Zillow, National Association of Realtors face private antitrust lawsuit
WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Zillow Group Inc faces an antitrust lawsuit filed Tuesday that accuses it and the National Association of Realtors (NAR) of anti-competitive behavior connected to the listing for sale of homes on Zillow’s website, according to a court filing.
An agreement between Zillow and the NAR resulted in Zillow making it harder for buyers to find homes for sale that are not associated with the NAR and Multiple Listing Services, according to the lawsuit brought by Real Estate Exchange Inc, or REX.
Multiple Listing Services are databases of properties for sale in given regions used by NAR members and other realty professionals.
Gabriel Iglesias mocked cancel culture while defending role as Speedy Gonzales in ‘Space Jam’ sequel

The comedian, who hails from Mexico and often goes by the nickname “Fluffy,” was tapped to do the character’s voice in the sequel to the immensely popular 1996 movie that saw Michael Jordan get sucked into the world of Looney Tunes in order to play a high-stakes basketball game against wacky alien invaders.
Iglesias took to Twitter earlier this week to defend playing the character against recent criticism that Speedy helps promote negative racial stereotypes about people of Latin heritage.
“I am the voice of Speedy Gonzales in the new Space Jam,” he wrote. “Does this mean they are gonna try to cancel Fluffy too? U can’t catch me cancel culture. I’m the fastest mouse in all of Mexico.”

Michigan Gov Gretchen Whitmer May Face Charges for Order Killing Nursing Home Residents

When Americans think of the deaths of tens of thousands of nursing home residents who needlessly died because patients with COVID were put in their senior living facilities, most Americans think of massive scandal in New York involving Governor Andrew Cuomo.
But Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer and a handful of other Democrat governors also put COVID patients in nursing homes, and thousands of elderly people died in those facilities as well. Now, Whitmer may be facing charges from a county prosecutor related to those deaths.
According to Fox News…
A county prosecutor in Michigan told a local news station Monday that Gov. Gretchen Whitmer could possibly face charges for her early handling of nursing homes and other long-term care facilities during the coronavirus pandemic.
Missouri Lawyer: Collusion in Family Courts to Cover Up Child Sexual Abuse Is Rampant: ‘These Attorneys Need to Be Disbarred’

On Thursday on KSGF in Springfield on the Nick Reed Radio Show, Kristi Fulnecky, of Fulnecky Law in Springfield, says that the allegations Evita Tolu has made in her lawsuit that led the entire 21st Judicial Circuit Court of St. Louis to recuse themselves are well-founded.
“If you want to hear about the most evil thing in the world, it’s reading the transcripts of what happened in these trials to these children. It will break your heart.
I could hardly read it,” she told Nick Reed. Fulnecky says she is representing a woman right now who described collusion to return her child to an abuser and she could barely wrap her head around it.
Fulnecky had a hard time comprehending the scope of the corruption that was described to her. “When I first got this it took me a while to get through it…my client kept saying ‘it’s corruption, not incompetence.’”
Meteor seen over New England, Canada explodes with force of 440 lbs of TNT

NASA Meteor Watch reported on Monday that as residents witnessed the meteor streaking over Vermont and Massachusetts, the space rock “fragmented violently, producing a pressure wave that rattled buildings and generated the sound heard by those near the trajectory.”
NASA Meteor Watch had first reported that the meteor was visible at a height of 52 miles above the Green Mountain State’s Mount Mansfield State Forest and moving northeast as it traversed 33 miles through the upper atmosphere until it burned up 33 miles above Beach Hill.”
As the object … penetrated deeper into the atmosphere, pressure built up on its front while a partial vacuum formed behind it. About 30 miles up, the pressure difference between front and back exceeded its structural strength,” NASA Meteor Watch wrote.

Border numbers expected to show wave as migrant children in custody triples, Biden DHS asks for help

The numbers are the latest sign that the surge in migrants risks turning into a tidal wave by the time peak migration season hits later this year. In the 2019 border crisis, the height was in May when agents encountered 144,000 migrants.
In February that year, apprehensions were at 76,000 and 57,000 in January.
“It’s going to be insane come spring,” one CBP source told Fox News.
If numbers reach or exceed those 2019 figures, it will further ramp up pressure on the administration and add fuel to accusations from Republicans that Biden has created a self-inflicted border crisis by slashing Trump-era policies and incentivizing migrants to make the journey north by signaling the border is open.
WATCH: Vanita Gupta Won’t Say if Parents Must Consent to Gender Reassignment Surgery for Children
Vanita Gupta, President Joe Biden’s nominee to be Associate Attorney General, refused to say whether the Department of Justice would intervene in cases where children were prescribed gender reassignment surgery without parental consent.
Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) asked Gupta about the controversial practice, specifically referring to a recent South Dakota bill that would prevent hormone treatments and gender reassignment surgery for children under the age of 16.
Sen. Tom Cotton Blasts Biden DOJ Nominee For Claiming Every American Institution Is Racist

President Joe Biden’s nominee for Associate Attorney General, Vanita Gupta, would not directly respond to a question from Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., about whether there is systemic racism within the current administration during her confirmation hearing Tuesday.
“You said in a question in response to institutional racism ‘there is not an institution in this country that isn’t suffering from institutional racism,’” Cotton said. “Ms. Gupta, is the Biden White House suffering from institutional racism?”
“By condemning your fellow Americans, without individualized evidence of their beliefs, their words, or their deeds, I think these statements were beyond the pale,” Cotton continued.
“I don’t think really anybody truly believes them, nor should they be believed because there so preposterous.”
Biden Wars Against Biological Sex And Due Process With Two New Executive Orders

Days after corporate media outlets said Joe Biden is “rolling back the culture war,” the president continued his war on biological sex and due process on Monday with the introduction of two executive orders that seek to dismantle Trump-era protections in the name of “advancing gender equity and equality” and promoting it as “a matter of human rights, justice, and fairness.”
Biden’s first order mandates the creation of a gender policy council, disguising issues such as promoting access to abortions and pushing gender- and race-driven agendas as a way to “advance gender equity and equality, with sensitivity to the experiences of those who suffer discrimination based on multiple factors, including membership in an underserved community.”
In his second order, Biden instructs the Department of Education to review the Trump administration and former education secretary Betsy DeVos’s due process expansions on college campuses, which gave students accused of sexual misconduct a chance to receive a fair trial, investigation, and evaluation.
SPECIAL INVESTIGATION: INFILTRATING THE ELECTION

MADISON — When Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife handed out hundreds of millions of dollars last year for a national safe voting initiative, the “donation” was heralded as vital support to “protect American elections” and to “bolster democracy during the pandemic.”
But what the grant money really purchased in battleground states like Wisconsin was the infiltration of the November presidential elections by liberal groups and Democratic activists, according to hundreds of pages of emails and other documents obtained by Wisconsin Spotlight.
Here’s what the emails and Wisconsin Spotlight’s investigation found:
- A former Democratic operative, Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein, served as a de facto elections administrator and had access to Green Bay’s absentee ballots days before the election
- Spitzer-Rubenstein asked Green Bay’s clerk if he and his team members could help correct or “cure” absentee ballots like they did in Milwaukee.
- Green Bay’s clerk grew increasingly frustrated with the takeover of her department by the Democrat Mayor’s staff and outside groups.
- Brown County Clerk Sandy Juno said the contract stipulated that Spitzer-Rubenstein would have four of the five keys to the KI Center ballroom where ballots were stored and counted.
- Brown County’s clerk said the city of Green Bay “went rogue.”
- Election law experts said the city illegally gave left-leaning groups authority over the election.
Democrats To Push Extremist Gun Control Bills Today Without Even A Debate

“This is a huge moment for our movement,” said Moms Demand Action’s Shannon Watts, reports The Hill.
Everytown for Gun Safety’s John Feinblatt said, “There’s never been a better time for federal action,” adding the legislation is “unfinished business” for what is being called a gun control “trifecta” between Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., and President Joe Biden.
“Passing this legislation is the bare minimum. It’s the first step in comprehensive action,” said Max Markham, the policy director for March For Our Lives. All three gun control groups are financed by antigun billionaire Michael Bloomberg, who spent more than $1 billion for gun control in the 2020 election.
Thompson’s universal background checks bill sounds good on paper but gets tangled up quickly in the details.
For National Security Reasons, Let’s Keep Biden In The Basement And Off TV

Commentary/Opinion:
President Joe Biden forgot the name of his defense secretary yesterday (Lloyd Austin), as well as where Austin works (the Pentagon). The other day, his handlers abruptly cut his video rather than let him answer questions from his fellow Democratic elected officials.
His team won’t allow him to host a press conference, even knowing that the White House press team couldn’t be friendlier to the man who replaced the man who drove them crazy with rage.
Biden, already the oldest president in U.S. history, is no exception. He forgot Merrick Garland’s name, which states he is in, that his future running mate Kamala Harris was in the Senate, and the words of the Declaration of Independence:
Biden’s campaign from the basement worked because the media essentially ran his campaign, hiding issues that hurt him and elevating issues that hurt his opponent. People who were paying attention probably noticed that his public performances, whether debates or otherwise, were wildly erratic.

China has 1 million people behind propaganda machine to undermine US, top US admiral says

During a Tuesday hearing before the Senate Armed Services Committee, U.S. Indo Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) commander Adm. Phillip Davidson said “China has a vast disinformation machine” with a million people behind it that it uses to undermine the U.S.
Responding to questions by Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) about the threat Chinese disinformation presents in the Indo-Pacific region, Davidson said, “They use regular media and social media and have nearly a million people in their propaganda machine.”
Davidson said the goal of China’s disinformation efforts is “to undermine U.S. interests, to capture the narrative to their own benefit and to … corrupt the environment in a way that creates doubt amongst our allies and partners in the reliability of the United States.”
French nuclear tests contaminated 110,000 in Pacific, says study

Researchers used declassified French military documents, calculations and testimonies to reconstruct the impact of a number of the tests.
They estimated that around 110,000 people in French Polynesia were affected by the radioactive fallout.
The number represented “almost the entire” population at the time, the researchers found.
French Polynesia, a French territory made up of hundreds of islands and atolls including Tahiti, was the site of dozens of nuclear tests over 30 years.
French schoolgirl’s accusations got her teacher beheaded, sparked violent riots. Now she admits she made it all up.

Samuel Paty, a history teacher in west Paris, was beheaded last October by an 18-year-old Chechen Muslim refugee named Abdoullakh Anzorov, after controversy erupted over his alleged anti-Muslim classroom presentation during a lesson on free speech.
The 13-year-old student, whose identity has been protected, reportedly told her father that Paty showed degrading images of the Muslim prophet Muhammed in class.
After learning of Paty’s alleged behavior, the student’s father filed a legal complaint and launched an internet campaign against the teacher, slamming Paty in Facebook and YouTube video uploads, claiming that the teacher showed cartoons of Muhammed with his genitals exposed.
The campaign set off a firestorm in the Muslim world, fomenting widespread anger towards Paty, who was murdered a mere 10 days after the accusations were first made.
In addition to resulting in Paty’s murder, the accusations also sparked violent riots across the country that led to the deaths of at least three others.

In this episode, Larry reviews the heated words exchanged from both athletes, debunks the myth of the exaggerated police brutality in the Black community, and urges him to rethink his attitude about the police and focus his “educated mind” on real issues facing minority abuse across the globe.
One Dose or Two?
Government’s “experts” botched much of the Covid response. Fortunately other experts — scientists, economists, and web developers, are helping save lives.
There have been MANY problems with government’s Covid response.
Government predictions were way off. State vaccine websites didn’t work. Now government holds back vaccine doses, reserving them for 2nd-doses.
But they could do more good as first doses.
