Parents are arrested after their 1-year-old daughter died weighing just 8 POUNDS and covered in blisters and mother admits she hadn’t been able to bond with the little girl
Sage Wright, 22, and Christian Bishop-Torrence, 24, Wichita Falls, of Texas, were arrested Friday June 18 and charged with the offense of injury to a child, elderly, or disabled person following the death of their daughter on June 11.
When questioned by Wichita Falls Police Department, both parents admitted they didn’t seek medical attention after noticing their daughter had been losing weight since January.
When police inquired when the victim last received a medical checkup, Bishop-Torrence could not provide officials with any information.
In addition, Bishop-Torrence admitted he, ‘f**ked up’ and did not notice the severity of his daughter’s condition during his police interview.
VIDEO: US Navy conducts major explosive test off Atlantic coast, measures as 3.9 magnitude earthquake
In a press release complete with incredible photos and video on Friday, the Navy announced that USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78) had successfully completed its first scheduled explosive test event as part of the Full Ship Shock Trials.
The shock trial tests, which have been routinely conducted on different carriers over the last several decades, are intended to assess the shock hardness and military readiness of the ships ahead of deployment. This most recent test was reportedly conducted in compliance with the National Defense Authorization Act of 2016.
Dramatic video obtained and posted online by the U.S. Naval Institute shows several perspectives of the test explosion, including one from aboard the ship. As the explosives go off, the camera visibly shakes in response to the force of the blast.

We’ve already known that this virus is less of a threat to children than the flu. However, the latest data from the CDC show that even this mild virus (for children) is already in the rearview mirror, making the entire debate over current policy moot.
The CDC’s best estimate of infections per 100,000 by the end of March is that 5- to 17-year-olds have had the highest rate of infection per 100,000. If you do the math, that adds up to 41.532%. This is earth-shattering for several reasons.
We know from most places in the country, including the Los Angeles area, that the virus essentially became extinct when they reached the 40% infection mark.
The virus seemed to wane in almost every part of the country when serology tests showed about 40% with antibodies, and if the CDC is estimating that school-age children had an even slightly higher rate, it means they are certainly immune without the vaccine.
In other words, not only is the virus not serious enough to experiment with a new vaccine for children, it has likely passed.

According to Bauer, he and his daughter were running errands on May 2 when he heard tires screeching and watched a truck lose control on a bridge over Assawoman Bay, slam into a cement barrier, and flip over onto a guardrail.
Other cars were involved in the wreck and one hit his vehicle. Once he made sure his daughter was safe, he rushed to the truck that was teetering on the edge of the overpass.
A man who escaped from the vehicle pointed at the water, Bauer recalled.
“When I looked over I saw the car seat… and then about six feet away from the car seat was a little girl. She was on her back, completely floating, head completely out of the water, arms moving, legs kicking, and a little pink dress,” Bauer explained.
Nebraska Sending State Troopers to Southern Border to Aid with Crisis
The announcement comes after Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) and Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey (R) asked states to help them with the wave of illegal immigration pouring into their states as a result of the Biden administration’s massive Catch and Release operation.
In May, more than 172,000 border crossers were apprehended at the border — a nearly 700 percent increase in illegal immigration compared to the same time last year when former President Donald Trump implemented fierce border controls.
After apprehending border crossers, the Biden administration is releasing tens-of-thousands into American communities, often by putting them up in migrant hotels along the border before sending them on buses and domestic commercial flights into the U.S. interior.
Current projections predict that about 1.2 million border crossers will be encountered at the border this year with potentially hundreds-of-thousands more crossing illegally, undetected by federal immigration officials.
Illegal Alien in Custody on $1M Bail After Allegedly Raping 82-Year-Old Woman
Marvin Ailon-Mendoza, a 20-year-old illegal alien who entered the United States as an Unaccompanied Alien Child (UAC) via the U.S.-Mexico border, was arrested and charged with raping an 82-year-old woman last month.
Ailon-Mendoza has been previously arrested in Martin County, Florida.
According to records published in local media, Ailon-Mendoza was arrested as a juvenile with grand theft, battery, and for masturbating at a park with children around.
According to the report, Ailon-Mendoza was staring at a woman while masturbating before leaving the area on a bike.
Even though Ailon-Mendoza spent almost a year in jail for the public masturbation conviction, Martin County law enforcement said the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency did not take him into custody when he was set for release despite their referring him to the agency.
Twice-Deported Illegal Alien Pleads Guilty to Manslaughter in Death of Florida Police Officer
Days ago, illegal alien Francisco Portillo-Fuentes of El Salvador pleaded guilty to aggravated manslaughter in connection to Oliver’s death after a judge dismissed a murder indictment against him.
Three days after re-entering the U.S. via the southern border, Portillo-Fuentes was found in Florida. Oliver responded with another sheriff’s deputy to help a Border Patrol agent who was investigating six men in a truck.
Three of the men were identified as illegal aliens, including Portillo-Fuentes. While trying to transfer the men to a patrol car, Portillo-Fuentes took off running from the officers.
Oliver pursued Portillo-Fuentes but was hit and killed by an SUV as he tried to cross the roadway. Portillo-Fuentes was arrested about 12 hours later.
Chicago shootings: 54 shot, 5 fatally, in weekend violence across city
The 21-year-old was driving a Jeep about 1:40 a.m. in the 3100-block of West Augusta Boulevard when a car pulled up next to him and someone inside fired shots, Chicago police said.
The man was shot in the head, police said. A passenger in the Jeep drove him to Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Less than an hour earlier, a woman was fatally shot in Bucktown on the Northwest Side.
The Chicago Tribune observed a total of 1,587 people were shot January 1, 2021, through June 14, 2021. That figure represents fatal and non-fatal shootings combined and means 195 more people were shot in 2021 than were shot during the same time-frame in 2020.

The shooting took place as people were leaving Chicago’s 43rd Annual Puerto Rican People’s Day Parade, which people from all over the country and Puerto Rico travel to the city to attend.
The victims had a large Puerto Rican flag waving from their car when they were approached by a mob of black men and pulled from the vehicle and shot.
Police say the couple was “ambushed” by “up to three males.”
No arrests have been announced at this time.

VA planning to provide gender change surgeries for transgender vets
McDonough made the announcement at a Pride Month event in Orlando, Fla. where he said the VA would soon begin allowing “transgender vets to go through the full gender confirmation process with VA by their side,” the Associated Press reported.
The VA’s plan to begin providing gender confirmation surgery is expected to see a yearslong federal rulemaking process. McDonough said the VA will use the downtime in the lengthy bureaucratic process to “develop capacity to meet the surgical needs” of transgender veterans.
The plan to expand VA benefits to cover gender confirmation surgery comes months after President Joe Biden ordered the reversal of President Donald Trump’s ban on individuals diagnosed with gender dysphoria from serving in the U.S. military.
The Trump-era ban barred those diagnosed with gender dysphoria from serving, but allowed otherwise undiagnosed transgender individuals to serve under their biological sex.
Biden’s decision, ordered within his first five days in office, effectively allowed openly transgendered individuals to serve in the military, regardless of whether they have been diagnosed with gender dysphoria.

“Across the country, trial courts have been finding constitutional violations by the Biden administration in areas ranging from immigration to the environment to pandemic relief,” he explained.
A “critical” loss was the court’s decision to reject his 100-day moratorium on deportations, which was because, the ruling said, the “administration omitted ‘any rational explanation grounded in the facts reviewed and the factors considered.”
Then in Wisconsin a federal court stopped Biden’s race-based $4 billion program for farmers, citing its systemic racial discrimination.
A court in Texas ruled also found Biden engaged in system discrimination by demanding that help for restaurants give preference to women and minorities.”

As President Joe Biden promised in April, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) recently published model “red flag” legislation that authorizes court orders prohibiting gun possession by people deemed a threat to themselves or others.
The proposed language describes a process that is rigged against respondents from beginning to end, allowing courts to strip people of their Second Amendment rights based on little more than bare allegations by potentially mistaken, biased, or malicious petitioners.
Colorado is the only state with a red flag law that gives petitioners a right to court-appointed counsel if they can’t afford an attorney or choose not to spend the money required to hire one.
Without legal representation, respondents must fend for themselves in a daunting system that in practice presumes their future guilt. The Justice Department has nothing to say about that problem.

House Republicans: Biden Diverting Funds from Americans to Give Hotel Rooms to Illegal Aliens
In a letter to Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra, ten House Republicans — including Reps. Byron Donalds (R-FL) and Andy Biggs (R-AZ) — are asking the administration to disclose how many billions in taxpayer money it is using to provide border crossers with public services like hotel rooms and transportation.
As part of the Biden administration’s expansive Catch and Release operation, tens of thousands of border crossers set for release into the U.S. stay in migrant hotels before being flown into the nation’s interior on commercial flights.
The Biden administration has plans to open another migrant hotel in Yuma, Arizona, which the nonprofit Endeavors will coordinate.
The migrant hotel in Yuma would be one of the many migrant hotels funded by an $86 million operation the Biden administration has set up with American taxpayer funds.

Venice may be put on endangered list if cruise ships not banned, says Unesco
Unesco said on Monday it will discuss the issue at its plenary session on July 16-31. If approved, the agency could demand urgent action by the Italian government by next February.
Unesco warned that Venice’s survival will be even more in peril if the lagoon city doesn’t issue a permanent ban on cruise ships.
Early in June, Venetians were caught by surprise when a cruise liner sailed into the lagoon city for the first time since the pandemic began, despite an announcement from the Italian government that the ships would be banned from the historic centre.
In the meantime, the only way for the ships to enter Venice is via the Giudecca canal, where in June 2019 a 13-deck vessel operated by MSC crashed into a wharf and tourist boat, injuring five people.

Report: Three Countries Said to Ask Israel for Vaccines Rejected by Palestinians
Hours after signing the agreement to receive the vaccines, the PA backtracked and said the doses were too close to expiring and did not meet their standards.
“We won’t use them, and they will be returned [to Israel],” said PA Health Minister Mai al-Kaila at a press conference.
The Health Ministry in Jerusalem reacted with surprise at the move, saying that the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines were “perfectly sound” and “identical in every way to the vaccines currently being given to citizens of Israel.”
The ministry added that the Palestinians were aware of the expiration date prior to the deal.The PA Health Ministry on Sunday said it was now renegotiating to receive Pfizer vaccines from Israel that had a later expiration date.
