Woman visits ATM to withdraw $20. Bank tells her she has a negative balance of $1B.
Julia Yonkowski of Largo, Florida, visited an ATM on Saturday to withdraw the small sum when she found herself agog over her what she believed was her balance: nearly $1 billion.
According to WFLA-TV, Yonkowski said that her bank balance showed $999,985,855.94.Yonkowski told the station, “Oh, my God, I was horrified.
I know most people would think they won the lottery, but I was horrified.
When I put in for the $20, the machine came back and said we’ll give you the $20 but that’ll cause an overdraft and you will be charged and I said, ‘Oh just forget it.'”

The physicist also berated the scientific community for not pushing back at clueless politicians and media that are promoting climate alarmism.
Allowing these lies to metastasize in the public consciousness causes unnecessary panic and erodes the credibility of legitimate environmental scientists who don’t endorse this mass hysteria.
Suspect reportedly attempts to rob Papa John’s restaurant — but armed pizza delivery driver with concealed carry permit stops him dead
According to WDTN-TV, two suspects wearing masks entered a New Carlisle, Ohio, pizza restaurant just before closing time on Sunday. One of the suspects was reportedly armed with a knife, while the second was said to be carrying a crowbar.
“They came running in with weapons and tried to rob us,” an unnamed employee who was there during the incident told WHIO-TV. “They had weapons, the one had a big crowbar and the other one looked like a knife, and they were sprinting toward us.”
The delivery driver, who reportedly has a concealed carry permit, opened fire on the suspects, striking one, according to WHIO. The other fled from the scene on foot as employees called authorities.
4 times as many troops and vets died by suicide than combat in post 9/11 era, study says
The Costs of War Project’s study found that while suicide rates among the general public have been on the rise for the past 20 years, suicide rates among the military and veteran community continue to outpace the U.S. national average.
The study concludes, “At least four times as many service members and war veterans of post-9/11 conflicts have died of suicide than ever died in combat.”
By the numbers, the study found an estimated 30,177 active duty service members and war veterans of the post 9/11 wars have died by suicide, compared to the 7,057 killed in U.S. military operations collectively known as the “Global War on Terror.”
“This marks a failure by the military and U.S. society to manage the mental health cost of our current conflicts,” the Costs of War Project said.
Nearly 4,000 women suffer period problems after receiving CCP Virus vaccine
Authorities acknowledge the vaccines carry some risk of patients experiencing adverse side-effects.
“MHRA is closely monitoring reports of menstrual disorders (period problems) and unexpected vaginal bleeding following vaccination against COVID-19 in the United Kingdom,” the agency said on its website.
“A range of menstrual disorders have been reported after all three of the COVID-19 vaccines including heavier than usual periods, delayed periods and unexpected vaginal bleeding.”
However, “independent experts” from the Commission on Human Medicines’s COVID-19 Vaccines Benefit Risk Expert Working Group, and Medicines for Women’s Health Expert Advisory Group, are still not convinced the CCP Virus vaccine is to blame for period problems.
Dangerous pathogens and bacteria found on used children’s face masks, Florida University report
Concerned parents in Gainesville, Florida, sent six masks to the University of Florida’s Mass Spectrometry Research and Education Center to be analyzed for contaminants.
Five masks were worn by children aged 6 to 11 for five to eight hours at school, and one mask was worn by an adult.
Three were surgical, two were cotton, and one was a polyester gaiter among the six covers. The control samples were new masks and a t-shirt that had been worn at school.
Rational Ground reports that parasites, fungus, and bacteria were discovered in five of the masks. One was found to have a virus that may infect cattle and deer and produce a deadly systemic illness.
Woman, 19, shot dead by officer during Juneteenth parade after she opened fire on him from her car, leaving the cop sobbing on the floor afterwards
Police say Briana Sykes, 19, of Flint, fired the first shots at the officer, who was controlling traffic, before he returned fire and fatally wounded her.
Cell phone video of the confrontation posted online shows the officer slumping to the floor after the shooting and appearing to cry as he is attended to by colleagues.
Witnesses told FOX 2 Detroit that the officer had no choice but to open fire after the woman drove up and shot at him.
The officer, meanwhile, can be seen on his knees, seemingly weeping as another officer comes to comfort him.
Female mob TWERK on ambulance as it tries to get through Juneteenth crowd to reach injured and dying shooting victims in Oakland
The ambulance was stopped in its tracks by the crowd which was said to be around 1,000-strong as people gathered to celebrate Juneteenth after it was declared a federal holiday.
As the ambulance arrived at the scene, the revelers continued to party, with no apparent regard for the seriousness of the situation that just occurred nearby.
Video footage of the incident has gone viral on Twitter, showing Juneteenth partiers not only ignoring the Oakland shooting, but using the ambulance as a vehicle for them to use for their own enjoyment.
Six male victims ranging in age from 16 to 27 and one 21-year-old female suffered gunshot wounds, and a 22-year-old San Francisco resident died.
As LAPD loses officers, number of people shot increases by 40%
The city recorded more than 1,300 people shot, either fatally or nonfatally in 2020, an increase of nearly 40% from 2019. But in the first six months of 2021 alone, the number of people who were shot increased by 60% compared to the same time period last year.
The last time homicides were as high as they are citywide was in 2008.
The loss of nearly 600 officers since 2019 was due in part to a government hiring freeze instituted last year, and because the city chose to cut the LAPD’s budget by $150 million in response to activists’ demands to “defund the police.”
As NY DAs drop charges against rioters, NYPD watchdog concludes 39 officers deserve punishment for response to BLM riots last year
In the report released Monday, the Civilian Complaint Review Board concluded that 14 officers — including a captain and a sergeant — should face criminal charges for their behavior, while the remaining 25 should face disciplinary penalties ranging from 1 to 10 days.
Complaints leveled against the officers leading to recommended discipline included force, abuse of authority, offensive language, discourtesy, and untruthful statement.
The report comes as New York City district attorneys have dropped hundreds of charges against rioters and looters in recent months, angering businesses in the city that were ravaged as part of the protests.
In the meantime, the district attorneys are reportedly prioritizing a probe into the Trump Organization on allegations of tax, loan, and insurance fraud.

The image posted on the organizer’s Instagram page in a promotional ad showed the cartoon woman waving the burning flags atop a car that is also aflame.
Instagram removed the post for violating its regulation against “hate speech or symbols,” and warned that it would delete the group’s account, the Algemeiner reported.
The group then responded by calling followers to capture a screenshot of the post, “and share to prevent any attempts by Z1ON1ST and Instagram to censor our account.”
The Dyke March posted another post with images of a yellow and orange flames superimposed on the two flags.
According to the report, a third post asked if readers were “tired of social media censorship” and announced that the design “will be printed and wearable on this years (sic) t-shirts.”
16 Shot, 7 Fatally, on Monday Alone in Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s Chicago
NBC 5 reported that fatalities began at 9:45 a.m. when a 67-year-old man was shot dead in a road rage incident.
The Chicago Sun-Times noted that the next fatality occurred about 3:40 p.m., when a 23-year-old man was shot and killed while sitting in a vehicle in East Garland Park.
The Times pointed out that two people, an 18-year-old woman and a 20-year-old man, were shot dead in Woodlawn Park at about 5:40 p.m. Both victims sustained gunshot wounds to the head and were pronounced dead at the scene.
Breitbart News explained that 49 people were shot, five fatally, over Father’s Day weekend in Mayor Lightfoot’s Chicago.

Bill on Pritzker’s desk aims to promote LGBTQ people on corporate boards
Senate Bill 1730 was able to pass through both houses on its way to the governor’s desk but was met with opposition from some of the other lawmakers.
State Sen. Neil Anderson, R-Moline, opposed SB 1730. He said while this bill is not a mandate and is being used to collect data, that there might be people who do not feel comfortable revealing their sexual orientation in a business setting.
“How do we not know that the LGBTQ community isn’t already properly represented but they just don’t want to talk about it because they feel it is not important in a business setting?” Anderson said.
If Pritzker signs SB 1730, it would go into effect on Jan. 1, 2022.

SpaceX Says Starlink Will Support Global Coverage by September
Elon Musk’s Starlink aims to reach full operational capacities on a global scale by September, and then seek regulatory approvals, according to a Tuesday statement from company President Gwynne Shotwell, in an initial report from Reuters.
This is a very bold claim, so prospective Starlink users worldwide should probably manage their expectations, since working through regulatory authorities for every relevant country could at times bring local rollout to a crawl.
Beyond terrestrial concerns of optimizing global internet service, there is also the possibility that SpaceX’s growing constellation might one day serve as proof to an alien intelligence that on Earth, life found a way.
The May study, published in the Journal of the British Interplanetary Society, suggests that the massive constellation of LEO-stationed satellites could be a dead giveaway of intelligent life on Earth.
US seizes Iran’s state TV website, two other Iran-linked media websites
Currently, the websites for Press TV, the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting’s (IRIB) Al-Alam TV channel and the Yemeni Al-Masirah TV — which is operated by the Iran-linked Yemeni Houthi movement — all have a Department of Justice disclaimer image announcing the website seizures.
This is not the first time the DOJ has seized websites linked to Iran.
In November, the department announced the siezure of 29 websites linked to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), a U.S.-designated Foreign Terrorist Organization.
The exact reason behind these latest Iranian website seizures is unclear.
EU opens probe into Google’s adtech services
The probe will focus on the multi-layered market of display advertising and whether the search giant restricted access to user data for rivals while using it to its own profit. Google is present throughout the entire “adtech” supply chain — collecting data, selling advertising space and acting as an online advertising intermediary.
“We are concerned that Google has made it harder for rival online advertising services to compete in the so-called ad tech stack,” EU Competition Commissioner Margrethe Vestager said in a statement.
The Commission will investigate a broad range of Google practices related to its display advertising, including obligations to use certain Google products such as “Display & Video 360,” Google Ad Manager, but also Google’s Privacy Sandbox and restrictions placed by the U.S. tech giant on the ability of third parties to access data.
“Google is present at almost all levels of the supply chain for online display advertising,” Vestager said. “We will also be looking at Google’s policies on user tracking to make sure they are in line with fair competition.“
