According to the Idaho Statesman, police arrested Terry Wilson on Tuesday night after “physical and electronic evidence” placed him at the scene of February’s crime.

In February, police arrived at Julia Davis Park, where they found a bronze Lincoln statue — known as the “Seated Lincoln” — had been smeared with feces, paint, and more.

Wilson reportedly tried to flee on Tuesday when officers arrived to arrest him.

“Officers chased after Wilson and were able to stop him and take him into custody, at which time Wilson was found to be in possession of a firearm, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia,” a news release from the police said.

“Wilson was taken to the hospital and was medically cleared before being booked into the Ada County Jail.”

Secret Service reportedly got involved in bizarre gun case involving Hunter Biden

When Delaware State Police officers arrived, they were concerned because the trash container was across the street from a high school.

FBI agents, who were already monitoring Hunter because of the tax probe, also showed up.

The police described Hunter as “agitated” when an officer asked him if the gun had been used in a crime.

During the questioning, two of the store’s employees described in the police report as “Mexican males” walked past, and Hunter told the officer that the store had suspicious people working there.

Asked if he was referring to those two staffers, Hunter responded, “Yea, prolly illegal,” the report said.

Politico’s headline noted that the United States Secret Service “inserted itself” into the 2018 case involving the son of then-presidential nominee Joe Biden.

The outlet — echoing TheBlaze’s story published Oct. 29, 2020 — also said the incident involved Hallie Biden, widow of Joe Biden’s son Beau, who was in a relationship with Hunter Biden at the time.

Politico said it obtained copies of the Firearms Transaction Record and a receipt for the gun dated Oct. 12, 2018 — and that Hunter Biden responded “no” to a question on the transaction record that asks, “Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?”

The outlet noted that five years earlier he had been discharged from the Navy Reserve after testing positive for cocaine, and he and family members have spoken about his history of drug use. Lying on the form is a felony,

Google repeatedly hands over user data to law enforcement without a warrant

That emerges from information shared with the LA Times by an anonymous Google user, who said they were notified about this in an email from the tech giant, who said the request came from the Department of Homeland Security, without including the request itself in the email.

When this Google user asked to see the document, it turned out to be an administrative subpoena issued by the Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE), while the data the agency was requesting from Google included the user’s name, home, email, and IP addresses, as well as sources of payment associated with the account.

And here, the term “account” covers any Google service and app, such as Gmail, Google Pay, YouTube, etc.

It wasn’t the first time, however, that Reid has spread conspiracy theories or other misinformation to her viewers and millions of Twitter followers.

Here are 10 other times the MSNBC star has been caught disseminating fake news.

‘Wasn’t Like This Four Years Ago’: Local Law Enforcement Feeling the Brunt of Surge at the Border

The Constables office is one of the only law enforcement agencies in the area allowing reporters to document what is happening as the U.S. Border Patrol has been put under a “gag order” by the Biden administration.

The constables have been trying to fill in the gaps in areas where Border Patrol normally operates along the Rio Grande River but many have since been pulled to help process the large number of illegal immigrants turning themselves in.

The increase in illegal border crossings comes as U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has insisted the southern border is “not open” and “secure,” while admitting the country is “on pace to encounter more individuals on the southwest border than we have in the last 20 years.”

While that case was still being decided, Phillips’ cake shop reportedly received a call from Denver attorney Autumn Scardina requesting a cake to celebrate his gender transition to female. According to reports, Scardina had previously requested Phillips make a cake celebrating Satan.

This time, Phillips is countersuing the State of Colorado. He alleges he is again being unfairly and illegally targeted because of his Christianity.

In his lawsuit, Phillips alleges that the state violated his First Amendment right to practice his faith and his 14th Amendment right to equal protection.

The demonstrators — a mix of homeless people and activists — threw bottles and objects at officers, who attempted to push them back from the park, according to reports. Many refused to move and some chanted: “Whose park? Our park!”

“Two unlawful assemblies were declared and dispersal orders were issued … due to officers being assaulted with rocks, bottles, and smoke bombs,” the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) wrote on Twitter.

As of 11:45 p.m local time, authorities remained in the area as fencing was being installed, according to Los Angeles Police Chief Michel Moore. He said people already inside the park will be allowed to stay overnight and no one else was allowed to enter.

Oakland will exclude white families living in poverty from $500 checks

A program to give $500 monthly checks to low-income families of color in Oakland, California, has been criticized for explicitly excluding the 10,000 white residents living in poverty in the city.

The lottery system, funded by private philanthropists, will see the no-strings-attached checks go to households with an annual income of less than $59,000 if they have at least one child. The other half of the $500 checks will go to those earning under $30,000.

According to data from an Oakland Equity Indicators Report, cited by officials to justify favoring people of color, white households earn about three times that of African-American ones.

DC carjacking: Girls aged 13 and 15 charged with felony murder over deadly crash

A DC Police spokesman told reporters that the two girls, one of whom was allegedly armed with a stun gun, attempted to carjack a Honda Accord being driven by ride-share driver Mohammad Anwar, 66.

The police said that during the struggle, one of the girls used the taser on the driver causing the car to accelerate and crash into vehicles parked on the side of the road, before then flipping over near Nationals Park in Southeast, DC.

There has been a surge in attempted carjackings in Washington, DC, over the last few months, as police reported 345 carjackings in the first five weeks of 2021, which is a 142 per cent rise from the same time in 2020.

Former Parler CEO John Matze sues the company for “theft” of his 40% stake

The suit alleges that Parler’s main funder, Rebekah Mercer, the daughter of conservative billionaire Robert Mercer, and other board members, engaged in a scheme to steal his ownership in the company he founded.

“While Mercer readily acknowledged and broadly boasted… that Parler was an enterprise worth hundreds of millions of dollars, if not a billion dollars, she and others orchestrated a theft of Matze’s 40 percent ownership, claiming that it could be taken from him for a mere $3.00,” the suit claims.

Matze says he was told to resign and sign a release of claims and threatened to be “buried under an avalanche of legal claims and expenses if he dared defied Mercer.” When he refused to resign he was fired.

“Mercer, through Meckler and Richardson, claimed they had determined the ‘fair market value’ of Matze’s 40 percent interest to be a mere $3.00.”

The Ultimate Compilation Of Biden’s Public Lies & Plagiarism | Larry Elder

Commentary/Opinion:
In his first national address, President Biden said a Philadelphia woman told him she “just wants the truth.”

Well, breaking news, Ms. Philly, Joe Biden spent the last four decades of his career lying.

In this episode, Larry highlights the many lies from the current President. From his civil rights record to plagiarizing speeches of past leaders, Biden is anything but a truth-teller.

But hey! He ain’t Donald Trump, and as far as the media is concerned, that’s all that matters.

Manchin Insists On Bipartisan Push For Certain Parts Of Voting Rights Bill

They include expanding the early voting period, getting more resources to historically disenfranchised groups, beefing up election security infrastructure and tightening up campaign finance laws.

“Pushing through legislation of this magnitude on a partisan basis may garner short-term benefits, but will inevitably only exacerbate the distrust that millions of Americans harbor against the U.S. government,” he wrote.

The bid for bipartisanship on the voting rights bill, though, may just be the opening salvo to a process that will conclude with filibuster reform.

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) reiterated what’s become his mantra on the voting rights legislation Thursday morning, while he told reporters that Republican cooperation was preferred, but not required, for Democrats to pass their ambitious legislative agenda. “Failure is not an option,” he said.

What Trump Derangement Syndrome Has Wrought

Commentary/Opinion:( Editors Note: This is only a very small portion of the commentary click the link for the whole informative article.)
Democrats must know that taxing the “rich” will never produce enough money to pay for their progressive plans; they’ll do so anyway.

They realize corporations will move offshore while the wealthy find tax havens, unemployment will rise, and welfare dependency will grow.

That’s the plan – use Covid, TDS, race-baiting, cancel culture, and global warming as smokescreens for grabbing power.

On foreign policy, Biden has an even more Iran-friendly government than did Obama. While he reunited the Obama pro-Iran team consisting of Blinken, Sullivan, Rice, Power, Kerry, Sherman, and Malley, he’s added many Israel-haters also enamored of the Mullahs who seek Death to Israel and America.

So here we are. Unity? Moderation? Not in a Biden-Harris administration that brags about passing the most “progressive bill in American history.”

Not in an administration driven by reversing Trump policy no matter how successful while driven by divisiveness, lies, ideology, and power. But Trump’s gone so we have that going for us.

Sadly, the 74 million American voters who didn’t cast ballots for these awful people and policies will pay the price for the vapidity of Americans filled with enough hate and ignorance to elect this garbage.

‘They are, in effect, supporting racism’: Black leaders zero in on Dems’ filibuster holdouts

In a half-dozen interviews, top officials framed the choice as existential for a party that depends on Black and brown voters — and they are planning pressure campaigns both privately and publicly to make that clear.

“The pressure that we are going to put on Sinema and Manchin is calling [the filibuster] racist and saying that they are, in effect, supporting racism,” Sharpton said.

“Why would they be wedded to something that has those results? Their voters need to know that.”

Tucker: Michigan AG arrested guest after appearing on this show

Commentary/Opinion:
‘Tucker Carlson Tonight’ host says Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel should be impeached.

“Dana Nessel is out of control. She is an ideologue, she cares only about partisan advantage.

She should be impeached by the Michigan legislature for her many abuses of power. She’s that corrupt. But she’s also a bit of a dim bulb. Not a super genius.

That’s why, when she was asked why she put Marlena Pavlos-Hackney in jail, Nessel actually admitted the real reason. She didn’t make up some fake legal principle.”

Tucker: Democrats want to deny jobs based on race

Commentary/Opinion:
Tucker Carlson Tonight’ host on the two senators who oppose American civil rights.

On Tuesday, for example, two sitting members of the United States Senate announced they oppose the entire foundation of American civil rights law, and then proceed to attack the core principle, the main principle, of our country.

Tammy Duckworth of Illinois and Mazie Hirono of Hawaii publicly informed the White House that until the Biden administration puts more people they like in powerful jobs, they will refuse to confirm White nominees.

A spokeswoman for Israel’s Foreign Ministry told Haaretz the ministry was looking into the reported attack.

The incident comes nearly a month after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu accused Iran of being behind an attack on another Israeli cargo ship, the MV Helios Ray. On February 25, the cargo ship was damaged by a series of blasts.

Days later, Netanyahu said the attack “was indeed an act by Iran, that is clear,” adding, “Iran is Israel’s greatest enemy, I’m determined to block it, we’re striking at it throughout the region.”

The crowd gathered at Istanbul’s Beyazit Square, holding posters of missing relatives they believe are being kept in detention camps in China and chanting slogans against Beijing.

Dozens of Uyghurs, Turkish opposition lawmakers and academics also assembled near the Chinese Embassy in Ankara, as Wang met with Turkish Foreign Mevlut Cavusoglu and later with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

“We call on Turkey to stand with East Turkestan,” said Burhan Uluyol, who joined the protest in Istanbul.

“We call on Turkey to not turn its back on our Uyghur people because of some economic benefit.” He was using the Uyghurs’ term of reference to their heartland in Xinjiang.

Families from Kenya, Fiji, Germany, France, Italy, Portugal and Romania and the Swedish Sami Youth organization launched the legal action in 2018.

They hoped to draw attention to the impact of climate policy on individuals and activists fighting for starving Arctic reindeer and other environmental issues.

The ECJ upheld the lower court’s decision Thursday, saying the plaintiffs “are not individually concerned” by the EU’s climate legislation so the case won’t be heard.

7 EU countries summon China ambassadors; U.S. Trade groups: end Uyghur oppression in China

Seven countries in Europe summon Chinese ambassadors for talks. The requests come as more backlash unfolds over Chinese-EU sanctions.

A European company and U.S. trade groups resist forced labor in Xinjiang. The effort triggers a boycott in China.

China’s foreign ministry spokeswoman adds more fuel to the sanction-driven flame. This, as the head of a Chinese state-run media outlet offers a suggestion for tackling Beijing’s aggression.

China’s possible invasion into Taiwan could happen sooner than expected. That’s according to the head of the U.S. Navy in the Indo-Pacific. That’s as a new Beijing military campaign demands loyalty from its soldiers.

Malaysia will return a container of plastic trash en route from the United States as it violates new U.N. rules governing hazardous waste, the environment ministry said on Wednesday, one of the first signs of the regulations being enforced.

The new restrictions, which come under the Basel Convention, a United Nations treaty that polices the trade in hazardous waste, came into force in January.

Malaysia, which became the leading destination for the world’s plastic trash after China banned imports in 2018, has returned thousands of tonnes of plastic scrap since then.

Commentary/Opinion:

Films and Media Scare Children on Climate Change

Andrew Lawton of True North independent media talked with Michelle Stirling at the FreedomTalk Conference about how films and media have the power to scare children on climate change, exploiting their impressionable minds.

The Filibuster. Is it raciest OR does it keep politicians in check?

Go figure, from the left it’s racist as is everything today and from the right it’s a stop gap from a one party take over of the government.

Lengthy post, so are the articles but worth the time I think if you want to be informed and make a common sense decision, in my opinion.
