of the combat strikes.

Britain’s Capt. James Blackmore, who commands the air wing aboard the Queen Elizabeth, celebrated the partnership between the US and UK.

It was also accompanied by six Royal Navy ships including HMS Defender and HMS Diamond, a submarine, 14 Royal Navy helicopters and a company of Royal Marines.

The carrier will remain in the eastern Mediterranean for two to three weeks before moving through the Suez Canal to continue with a seven-and-a-half-month deployment to India, South Korea and Japan.

The Carrier Strike Group will visit India, Singapore and then to Japan via the South China Sea.

‘Heartless’ Queensland bars US couple from seeing dying father

The Australian federal government granted Mark Kilian and his wife Anneli Gericke an exemption to Covid-19 border closures, allowing them to travel to the country to visit Mark’s dying father.

The state of Queensland, however, has denied their quarantine exemption so the couple are currently serving 14 days in a hotel isolation.

A spokesperson for Queensland Health has defended its policies, saying it would “always put the safety of the Queensland community first and our quarantine policy has been successful in keeping our community safe”.

Australia Senate Moves to Block Critical Race Theory from National Curriculum: ‘Education, Not Indoctrination’

The Senate voted 30-28 to support the notice of motion, promoted by One Nation leader Sen. Pauline Hanson (pictured), that urges the conservative coalition government to reject the Marxist ideology, the Daily Telegraph reported.

The Australian curriculum was the subject of intense controversy earlier this year when opponents to CRT observed its concepts seeping into classroom teaching, replacing Australia’s British and Judeo-Christian heritage, the report noted.

The motion in Canberra comes as individual states in the United States, and even local public school districts, begin to ban the teaching of CRT’s tenets from their schools.

According to unverified claims by the Interfax news agency in Moscow, HMS Defender, a Royal Navy Type 45 air defence destroyer, entered “Russian territorial waters”.

Interfax said the British warship had been warned that weapons would be fired if it entered Russian waters and that a “border patrol ship” fired twice.

Shortly afterwards, the report claimed, a SU-24M — a Cold War-era Russian supersonic interceptor/bomber — dropped four “high explosive fragmentation bombs” across the course of the ship. The Russians said this, too, was a “warning”.

Britain’s Ministry of Defence has denied the incident even took place in a statement received by Breitbart London, asserting that HMS Defender was on a “routine transit” on a direct route between Ukraine and Georgia and was in Ukrainian waters.

Commentary/Opinion:

Chelsea Wolfe’s Olympic Flag Burning Promise Is A Sign Of America’s Decline

Leaving aside the fact that Wolfe is a man and should not be competing against women, his 2020 statement makes one wonder why he would even be picked as an Olympic athlete, since he clearly has no respect for the country he will be representing.

Even if Americans are not paying too much attention to Wolfe, you can bet the Chinese are. This year, the genocidal Chinese government slammed the United States, saying it is a racist country in order to deflect from their human rights abuses committed against the Uyghur Muslims and in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Can our president defend the United States against such slander?

No, because he has repeatedly stated that the United States — not China or Lebanon or India, the United States — is institutionally racist.

The Olympics have always been a powerful tool for measuring world power and dominance. Why else would the Chinese government fund grueling Chinese “sports schools” to raise Olympians?

That’s why Wolfe’s comments are not just an innocuous Facebook post. It has a profound effect on our enemies and on the American psyche.

The world is not only laughing at us, they are taking measure of our weaknesses, and they will use it against us. They know a self-loathing nation is a weak nation.

Meanwhile, Democrats are trying to pretend that H.R.4 is a “compromise” on H.R.1, but they aren’t fooling us.

Plus, in case transgender lingerie models weren’t enough to placate the woke elite this month, Lin Manuel Miranda is now apologizing for his “In The Heights” casting of minorities who weren’t “dark enough” and Laurel Hubbard, a man who thinks he’s a woman, is set to compete in the women’s Olympic games.

This is The Liz Wheeler Show.

If we don’t SQUASH critical race theory, America could be OVER

The mainstream media’s latest spin is that critical race theory is NOT being taught in schools throughout the nation.

Even further, reporters like Chuck Todd are working overtime to convince their viewers that those arguing against CRT are racist, white, Republicans — they’re just angry Trump voters looking for their next war to wage.

But that’s FAR from the truth. Critical race theory is NOT arcane.

It IS dangerous. And, Glenn argues, if it’s not squashed and the left succeeds with its indoctrination, America as we know it WILL be over…
